Great product - AMAZING customer service
I am so happy with this product. My hair feels amazingly soft and I’m no longer stuggling with an itchy head. I have extremely thick, long, hair and this shampoo and conditioner has really helped to tame the frizz. It also smells amazing! A lady called Krissy who deals with customer service is just amazing, I contacted her to order an additional pump and was provided with further advice about optimal use. Just all round super happy with these products…. and as an additional bonus the packaging is aesthetically pleasing! Will definitely be buying again! 😀
Amazing sulphate free shampoo and conditione
This is my second purchase, I wouldn’t use any other sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. I’ve tried many in the past which do not come anywhere near these products in texture and scent. Absolutely perfect and highly recommend. The company are extremely helpful, they sent me a free pump and emailed me to offer another which I accepted and was posted the same day.

Perfect to use after a Keratin blow dry
I purchased this after having a Keratin blow dry as it is recommended to use Sulphate Free Shampoo. NYK1 has been perfect I have only used this product since and it has worked well on my mixed race hair probably even helped improve the condition of it. It takes a few washes to see the effect of it but it lasts a long time as you don’t need to use lots when washing. Overall the shampoo and conditioner is very good and recommended.

I was very impressed with thes two hair products. The marketing was clear ie : shampoo and conditioner very clearly displayed ( very important when you are in the shower ) the scent was uplifting, aroma is important. I liked the fact that there was less lathering on the hair .this can make things very slippery. My hair after using both shampoo and conditioner was not only sqeaky clean but very soft and manageable. I have not needed to use my straighteners for my hair to look shine and look good. Very pleased indeed with the outcome
Perfect for keratin treated hair!
I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! As I was planning on having a kerastraight treatment on my hair, I needed to find a shampoo conditioner that was both salt and sulphate free. After researching what one was best, I decided to go for this product over the kerastraight one. If I’m honest, the price did put me off a little at first. However, it was more than worth the money! Both items have a lovely, soft coconut scent which is fresh and not overwhelming. The shampoo lathers surprisingly well for a sulphate free shampoo and a little goes a long way. With the conditioner, you only need the smallest amount as it spreads really well and it’s more like an intensive conditioner. My hair feels lovely and clean after using the products and it’s left feeling soft, healthy and manageable. As you only need such a small amount of both the shampoo and conditioner, the price is offset as the bottles last ages! After my kerastraight treatment stared to wear off (about 4 1/2 months), my hair was still far softer, shinier and more manageable than before. This I attribute to the shampoo and conditioner. I’ve just had another kerastraight treatment and bought more of the NYK1 products. I’ll definitely continue to use them even if I don’t keep up with the kerastraight!
Great product and fantastic customer service
Both products are very effective and although it takes a bit of time for shampoo to lather on the first application, there is no issue on the 2nd rinse. The conditioner works really well too.
Admittedly the shampoo does not have the best of scents and does not leave the nice fresh smell you get from other shampoos, but its also a good sign as it helps reinforce how much more natural this product is. The conditioner smells much better than the shampoo.Hair looks great after the wash and is more manageable
With the duo set, there was an offer to get a free pump dispenser which Krissie in customer service was reallg helpful about, and really makes using the bottle much easier.

Recently changing my hair colour from darkest brown to auburn meant I had to find a new brand of shampoo and conditioner to keep my hair as shiny and vibrant as possible in between salon visits. The standard brands would fade the colour in just a few washes. My stylist recommended finding a brand that had no salt or sulphates as to prolong the condition and not to strip the colour. I’m so glad I found NYK1. Their customer service is impeccable and the product itself is fantastic. It has a lovely coconut scent which isn’t over powering but still able to smell it a few days after washing. Only way to describe the scent is like being on holiday

The shampoo isnt rich enough but overall great product.
It smells good and your hair feels lovely and soft, it’s adds a decent amount of shine and isnt too difficult to comb through to say its not got the same ingredients as normal hair care products.
The only things I do not like about it is:
The shampoo is too runny. – it’s not cheap to pay for these products and I seem to have to use a lot of the shampoo as it’s not rich enough to make it through all of my scalp as I don’t throughly shampoo the ends.
The conditioner is lovely but the bottle clumps up with the descated coconut bits so you have to remove the lid to get it out better.
I would recommend this product mainly for people who have fine damaged hair, but if you have thick or even a combination like myself perhaps consider a richer formula unless they bulk the shampoo up a little unless you don’t mind using about 3 squirts of it. ( size wise – 3x 50p size worths if not more).

