The best shampoo I’ve tried in years!
I used the shampoo and conditioner for the first time yesterday and already have noticed the difference. The greasy roots and dry ends are not there, my hair feels nourished and moisturised – not straw like, and wow was it easy to style after (I have thick wavy hair). Really impressed with it and will definitely be using it again and again. 5/5 stars!
Perfect for keratin hai
‘I have waited until I have used both the shampoo and conditioner for now 6 months to provide an accurate review. This was important as what normally works immediately doesn’t always keep working. However, I can honestly say both NYK1 shampoo and conditioner salt free have been fantastic and continue to be.
With keratin hair it was so important that my shampoo is salt free. My hair has remained non frizzy and easy to dry/style for at least another month longer than normal. As I am a daily gym goer/swimmer that is really impressive.
The conditioner is a god-send, you need very little on the ends and I’m sure it is why my hair is overall so much more manageable and healthy looking

I’ve tried so many shampoos to get rid of my oily roots and dry ends and these products are excellent! The shampoo works great on my oily roots, I’m getting an extra day before I have to wash, and the conditioner is great on my extensions ends.
It smells of coconut, which I love. I’ve put 4 stars for the value for money as it is quite expensive BUT it’s so worth it.
I emailed for my free pump, a bonus I had when I purchased, and the staff were excellent, very friendly yet professional.
Overall, I’ve found my new shampoo and conditioner! Will be a regular customer from now on.
Good shampoo and conditione
It’s my first salt/sulphate/paraben free shampoo, so I have nothinh to compare it with, but overall I like this product. Lathered wayyyy better than I expected it to, due to there not being any salts in it. The scent is nice while using it, but then you get a weird aroma, but it dissappears quite quickly. It left my hair nice and soft and not heavy at all ( even though I was ready for it). And my hair stayed clean for 3 days! Overall I’m really liking this shampoo. Will see how it holds my keratin treatment in a long term.

The scent and the softness after you washing it, it’s outstanding. The scent last until the next wash. If you have a blonde bleached hair and dry, go for it. Usually I don’t write any reviews, but this products impressed me.

Now, I’m not usually sad enough to review shampoo and conditioner 🙂 but I’m amazed by this stuff and annoyed it’s taken me so long to get it! I have keratin treated hair so have to be very particular and I’ve tried loads of different shampoos over the years. Even with the treatment my hair is still hard to tame. The shampoo is excellent, hair feels really clean and easy to rinse. The conditioner though is the star of the show. I cannot believe how easily it slips through the hair and I have a lot of hair! It’s ultra silky. I love it and will never use another conditioner now.

Excellent shampoo and conditione
The shampoo is so rich you need less than any of the big commercial brand named products I have used and it works into a luxurious lather quicker too and I have thick hair. Combined with the conditioner I found my hair was shinier and smoother than I have experienced in my memory. The scent is very nice too and not overpowering. I have eczema and so I am careful what beauty/body care products I use. This hair care regime has worked really well for me and no adverse skin reactions for my sensitive skin. Highly recommended!

Using these products left my hair feeling clean and moisturised. I only needed the smallest amount and shampoo which lathered up so much. The smell is really nice and my hair felt very clean. The conditioner also smells nice and left my hair feeling really moisturised. My hair was really shiny and felt very smooth after. I contacted Krissy at NYK1 who was so lovely and appreciative of my feedback. She is going to send a free pump dispenser which is great as it allows you to use just the right amount of product. I would highly recommend using these products, they won’t disappoint.

Super soft and extra shiny hai
I was surprised at how much lather I got from the shampoo, normally sulphur free don’t lather- smells of coconut and left hair super soft. Used conditioner mainly on the ends and it smoothed the dead ends, i can run my fingers through my hair without feeling the harshness at the ends. I am converted. Leaves hair super sof
Very pleased with this combo shampoo and conditioner. They’re quite big bottles and only a little is necessary to use each time. My hairdresser was very impressed with the condition of my hair and said he’d heard of this product and was delighted that I use it. I have quite bleached, blonde hair and it had become quite damaged with the process, but this shampoo makes my hair very manageable and soft.

