Had same one for 8 years before it packed in very happy with it so bought the same model . Definitely recommend.
One touch and that is it coffee just as I wanted it . I like the design it sits well on the work surface .
Quite pleased with the purchase. Configurable, easy to clean since the frother is easy to disassemble and the parts are machine washable. Looks nice and has a small footprint on the kitchen counter. Can recommend!
I have got into milk based coffee drinks over lockdown as opposed to plain black coffee. Wanted a machine that was not too big but had a lot of functionality. This machine was perfect, makes all types of coffee and is simple to maintain.
So we have had a nespresso pod machine before. Was thinking about a bean to cup model, thinking about environmental credentials, but suspect we’d generate more waste and might not get through the beans quickly enough as don’t work from home. Compromise is aluminium capsules and ensuring all is recycled.
Coffee and heated milk are easy in this. Coffee tastes good and has a lovely cream.
With all machines there is usually a degree of pfaff with cleaning; descaling is particularly an issue. This however is a pleasure. The lights came on to tell me to descale. I got out the manual and within a few minutes the machine was ready to be used again. The hardest bit was opening the descaling pipe storage compartment.
Once the descaling pipe is plugged in the machine programmes itself (no complicated button combination as with previous machine). My only contributions were putting in descaled and fresh water when needed. So easy will definitely increase likelihood of this usually awful task being done.
Makes a smashing cup of coffee and theres hundreds of different pods to choose from.

I found this machine very good but was a little mixed up with buying pods for it and ended up with several dolce gusto packs of pods which are too large for it. However I now have the correct pods and am happy with my buy.
This machine makes great coffee. I’ve read some negative reviews suggesting that getting it set up is a little complicated, and that washing out the parts is tricky. The set up does take a bit of concentration on the instruction book, but once it’s done, it’s done. The dismantling and washing of the milk flask (I just take it apart and pop it in the dishwasher) is a breeze. It’s a lot less fiddly overall than using a regular espresso maker and milk frother, and I use it much more frequently than my old machine. Great cappuccino is now a daily treat!
This is the second one of this model I have bought as I just love them, bought this for a great price from Amazon warehouse and so pleased with it. Fast delivery perfect all round.
Everything is ok, the flavour is excellent (my son can even make his own hot chocolate.)Cleaning is easy, but the only thing is that one button broke down(the latte machinato button) it only gives me have a machinato now.
I’ve had the other two makes pod machine (Tassimo and Dolce Gusto) but this one is by far the best. A lot cleaner than a traditional coffee machine too.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase, but it does take time to get used to .
Coming from a couple of years as a Tassimo user, and Dolce Gusto before that , the range of coffee flavours available in the nespresso format is a welcome feature. The ease of using fresh milk is also much appreciated as I much prefer the taste.
Obviously milk goes stale quickly,and it is essential to clean the milk related Lattissima components regularly, at least every two days . Blockages can occur if you take your eye off the ball , which can be tricky to fix. Descaling of the machine is needed about every 2 months, not a long task , but the nespresso descaling fluid is expensive – other, cheaper , descaling products appear to work just as well.
A word about temperature. A decent drink ought really to be at least 65 Celsius, and this machine does not seem to come up with the goods unless you warm your cup / mug up first , run some water through the machine to raise the temperature of the water used for your coffee, and also, if milk is being used , run some milk through first so it’s fully hot when being used for your coffee. It can be a tad disappointing to sit down to a tepid mug of coffee 🙁

Good looking machine and makes a nice range of nice coffees. However, it can be a bit temperamental insofar as, at times, on start up all of the lights keep flashing making it impossible to interact with machine. Usually requires a switch off/on procedure to solve it. I will see if this settles down before contacting seller.

You can pay nearly 700 for the nespresso Creatista Pro and the pods will taste the same?