Great Shampoo and Conditioner for keratin treated hai
Shampoo is not very foamy but that is to be expected with a sulphate free shampoo. Smells so nice, like coconuts, that my son has started using it too, much to my horror!! Conditioner makes hair silky and untangled and pleasant to use. Was able to get a free pump dispenser too which has made getting the shampoo out of the bottle much easier. Have since reordered and now have another pump dispenser for my conditioner too. Krissy from customer services was great in arranging dispatch and kept me updated. Great products and service.
Lovely clean fresh hai
Loved both from the word go. shampoo has a lovely light scent, and lathers very well using sparingly .conditioner I followed instructions, and just used on the ends of my hair, again a little goes a long way….I’ve just had a kebelo treatment and these products are brilliant for maintaining sleekness and shine.had previously used another brand…but it made my hair a bit puffy at the ends. Not this one, my hair feels protected , and lovely and clean/ fresh. Silky and Smooth!
I was asked to buy a salt free shampoo/conditioner by my hairdresser to prolong my brazialin blow-out treatment. I did extensive research online to find this ‘product’ and compared everything in the market. My research concluded with selecting and trying NYK1. I tried their shampoo/conditioner and it exceeded my expectations. Mind you my hair being smooth, silky and soft is mostly because of my treatment, but the shampoo complements the treatment nicely and means it would last longer. it has a lovely scent and the packaging looks slick. However, while you could get away with doing a rough wash out with regular shampoos, you don’t with this! Make sure you throughly wash your hair and any residue (both for shampoo and conditioner). what I do love is how I can still smell the shampoo after 2 days!

I have just had a keratin treatment in my hair & choose this product from the reviews I read on Amazon I was so pleased I ordered this & also there was 10 off at the time so that was fantastic.
My only gripe witch is very small when I received the products there was a card saying you could claim a free dispensing pump when I emailed for this the email kept bouncing back so that was disappointing if you could let them it would be appreciated
Best shampoo I’ve EVER used
After wearing hair extensions for 16yrs and fitting them for 15years I must say this is hands down the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve used, don’t be put off by the price you really do get what you pay for and I can’t recommend this enough, I’ll save money on prolonging the life of my extensions so I’ll be saving lots of money using this, my extensions are silky soft and my natural hair is a lot less frizzy and so much more manageable… a star find…. Actually stopped my itching
Used the shampoo & conditioner for the first time & I’m very pleased. Firstly the shampoo is really thick so not much needed to get a good lather. The conditioner is not too heavy or oily. I couldn’t believe that I finally had relief from an itchy scalp after years of trying various paraben & sulphate free products. Highly recommend this if you suffer itching.
Brilliant for Keratin Treated Hair!
I use this for my Keratin treated hair. There are SO many shampoos and conditioners that claim to be suitable for Keratin treated hair but when you look closely at the ingredients they are not. Any products used on Keratin treated hair need to be sulphate free and salt free and this is where it gets confusing as so many advertise that they are suitable for Keratin users, but when you look closely at the ingredients, there is nearly always salt in there, which basically strips the keratin out of your hair. This is the first one I’ve found that doesn’t have either sulphates or salt and also foams. Finally!!! It has been a long, expensive search. I do think you need to wash your hair twice with this product and follow the instructions for the conditioner only applying to the ends, particularly if you have fine hair as it is quite heavy. It is super gentle as well so really good if you have a sensitive scalp, there is just a light scent of coconut. Thank you NYK1, my search is finally over!!!
Genuine godsend for Keratin treated barne
I did try them yesterday and that shampoo is brilliant, as I manage to get my Barnet tamed last week with a longed for keratin treatment,before shutters came down again.
And happy hair, only a small amount of shampoo is required as lathers so well and leaves hair soft and divinely scented so I use the conditioner afterwards as a leave in. This amount should last me till my next treatment,at least 6 months

Is this a JOKE?! My hair extensions got tangled every time I washed it with this shampoo & conditioner. It clearly shows that it’s not salt and sulfate free. I could barely brush my hair extensions, they were all literally in one big piece after I washed my hair, the conditioner did not make the hair soft AT ALL. So bad, and it’s such a shame I got these big bottles cause now I can just chuck them in a bin. Such a waste of money too. ;(

I have afro-caribbean hair, which I colour on a regular basis (due to being of a certain age), I also have started to do brazilian blows so this is my reason for seeking a shampoo and conditioner (sulfate free), although there were many I could of chose from I decided to purchase. I have used these products a few times now and I can say I’m very pleased with the products they leave my hair feeling silky smooth and my curls bouncy and a little amount goes a long way.

The best shampoo and conditioner for hair extensions/hair in general.
So, I bought the shampoo and conditioner after reading fantastic reviews and I cannot emphasise enough how amazing this shampoo and conditioner is for hair with hair extensions.
I’m mixed race with soft, fine stranded ringlet hair (but lots of it). About 3 weeks I had micro link extensions and have tried probably 3 different sulphate free shampoos (keracare being one of them) and none of them left my hair feeling clean. Considering I have a bit of OCD and before hair extensions washed my hair daily as I have an extremely oily scalp due to PCOS (I know its bad hence why I had extensions to stop me doing that). My hair would be greasy the day after I washed it and you could fry a pancake on it 2 days later… I received my NYK1 shampoo/conditioner on Saturday and because my hair is so thick with the extensions in I did have to shampoo 3 times to feel squeaky clean but my god when I dried my hair I don’t think I have ever felt my hair feel this clean. I always felt like I had a bit of residue from old products as you could see it burn off when I would straighten my hair. But not with NYK1. It is now Monday and I haven’t reached for my dry shampoo nor is my hair greasy or even FEEL/look greasy.
I cannot stress enough how soft, shiny and overall glorious my hair feels… finally a product that is worth every penny (and the best bit… a small dose goes a long way!!!).