I have dyed hair plus am allergic to the majority of hair products. I have used this shampoo for three months and my scalp plus condition of my hair is best it’s ever been, plus my dye doesn’t fade. I have since started using their conditioner which equals the shampoo. Plus has a gorgeous coconut smell. I have since recommended it to my friends and they love it. It’s a win win.

My wife is always looking for quality shampoo and conditioner. It leaves her hair feeling smooth and very clean. Worth the money and will last a while as she doesn’t need to use lots. I bought this after having a keratin straightening treatment so needed salt free shampoo and conditioner.
In the past I’ve found salt free often means a lack of lather but this shampoo has lots of bubbles!

Fabulous shampoo & conditioner - believe the reviews
I have quite wavy hair with a tendency to frizz – and have tried so many shampoos & conditioners it’s unreal. My cupboard is testament to the failures…… half-empty bottles which I’m loathe to throw away due to the cost. I debated trying this shampoo and conditioner for some time – could it be as good as the reviews say? Well, 6 weeks in I say yes! It’s great! My hair feels fab, none of that straw like feeling after shampooing and no dry ends and greasy roots. It really is so so good. I use the girly girl method (put products on wet hair after shampoo/conditioner & wrap in a towel for 20-30 mins) and the results are great – such lovely, natural, frizz free curls – and my wash last so much longer than with previous shampoos/conditioners. Just about to buy some more conditioner and will be certainly sticking with this brand now.

After being very new to keratin treatment I was eager to find something to maintain my new hair and replace my current sulphate free shampoo. I have used this for over a month now and I do very much enjoy both the shampoo and conditioner.
It’s not heavily scented but does have a gently scent of coconut and the conditioner doesn’t leave a heavy residue on my hair. It also seems to lather well so I don’t haver to use loads to coat my hair.
Would recommend this product as a good go to for all hair types.

Great product for Brazilian Blow Dried hair. Keeps the product in as it doesn’t have sodium or sulphates in. As it’s quite expensive I try not to use to much and therefore struggling to get a foam with the first shampoo. It maintains my Blow Dry, so makes it last longe

I absolutely love this product! I received the shampoo and conditioner really quick thanks to prime, in the package was a little note with an email address to request a free pump for the bottles (who doesn’t love a pump bottle) so i emailed and received a reply the same day, the lovely lady then sent me 2 pumps for my bottles! In 33 years this is the only shampoo that doesn’t make my scalp itchy. Great value for money, as it lasted me for 8 months. I’ve ordered second time and will be ordering again next year when I run out. I recommend to try this product if you have sensitive skin .. or simply if you want to enjoy a quality product that isn’t full of perfume and such. 5 stars from a very happy customer!
Excellent for Keratin treatment after care
I bought these to use post-Keratin treatment and have been really impressed with the quality. In the past I haven’t liked using sulfate free shampoo because you need to use so much to get a decent lather. Not the case with this, used only a “normal” amount and worked up a good lather. The sulfate free conditioners I’ve used in the past have been pretty useless, leaving my hair tangled and difficult to get a brush through but this left my hair soft and silky. I highly recommend!
No itchiness or sore eyes
I’ve hit 50, my hair is coloured and is a little thinner than it used to be. I have also developed an allergy to a lot of shampoos and was getting increasingly frustrated by spending good money on products that I was clearly allergic to, causing itchy eyes and skin.
My answer to these issues is this shampoo and conditioner. I’ve used them once at home and took them to the salon with me when I had my colour, cut and blow dry this week. My hairdresser, who I’ve used for 20+ years) was gobsmacked at how effective they were too. No frizz, great body and great coconut scent.
This shampoo is the future, I wash my hair 2/3 times a week and I am truly converted.

Love this shampoo and conditione
This is the best sulfate free shampoo and conditioner set I have found so far. When I wash my hair I feel it really cleans the hair unlike some brands I have used in the past. It has a nice smell, although it would be nice if it was slightly stronger and the conditioner leaves the hair lovely soft and smooth, easy to brush and style.

