A nice simple kettle
After having a multi temperature smart kettle (where the app stopped working sadly) we wanted to go back to something that just boiled water! This fitted the bill. Looks good, boils quickly, pours nicely. Perfect.
You won’t want to change it for the price
I liked the look of this kettle, but looking at the reviews some were complaining about it being plastic, so that put me off a bit, but the looks won and I bought it. Not sure what their worries were, as it boils the water pretty quick and not too noisy. I like the way that you can just put a little water in it to boil which saves electric bill. Would recommend it.

Stylish quick boil kettle
Very nice quick boil kettle that fits well within the decor of our kitchen. Pours well and the filter works well. The switch lights up a nice blue colour and the lid fits well and opens easily with the chrome handle. Been using it a month and all good so far.
quiet,fast boil
Good kettle, my only dislike is the location of the water level indicator which lies directly behind the handle making it hard to see as it means looking from an angle. Our previous 3 kettles have all had the water level indicators on the body of the kettle one quarter way round from the handle.

It looks so pretty on my counter, it’s easy to clean and boils water super fast.
I really appreciate the flaps I side the jug which tell you howuch water to put in for just one cup, or 2 or 3, so you don’t have to boil extra water.

VALUE FOR MONEY
First time ordered from this Company and I can honestly recommend them. Everything stated in the description is exactly right and product is easy to use, easy to clean and boils quickly. It’s not too loud and easy to fill up with a pull off lid. The water spout is large so you could refi that way. This is replacing a very expensive Kettle which didn’t even last 3 years. If you want value for money your search is over would recommend 100%.

Nice looking kettle which has 1, 2 and 3 cup indicators inside. They gave me a bit of a surprise as they were sticking out into the kettle, so not sure how easy they will be to clean.

Used at an air b&b
I used this kettle at an air b&b. I was so impressed with how quickly it boiled and how quiet it was. I bought myself when I came home. It’s brilliant, boils very quickly. uses less electricity and looks good too. I would definatley recommend.

Lovely kettle matches the decor in my kitchen it boils quickly and is quiet compared to other kettles I have had, bought the toaster aswell really pleased with them both and delivered quickly.

It boils very quickly, is easy to clean and looks both elegant and classy. I love the handle and it’s so much lighter than the glass kettle I used to have. I agree with other reviewers who have noticed that the water level is not ideally placed, but really, it’s not a problem.

SOFT BOIL & FAST
Very pleased with this kettle. Ive bought several Russell Hobbs cream kettles over the yrs & just bought this as it was cream & much cheaper. It boils very fast & is so much less noisy than the others. Cant say how long it will last but so far so good. One tiny detail (first world problem!) It has a white lead&plug and my sockets are brushed steel. But Im over it. Good little kettle for the price with 3 yr RH warranty.

Very pleased with this purchase – very quick boil ( or at least compared to my previous kettle it is!) & like the indicators for boiling just enough for 2 cups. Looks good on the work top too.
Brilliant kettle
I have just brought this for my mum as I have the white one & it’s such an easy kettle to use the main feature that makes it better than a n most is the lid completely comes off so it’s much easier. It’s a very quick boil & easy to keep clean. Exceptional value for money.
A good, quick boiling kettle!
Our old kettle finally keeled over after dying a long, slow death, in come the new one!
As for the practical bits : it comes with clear and easy instructions to initially clean (fill it and boil it twice basically), assembly is foolproof, there is also the basic information you could need as well as telling that the three ‘tags’ at the bottom of the kettle represent 1, 2 and 3 mugs of tea when filled up to the corresponding number, handy if you want to save energy and time for a quick cuppa(s)!
My partner was very picky as, apparently, how a kettle looks and how its color matches the toaster is important!? It looks ok I guess, a bit cheap looking for 30 pound in my opinion, but what do I know? Apart from how it looks (judge for yourself) it does the job well and quickly, comes with a wine voucher for some reason too, will have to see if its a good deal or not, a thank you note for purchasing is a nice little touch too to be fair!

Great kettle for the price- bought it after quite a lot of deliberation to replace my lovely looking, but awful to operate pastel green smeg kettle. This Russel hobbs kettle was less than one seventh of the price of my previous kettle. It looks great, boils really quickly, is a much quieter boil, the lid is easy to get on and off, is light to lift and move ( but not too light that it might feel flimsy), and water tastes fine from it. I’m really pleased with my purchase and won’t look for a really expensive kettle again- really not worth it!. I’m now going to buy the toaster to replace my smeg toaster!

Nice kettle great design apart from seeing water level. It is behind the handle which makes it difficult. I know a lot of kettles like this. Those that design need to look again!!!!

Fairly quiet. There is one water scale slightly obscured by handle, but there are 3 red markers inside the kettle to give rough idea of filling for 1 to 3 cups
Lid is separate to the main kettle. 2 year warranty supposed to be 3 if registered online, but only showed as 2024 rather than 2025.

This kettle is excellent nice a lightweight and easy pouring water into the cups without any spilling. 100% happy as it’s more e energy efficient than my previous one so has to be better .

It does what it described. Its not that noisy, but i guess it depends what your previous model was it. The lid can come off completely from the kettle so i got a feeling that it will one day come lose when i try to pour water. So better hold the lid while pouring hot water. But other than that it is light and good price.

Brilliant buy, the white colour goes perfect with the rest of our kitchen and the kettle looks like it’s really high quality.

Beautiful kettle with all the stops and whistles. I bought the cream ine as it goes well with my kitchen. I previously ordered a more expensive kettle but had to return it. I’m so pleased with this Russell Hobbs one though. It’s lightweight, has easy to see measures inside and outside and has an easy to open lid and an ergonomic handle. Would definitely recommend (and I’m fussy)!

SMART LOOKING KETTLE
Excellent a kettle that looks smart in my kitchen, is light weight and above all QUIET. I have had a few kettles in my 52years of marriage, First was the Russell Hobbs (now classed as retro) would have bought this one again, but too expensive. So decided to go back to Russell Hobbs and try this one. So glad I did, everything I wanted, even easy to lift an take lid off, arthritus in fingers.

The time it takes to boil is extremly quick, and very quiet. It has a large capacity and a light that turns on while its boiling. The lid removes with ease making it easy to fill up the kettle when empty.
Fast boile
Did a lot of research before buying and despite one or two negative reviews I decided to order. Colour is a nice shade of cream which fits in with my other appliances. It boils really quickly and we can’t detect any plastic taste. It’s a little heavier than our last kettle but not too heavy. Style is very appealing. With prime account it was next day delivery. Am very pleased and would recommend
great little kettle for budget hotel stay
In a budget hotel, you don’t get a kettle unless you ask for it. In these ‘staying safe’ days, I would rather have my own. Boiled super fast, didn’t matter that it only did 1 cup at a time,(that’s what it stated in the description) because it boiled fast. Glad I bought it, and the fact that it folds down is wonderful.

I didn’t NEED to replace my last Russell Hobbs kettle which had been used for twenty years and was still going strong, but splashed out on a new one anyway to co-ordinate more with my new kitchen.
Wasn’t sure about the horizontal ridges, but actually it’s fine. I’m really happy with this kettle. It’s very quiet, it boils reasonably fast, and it pours very well. It’s also light, and the lid is easy to remove leaving a big opening for refilling. The lid also goes back on easily and securely. The cream colour co-ordinates well with wood and other cream/grey surroundings and looks great.
Ignore the reviews from people disgusted that the interior is plastic. Chemicals don’t leach into water; it doesn’t affect the taste; this is all nonsense.
Well done, Russell Hobbs. Another product that will probably be in use for another twenty years. It could even see me out.