You really don’t need to use a lot of the product,it doesn’t really smell of anything which is fine,leaves hair feeling clean and not frizzy,not having to wash my hair as often now which in turn will be better for it. Best Shampoo & Conditioner for Keratin Treated Hair!
I started doing keratin treatments this year and struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that was salt and sulphate free. This shampoo and conditioner is a lifesaver as it leaves my hair so soft, makes my treatments last longer and actually cleans my hair (some sulphate free shampoo don’t do the job for me)!! I have natually very frizzy hair, but I’ve noticed since I’ve started using these products that I can go longer between treatments. I can honesly say it’s worth every penny!!

When first purchasing, I initially thought the price was high! I read up about the product and decided to bite the bullet, so pleased I did. You only need a tiny bit, so it last, making it very cost effective for the quality of the goods.

I have extremely naturally curly hair. l have just had a Keratin treatment and chose this set as it had good reviews. I have only used it once so far and this was on day 6 after the treatment. I was not expecting it to lather as much, as apparently this is usually the case for sulphate free products.The shampoos and conditioner smell gorgeous. The Shampoo lathered well considering it was 6 days after treatment, and the conditioner was very silky smooth.
I also applied for the free pump dispenser of which is on its way. The customer service received from Krispy at NYK1 was second to none. Lovely and professional.
I definitely recommend this product.
Amazing product , worth treating yourself
This product is well worth the high price , you need a little so lasts longer than slightly lower priced equivalents. It leaves my now silver/grey hair soft and in great condition and smelling and looking like I’ve stepped out of a salon .

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks now and I love it! I’ve got super super dry hair and have been wanting to try something free from all the nasty ingredients and stumbled across this! My hair definitely feels less frizzy.. it straightens easier than it did before and looks much thicker! My colour is lasting better too! I lovvve the smell.. The conditioner is truly exceptional on my natural African 4C hair post-Keratin treatment. I do keratin treatments every 3 – 4 months to straighten and condition my hair. Keratin treatments help reduce 4C hair breakage in my case and using this shampoo / conditioner helps me maintain the treatment longer and makes my hair super soft.
Great smell and lovely products to use
I have used many sulphate free shampoo and conditioners as I have been having keratin treatment for many years and these by far are the best ones I have bought. The smell is amazing which many of the previous products have lacked and also I feel that my hair is being cleaned properly which again others haven’t. My friend who is a mobile hairdresser who does my hair is always complaining about the shampoo I have to use as they don’t lather well but this one does and she loves it and is recommending to other clients who have had keratin treatments

Not used this sulphate free shampoo or conditioner before so was not sure what to expect: I was looking Gide a sulphate feee shampoo conditioner of coloured hair and found these.
My hair is clean and soft after using these products.
The shampoo actually foams well too.
The smell of both has a hint of caramel – not being floral or too strong.
Both are of good consistency. I am happy with these products because they are sulphate free.
Would be great if conditioner detangled hair better but maybe this is how it is with sulphate free conditioner. I nicer scent would be good too, but saying that the caramel race t is fine if it keeps the products pure.

I have left this review until I had used the product a few times . Well I’m over the moon, I had a colour on my hair from a salon and usually first wash the colour floods out , not this time , very minimal loss of colour . The shamp and cond smells lush , my hair is so so soft and I also received a free pump to save product. A tip was to apply some cond just before straightening which I did and today at work had complements on my shiny hair . So thought I’d now leave this review. Love love this stuff , this will be my go to from now on .

My hair feels so much lighte
I was recommended this from a friend as I can suffer from hair frizz after washing unless I put a load of product on it. I have soft but thick hair and I found this helped ease the frizz (although there’s obvs still some there). My hair also feels lighter, like it’s not coated. I like the light-weight formula of the shampoo but it does feel like I should use more when I haven’t washed my hair in a few days. Overall really happy with the product and will buy again.

I really like this product. I have bright pink coloured hair. My hair type is fine. I feel like the colour lasts longer. More importantly my hair condition and shine looks great. The shampoo doesn’t lather as much as standard product but that’s ok. The conditioner leaves hair tangle free and soft. I know this range is more expensive but I have now purchased a second time because I like it so much. It feels like you are giving your hair a treat using these products.

Love these products, smells amazing and although doesn’t give a big lather, it’s leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. Purchased to prolong my red hair colour and Brazilian straightening treatment. I have bought quite a few different salt and sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. This is by far the best one I have used. I had my nanokeratin treatment at the weekend and used this shampoo for the first time yesterday. Really easy to use, smells lovely and my hair is so soft. it is such a good product. you dont need much, doesnt later like other shampoos but works better. the smell is lovely and doesnt overpower.