After trying various recommended hair products for keeping hair extensions fabulous I’ve finally found one and believe me I’ve tried some expensive products including expensive top named brands. This shampoo/conditioner was recommended too me. Thought why not try another as I’ve not been 100% happy upto with products I’ve used.
Well what can I say, I’ve only washed my hair once upto now with this product but omg my hair feels fab, upon drying it I cud tell how silky it was going too be, straightened and finished my hair (extensions) feel fab, they feel like they do when I walk out of my hairdressers and I’ve never had that before.

I started using the shampoo and conditioner following a nano keratin straightening treatment. It’s definitely helped the treatment last longer. I was initially put off by the price but the bottles are huge and a little bit goes a long way. My hair drys lovely and shiny and my colour has lasted longer also. I was previously using a nasty product from a different company which has dried my hair out its basically like straw, I used this shampoo and conditioner and the sent is nice and you dont need to apply loads which is good. I needed some shampoo and conditioner suitable for my recently chopped, coloured and keratin straightened hair. The products I had originally been using were SLS free, but they did not claim to prolong keratin or colour treatments by not ‘stripping’ the hair. The NYK1 concentrated products come in 500 ml containers, a generous but manageable size. I bought the twin value pack, which was delivered, well protected, in its own box. It contained one pump, which I used on the conditioner, which is obviously a thicker consistency than the shampoo. You are offered another pump, cost free, if you email NYK1, which was easy. I had some friendly and useful communication and the pump arrived in no time. The extra pump is not vital for the shampoo container, which can be squeezed out easily through the aperture in the rising top, but I like using mine.
The Oil of Coconut adds a lovely fresh fragrance and it felt great working the products through my hair. It foams up nicely and rinsing was easy, too. So far, I have used both products four times and I am delighted with the results. My hair feels clean, soft, smooth and silky and looks really great. Love this product!

Helps maintain treatme
I’ve used this shampoo 4 times now, it definitely seems to help maintain the keratin treatment and has a nicer smell than other Sulphate free shampoos I’ve used in the past. My hair does seem to get oily quicker than with the normal shampoo I was using but I think that’s because it’s still adjusting to not having all the natural oils stripped out by harsh detergents so I’m hoping it will settle down in a week or so and I can go back to washing every other day.

Bottles are full of product.I’m very satisfy with the product it’s the 2nd time I bought it cause I’m in love. It makes my hair shine, less frizzy , looks healthy and it keeps my hair straight. I was attracted to this duo of hair products because of having had a Brazilian blow dry. They arrived next day in time for a wash 4 days later. Use the shampoo sparingly, and only use the conditioner lightly from the roots to the tips.
It washed out easily and my hair was quick to blow dry and fall into place. My hair is soft and silky smooth.

I’ve been colouring my hair for 15 years and tried so many different products to tame the dryness, frizz and split ends. I can honestly say my hair has never felt so soft and healthy. My hair feels light and it doesn’t make it greasy at all. I have had a lot of compliments since using the shampoo and conditioner set. It also smells lovely and fresh . The price is actually extremely reasonable as the bottles last for ages. My personal tip is to shampoo, rinse, then shampoo a second time before applying conditioner. This will give you a lovely clean scalp and make your hair feel awesome. I don’t think I’m ever gunna use anything else now that I’ve found this. Thank you NYK1!
My favourite conditione
I recently had a keratin treatment to straighten my hair. As I have to use sulphate free I chose this one with the shampoo. It doesn’t have much of a scent but has a lovely silky feeling and when used with the shampoo makes my hair feel so clean and soft. I would definitely recommend this product. I have tried load of sulphate free shampoos and conditioners and this one is definitely gold standard.
A little disappointed
I can feel the difference in my hair. It’s an expensive hair product & found the conditioner a little light in volume, it was only approx 75% full.

I previously used another brand of sulphate free shampoo which made my old tape extensions go really orange/light blonde and left them so frizzy –
I trialled another brand of sodium chloride free shampoo twice with this new set of tapes and was left with so much dryness and frizzing at the bottom of my hair, so I tried this on the off chance and I’m so impressed with how shiny and soft, and moisturised my extensions are left feeling!

