Delivered on time and came well packaged. Easy to set up, took fifteen minutes. There was some charge in the batteries, but I fully charged them before I used the lawnmower. The lowest height setting on the lawnmower is 20mm, and it scalped a small area of my grass. My lawn is quite low cut, but my old lawn mower only went down to 25mm, so set this one high and then drop it down to suit your lawn! My lawn is approx.150 square metres in size.
I have used it several times now and the batteries have lasted well, they still had some charge in them when I had finished. I certainly don’t miss the trailing power leads!

Worx but does not worx
You have to remove the batteries or you have to charge up and it does not have a lower cutting position.
2 weeks in and is doing a great job!
Only rubbish thing I’m finding and is why not 5*’s is that it doesn’t throw the grass cutting into the back of the bag very well, so sometimes stays near the entrance and when removing the bag you find yourself leaving a pile on the floor even though the bags not even half full.

The 2×2 amp hour batteries are enough for me to cut both front and rear garden lawns (probably about 30-35 square metres). The convenience of battery power is great after years of having corded mowers, or struggling to start petrol mowers at the beginning of the season. Ideally, could do with a bit finer adjustment to the cut height – the lowest setting scalps my lawn and the second setting is just a little higher than I would like. However, does a good job. Storage overwinter is easier if you remove the handle from the mower. I’ve also bought other Worx tools since, sharing the same batteries. Very pleased with it.

Just the job
Works like a treat and I now do not have a cable to wrestle with and damage my borders
This is a great little mower. So lightweight but still very powerful. The build quality doesn’t seem quite as good as a Bosch, DeWalt or other high end tool. However; for the price I can’t complain with it. Moving from a self propelled Suffolk Punch I am pleased with the manoeuvrability and power of this battery mower. Although it does have a roller, the mower is not heavy enough to get stripes in the lawn. I am also unsure of how long the lightweight blade will last. I suspect that it will get damaged fairly quickly.
I have a small (10 x 6 meters) lawn and the batteries lasted for two mows of the lawn and two edgings with a Worx strimmer that uses the same power share batteries. The power check on the batteries and the display on the top of the mower is very useful to check the power level of the batteries.
The first mower that was sent had a faulty charger and only charged the dual batteries once. Amazon have replaced it. It would be 5 stars had this inconvenience not occurred.
Excellent mowe
I have a small/medium size lawn and this mower did an excellent job on it’s first cut after i moved in (the lawn was really long). On max height setting it did the first cut on one charge – which I was really impressed by.
On the low/close setting I actually had to use 2 charges, but it gave a nice clean cut and the collection bag didn’t need emptying until it was all done.
Easy to assemble and use. The only thing I wish i’d done was buy it with the 4ah batteries. I’ll probably buy a couple separately to get longer from each cut.

I spent weeks researching various lawnmowers before finally deciding to get this one and I’m really glad I did. I was considering 270-360 Bosch battery mowers, Cobra petrol mowers, 2nd hand Honda mowers… the lot! I decided that everything I was looking at was overkill for my small grass rear lawn and tiny bit at the front. The Bosch battery mower looked really good bit quite expensive and I couldn’t see the point in spending almost twice as much.
It does a completely fine job cutting the grass. The summer has just passed and I was mowing my lawn once a week to keep on top of it all, therefore the mower wasn’t working particular hard. The front patch grows faster and is longer and the mower still managed to cut it easily. It takes me about 12 minutes to do front and back and I will get 2 weeks worth before I put the batteries on charge although I could probably get 3 weeks out of it. The collection bag is perfectly fine and it doesn’t leak. The roller is light plastic and the mover overall is very light so it doesn’t leave you with good traditional stripes but I wasn’t expecting much anyway.
Overall, it suits my needs perfectly and would cut a rear lawn probably 3 times the size of mine with no hassle. Just remember to weekly cut and you’re golden.
Cheap battery mower... but dece
Great for my small lawn (c.12 sq metres). Easy to maneovure, cuts to the edges and theres enough charge left to drop one of the batteries into my strimmer. Great little mower and real bang for buck.

Perfect and brilliant all in one package. Long battery life and just genially really good. So good, I bought a second one to keep at our caravan!!!!
Excellent piece of kit, simple to use and clean. Plenty of power, I have a 150 sq m lawn and I can cut it twice between charges. Note! I cut the lawn twice per week.

Not for the large garden but very useful for the medium size garden. My wife is very much into her gardening but found our petrol lawn mower to be too heavy and cumbersome. She feels this is ideal as it is so light and easy to use and clean
One small negative is that you need to know where the children are and remember to remove the batteries after use and before cleaning. Potential danger should you forget in that because it is light it can be easily moved or started accidentally.

