Pleasantly surprised.
Chose this cleaner as conscious of weight – especially once filled with water . Other makes would have been impossible for me to lift or move. Been surprised at how much dirt is lifted and have used it on rugs and mattress. Not perfectly dry after but ok within 24hrs – in my experience. Having pets, for me it’s good to have use of whenever I need it. Did use cleaning detergent in the water too. Cleaning roller after use is little tricky but be patient and for me machine been worth purchase.
Great carpet cleane
Yes it’s a bit bulky, yes it’s a bit noisey, but this is the best carpet cleaner I’ve had, it’s very user friendly, and clean s the carpets as good as any professional cleaner, the carpets are touch dry in less than an hour (in winter with heating on) the cleaning fluid smells lovely and well worth getting the bigger bottle, highly recommend this carpet cleaner.

Good for my carpets as I have dogs. It is heavy that is the only issue.

Bought this after my VAX packed in didn’t like it at all not easy to use and didn’t get the stains out. Went back to a Vax

Just wow!! This really is worth the buy. My daughter had been sick and I needed to really clean up the cream carpet. This saved the day! Must have! Does an amazing job freshening up and cleaning carpets. So Easy to use. Wish I bought one sooner.
Carpet cleane
Great carpet cleaner easy to assemble and easy to use a bit heavy to carry upstairs but otherwise a great carpet cleaner and drys about an hour or two later would definitely recommend.
Does what it needs to do
Pretty easy to use, just need to change water more often than I was expecting but no big deal as it’s easy to do.

Carpet Steam Cleane
Used on an Indian rug with high wool content.Worked very well but required removal of build up of wool now and again in suction tube.Made a very notable difference.I don’t have stairs so cannot comment. I have not yet used it on carpets but I would expect it to cope fine.

An efficient carpet and rug cleaner.
I was very surprised to see how grimy the water was after shampooing two large rugs. Looking forward to continuing cleaning carpets when the weather is warm although it does dry very well. Very satisfied with the performance of this machine. Time will tell on the durability and reliability.
A little heavy but not in a bad way.
It is far better than I expected. It is a little heavier but I think mainly due to a good extraction motor.
It has a clever water supply water extraction tank which is easy to fill and empty.
There is a small vacuum extraction filter that you need to keep an eye on but other than that, it works very well.
Do not use to much detergent as it will just create soap suds and not clean any better.

The ease of assembly was the first good point and then the ease of use a very simple but effective system which resulted in carpets and a chair looking like new, it was embarrassing how dirty the fluid was after use, make sure you remove the carpet pile it raises and ensure you vacuum before starting a clean. A truly excellent product at an extremely good price.