I’ve just had a keratin treatment and after reading the reviews on here decided to give this shampoo and conditioner a go, I have tried other sulphate free shampoos but they don’t seam to clean my hair properly and leave it looking lank, this didn’t at all, it lathers up beautifully and smells really nice, it made my hair silky soft and very shiny. It’s well worth the price, the bottles are very big and you get a free pump with your purchase with an option to get a second one free by emailing the company, I’m very impressed and would recommend this collection without hesitatio

My hair is so sof
I am loving my Salt & Sulphate free Shampoo & Conditioner, I couldn’t believe how healthy my hair became the more I used it and it just smells so nice.
The conditioner is so creamy when applied so I can use less even when making sure the end of my long hair is covered. Honestly so happy I chose this product for my very dry damaged hair. After a few weeks I have noticed such a difference.
Frizzy hair almost gone
I always had frizzy hair. My roots were so frizzy that it used to look like a had a bird nest on top of my head and there was no oil or serum that would help. Been using this for a few weeks now and I noticed slow but constant improvement. I’m sure in a couple of months the bird nest will dissapear completely 😀 :)) also, amazing costumer service
Lovely shampoo & conditione
After reading the reviews I thought I would give this a go as I’m going due to have keratin treatment in the next few weeks and I was advised to get some sulphate free shampoo, at first whilst washing my hair felt like a tangled mess but I thought don’t judge wait till the end, the results after first was was amazing, my hair normally dries like frizzy mess after blow drying so out come the straighteners but not this time it was manageable and looked great!
Smells gorgeous and my hair feels great.

What has taken me so long to find this product? I received my order on Monday and used the product. It’s taken me days to write this review as I’ve been unable to stop admiring admiring my hair in the mirrors at home and today at the supermarket, the plate glass windows! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a shine to my hair so to say I’m happy is an understatement. There is a delicate fragrance and the softness keeps me running my fingers through my hair so no doubt will be washing it again very soon. Whoopee! More shine! More softness! It’s a win win situation. Just love it. Recommend it highly and this is just after one use. I ordered some NYK1 Shampoo and Conditioner for my hair as I have new extensions in and this family-run company was recommended to me. My order came very quickly but the shampoo had leaked. I spoke to the company immediately – they were so helpful and a replacement shampoo arrived 2 days later. Fantastic customer service is becoming more difficult to find these days and I was so impressed by Krissy and Amy and the products are absolutely gorgeous too! Smelld divine and my hairs fine !
I bought this shampoo & conditioner as after 4 months of lockdown hair I had a total revamp with blonde colour and highlights . I wanted to keep my hair in tip top condition after spending a bomb on getting it looking the way I wanted , this shampoo and conditioner has not disappointed me my hair smells lovely has been keeping its colour brilliantly and feels so soft when dry ,o know it seems expensive but I’m saving money on looking after my hair would highly recommend

I have tried numerous products as I find my hair type reverts to frizz and dryness if I stick with the same shampoo and conditioner over long periods. A few people have recommend this product and the reviews are good so I thought I’d give it a try. Two weeks in and my hair is back to being soft, frizz free and with a nice shine. I also use Olaplex No3 and Philip Kingsley Elasticizer as a once a week treatment (alternate weeks). Krissy was very helpful with tips and fast email responses. With your order you receive one pump and they send you a second pump for free (mine arrived next day).
Shiny hair with good body
I absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner. I have had a keratin straightener and sometimes find that my hair can be a little flat. This shampoo has a lovely fragrance, gives good body and the conditioner leaves it lovely and silky. The bottle is very large but is easy to use with the pump. I can definitely recommend both products.
Smells amazing and perfect for tape in extensions
Bought the shampoo and conditioner as I had googled recommended products to use when I had my tape in extensions put in. This stuff not only smells amazing, but throughly cleans my hair. Was worried that I would have issues with tangling when washing my hair extensions but not one tangle in sight! They also sent me a free dispenser pump which is excellent customer service. AMAZING
I have only used this product once, and had great results !!! My coloured hair had started to look dull, and became very tangled when wet, but after using this product it made my hair regain its shine and lustre…It was so easy to comb through my tangles I could not believe it !!! And the coconut smell is gorgeous !! Definitely a winner !!
So far, so good, after keratin treatment hair care
I’ve used it twice so far, as have a selection of after keratin treatments. It seems very nice. Smells like mild coconut. Which is lovely. Lathers well, and washes out well, not too greasy. One bug bear – only supply one pump in the package, and then ask you to contact for a second one. Which they did send out the next day, but would save them postage costs if they included two in the original packing.

