Substantial & easy to use
This replaced a cheaper model one of whose “feet”/stabilisers broke in two after 12 months. I upgraded to this one which is steel, rather than plastic, more substantial and much more satifactory to use. I needed the website video to assemble as it’s not clear from the instructions which is the left pedal & which the right; assembly was easy once I’d established that! My wife, for whom it was bought, likes it.
Brilliant exerciser for recuperatio
This has been great for my wife after double knee replacement. No shock/smooth pedalling with variable intensity adjustment that has helped strengthen her legs when she couldn’t weight bear. Definitely reduced her recovery time and still in use while watching TV now to maintain strength and moveme

-L’utilisation du tapis “autocollant” s’avre ncessaire sur un sol lisse, pour la stabilit de l’appareil lors de son utilisation des forces de rsistance leves.
Ottima per il recupero
Ho scelto questo modello per una questione di spazio, mi serviva una cyclette per il recupero della muscolatura delle gambe.
A differenza della maggior parte dei modelli fa un po’ pi di resistenza al livello pi alto, equiparabile ad una cyclette richiudibile. Molto comoda anche per esercizi sulle braccia ma non l’ho testata tantissimo. Bisogna sistemarla bene per avere stabilit quando la si usa intensamente ma detto questo fa egregiamente il proprio dovere.

El aparato es robusto y eficaz. En las posiciones 1 y 2 se pedalea con mucha facilidad, en la 10 hay que hacer bastante ms trabajo, para lo que est diseado es muy eficiente.
La mquina se mueve a pesar de las alfombrillas, pero no se mueve si esta apoyada contra la pared. Por eso le doy cuatro estrellas. porque necesita un tope para no moverse. Sobre silla de gaming, las ruedas de la silla no se mueven pero si la silla es giratoria s se transmite cierto movimiento giratorio; el asiento es totalmente estable si es una silla “fija”, un silln, sof o algo as.
El pedaleo es muy silencioso, no molesta para trabajar o ver la tele.
Si se coloca debajo de una mesa, es necesario echar la silla hacia atrs para que las rodillas no choquen con la tabla de la mesa.
Por lo dems un buen producto.

Stabil und gut für eigene Reha
Aufbau relativ einfach, bis auf das Anbringen der Pedale. Bei “grobmotorigen” Fingern etwas schwierig. Ansonsten gut verarbeitetes Gert mit guter Standfestigkeit; ob auf Boden (Beintraining) oder Tisch (Armtraining). Als Geschenk fr unsere Senioren hervorragend angenommen. Jetzt wird jeden Tag stolz trainiert.

La cyclette in se non male, la resistenza al massimo livello abbastanza elevata da risultare impegnativa a lungo andare.
Tuttavia devo constatare che il monitor non ha la funzione velocit e la distanza percorsa segnata sar almeno il 30% in pi del reale.
Detto questo posso dare solo 2 stelle in quanto il pedale sinistro si gi guastato muovendosi durante la pedalata che produce un fastidiosissimo suono ad ogni giro del pedale insieme ad un rumore di sfregamento della plastica.

Il pedale facilmente riparabile con un cricchetto, dando una bella stretta il problema non si ancora ripresentato, ma anche se dovesse si riparerebbe di nuovo in un minuto.
Rimane il problema pi fastidioso che altro che il gommino posteriore destro l’unico che si toglie molto facilmente durante la pedalata, ma non un grande problema
Es gab eine Reklamation. Doch statt groem Hin und Her lieferte der Hndler einfach ein neues Gert! So viel Service htte ich nicht erwartet! Vorbildlich, deshalb 5 Sterne!
Der Verkufer ist sehr bemht, Mngel abzustellen und spricht das auch mit dem Hersteller ab. Fr den fehlenden Sicherungsgurt gab es eine Gutschrift, mit der ich mir dann selbst einen Gurt habe anschaffen knnen. Die Gurte an den Pedalen sollen ebenfalls verbessert werden. Das Gert ist einwandfrei und funktioniert mit einem Fixierungsgurt sehr gut!
Das Gert sieht gut und robust aus und erfllt seinen Zweck. Nachteile: Zu kurzer Abstand zwischen hinterem und vorderem Standfu. Bei Schuhgre 46 stsst man stndig an den vorderen Fu. Das Gert ist nicht rutschfest! Da helfen auch die beigefgten Matten nichts! Jetzt nutze ich es so, dass ich das Gert an ein Regal stelle. Dadurch rutscht es nicht mehr nach vorne. Allerdings rutscht jetzt der Stuhl nach hinten. Das Gert bentigt eine Verbindung zwischen Stuhl und Gert, damit man nicht stndig durch die Wohnung rutscht. Funktion ist ok!
There are cheaper mini exercise bikes then this but if you’re looking for quality yet affordable and no loud noise as it spins and no slipping when you peddle then you should buy this. It’s easy to assemble. Took me around 20min. I’ve had knee surgery so I’m using this for rehab just to relieve tightness and build up the muscles surrounding the knee and this will be great for that. I would definitely recommend this little gem!