Brilliantly designed product – looks great, everything works well. Feels solid and well built – looks like someone actually thought about the product when it was made. Great value for money. Handle folding mechanism could be more sophicticated – but thats the only gripe so far. Never heard of Worx before, but now a fan.
Easier to use than a petrol mover and no risk of cutting a cable.
I have a 7x11m grass area. From 4 power lights (full) normally drops to 3 after finished, once it dropped to 2 but the grass was long and slow going. Seems to cut as well as my petrol mower did, wife can use this one but never used to be able to start the petrol mower. Its much lighter making it easier to manoeuvre and store. Batteries charge after use are always finished when I check on them after 1 hour.
Worx Cordless Mowe
Perfect for my needs 25 mins only to given a very good cut that took an hour with my old mower. My lawn is 15m x 15m with a few obstacles so no cord to tangle with the mower is a real blessing.

Easy to assemble… I have a small patch of lawn to the rear of my house, had five cuts before I had to recharge the battery, used the highest cut setting to start, now using the lowest, batteries on the mower can be used on other worx tools… wish I had known that before buying the worx cordless drill, very happy with this buy
Nice mower just needs a bit more powe
Only criticism is the runtime. Will be great when lawn is short and will use this for keeping on top of the cutting but doesn’t like the long grass or damp grass. But otherwise it’s great.
Light and easy to use even between and around trees
Brilliant so far I have quite a large back garden and the batteries have lasted to do the whole area. Also so light, after my petrol mower gave up on us after many years of hard work I was reluctant to change, but I’m so glad I did! No more backache when I’ve finished. I’ve only used on Eco as I do mow at least once a week so lawn/grass/daisy/dandelion never very long

Very effective and reliable. A bit on the heavy side
I’m anew homeowner and new to gardening/lawnmowning. This Worx lawnmower works well and it is easy to assemble and use. I underestimated the size of my rear garden, I needed 3 full charges before completing (grass was a bit long). Only one charged required for my small front garden. I re-cut the small after 3 days (short grass) and we made in half the time (20 min) with battery to spare. Great little mower for small gardens and to move quickly around trees. I estimate battery lasts 30 mins and re-charges in 1h 30 mins. Bought a second set of batteries (73 GBP in total) to allow longer usage. For big gardens a petrol mower is the only choice if you want to finish quickly (I wouldn’t recommend electric due to the cable being a hazard). In any case, the shorter you cut the grass, the quicker you finish the following time, the longer the batteries last. I’ll keep practice!

The battery life is as claimed. Just a pity that for my usage a double capacity battery setup would have been desirable. Then again, the price would have to increase.
Looking into the future its seems that I will be able to purchase spares from a UK centre – just up the road for me.
Excellent machine, so easy to use
This gives a great cut despite being battery powered. Batteries last between 20 and 30 minutes depending on cut mode and grass length. May seem a little short but recharge in about 2 hours so has not been an issue for me.

Great cordless lawnmowe
We have 3 fairly small lawns and this lawnmower cuts them really well, with very low noise levels, and no annoying cables to move around and avoid!
With the batteries in and the grass box fitted it’s really well balanced when you pick it up to move it around by the handle.
I’ve just bought the cordless strimmer, body only, of the same make and I can use the same batteries with both.
Extremely impressed
First my only dislike, folding the handle down for storage is very clumsy, you have to undo 4 toggle nuts, almost to the point that they fall off then fold the handles down, the same is true for unfolding them again for use, clumsy and akward.
My likes are simple, it cuts brilliantly even with really long grass, its very easy to control and while my gardens not very large, the batteries lasted for the whole cut.

Have now used the mower several times and am delighted. My rear garden is awkward in shape including slopes but this lightweight machine copes well. I have a small front lawn and the rear is around 120 square ms and a full charge handles comfortably. Have now added a hedge trimmer and edge strimmer which use the same batteries. A very happy bunny!!

Only used once so far, but am most impressed with the cut and ease of use. I have a very uneven lawn, which also slopes. This is far superior to my last lawn mower.
Good battery capacity
Mower is light and easy to manouver with perfectly adequate battery capacity especially if the grass is not saturated with water and not grossly overgrown. It is,after all, a lawn mower and not a machine designed to harvest hay!
Great mower and no cable
This is a great mower Iam in my late 60 so I needed something light and easy to move, this fits the bill no cable to get tangled and so light .
Easy to use, does the lawn pictured on its second lowest hight in 1 charge or 2 charges at lowest, pictured length is at second lowest. Does not really pull along or produce the clearest lines otherwise would be 5 stars

I love this little lightweight cordless mower. It’s perfect for me and is great no more worries about cables, saves time, straight out of the shed and on with the mowing! I seem to cut the grass more often now as if you let it grow too long it uses the battery up quicker as it’s more work to cut it, I also only cut it when the grass is at its driest to conserve battery and the batteries last for upto 50miins constant use but lots of thing can change that grass length, dryness etc so that’s why you won’t get anybody when asking “how big an area does it cut on one charge”

I have three modest size lawns. It mowed all three with the power on constant for each; with the loss of only one charge light. It mowed well, is easy to maneuver and the flexible sides to the grass box means it is easy to empty and store. The blade stops as soon as the trigger handle is released. It is a lot quieter than a mains powered mower. All in all a very good buy. So buy one! Update to this review. I contacted Torx to buy a spare blade for when the original would no longer sharpen. They are unobtainable! How’s that for customer care!