I’ve recently had a keratin treatment on my (very thick and rather frizzy) hair I was a wee bit hesitant in purchasing as I thought it was a little pricy, however a little definitely goes a long way and I can see these bottles lasting me a good while.
The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is lovely – you can really smell the coconut oil. It doesn’t lather quite as much as most shampoos, but enough that you can see and feel that you’ve got it where it needs to be.
In terms of the condition of my hair – I am delighted! It’s soft, shiny and, while not completely tangle-free, it’s much easier to manage than before.
I would absolutely recommend this product for anyone with thick, unruly hair or following a keratin treatment.

The order arrived quickly and I am really impressed with the product. It smells divine!
The two bottles arrived together with one salon pump, but in the package is a note stating that if you email them they will forward a second pump for free. I was extremely impressed with this, as it reduces plastic waste. I emailed and within minutes received a friendly response and the second pump arrived within a couple of days.

I have coloured and highlighted my hair for many years. I have used several keratin straightening treatments over the last few years. My understanding with keratin treated hair is to use sulphate free shampoo – so I used high street products, not realising that I also had to use salt free shampoos. Even though my hair felt healthy after the treatments, I still didn’t like the way it felt after the high street shampoo use.
I decided to try this shampoo/conditioner product after seeing the reviews. Am I glad I did!!!!!! My hair has never felt so soft and not weighed down by the weight of the shampoo residue. I had to email the company with a couple of queries and they responded very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!
Worth every penny
The combination of lockdown and caring for a poorly mum means I haven’t been to a hairdresser for over a year!! I bought the shampoo and conditioner thinking that if I didn’t like them at least they would look nice in my bathroom!! I love them, they are thick and creamy, the shampoo smells divine. My curly, frizzy out of control hair is so much better after just one wash. I received a free pump and a little card in the package saying I could have another free pump by simply emailing the seller. (Customer service at its best). I have tried lots of hair products recently including olaplex but honestly these are the best yet. It’s early days but I would not hesitate to recommend.
Perfect partner for NYK1 Purple shampoo!
I’ve been using NYK1Purple for quite a few weeks but used my own conditioner (Philip Kingsley body building conditioner) and was quite happy with the results. However, I had heard that sulphate and salt-free products are kinder to our hair so I did a search and found that NYK1 made one, and naturally since I love the shampoo, I decided to try it. It is lovely. It feels nice, it smells nice without being over fragranced and my hair has just as much body and shine as the conditioner I’d been using. My hair looks and feels really good and the shine is lovely. I would absolutely recommend both of the NYK1 products that I have been using to anyone wanting to get rid of the brassy look of blonde hair and have nice silver ash blonde hair instead!
Really great products
Products arrived very quickly. You don’t need much, so feel as if they are really good value and lasted a good while. I have definitely noticed an improvement with the products. Excellent customer service too. I requested the additional pump on offer, and it arrived very quickly with no hesitation.