I was very upset when I received my Vangona Mini Exercise Bike on July 28, 2022. I was able to attach the right pedal with no problem at all. With the left pedal, the bolt was on so tight that I could not get it off. I emailed the Amazon Customer Service and received an email from the manufacturer, Mevem Life, that same night. They expedited a replacement left pedal and I received it on August 1. I am up and pedaling. The bike is made sturdy and after using it only one time, I can feel a difference in my knees. Imagine, after continued use, I will be doing flips all over the place. Thanks MEVEM LIFE for your quick response.

The only drawback I would say after first use is that you can’t turn off the electronic monitor. Luckily I don’t feel like I need this, but it could be a pain for someone who does want to use this feature . Super quiet !
La recib muy bien es muy robusta lo que pasa que tube un problema con el pedal izquierdo la tuerca vena metida y no se poda sacar,me puse en contacto con el vendedor y me mand otro pedal y por un error de correos express y Amazon no lo recibi tan rpido pero el vendedor mando otro muy rpido y todo fue perfecto asique el vendedor se preocupa ,adems tiene muchas resistencias y en el 10 es realmente dura .
Il prodotto molto molto facile da montare, nel scatola sono presenti dei tappetini che servono per la stabilit, io uso la cyclette per migliorare le braccia, e devo dire che fa il suo dovere al 100%.
L’attrito si pu impostare da 1 a 10 e si fa sentire la differenza, anche se qui la sensazione soggettiva e dipende da molti fattori, ripeto che io la posso usare solo per le braccia ed funzionale alle mie caratteristiche, per le gambe non posso fare una valutazione.
Mi sento di consigliare questa cyclette a tutte quelle persone che vogliono riattivare la muscolatura delle braccia e le vogliono rendere pi toniche, e nel frattempo migliorare anche la capacit anaerobica.
Io sono paraplegico da diversi anni e se si vuole fare un attivit fisica senza muoversi da casa la considero utile e si fa la giusta fatica…

Entspricht zur Gnze der Beschreibung. Ein attraktives, funktionales Gert! Auch der Zusammenbau geht flott vor sich, dazu hilft bei Bedarf das Video.
Ich htte bedenkenlos 5-Sterne vergeben, nur bin ich mit dem Spannungsregler unzufrieden. Die 10 magnetischen Widerstandsstufen lassen sich nur mit grter Kraftanforderung und Bentzung beider Hnde rckwrts drehen, besonders auf die Stufen 1 und 2 (Aufwrmstufen). Unverstndlich !?

I have been using this exerciser on both arms and legs for about three weeks and have recently noticed that it has developed a clicking noise that comes and goes. The noise is not too loud and does not affect the machine working smoothly at this time but I have some concerns that it may become an issue in the future. I like this exerciser but only using it longer will tell me if it is a quality product.