I had a keratin treatment done prior to a major surgery so that my hair would be more manageable after the operation. After lots of research I found this shampoo and conditioner duo and although it seemed expensive I decided to try it as it seemed like a good product.
I am very pleased that I did! On the morning of my surgery I washed my hair with it as I’d been told I wouldn’t be able to for a few days. I am pleased to say that 5 days later it was still not greasy or itching my scalp like other shampoos do. You only need a very small amount of product and it’s very effective. Will definitely recommend and buy again!

Salt and Sulphate free - that's what I needed, that's what this is.
This product does the job it was designed to do, haven’t used it long enough to say whether it will make a difference to helping preserve my Keratin straightening treatment, but hopeful. I have to admit I didn’t notice a perfume, which would have got it another star because the Keratin straightening product leaves hair a bit smelly when wet for a while after the treatment. I do like the packaging, plain white and silver – goes with anything.

This shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! I bought it as I just got human hair extensions and it does the job.
My hair is quite thin and oily naturally and using this has made my hair get greasy quicker after washes, however I think that’s just a case of my hair getting used to something different so that’s not a complaint!
The customer service is amazing, in the parcel was a little note saying that I can email them asking for a second pump so I did, with all current circumstances Krissy has replied to keep me informed of what’s happening. Really happy customer!

I have been researching hair products for a while. I have a medical condition that requires strong medication that causes thinning of the hair and also hair loss. My hair is very brittle and difficult to nourish, however, I am very happy to share my experience with my new shampoo and conditioner. The smell is gorgeous and the consistency is pleasant too. It foams nicely and left my hair shiny, soft and full of life. I am so happy with this product. I was worried my hair wouldn’t like this as it can get quiet oily and being a nurse I have to wash my hair everyday. This is so light and washes my hair great. Its doesn’t leave my hair oily or dry.
My hair is cleansed and soft, and non frizzy after my keratin treatment.
The scent is coconut in the shampoo but didn’t detect a scent in the conditioner.
Lovely product and I will be repurchasing.

I’m in love! I’ve used sulphate free shampoo for years as I bleach my hair and this is by far the best! I’ve used really pricey ones and cheaper ones and I won’t go back I honestly think this is amazing and maybe the salt free makes a difference. My hair is so soft and nourished and clearly in better condition. It also still cleans the hair nicely and foams a nice amount so you still feel like your cleaning your hair well. Size is also good you feel like you get more for your money. I don’t have extension and didn’t even realise that what it’s used for but my hair loves it so I imagine it would be great for them to!

I don’t normally give review but this product is so amazing. I see the result instantly. This is like my previous shampoo and conditioner (or better than that) but for some reason they stop producing it. But now I’m completely grateful because I found this product I hope this business succeeds and that it carries on being the amazing product forever . I will definitely buy it again and again and introduced it to my friends who suffers from their unmanageable hair.

I took a massive gamble getting this for my coloured, 3A curly hair. My hair is incredibly sensitive and despite the good reviews i read, i was very worried it still wouldn’t work out for my hair.
It arrived today and I immediately jumped in the shower and washed my freshly dyed hair. It got all the colour off of my scalp and around my neck, and the conditioner was very concentrated and soft. I’m very, very impressed with this shampoo and conditioner!
The scent is very subtle but really nice and fresh. It’s kind of coconut esque, with some light fresh smelling notes along for the ride.
I’m really happy with my purchase, and will likely be buying this for my hair exclusively from now on.
Much better than expected
I’ve found about this shampoo via Google search “top 10 shampoos for coloured hair” and after founding it a few times on different websites Ive decided to give it a go. (usually I go word of mouth but I was desperate to find something different.
I have just finished both shampoo and conditioner and I’m super happy with the results so I’m going to buy them again now.
One thing important to mention is that the shampoo is not “foamy” which I wasn’t really used to but as soon as you wash it off and you put your conditioner on, you forget about it (the conditioner is amazing!).
Also, I’ve stopped using the purple shampoo i used to use once in a while before as there is no need. My hair looks the nice blond I like (i mean not orangy/yellowy) and super nice and shiny.

Due to the current lockdown in the UK I have been unable to visit the hairdresser to renew my Brazilian blow dry which is now over 4 months old and my hair is beginning to get ‘fluffy’. I was looking for shampoo and conditioner that could help as my usual ones had increased in price by 20 on Amazon. I read the reviews for the NYK1 products and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. After the first use my hair is much smoother, sleek and shiny. I will be buying them again!
brilliant produc
Have been using both the shampoo and conditioner since applying home keratin kits. They most definitely make the keratin blow dry kits last longer. At first they may seem a little expensive but a little in this case goes a long way. I think a shampoo has lasted me approximately 3 months and the conditioner (as I slap it on) a little less. It smells of coconut and lathers pretty well as it has no sulphates in it. Definite must have products for me now.

In looking for a shampoo/conditioner that was kinder to my coloured hair, I found this. All I can say is it’s amazing. It’s eliminated the frizz from the first use, the colour seems to be staying (real test for this will be when we’re out of lockdown & I can get to the hairdresser), smells amazing and I don’t have to wash it as often. Win win!