By far the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I initially bought as I was needing a salt and sulphate free shampoo after a keratin treatment on my hair. I was initially put of by the smell. When hair is wet, the smell is not the best. Initially on using this shampoo and conditioner I wasn’t sure it was worth the money. However, after a couple of weeks, I noticed that the condition of my hair was so much better. Now I have been using this for 7 months (one bottle has lasted that long!). It lathers beautifully with only a small amount of shampoo. My keratin treatment is long gone but my hair is so silky soft and manageable and drying it is a breeze. I often used to wash my hair every day but my hair stays silky and soft for 3 days at a time. My hair is naturally curly and I used to have to straighten it every day. However, prolonged use of this shampoo and conditioner have meant that I can virtually dry it straight with a hairdryer and it stays straight. If I run the straighteners over it then it looks like a perfect salon finish. This product has completely exceeded my expectations but please persevere with it to see amazing results. I have just ordered my second lot and I will not be using anything else. Although expensive you only need to use minimal amount so the cost balances out. Thank you to the team at NK1 who have created such an amazing product!!
Love these products
Bought these last week to look after damaged hair with extensions and I am not disappointed with results. Hair feels silkier and blow drying was a lot easier. The shampoo foams really well and you only need a small amount of the conditioner so whilst it seems expensive I know it will last a long time and improve the appearance and management of my extensions. Gorgeous products and i will recommend to friends and family x
Extremely pleased with product and service
I ordered both the salt and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and can highly recommend. Delivery was very quick and customer service was first class. My parcel was delivered with a free pump and an enclosed card advising that if I wanted a second free pump just email them. I did and received a speedy and friendly reply advising that my pump was in the post. My hair has felt in such good condition since using these products. I must admit I think I prefer the conditioner as after shampooing alone my hair doesn’t feel great but once I’ve conditioned it’s transformed. Smell is also lovely. So I recommend ordering both – I’ll definitely be ordering more although still have loads left and started using it mid February.

Absolutely fantastic product. I’m a runner that runs every day, which means I wash my hair every day also. But, my hair is thick, frizzy and unruly! So I needed something gentle enough for everyday use, but strong enough to keep control of my wild hair, something which up until I discovered this product, has been impossible. This product is outstanding and great value for money too and a little goes a long way! It keeps my hair looking fresh and tidy and it stays straight too. I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner to use after my hair was permanently straightened. I was desperately searching for something with no sulfates, salts or parabens and came across this set, the price being very attractive- I decided to buy, and I’m glad I did! It leaves my hair feeling so soft and smooth and it smells really good- like a fresh coconutty smell. It came with a free pump, and if you email them you can get another one for the conditioner. Amazing business, really good customer service, would recommend! 10/10

Brazilian blow wave after care
I used the shampoo and conditioner because I wanted products completely sulphate free as I had a Brazilian blow wave. I can confirm the shampoo and conditioner helped extend the treatment by about 3 weeks. The conditioner leaves your hair lovely and sleek and soft. Would highly recommend and will certainly buy again.

I dont normally write reviews but this shampoo is incredible! I suffer with fine and thin hair that never grows as it breaks. Since iv been taking better care of my hair I decided to try this as its advertised as sulphate free. It doesnt lather alot but it does the job along with the conditioner. Not a strong scent but enough to notice it. It leaves my hair looking healthy, soft and thick, root to ends! Well worth the price tag, will buy again!
Afro hair. Highly recommend
I am mixed race so good conditioner is vital for my Afro hair. Loving this one, as often I am allergic to conditioners, but not this one. The pump action is helpful to the shampoo, which I’m equally impressed with.
I had relaxed and coloured my hair, so it was in rather bad condition when adding lockdown lifestyle to it as well (lazy hair care). Since using both the shampoo and conditioner my dry brittle hair has improved.