Si trabajas en una oficina o en casa, esta bicicleta es perfecta para quemar caloras y mantenerte activo, mientras trabajas.
Lo bueno:
– Fcil de montar
– Fcil de mover y almacenar.
– Buena calidad y funciones necesarias.
– Resultado inmediato si combinas con buena dieta y ejercicio adicional.
Lo malo:
– Molara si tuviese bluetooth y se pudiese conectar al telfono y Google fit.
– Viene con alfombrilla para no rallar el suelo y que supuestamente se agarra, pero aun y as patina un poco. Mejor ponerlo contra la pared.
– Al pedalear contra la pared, si tienes silla de ruedas necesitaras frenos en la silla o si no te echaras para atrs con el impulso. Se pueden comprar en Amazon ruedas de silicona con freno por 25 y no te rallan el parquet. Yo lo he hecho y estoy hasta contento, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta tambin.
Mi historia:
Desde que deje de trabajar en hostelera y me met en oficinas he ido metiendo peso con el paso de los aos y siempre me ha sido muy difcil perderlo. Mi mala dieta y haber dejado de fumar 3 aos atrs me hicieron ganar mucho peso y cuando compre esta bicicleta tena que perder 15 para estar bien.
He probado muchas cosas, correr, apps de fitness en el mvil, caminar quince mil, pasos… pero siempre me ha sido difcil encontrar algo que me hiciese consumir caloras y no tomase mucho tiempo.
Jugando a futbol me lesion y fui al mdico quien me dijo que hiciese ms bicicleta en lugar de correr porque tengo sobrepeso y correr me carga las articulaciones. Buscando bicicletas estticas encontr estas por casualidad y tras leer unas cuantas pginas an tena la duda de si me servira para quemar caloras, pero algo me deca que esto poda ser la solucin perfecta para m, as que la compre.
Tras 3 semanas puedo decir que estoy encantado. De media hago entre 20 y 30 km diarios en este bicho y voy cambiando la resistencia, segn me siento, pero el pedaleo es supercmodo. He tenido bicis estticas ms caras y el pedaleo es bastante similar a una completa. La resistencia es adecuada, si eres muy fuerte tal vez se te quede corta, pero para el 90% de los mortales es ms que suficiente.
En el trabajo, yo doy soporte tcnico y me paso el da escribiendo correos y en reuniones. Puedo hacer mi trabajo perfectamente mientras pedaleo e incluso me ayuda a concentrarme cuando tengo que investigar alguna solucin tcnica compleja. Cuando estoy en reuniones s que se me ve hacer el pndulo un poco. Algn compaero me ha escrito en el chat preguntado si estaba contento porque bailo, pero cuando se lo explico se ren.
A veces tengo que parar porque en una maana hago los 30 km fcil y tampoco me quiero romper. Aunque noto un poco de molestia en la rodilla tras hacer los 30 km diarios, la verdad es que luego cuando camino o hago cross-fit no me duelen nada.
Respecto a las caloras quemadas, la mquina me dice que cuando hago 30 km con nivel de resistencia 3 o 4 quemo unas 1200 caloras. No s cuanto de eso es verdad o no. Lo he probado con mi Samsung Galaxy 4 y me dice que quemo un poco menos, pero el reloj no calcula la resistencia. Igualmente, lo que s que puedo decir es que desde que la tengo (3 semanas) he bajado casi 3 kg.
Para acabar quiero matizar un punto, he bajado peso gracias a esta pedalera, pero no es solamente eso. Yo voy comiendo cada vez ms sano y tambin hago otros ejercicios, como cross-fit o baile (Salsita forever) que intento compaginar. No voy a engaar a nadie, podras hacer 200 km en esto cada da que si luego te comes 3 kebabs y 2 pizzas no vas a ir muy lejos.
Si eres una de esas personas, trabajando en la oficina o similar, que comen medianamente sano y hacen algo de ejercicio, pero te cuesta bajar; las 500 o 1000 caloras que puedes quemar con esto pueden ser lo que finalmente te haga bajar de peso.
Para acabar, y dejando el peso aparte, tambin mencionar que va muy bien para activarte. Como por ejemplo despus de comer o por la maana. Por lo general, al tener el metabolismo activo me noto con mejor humor y ms energa.