Omg! I don’t know what to say about this shampoo and conditioner apart from it being TOTALLY AMAZING! After recently having tape in hair extensions I needed something that was sulfate free. I have tried a few claiming to be free of sulfates but looking more closely they were listed on the ingredients.
This shampoo and conditioner are perfect for my new hair and leaves it feeling fresh, clean and incredibly soft. I absolutely love it.

Fantastic product!! I have Great Lengths hair extensions and have used their own products for the last 12 months. However, I have been unable to get usual products at a reasonable price, so I searched for alternatives. Oh boy I am so pleased I did, these shampoos and conditioners are just the best. Superior to the Great Lengths products!!!! My hair is gorgeous smelling, feels silky and in better condition. Just be careful of the conditioner getting too close to the roots. I had been adviced by my new hair dresser to buy a non sulphate and low foam shampoo and conditioner to help keep my bright colour in my hair as I had always been using normal shampoos and conditioner which was stripping my colour a lot and just making it fade , I love this stuff I used it on my hair a few times now the smell is amazing and it really is low foam I’m happy i can now wash my hair more knowing that it won’t strip the colour out straight away, you also get a card for a free pump to go with your shampoo and conditioner I contacted the lady and she has been really lovely and has even gone out of way to talk to me and ask me about the product and what I think I highly recommend this produc
Makes my hair healthy & shiny
I read all the reviews before buying this shampoo and conditioner and although I thought it was a little expensive as I normally buy off the shelf I gave it a go. I definitely don’t regret it, it is well worth the money, you don’t need a lot, especially the conditioner a little goes a long way. Just after the first wash I noticed a difference, my hair was softer and shiny. It looked the healthiest it had for a while. The smell is lovely also. If you want to have a change but reallylook after your hair I would recommend this combo.
Does it do what it says as is expensive?
I have Brazilian keratin treatments 2/ 3 times a year & have dyed hair. Thought I’d treat myself to a decent shampoo/conditioner as a result of lockdown! OMG… first application & my hair felt smoother, looked shinier & enhanced my colour as though I had had a treatment! Even my 14yr old son commented!!! The set came with 1 pump to put in a bottle but stated if I wanted another to email, which i did & had a genuinely delighted, interested contact woth someone from Nyk1 to say they would forward it to me Asap. Excellent customer service, excellent product! Will be ordering again!

I’ve been having various keratin treatments for 10 years now and have never found a salt free shampoo and conditioner I liked – till now! The items arrived well packed with a free pump – they will also send me out another free pump worth 4.95. The smell is amazing and the shampoo lathers up well for a sulphate and salt free product. My hair felt like silk after conditioning. Hair has great shine and body (although some of the shine will be down to the keratin treatment). I will update in 3 months to comment on how this product prolongs the treatment.

I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner that was sulphate free to use on my extensions. Something Cheaper to replace my current ones but as good. And I think I’ve found it! The shampoo and conditioner for 500ml bottles for less than I pay for 300ml! It smells of lovely coconut whilst not being too overpowering and the feel of my hair is so soft but without being flyaway! It came with a pump too and I requested another one that they’ve sent out free of charge! I can use these on my future bottles which I will be ordering. Thank you!

This is my first ever review as I felt it necessary to write. I used both products for the first time today (shampoo and conditioner) and I can honestly say my hair feels amazing. It’s super soft and looks very healthy.
The packaging alone made it look like a product that you would buy in a Spa and a lovely surprise in the box with a free salon pump. There was also a card in the box to request a second/additional pump FOC (these pumps are usually sold for 4.95 each).
I will be trying more of the NYK1 products.

Feedback…really, really nice. I have done a keratin treatment on my fine hair and this shampoo and conditioner really helps to keep it shiny, smooth, but not too flat. My daughter has been using too as she suffers with greasy hair combined with dandruff and her hair has become silky and her head less itchy.
We have just reccomended this product to Granny & will be to more people.
Lots of compliments on post-keratin treated hai
I bought this shampoo 9 months after my keratin treatment to make the effects last longer (I was previously using a different brand of non salt/sulphate shampoo). Since using it I’ve had loads of compliments on my hair, it’s notably shinier and is still straight. The scent is coconut and stays in the hair really well. I really love this shampoo and would highly recommend.
My only negative points are: when the shampoo arrived it had leaked all over the inside of the envelope that it arrived in and it doesn’t travel well, it also leaked on a recent journey.
It doesn’t lather at all which can be frustrating as it doesn’t feel like it’s working, but it does!!

A very nice shampoo and conditioner. I have just recently had keratin treatment done and was struggling to find the right shampoo so the keratin isn’t stripped from my hair. This shampoo left my hair silky and shiny with an amazing scent!
It doesn’t foam much but don’t worry that’s what is supposed to happen! 100% recommended! Will definitely buy again. Got a free salon pump with the bottles too!

