I love how easy it is to use. I had been removing all labels with my name and address and putting them through the shredder. The downside to that was the sticky from the label wasn’t doing the shredder much good. This little identity theft roller is absolutely brilliant. Easy to use, great coverage over the address or anything else you want to remove from view.

It comes with 6 refill bottles so I am sure these will last for a really long time as a couple of rolls with the stamp covers everything. The only slight negative is that the ink does not dry that quickly, on first use I had ink all over my fingers which did wash off quite easily though, overall good value for money and a great product which means I can bin the shredder!!! Excellent for data security issues etc.
Thus is my wife’s favourite Xmas present. She previously used to sit and rip into tiny pieces, any item with an address or details on it. She is now gleefully waiting on junk mail arriving just so she can use it.
The additional refills are a godsend as she is probably going to have dried it out within the month!

Call compact & effective
Having read some reviews I was worried that this would not cover sensitive information it it does. If something is very bold I run it across a second time & in a different direction. Having recently downsized I no longer had the space for the cross shredder. This is so compact, I keep it in the drawer where I open the post. Always handy. Great on delivery boxes too. Something a shredder couldn’t cope with. Great!
Not bad little tool
Have always had trouble removing labels from bits I buy from Amazon so I purchased this only used it once but seems to work well although you do have to go over the label few times but so far I’m happy.
Saves so much time and effort, worth having
Use it on everything, really does cover sensitive stuff. Does warn that not suitable for certain types of paper etc like glossy. But having said that I give it a go and has really cut down on shredding and trying to remove labels. Really worth getting in my opinion.

Does not work on plastic labels
This is very easy to use. Not had cause to refill yet, we have used it a lot, so good value for money.
Does not work on plastic labels and does not always cover some others which ai had to redo once the first application had dried.
Nevertheless, much quicker than using a marker pen.

BRILLIANT!!
I ordered this product expecting it to be rubbish but how wrong was I. I followed the instructions to only go over addresses etc once and it works brilliantly. My only regret is I wish I’d ordered one sooner after hours of cutting up things.

As a test, I swiped once over the operating instructions for another Amazon purchase. One swipe was enough to cover the text completely. I have also tried it on more sensitive post and 2 or 3 swipes was enough to reassure me that my data would be safe to dispose of in my normal recycling bin.

This simple little item has been a game changer for me (maybe slightly over the top statement, but you take my point) I seem to be endlessly trying to remove address labels from parcels and letters… no more! With one swipe across the address, it is gone! Such a simple idea and it works brilliantly! Even comes with spare Ink (not used yet) highly recommend this!
I use to shred my letters etc but the shredders I bought (they were not cheap) did not last long,they were forever getting clogged up,they never took the amount of paper that was stated it would take! So I have gotten rid and now use this little gadget ‘brilliant’Thank you.
Originally bought one for ourselves and was very impressed and recommended to family. When 2 members of my family asked us to buy some for them we opted for a cheaper version to save them money. Turned out to be a big mistake and we had to return them and buy the more expensive Vantamo product which has again lived up to expectations and is obviously worth the extra cost for a superior product.

This is such a handy tool to have! I keep it with all my files / bills and can safely black out any sensitive information or addresses etc. I also use it on any parcel delivery labels before I put the cardboard in the recycling bin. Just to be safe I go back and forth with the roller just in case any info could be detected when the paper is held up to the light.

A very Handy little gadget. A really good idea. Good quality. Easy to hold & roll over paper/cardboard. I roll over the address label in both directions and it completely obliterates the address. This very handy for covering up key bits of information on documents before discarding them. I have even started using them on packages which I recycle and leave outside of the how to be collected – reason being is that on occassion if the box is large enough somebody pinches them from outside my house! It works well. Changing ink refills is a piece of cake too (although the purchase of additional refills are a tad on the expensive side). I only wish the ink would dry a bit quicker. That said, it’s a minor criticism for a product which has left me less anxious about identity theft occurring on our discarded documents.
When I retired from working in the public sector I lost access to the office shredder. I searched online for a portable shredder and I came across the Vantamo. I’m so pleased I did! It takes up less space than a shredding machine and it’s easier to recycle sheets of paper than shreddings which would make a mess. I roll the stamp in both directions to make sure names and addresses are obscured and it does the job wonderfully. The refills are very handy too although I haven’t used them yet. I keep the Vantamo next to the letter opener knife so I can do the whole operation in one go! What’s not to like?