I bought this as an alternative to a indoor spin bike due to limited space while I knew it wouldn’t be the exact same thing it still can’t make me work up a sweat I use in in conjunction with fitness apps for cycling it took a bit of messing around to get it to stay put especially when I put the resistance up higher not that it’s hard hard but the bike would slip away from me even when using the carpet provided so now I use the carpet but I put I against the wall and I use rubber furniture blocks on the legs of the chair to prevent that from moving and it works at times if I have the resistance up high and I speed up it’ll tip a little but nothing major so all in all I’m happy with it only thing is now it’s got me wanting an actual bike I’m hooked just don’t have the room so while it’s meant for rehabilitation and mobility you can make it work for a more cardio based workou
I cannot walk as much as I should because of a balance problem. I noticed I was losing muscle mass. After using this little gem for a few weeks, I can already tell my legs are getting stronger! The size is perfect too, and takes up little room compared to a full size exercise bike.

This machine is easy to use and took little assembly. I did have to buy a piece of non-slip matting (non slip shelf liner which works perfectly) to keep it from sliding as I didn’t like the mat that came with it. I have a medical condition that requires exercising my legs and this is perfect.

This works amazing in combination with a balance ball chair. I have bulging discs and sitting for long periods is a nightmare. In combination with that chair, the bike gets the muscles around the sacrum moving just enough to relieve tension and get the blood flowing so you don't seize up. I had to remove the keyboard tray on my desk, and I am only 5'2 with short stubby legs, but it seems to be so much better to maintain mobility and flexibility. Not sure how it would work on a regular chair though.

Enfin un vélo digne de ce nom
Le vlo est d’une trs grande robustesse et donc trs qualitatif, il ne fait pas de bruit et les ventouses ainsi que le tapis anti-glisse fournit font leur job. L’cran est trs bien, quoiqu’un peu haut lorsqu’on utilise le vlo pour les mains et les bras en tant assis. Mais sinon, rien dire, je recommande !

La perfectio
Utilisateur depuis 3 semaines de ce mini vlo, quotidiennement, entre 30 et 45 mn, je suis pleinement satisfait : la stabilit est exceptionnelle et le niveau de bruit trs acceptable (pas de gne pour les personnes qui sont prsentes proximit), de plus les niveaux de rglages sont prcis et efficaces. The exerciser arrived when scheduled, and assembly was straightforward. It's a solid piece of equipment - steel parts, simple digital readout, perfect for my senior citizen Mum. She is able to pick it up and move it, and she's 90. It doesn't slide around on the floor when she uses it. Magnetic adjustment means it's quiet. Good product.

Je recommande tout particulirement ce pdalier. Il rpond toutes mes attentes. Le design est impeccable, il est trs facile monter. Trs stable lors de l’utilisation mais surtout extrmement silencieux. Les niveaux de travail sont tout fait satisfaisants pour garder la forme. Il est trs facile mobiliser.

I’m using it at the lowest intensity level snd it’s just right for me as a mature person. It might need a different mat to hold stable with high intensity.

Really happy with this mini exercise bike, really sturdy. The handle is really helpful for moving it around, I purchased a similar one as a gift and it did not have this feature and is awkward to move location. Really enjoying it! One thing to note is that it is difficult to use in an office chair with wheels unless they lock as the chair wants to roll backwards.

Love this! Very quiet (surprisingly quiet).
I have to put it up against the wall, as I haven’t found a non-slip grip that works yet.

WAS MAKING A RANDOM POPPING SOUND HERE AND THERE AT FIRST…MAYBE THE MAGNETS, BUT SEEMS TO HAVE RESOLVED ITSELF AS IVE BEEN USING IT. WASNT CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS HOWEVER.

The thing works and is actually pretty nice looking, though the coloured stickers on the side were misapplied in some places, and thus are peeling off. The instructions for putting it together are quite sparse, but you can work it out. If the four little carpet sections they sent along with it are worth $20 then they should get their money back; they are just barely capable of keeping the thing from sliding around if you don’t put too much pressure on it. They don’t tell you that the LED screen requires batteries, and there are no batteries included, so make sure you get AAA batteries. Resistance isn’t very strong.
Editing to add: There’s no way to turn it off? so you have to take the batteries out each time you’re done with it for the day. Also does not fit under my desk.