This shampoo and conditioner is excellent. Essential for Keratin Smooth treated hair. Had my first treatment done a month ago and salon advised sulfate free shampoo but didn’t mention it had to be salt free. I bought Palmers Coconut sulfate free but it left my scalp flaky and dry and my hair very frizzy. Checked online where I discovered shampoo and conditioner should be both salt and sulphate free. Reviews online suggested this product and I thought I’d try it out. It has totally transformed my hair from first use. So, so soft and smooth, no flakes or residue. It is gorgeous with a gentle coconut fragrance. The price is a bit steep but they are big 500ml bottle so I suppose it’s the price you have to pay to care for an expensive Keratin treatment. Although pricey, I’ll def be using this from now on. Arrived quickly and safely packaged. Highly recommended.
Keratin treatment friendly, cleans and gives great results.
Loved these. Shampoo is a bit odd at first but when you get used to it not foaming you feel clean hair but then putting on a healthy dose of the creamy conditioner feels like luxury.
The bottles are big, the free gift of a pump was great and then in the delivery was an offer for another free pump. My bottles are both wearing pumps just like the salon and hassle free. Highly recommend how my keratin treated, colour treated hair looks – got a compliment on the first and second day after washing of how healthy my hair looks.
I don’t have any connection with the seller but I personally always check reviews so wanted to help others who may have, like me, tried others which are cheaper and smaller. Go for these!

Included with the shampoo and conditioner was a pump action cap for one bottle and a business card advising how to request a second free cap for the second bottle, if required. I’ve done the keratin treatment on my hair, and I wanted to keep my hair in a good condition for longer, that’s why I ordered this brand. I’m not sure about the shampoo, my hair feels like I have all the keratin treatment washed off from my hair, but when I use the conditioner afterwards, it’s truly amazing. My hair is soo soft and shiny, and it smells lovely.
I started to have a tiny bit of dandruff on my scalp , probably because of the shampoo. I’m going to finish the bottle and I will see how is my scalp condition, but the conditioner is a must. Probably I’m going to use a different shampoo but I will keep the conditioner for sure.
gentle on colou
I dyed my grey hair purple and bought these products to help to keep the colour. They smell of coconut which is lovely and they do not seem to have removed the colour much at all, even though I wash my hair every day in the shower. They came promptly and when I requested a second pump dispenser it arrived the next day for free. I’m very happy. And still purple..
Great product will buy agai
I decided to order the Shampoo and conditioner after a friend let me try hers. I have to confess I wouldn’t normally spend this much but it really is lovely. I can feel the difference in my hair, it feels much lighter and you don’t get that feeling of product residue being left in it. It smells Lovely. It came with a pump top, which is really useful, meaning I don’t have to try to juggle a big bottle with slippery hands in the shower. They were even offering an extra free pump which they sent out immediately I contacted them. Great friendly service and prompt communication. I’ve put it on my Christmas list so that I’ve got some for when I run out.

Below is the first review I wrote on this product, until the other day I ordered a shampoo/conditioner set and received two conditioners! The bottle labeled shampoo in fact had conditioner in it. The smell of the product was also not the usual lovely coconut scent. Be wary of this product. Had to return for a refund.
Love this product! Shampoo gives a gentle foam and both smell of heavenly coconut. Hair is treated with Keratin so needed to find the right product.. this is it! Also bottles come with a handy pump as they are hard to squeeze. You can also email for an extra one.
Very good product! But smell not so good...
I would say this is a good product. I hated it the first days because after my keratin blow dry, my hair was smelling really bad and with this shampoo it was horrible. So i havent used the shampoo during this week, it was too much for me. But then the smell of the treatment went away after a week and I started to like it. I’m going to be very honest, my hair look super nice and healthy but the smell of the product is not as good. For me it is very important that your hair smell very very nice after shower like a perfume, so if you are looking for this i dont recommend. If you looking for to have nice healthy hair with no smell then this product is perfect for you.
My trick is to use this shampoo to have nice hair and then after shower i put a nice oil to hydrate it and make it smell nice! 🙂

Oh my , oh my!!! I never ever leave reviews … but this products are the best after care for Brazilian/Keratin treatment… I have use several and well known brands … but this one is by far the best of the bests!!! I had my last keratin treatment 4 months ago, and I was my hair every single day, had my hair bleached ( balayage), have been on holidays ( sun and beach and usually that combination gets my hair really dry )and despite all that , my hair is still silky , shiny and smooth!
I will def stick to this band for ever … I am so happy with it .. x
Frizz-free hair and a soothed scalp
I am about five washes in to using this set of shampoo and conditioner. I came it to it utterly fed up. The only choice seemed to be between an itchy scalp and products that coat your hair or more natural haircare that left me looking like a terrifying frizz-ball. I did some reading of various articles around the net and tried to find out what ingredients needed to be in or out to combat frizz. This duo seems to tick all those boxes. I am in my 40s, have coloured hair and although the products say for extensions or keratin blowdries the reviews were good so I thought I would give them a go. The large bottles make them good value for money. The scent is muted with a note of coconut. Within one wash my hair felt better and my scalp certainly did, but now I’m five washes in I actually feel like I almost have back the hair of my youth! Not quite a miracle cure for frizz, but my hair is so much more manageable. It is less flyaway but feels healthy and not coated. If I am careful with my blow-drying it actually survives a damp rainy day without turning wavy and wild. If you have fine, frizzy hair I would definitely recommend this duo. I am just so relieved to find a shampoo and conditioner that actually cares for both my hair and scalp.