On reading the reviews of this machine, I was very close to saying “this seems AWFUL, on to the next option!”. However, I really liked the way it looked, it uses Nespresso capsules of which I already have a load, so I thought “I’ll have a go, and if it’s as bad as folk say, it’ll be back to Amazon within a week with no harm done”.
So, I ordered it on the Thursday, they said it would be delivered on the Saturday, and it turned up on Friday evening, so great job on the delivery and a very favourable start to the experience.
First time use was a little bit of an adventure – the manual told me what to do, and I was following it through, but on page 14 in step 7, it says for first time use “Place container under coffee outlet and press lungo button – repeat 3 times” and then very very clearly points to the espresso button in the accompanying graphic. I decided to use the lungo button instead of the one they point you towards, and it all seemed to work fine.
Once I’d done all the setup stuff, I made one of each type of drink. The default measure for the “lungo” was, for me, too small – it dispenses 110ml, I like 200ml, but changing the default amount dispensed was an absolute doddle. It’s probably heresy for any devout coffee drinker, but I like to make a 200 ml coffee, warm 30ml of single cream in the micro for 20 seconds and use that to provide the milkiness. You don’t get froth, but washing up a small measuring jug is way easier than cleaning out the Nespresso milk foaming mechanism.
Having said all that, the drinks made with the frothed milk taste absolutely lovely, and I’ll definitely be using that function for special days. On a day to day basis, the micro’ed cream will do me fine.
I suspect that a lot of the negative reviews stem from folk who would do well to observe the old RTFM maxim – there definitely seems to be some anger from folk who haven’t done the basics, which would imply that they haven’t read the manual…
The machine, for me, consistently makes excellent cups of coffee even from 3rd party capsule makers. I had previously tried using the Happy Belly brand Rwanda Rainforest alliance capsules at https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Brand-Nespresso-Compatible-Capsules/dp/B08FRSGQK5/ref=sr_1_7 and my old machine (from a German discount supermarket) hadn’t been able to push water through them, so I just got drips in the bottom of the cup. With this machine, I get a full cup of excellent tasting coffee out of the capsules that supports Rwandan farmers for less than 14 pence per cup, which makes me very very happy.

This is a good coffee machine and makes a good coffee for who is not very fussy about real espresso. Coffee is really foamy but not actually creamy (this is a particular that not everyone can get). Using a high quality coffee can help a lot anyway. Overall it is easy to use, personalizable and with choices of cappuccino, macchiato. Parts are quite easy to clean. It frothes milk very well.
I feel the need to write this review as I have just realised I’ve had my lattissima for over 7 years. It is still making great coffee and cappuccino and it definitely does not show any sign of ageing! I use it at least twice a day and I normally descale it once a month or every other month with descaling capsules.
I absolutely love coffee but I’m quite fussy with my coffee. I’ve got a basic Nespresso machine but I wanted one that heated and frothed milk as well.
This is excellent once I get used to the different settings lol I really like that I can take the milk container and pop it in the fridge. My favourite is the latte- so far.

I’m so pleased I bought this coffee machine, it’s brilliant, coffee tastes great and lots of different pods to choose from.
I bought the WHITE one to match the white kettle and toaster, also from same manufacturer, which I purchased through Amazon at the same time. Don’t be fooled! It is not white at all but a very pale grey, so does not match the other items as expected. Amazon were useless in “attempting” to “understand” the problem!
De’Longhi Nespresso Lattissima makes beautiful coffee, is easy to set up and clean and I never get bored trying out different combos and flavours.
Unfortunately, like all these machines, the coffee is never ever hot enough.
Still, a few secs in the microwave makes all the difference.
Love this machine! Very easy to use. Great choice of coffees, from strong to milky versions. You can also choose your level of foam for a frothy coffee! The milk container needs rinsing after each coffee but only take a few seconds. Recently had to de scale the machine using a regular de scaler, didn’t buy nespresso one as it was expensive. Excellent machine!
Features..
1. Coffee 5*: Being an amid coffee lover, this machine is the best I have seen. The coffee taste depends on many factors, like the pods you use, the milk etc etc. So you need to fiddle with the best pods suitable for you. Once you find that, you will be amazed for sure. The smell it gives when the coffee is made is a bliss. Its as good as the coffee you get in a coffee shop. I would say its far better because you are not paying 4 bucks for it.
2. Quantity: If you are complaining about the less or more quantity, please go read the manual again. It has all the instructions for modifying the default settings so we can change the amount of milk/coffee dispensed for each and every type of mix.
3. Cleaning: I clean is every couple of days. Its easy. Soak them in a bowl of soap water for overnight and rinse next day. Very easy to remove and assemble back. I have done is numerous time now. To avoid frequent cleaning, I fill the whole milk container to the max level and put it back in the fridge once i made the coffee. This will keep things clean and healthy. People who complain this is difficult to clean, trust me this is their first machine that has milk frother inbuilt.
4. Descaling: When you get the machine first you need to set the ph level and the machine will warn based on this i think. I have soft water system installed and this warning came up pretty quick. To descale it, i bought a descaling kit from local shop and it worked a lot cheaper than the nespresso one.
5. Pods: Every pod thats compatible with a nespresso machine is compatible with it. I have tried the local stores one to the expensive nespresso/startbucks ones.
Pros:
Best coffee mc with minimal maintenance.
Cons:
Only 2 i can think of,
1. Coffee temperature is low for my liking. Needs to be consumed immediately.
2. Pods are a waste to environment. But then all pod machines are. so.