Compr los pedales para mi madre. Eleg stos porque haba ledo que eran muy estables, y es correcto. Vienen con una alfombrilla para cada pata para evitar que se puedan mover.
Es verdad que pesan mucho y nosotros no hemos necesitado plegarlos para guardarlos porque los hemos colocado en un hueco en una habitacin.

But when there's snow I cannot train. I am using this exercise bike while watching TV, and it works wonderfully. Assembly is easy. Materials, craftsmanship are great. I could not find any defects. I live in a small apartment, so this little thing is perfect for my needs. Recommend!

This was so easy to assemble. Excellent quality. It is very unfortunate that I needed to return it. My husband is disabled and could not get his feet into the stirrups without assistance. I would recommend this product, for the money – the quality is great!

Compre uno para que mi madre lo usar y estoy muy contento con la compra, es de muy buena calidad y precio, se lo arme sin ningn inconveniente, es fcil de usar y se puede utilizar no solamente para personas mayores si no para uso en general, porque permite hacer ejercicios y mantener en el cuerpo en actividad an estando realizando otra actividad, pienso comprar otro para uso personal y para mi esposa.

Solid little exercise machine.
I bought this item to burn a few calories
while I sit in the couch. Solid little under table exercise bike. It was easy to assemble, but the tools it comes with are insufficient to properly tighten the pedals. So you’ll need your own wrenches. The resistance works well and the digital tracker is a nice touch. The pedals can get uncomfortable on the feet after a while. Especially, if use the machine barefoot. Would reccomend and have reccomend it to family/coworkers.
I got this because I am too old to be riding a bicycle, tried that and failed! This helps me to get some exercise while watching my favorite shows. Easy to use, not real heavy. Just started using it and so far, so good! I checked out a bunch of these and this was was very affordable. It's adjustable to your needs.

This easy-to-use “floor bike” is amazingly quiet! I set Vangona in front of the couch and began a half-hour peddling routine while watching TV. After 3 days of peddling 6 miles per session, I’m walking up steps without grasping the handrail! I’m 67, a couch potato, and my workout room gathers dust. I’m thrilled with my results in just a few days of active use. The Vangona’s magnet system smoothly peddles, has easy to adjust tension, stays in place on the carpet, and provides aerobic exercise when I do sprints. I bought this for my 73 year old mom so she can get` some blood flow; as she is somewhat disabled. It's too heavy for her to pick up or slide around. Take in to consideration whether you will need to carry it or move it for use. Otherwise, it's a very nice bike.

This cycling machine is really well built and I love the fact its portable. I can even use this with my arms if I want to get an upper workout. Great cardio and great fun to use. It folds up and is nice and easy to store away as well when you don’t need it. Overall very happy with this

Montaggio semplicissimo, non e’ stato necessario nemmeno consultare il depliant a colori con le istruzioni.
Silenzioso e fluido nel funzionamento, con la possibilita’ di impostare ben 10 livelli di intensita’. Nessun impuntamento o rumore meccanico. Fornito di 4 tappetini antiscivolo che usati normalmente non bloccano assolutamente l’attrezzo a terra, ho rimediato ricavando 4 strisce che ho poi piegato singolarmente come da foto in modo da avere la parte gommosa del tappetino da ambo le parti. Ho fissato semplicemente con una cucitrice da ufficio, ma va bene qualsiasi sistema…In questo modo vi posso garantire che anche alla resistenza massima della pedalata, l’attrezzo restera’ ben piantato a terra. Sarebbe gradita qualche indicazione sul funzionamento del display, ma con un po’ di pazienza si riesce a decifrarne il funzionamento.

I need to strengthen my legs. This has 10 levels of resistance and can be pedaled both forward and reverse.

I ordered this product for my middle-aged mother to use when she’s unable to walk on the treadmill. The product is heavy so it doesn’t go anywhere when using it and the resistance is very good compared to other mini exercise bikes. I would order this product for myself if I ever become interested to acquire a mini exercise bike. I highly recommend this product.