You don’t need as much as usual products so the value for money is evident… my hair stays soft, clean and shiny, my split ends have gone and the colour stays in my hair for twice the length of time as normal shampoos / conditioners. I wash my hair every day – blow dry it and then straighten it and never has my hair looked so healthy and my hairdresser is now using it as well as she is so impressed with how healthy my hair is …. just wish I had found this product years ago !! I have been using the NYK1 Shampoo and Conditioner for some time now following a keratin treatment. My hair has gained in strength and condition. The product is easy to use and you don’t need use a lot making it value for money. My hair is so soft and is even growing now having had a lot of breakage in the past. I had a small issue with my most recent order as received two shampoo instead of a shampoo and conditioner. I contacted NYK1 and they were very apologetic and resolved quickly and generously resolving the issue within 24 hours and making sure I had received it all ok. Sublime customer service which was very refreshing, thank you Linette. I have started using other products by NYK1 too , the charcoal face mask and eyelash growth serum and have been really pleased with the results. Thank you NYK1 .

The scent is great, I can smell my hair when the wind blows on it and get lots of compliments. The delivery was great ordered Saturday and arrived Sunday. On delivery an offer was included to receive an additional pump for free. Will use again, can’t imagine anything better for my extensions

I bought this after just having Keratin treatment and was looking for Sulphate Free shampoo’s/conditioners. I have purchased sulphate free high-street brands in the past (not naming/shaming) but I wasn’t convinced as my treatment didn’t last very long. I absolutely love this product! It smells gorgeous and my hair is so shiny/smooth which is unusual for me, having curly/dry hair. After many many years of searching for a good shampoo and conditioner I think I’ve finally found it. Bit pricey so I think I need to stop being so generous with it. A little goes a long way.
Works for damaged hai
Hair type is severely damaged with much breakage, fine and flyaway. My dream hair products were discontinued last year and since then it has been such an expensive struggle trying different shampoos and conditioners. I always have the same problem once my hair is blow dryed, all the breakage still shows, the products do not seal down the hair cuticle, just plump the hair and all the breakage is visible. OMG, cant believe I have at last found a shampoo and conditioner that’s comes fairly close to my dream 1 from last year. Nyk1 does seal down the cuticles after a blow dry, YAY. I add the conditioner to the last few inches of my shoulder length hair and it’s great. My hair is looking good again and did so from the first wash. For the reviewers that said it left their hair knotted, that’s because this product does not contain silicone and there is a correct way of combing wet hair. With an extremely wide tooth comb, start combing from the bottom of the hair and gradually work upwards to the roots. Hair should never be combed from the roots to bottom, this causes further breakage. I gave low on the scent of the shampoo because it was quite unpleasant but once dry the smell didn’t linger. If yr hair is damaged, I highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner and btw, I also use a chlorine shower filter because chlorine plays havoc with coloured fragile hair. With all this combination you just can’t go wrong.
If you have had keratin treatment in your hair then this is the shampoo you need to buy, I have used other which annoyingly caused the treatment to come undone but this is perfect and leaves a good shine to the hair. It may seem expensive but it is a big bottle and lasts ages. Love it.
Great Results
An absolutely great product and would highly recommend it if you have frizzy or unruly hair (like mine) or have extensions or had a Keratin treatment on your hair. I know at first glance it might seem expensive but it is really good value for money – you get two huge bottles 500ml each, and you really do not need a lot of the product. The shampoo does not foam up so do not think that it is not cleaning your hair – it is. The conditioner is amazing again only the smallest amount needed and once applied to your hair it feels absolutely amazing, really silky and smooth. Fast delivery and well packaged. I did have to contact them about a query and I have fabulous customer service, prompt response and really helpful – would highly recommend this product.

I’ve recently purchased the shampoo and conditioner combo for the 3rd time, so I feel qualified to leave a review now. I noticed the 2nd time I bought it that the shampoo isn’t quite as thick as the first bottle I got, and so is much easily to apply and make sure I get an even spread. I love the scent – it’s subtle but is lovely and fresh. I have my hair keratin treated every now and again and find that this shampoo and conditioner works really well for my hair and I feel as though it definately helps extend the life and effectiveness of the treatment. I am also a fan as the company is based in West Yorkshire (where I am from) so I love that I’m helping to support a local business. I would certainly recommend this product.
Lovely shampoo, great price
Bought to take on holiday but decided to try it early. Smells gorgeous, hint of coconut, rich texture & I did get a decent lather off it. Made my hair shiny & felt really soft. Very impressed. Now to test it in Canarian hot heat & after lots of swimming! Would definitely recommend.
After three months of using this product I am completely in love with it and I hope this business succeeds and that it carries on being the amazing product that it is.
My hair feels soft and natural. My itchy scalp has been much better, I am not saying that this product treats itchy scalp but because of its composition it has helped in maintaining the health of my scalp and hair.
But best of all my wavy hair has at least, I would say 75% less frizz. This shampoo has also maintained my keratin treatment for longer. I don’t do straightening treatments, only keratin, I like to maintain my waves but keeping the frizz to a minimum. In the past those treatments would last me only 3 months because of the shampoos, and by this time I would already notice my hair full of frizz and unmanageable. I will carry on buying and using these products even without a keratin treatment on my hair, because these products have the adequate composition for frizzy or curly hair.
And the aroma of coconut, immediately takes me to memories of Bali.