Make sure you read the instructions.
I ordered two of these, one for me and one for my Mother who is 90 and can’t handle a shredder any more. Firstly there are negative comments in here that say it doesn’t cover up as described. IT DOES – but you must read the accompanying instructions as there are certain paper types (e.g.glossy or super absorbent) it won’t work on.
Stick to the instructions and you won’t go wrong. Fast, easy to use, effective and good value for money plus you get ink refills.

Have bought similar item in the past which didn’t perform at all well, but this ‘blocker-outer’ is the most efficient bit of kit I’ve ever known!!
Just one swipe across sensitive info and it’s complete;y obliterated – the refills last a good while too.

I’ve used previous brands and shapes of these, but they were single use ones so when they suddenly ran out …. This is the second one of this Vantamo one I’ve bought. We have an upstairs office where we’re always disposing of old office paperwork so have one there. Also have one in downstairs kitchen which is where I open usual post so if junk, I can just use this and put straight into recycling bin rather than shred. Really useful to have the three ink refill tubes on hand too … very easy to change over. And although my previous brand was torch shaped and maybe a little easier to hold, this one seems wider so covers more and you use less. One roll across is sufficient to hide everything whereas the previous one took a couple of runs so was used up quicker. Highly recommend.

If only i’d had this ages ago I wouldn’t now have a pile to shread. So easy to use and small to keep convenient. Everyday as I open my post. I just roller the id info and chuck the papers. Done loads when first got it and ink got slightly lighter so every so now and then I would roller in 2 directions. I’ve checked really hard and I can’t read through the front or the back. If in doubt just do it twice. The fact that you get extra ink makes it great value for money. Also no pressure needed to use.
Easy and effective way to block out addresses
Fantastic product and super easy to use. We used to rip the addresses off our envelopes and letters and then shred them and recycled the paper. This is much easier and lets you recycle the whole thing which has to be a good thing.
This Protection Roller is an essential piece of kit that I would not be without. It protects my identity so easily and safely. Its simple to use, just roll it over your personal information and hey presto, you are invisible to those who want to steal your info: Must make them really mad and every time I use it I have to titter to myself because I’ve got one up on them.

Vantamo ID theft protection Roller does exactly what it says. The coverage is good and I use it on everything paper based with my address on that goes for recycling. In the past I’ve had endless scraps of paper with addresses on to shred, but this has given my shredder a deserved break and means I can recycle whole pieces of paper and boxes. Great that it comes with 6 refills…..
I was a little sceptical of the claims made for this product but bought one based on the strength of its reviews and am very glad that I did. It completely obliterates any information you roll it over on suitable paper (please heed the suppliers warnings). Easy to use and mess free, it almost makes shredders obsolete! The additional cartridges supplied with it are a welcome extra.
I will certainly be buying a few of these for our daughters who are somewhat lax in their privacy protection – and probably get moaned at for doing so!
Practical, inexpensive way to deal with documents.
Does what it says. I strive to go paperless but inevitably some paper documents arrive anyway. Did not wish to replace the shredder -just loathe those things – and this fits the bill. Haven’t had to refill yet, despite having dealt with a backlog of documents, so can’t comment on that. If there is any doubt about legibility remaining in certain cases, you can always apply it to other side of paper or apply again in different direction. Result : paper can be disposed of in appropriate container, so you don’t end up with stacks of ‘hamster bedding’.

It’s really easy to use and it only took one roll over confidential information to obliterate it I’ve only used it a couple of times so can’t comment on how long ink lasts, however it comes with 6 ink refills. It was competitively priced, packaged well, delivered within 2 days – all his AND it saves time standing over the shredder. I would happily recommend this product.

It’s really easy to use and it only took one roll over confidential information to obliterate it I’ve only used it a couple of times so can’t comment on how long ink lasts, however it comes with 6 ink refills. It was competitively priced, packaged well, delivered within 2 days – all his AND it saves time standing over the shredder. I would happily recommend this product.

Great ID protecto
This little gadet is fabulous, it save me loads of time, as I now don’t have to cut out address and personal information to shred. Just roll over and job done. I’ve refilled the ink one after about 6 months and it works like a dream again. I’ve even bought one for my parents. Does what it says on the tin.
After reading reviews of several Identity Theft Roller Stamps this one had the best reviews. I have used it several times now and am very pleased with it. I held up an envelope to the light after I had run the roller just once over my details and could not see my name and address from the front or the back, so will be very useful for items that are awkward to shred. Am very impressed. I don’t know how long the ink will last, just have to wait and see. The stamp was well packaged and came promptly.