Ordered via Amazon Prime and the price I paid was also the cheapest I’d seen. It came well packed , assembly was very easy and intuitive and done within 15 mins w/o the need to refer to the instruction manual. The batteries (x 2 ) needed charging out of the box.
My main reason for purchase was to replace a larger and heavier petrol self propelled mower – the WORX Cordless is much lighter and easier to maneuver and i don’t have to faff about with petrol cans, pull start cables and throttle adjustments , but the WORX has a narrower cut and a smaller grass collection box vs. my petrol mower so it takes longer to cut the grass.
Update after 6months of ownership:
Overall still delighted with the purchase after using it most weeks over a 5 month summer/autumn period.. The batteries are fully charged in a couple of hours . We have 3 x small lawns surrounding our property that total approx 300 m2. If I cut with the mower set on TURBO and on the 2nd lowest grass cut setting, It didn’t quite manage to cut all my 3 lawns on one charge (probably 50 m2 short) and I had to recharge the batteries to finish the job off . However to be fair, the manf claims to only cut up to 230 m2 on a full charge so it was up to spec.
It performed very well as long as i did not let the grass grow too long. I tried to cut the lawn every week and it managed to cut my 3 lawns on a full charge with some charge to spare with the mower set to ECO mode on the 2nd lowest setting. Although it struggled if I left the grass to grow much beyond 1 week and i had to resort to using my more powerful petrol mower on one occasion when i left the grass to grow for over 2weeks when we went on holdiday It is easy and lightweight to fold down and store away into a small space in our shed which was not the case with my petrol mower. In summary , I’m delighted with the performance which has exceeded my expectations so it gets 5 Stars from me. It impreseed me enough to also buy the WORX cordless strimmer which I am also delighted with.

A great lightweight lawnmower,moves easily when not switched on to store ,does the job without using muscle power,battery lasted about 20 minutes ,ok if you only have a small lawn,I ran out and had to recharge the batteries then finish the job later ,so I invested in two more batteries as I have a lot of grass to cut ,ideal lawnmower for a woman,and it looks cute too

Well impressed.
As long as you don’t mow the lawn when it is long and wet it can do back and front lawns no problem with a bit to spare. (lawns are medium to large size)
If you have the Worx cordless drill with two batteries then you can use these for back up.
Found it very quick and easy to assemble. Used this mower for the first time and I found it easy to manoeuvre and it’s so light and quiet. Strange having no wires to worry about. Cuts really well too with the height adjustments on Ecco and Turbo. Great that the grass box collapsed for storage. Good capacity too. Only one battery life used to cut my lawn. Love the 1hr charge and dual charger. Very pleased with this lawnmower just right for what I need.

Terrific value for the money
Present for my wife (at her request) .. now in her 70s and refusing to downsize on the rather large garden she created from a paddock, she has taken on the task of cutting the lawns whilst I now manage some the of more robust tasks .. under guarded supervision of course 😉 She absolutely loves it, using it weekly, and is actually far quicker at it than I used to be with the old electric powered one, finding it manoeuvrable, lightweight and being cordless, less frustrating to operate. Even taking out of storage, cleaning and putting it away after use, is something she does with ease.
She regards grass cutting now as merely a walking exercise between tasks that require bending, kneeling etc!

Great mowe
So far nothing I dislike. I am old and was a little worried about this purchase. That was totally unnecessary as it’s so easy to mow, it’s quick, does the job and I always look forward to my weekly mow. Easy to carry it into the front garden. Love it!
I have 140m2 total front and back lawn, & the 2x 2mAh batteries easily mow this size lawn on ‘turbo’ (although ‘eco’ seems to cut just as well)… and still have enough battery left for edging with strimmer and hedge trimming (would recommend those two Worx products too). Much more robust than my previous Bosch electric mower. I’ve been mowing weekly so only taking about 1cm max of blade which it sucks up and collects well, but can imaging that it might struggle to collect in severely over grown lawns. I’ve only needed to empty the collection basket at the end, so it’s big enough for my lawn and mowing frequency. It’s quieter than any petrol or electric mower I’ve had, which is great for mowing whilst the baby sleeps or in the evening (#weeknightmow) without bothering the neighbours. Really pleased all-round.