Recently got Tape in hair extensions and wanted a shampoo/ conditioner that wouldn’t remove the tapes.
These were recommended on various websites and have worked fantastically. Needed 2 applications for shampoo for me to feel my hair was clean but my tapes are still in haven’t shifted as much as the product the salon sold me. And the conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny (just avoid putting it on your roots/ tapes).
Many shampoos claim to be salt/sulphate free but when reading the ingredients most have them hidden under different names. I purchased this set and i’m very pleased i did. It is quite expensive but in my opinion worth the money. It smells lovely, not too strong but leaves hair with a subtle coconut fragrance. My hair felt soft and silky after use. I will definately buy this product again in future.

I ordered this following a keratin treatment. The price was reasonable and I really like the way the products make my hair feel. The shampoo lathers well and leaves my hair feeling clean. The products have a nice coconut smell that isn’t too overpowering. I have recommended this to others.
Usually paravento-free shampoo leaves the idea that something is not quite right. Even if they wash and they do good to hair intrinsically, the outcome is not the same as the one with the harsh silicon in it.
Instead. INSTEAD, this shampoo is changing the game. Extremely extremely satisfied, especially cause I have my hair treated with keratin blow dry and in this way treatment will last longer!

Fantastic Shampoo
Fantastic salt free shampoo, smells pleasant, lathers up lovely, leaves my hair feeling really clean and fresh. I’ve tried other salt free shampoos and they left my hair feeling lank and greasy and didn’t lather well- this one is just like a “normal~” shampoo. Delivered quickly and good price for the size of the bottle.
I was expecting the shampoo not to lather very much but was pleasantly surprised. Smells good too. Conditioner not so much but it is so AMAZING that I can forgive it! I bought these to use after a keratin Brazilian straight treatment but they both worked so well that I’m going to wait a while (as it sounds like a bit of a faff) I always feel disappointed with expensive shampoos and conditioners, I’ve tried A LOT! But after using these just one time I feel like I’ve finally found THE ONE! Honestly impressed. And nothing nasty in them. It seems hard to find sodium chloride free shampoos on the high street but these have none. Or sulphates and parabens. I dye my hair bright red and these products are just what I need to keep the colour for longer.

I bought this to use after an organic brazilian blow out. I wasn’t sure how long I would use it initially, as my hair became lank and greasy within only one day of washing, but I persevered with it as I didn’t want to ruin the keratin treatment and it wasn’t an inexpensive shampoo which I felt I could just dump in the bin.
The effects of the brazilian blowout are now long gone and I am still using this shampoo 🙂 My hair has adjusted really well to it. I don’t feel I need another keratin treatment. My hair is soft, clean and silky, almost all frizz free, totally manageable and I only need to wash every few days. Prior to this, when using a normal shampoo (with salt and sulphate) my hair was a dry, frizzy mess which I couldn’t bear to wear down. My hair loves this product. I would recommend persevering with it for a bit, even if it doesn’t seem great at the beginning.
Recently had a Brazilian blow dry and semi permanent colour and needed to get non sulphate shampoo and conditioner. I usually don’t like non sulphate shampoos because they don’t lather very much but this shampoo seems to be the exception.
It doesn’t lather as much as a sulphate containing shampoo but you definitely do get a decent lather. I also think the smell is lovely – quite delicate and not overpowering. Best of all it cleans well.
The conditioner also performs well, I had virtually no tangles when it came to combing through my hair and it didn’t leave any residue. I definitely think that a large part of the reason why my hair colour and Brazilian treatment has lasted so long is because of using this shampoo and conditioner (I wash and condition my hair twice a week).
I bought this after reading good reviews, and looking for an alternative sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner to the one provided to me by my hairdresser. Having never used sulphate free products before, I was unused to the non-foaming and the one I was using left my hair feeling greasy and lank. So I took a chance on this one (along with the conditioner) and am happy to say this leaves my hair feeling properly washed, clean and it smells lovely! My hair is now in great condition and it’s doing a great job of maintaining the keratin treatment I had. I will keep using this.
Great product, I use it on my Brazilian Blown out hair … prefer it to many of the recommended shampoos which can feel very claggy near my scalp. These feels much fresher without washing away the treatment. great product, great price, just ordered two more sets 🙂