This product is excellent, I’ll definitely be buying the shampoo and conditioner again when mine run out. I needed something to try and help my hair out after being stuck for a year without getting a hair appointment due to covid. After one use my hair is silky and looks healthy again! I didn’t add any additional products and just dried my hair upside down like normal.
It’s got a lovely coconut smell to it too and came with an additional pump so you could swap the lid for that if you wanted to. I’ve also already recommended it to some friends to try as well.
Gorgeous Hai
Love this product… I have been using it for 6 months and just bought my second set of shampoo & conditioner, my hair as never been in such good condition, The shine is amazing, My hair as started to the thin over the last couple of years due to being a women of a certain age and had gone very dry since having highlights but since using this product it leaves my hair soft but manageable and looking fuller, i have recommended to a friend who had highlights put through her hair and it had dried her hair out she is now using this product.
Smooth silky gorgeous after care shampoo & conditione
I love the shampoo and conditioner so much, it’s the best after care product I’ve ever used and each bottle is 500ml and well worth the price. The smell is gorgeous and the texture is lovely, silky and thick and lathers on your hair. Other products that are suitable if you’ve had the Beox treatment don’t lather very much and are very watery. I have been suffering with an itchy flaky sculp and after 1 use of the shampoo & conditioner, it feels so much better, less itchy and the flakiness has gone away. Also my hair looks fabulous after. Highly recommend this product.
Leaves hair soft and beautiful
Happy about the results so far; after two months I can say: leaves my hair shiny, light, healthy. This shampoo is my first choice and I use other brands every once in a while so my hair doesn’t get too used to it and I can always have 100% efficacy—at least this is my strategy and it works for me. The smell is not invasive, the texture is thick and soft. It does make foam.
This really saved my damaged hair!
I did hours of research before buying this shampoo and conditioner set from NYK and definitely made the right choice. I currently have blonde straw like thick frizzy hair which is damaged from colouring and an at home Brazilian treatment in lockdown. I needed something super moisturising and softening in order not to have to cut it super short, which does not suit me at all.
Before, when using my previous shampoo and conditioner, which was also sulphate free, my hair turned into dreadlocks at the back the day after washing it. After using this new set, I am so grateful that it is shiny and moisturised and I can get a comb through it. It still feels crunchy at the very ends but it doesn’t show and I need to trim them anyway.
The best option I've found for my keratin treated hai
I’ve been using these shampoos and conditioners for 18 months now to look after my keratin treated hair, so I feel this is a fair review. For me it’s a balance between how well they leave your hair day to day, but also how long they prolong your treatment for. My treatments have lasted 6-7 months, a couple of months longer than previous shampoos I’ve used. The shampoo lathers well. I always shampoo twice as all hairdressers recommend. The conditioner doesn’t always feel super soft when you apply it, but my hair always dries perfectly soft afterwards. They are big bottles and last me around two months, so are good value (I have long hair). You get a free pump too, which makes them very convenient to use. Overall I’d definitely recommend.
Excellent product - shiny healthy hair!
I naturally have very thick curly hair and have had a keratin straightening treatment.
I’ve tried a few different sulphate free shampoos and conditioners and this is by far the best. Leaves my hair frizz free even if left to dry on its own. When I do blow dry it doesn’t take as long and it leaves my hair shiny and looking really healthy. The customer service for this company is second to none. I contacted them to get another pump I received a reply from Krissy in a very timely manner who sorted it out quickly and also gave some further advice about how to apply the conditioner. It’s also a UK company another plus!
Really wanted to love i
The size of bottle is great and dispenser nozzle excellent and easy to use. Initially I bought the both shampoo and conditioner and replenished shampoo as it ran our first. I was attracted to the product as it was sulphate free but I must admit it has not retained the colours in my hair at all. As a product it is OK but I’ve seen no advantages from over the counter products. I really wanted to love these products but I’m struggling to justify price. Excellent customer service and I would recommend seller but not the product I can’t recommend . It left my hair limp and with no body. I wouldn’t buy again.

I just made a repeat order for the shampoo and conditioner. I have had keratin treatments on my hair over many years now and this is the best shampoo I have used so far. It really does preserve the effects of the salon treatment for longer, it makes my hair very full and shiny. My scalp can be sensitive too and these have not caused any sensitivity in fact they seem to be helping my scalp be more settled and calm. As with all sodium free shampoos you have to re-educate yourself to a ‘lower lather’ experience but once you do you won’t look back, my hair is just as clean and shiny, in fact more so, than with higher lather shampoos that are filled with agents that strip your hair. I don’t often leave reviews, but I was motivated to do so with this product line because the results have been great. An added bonus is the pump that you get with the duo shampoo and conditioner set. It makes it shower friendly and easy to dispense from a really good size bottle that will last you a good amount of time. Highly recommend and I am fussy about what I use on my hair. Ps if the coconut smell is not for you, don’t be put off – its not intrusive and it doesn’t linger.
Soft ends and no more tangles
My hair is very dry at the ends and tangles alot, after using this shampoo and conditioner for over a week now, I can feel the difference, my hair is softer and less knotty, you cant just use the shampoo, you must use the conditioner for it to make a difference