More power - preferred not needed.
Good for small lawns, would recommend the bigger batteries as with al the garden chores you’ll be charging more than once.
It is a bit plasticky but ok for the money
The batteries last for two small lawns before charging and as we have purchased a battery less strimmer this has kept the cost dow

I sold my petrol mower as it was much too hard on my back and really hoped this was a good choice. I used it for the first time today and it is FANTASTIC ! having spinal problems I struggle to mow my lawn but try to keep active and this little gem was so light and easy to use and clean I cannot praise it enough
I have a cabled Flymow hover mower, which on my uneven level lawn, was heavy to use and ripping up parts of the grass. I borrowed my son’s cordless Worx rotary mower and was so impressed, bought one. It is lightweight and with 6 cutting height settings allows me to adjust cut depending on grass length. No cables to worry about and very quiet.

We have had this mower for a few months and it has been flawless in operation , our lawn is around 400M3 and the batteries last long enough to finish easily , nice and light and cuts well.
Love this cordless mower. Adjustable height is awesome, and eco Vs high-powered options are great. The battery’s when fully charged are sufficient to cut my 5×5 meter garden, however, my chargers were faulty such that they would not charge the batteries fully even though the charging port light would indicate they were. I only realised this because 1) the ‘fully’ (ie, actually just partially-charged) charged batteries could not mow my entire garden and 2) because when I plugged the ‘fully’ charged batteries into the battery charger that came with their lawn-trimmer, the battery charged showed that these ‘fully’ charged batteries were not fully charged and required a bit more charging using this non-faulty charger. However, when the battery are truly fully charged than they do the job.
Easy to use
Very easy to use , this makes me cut the lawn more often and thus makes the charge last longer.
I have three lawns, 5x3m, 3x2m and 10×5.
If I cut them often and don’t use the turbo mode the charge just lasts to do them all
Works for me.
Great piece of kit for my allotment as no electricity on site. Light and easy to get in and out of car.

I would recommend so long as you only want it for maintenance of lawn and not for heavy duty stuff.

Not bad for a battery mower. It Comfortable cuts a 10 x 10 metres patch of 5 inch long, dense soggy grass on it’s lowest cut with a bit of battery power to spare, not sure under what conditions it would cut a 20 x 20 metre lawn on one charge. It’s a bit like the silly fuel consumption claims for cars, real world I would say 14 x 14 metres is achievable on a well kept lawn. The cost of all these products is clearly in the Lithium Ions batteries and it’s pity there isn’t the option of buying this mower with the 4 or 5 Amp hour batteries instead of the 2 Amp hour ones that come with the mower. I understand why some manufactures don’t include batteries. I am now looking at buying two 4 Amp hour batteries (120 a pair) or two more 2 Amp Hour batteries (68 a pair) because we have two lawns that are 10m x 10m in size and that would avoid stopping to recharge the 2 Amp hour ones which takes a couple of hours. The roller is a bit of a waste of time and could probably be dispensed with, it isn’t very effective at producing stripes. But overall quite sturdy and easy to use .
Wish I’d bought one before as it makes cutting our lawns so much easier. Simple to assemble and no annoying cable to watch our for. Batteries still showed two bars charge left after cutting our lawns which I didn’t expect after reading some other feedback. Grass fairly long but no problem cutting even using eco setting.
Just given the quite large front lawn a medium length grass cut with this as a test run. Brilliant! So easy to set up and install, and a dream to push when cutting – and it doesn’t give in to gravity on the quite pronounced slope (like my Flymo hover used to, meaning I had to cut up-and-down with it instead of side-to-side). Six height settings mean that its fit for purpose on almost any occasion bar “overgrown”. The batteries are back on charge ready for next use tomorrow. Now all I need to do is find out how to get two spare batteries to enable a “use two – charge two” scenario. Looks like I might be buying a Worx strimmer and maybe a Worx drill – that will solve that in one way. Highly recommended.
Love it, only used twice but its light and very easy to use. If the lawn is long I cut on high setting first and then lower it down. So far delighted would definitely recommend.
Great to be cable free. Also good that to do so I don’t have to suffer the smell of petrol fumes with this. Got my areas of lawn done in 25 minutes which was an amazing 20 minutes quicker than faffing around with my corded mower and constantly having to move the cable so I don’t run over it. There was enough battery life left to attach to my Worx strimmer and do all the edging and corners. I have a pretty bumpy uneven and sloping lawn in places. The batteries remained firmly housed throughout.
Used this mower for the first time this week. For the price, its excellent. Very quiet, easy to put together and cuts very well. Time will tell on how long the batteries last but they are replaceable if needed.