Take it from me, I rarely leave reviews – but this little gadget deserves one. Not the cheapest one to buy, but it comes already with ink in, and 3 refills – so you can’t complain really. Having tried several identity theft gadgets (and still ending up using a felt pen as well) this one is excellent. Just one swipe and it completely covers your personal details. Even those little grey plastic bags from China, just one swipe and it saves you fiddling about trying to cut off the label (which you can’t then shred as it’s sticky). I’ve even used it directly on a plastic film containing my name and address. I will be buying more of these for Christmas Presents as I think this one is the best.

It was much smaller than I had expected which is great as it sits on my desk nicely. Really easy to use and very affective. Its saved on shredding parts pf documents that have personal data on so helps with the environment.
Sorting the post was a bit of a chore and it often built up a bit because I putt it aside which I didn’t like. The recycling here don’t let you put shredded paper in your bin so things with names on, etc were hard to dispose of ethically. I saw this and thought I’d try it. It’s excellent! I even enjoy using it (easily pleased!) and sort the post out straight away now because it’s so easy to deal with it all. Hides all details with one pass. Highly recommended.
Just the job
Letters etc can be easily shredded, but when it comes to envelopes, parcels and packages that can’t be shredded, this handy little machine is just the job, on flat surfaces a quick stroke and any sensitive items are hidden. For what used to be a nuisance cutting into little pieces or scrubbing out with a pen has been made fast and simple with the roller, I would recommend it to anyone.

Going forward it will be a brilliant piece of kit, as I have used it a few times now. I have quite a backlog of papers that has built up, so I think I need to use a proper shredder, otherwise I will run out of ink and/or damage the unit. I have a shredder, I will just have to bite the bullet and set aside some time – a lot of time – and get it done. For anything that comes in the door now though, I will be able to use the stamp.
Best Privacy stamp I’ve tried
I’ve had several different makes of stamps in the past and although all are good, this is the best I have used. I don’t know how long each pipette will last yet but the coverage with just one roll of the stamp is fantastic. The width of the stamp is quite small but will certainly cover a regularly typed address for example. Super little stamp, and excellent, quick delivery. Thank you.

Glad I didn’t, it’s a great little gadget. So simple to use instantly hides any personal identifiable information, just roll and it’s gone.
Worth i
Even though most people receive emails, sometimes letters from the bank / docs / hospital etc… come through and they have so much information printed on them that i dont want to just chuck them in the bin.
I hummed and ho’d about buying this but i am glad i did, it is much better than i expected ! I am impressed with this, it has certainly covered the majority of writings i have tried it on, although i will say the paper has a lot to do with how long it takes the ink to dry. I tried it over a slightly silky paper and the ink was still wet a few minutes later.
Prior to buying this i would cut up or burn papers which if you have a few either takes a lot of effort or leaves you having to clean the fire out !
I also noticed some letters i received had raised printing, the first time i went over it with this i could read what was under it, so i went over it several times more until i reached the coverage i desired !
Wish I’d found this earlier, would’ve saved all the scraping and scratching off address labels! One little tip to those concerned about being able to ‘see through’ the stamp, all you need to do is swipe one down and one sideways and the address should be properly obliterated.
For some reason this is strangely satisfying to use .. I’m finding it very handy – I have a shredder in an upstairs office but I can never be bothered to take letters etc up there and when I do it gets jammed if they’re more than a couple of pages thick.. and then creates a mess when I empty it.. I was using a marker pen.. but you can sometimes see through the ink. I love the fact I can just quickly swipe this across and dump things straight into the recycling. You really can’t read the text at all after applying the stamp. Not sure how long the ink will last.. but if its an unreasonably short period i’ll be back with an update.. but for now it’s great! (Quick update – it came with 3 spare ink cartridges and with normal household periodic use I’m still using the original that came in the roller 6 months on .. so no problem with using too much ink)
I was previously shredding a lot of paper because it contained personal details but this cannot be recycled because it clogs the machines. I expect that using this little item will allow me to recycle more and that cannot be bad. It is also part of my plan to move through a LOT of paper that should have been dealt with a long time ago and helps with this year’s New Year resolution.

I am really pleased with this neat little gadget, so much so that I have now ordered another, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I always have a stack of papers awaiting shredding and this excellent tool makes it so much quicker and easier to obliterate any personal details, I have a feeling my shredder is going to be pretty much redundant from now on..
Fantastic little product. This randomly came up on a search for something else and caught my eye. I hate shredding and always end up with a big pile to sort out. I’ve had this for just a few days and cleared down a huge backlog of filing and shredding. My husband too. It doesn’t work on high gloss paper or bright ink but it’s great on the majority of print.