Le premier latte est excellent que ce soit au niveau de la saveur et de la temprature. Effectivement, elle est trs facile d’utilisation.
Die Maschine macht einfach den perfekten Kaffee Latte oder Cappuccino. Der Milchschaum lsst sich nach Belieben variieren, Menge, Festigkeit und immer perfekt. Das war fr mich das wichtigste Kriterium. Zudem ist der milchbehlter leicht zu reinigen. Nach jeder Benutzung und darf in die Splmaschine. Zwischendrin kann man ihn einfach in den Khlschrank stellen.
Das der Nespresso Kaffee an sich toll ist, brauch ich wohl nicht extra erwhnen.
Auch gefllt mir die Gre der Maschine gut, deutlich kleiner als ein Kaffeevollautomat und auch kleiner als eine normale Filtermaschine.

First one was faulty but 2nd one works great and my Mum loves it. Easy to use and clean.
Good little coffee machine – only thing stopping me from giving 5* is that the milk frother gauge does not really have an impact on the froth you receive, and some of the coffee combinations appear to be very milk heavy. Otherwise a very sleek and efficient machine.
Great product. Easy to use and clean and coffee tastes great. The only issue I would say is even on the lowest setting the milk frother makes a bit too much for a latte and since I drink mostly latte style coffee it’s a pain at times. Great for a cappuccino however and all other short style coffees.
Once you get to understands settings it’s a lovely device to use. I found instructions a bit vague at times but then I found on YouTube full set of video instructions on how to use this machine and once set up correctly made life much simpler. Value for money most definitely.

This was bought to replace an identical model which developed a leak into the capsule tray so I was familiar with its use and happy to purchase again BUT , my previous one was black and fitted the decor of the kitchen and in particular the black granite worktops, this wax is advertised and sold as black but is actually grey, couldn’t be a***d to send it back and search for a new one so a, having to live with it.
We found the blending really good. A proper coffee with an easy to use panel.
This is my second machine and this one is far easier to clean. Love the steamer really makes it feel like you’re out having an afternoon treat, who knows when that’ll actually happen again. The machine seems to hold more used pods than my previous model. I also like that you’ve an actual on/off switch so more energy saving. There’s also an indicator to show how much milk is required for the type of coffee you are making.
We are absolutely delighted that we upgraded our previous nespresso machine to this model. It has gone beyond our expectations at all levels. It makes coffee as well as any coffee outlet that we have tried and as such saves us money on takeaway coffees. We love it!
I was never a big fan of capsules partly because of my experience of using a proper machine but mostly because I like latte/cappuccino/ flat white concoctions.
This machine helps making whatever one wants an absolute doddle! A few testing cups to get the measurements right and then you just keep the settings you need on the machine. The result is the coffee you want all the time!
It’s an investment and pods are a bit more expensive but the amount of time saved makes it worthwhile IMO every single day.
Just getting into the whole world of non instant coffee. Good starter machine.

Really good machine, I’m not longer going back to the other brands such as Tassimo or dolche. This one gives you, perhaps a better than coffee shop style coffee!
It’s reletively easy to clean as everything seems to come apart and is dishwasher friendly.
This next bit might seem a bit picky to most but when you make a latte from this machine the froth from the milk doesn’t go down like other machines. Even from a coffee shop, you usually end up with liquid towards the end if you leave it a few mins! For me this is a big thing and I’m throughly impressed by this machine.
This is by far my favourite one!
