Does the job
Just a bit heavier than the old model, doesn’t glide as well

I had a cheap model some time ago and was very disappointed. However, a friend recommended this model and although it’s quite expensive I’m really glad I bought it. It cleans the floors quickly and beautifully and doesn’t wet them too much, the steam just does the job very efficiently.I’d like the cord to be a bit longer, but that’s not a massive problem. Definitely recommend this produc
It works well
Early days but so far I don’t dislike anything.
I found it worked very well on our floors without using any type of liquid cleaner. Floors seemed to have a pleasant sheen when dry.
The pad washed well coming up spotless.

Worth every penny
Great Steamer which is easy to use, the portable hand held part which once detached is great to get into small spaces (corners of which I have alot of) under the sofa too. Thank you

Really like my new steam mop ! Is very easy to use, refill a water and e.t.c x Just 4 because is little to heavy.

Lifesaver for my stone floored kitchen which is frequently ruined by muddy dog and paw prints! Gives it a thorough cleaning which is much needed and makes light work of it. Well worth the money.
Excellent cleaning
Read a few reviews before buying on this and alternatives. Glad we spent a bit more on this one. Great value for money, brings laminate and tiles up really well.
A great floor cleaner.
Had the vax steam mop which I found useless ,compared to my shark steam mop. I have a 4 month old labrador puppy who plays in our garden.
When he comes in the kitchen the floor gets pretty dirty ,this mop has no problem cleaning the floor tiles.
Amazing performance
This machine delivers amazing results, if I had to criticise, it would be the fact that it can’t stand upright and just falls over.
Great cleaning tool
I brought this as heard great things about it. It was easy to put together. I used it for the first time yesterday and was amazed at how easy it is to use the flip to directed steam is a godsend! Helped get those stubborn marks and dirt up with ease, the cord is a good length went round my big livingroom without having to unplug and re plug elsewhere. I would highly recommend this steam mop to anyone.
Only used once..
so far it’s really good!
I’ve returned other steam mops that just wasn’t satisfactory and glad to say I don’t think il be doing it with this one. For 30 more, might aswell get the 2in1

Once assembled, easy to use.
Cleaned the wood floor efficiently. Hand held attachments worked well on the bathroom tiles and fittings.
Finally a quick way to clean our downstairs tiled floors.
Love it. What used to be the most annoying job is now so easy. I realise I sound a bit sad but the floors have never been cleaner. So mych better than a bucket of water and a mop.

Cleans floors very well
I always suspected that our floors were not as clean as they could be. We have been using a manual mop similar to my mother in law for many years.
We used the shark mop and I could see dirt being picked up even after we used a manual mop.

I bought to clean oak flooring and tiled floors, and does this easily. Being able to change the heads with a click or two is excellent time saving! Much better at dirt collection than some other leading micro fibre steam mop heads and a very slight scour in the material shifts stubborn dirt without stopping to scrub separately is a great benefit. I’ve dogs so muddy paws this time of year is a nightmare, but a lot easier to deal with when you don’t have to change heads and can just flip the mop. Also excellent hand held and the first time a steamer has actually had any effect when cleaning the oven!
The tools that come with it are very good quality and so easy to change. Steam is pretty instant and the steam jet is a Gift when cleaning dried on dirt!

The mop itself is great. The functions are easy to use and simple to swap between mop and hand held mode. My floors feel lovely and clean once again. Bit heavy to use and lift compared to a traditional mop, but that is to be expected.
The cord length is plenty long too.
The bristle attachment is terrible. In the photo, that is what it looked like after one very light use on about ten tiles. I was extra conscious not to over do the steaming or the scrubbing as I had seen other reviews on it and thought to myself “nah, these people must have been going hard at it”
I was wrong. Contacted Amazon who refunded me 5 which is the equivalent value of the attachment found on the Shark website.
Funnily enough, they sell a wire version at the same price on the Shark website which raised an eyebrow. Why not just include the good quality attachment as standard!
Brilliant mop
Great cleaning power, like the extra direct steam option. Easy to use the lift away for smaller jobs too. Long cord makes it easy to clean more than one area at a time. Easy to remove pads. Would be better if came with spare pads for the lift away as unable to find them even on shark website.

easy to use although it does not seem to have an on off switch but not a problem does fantastic bursts of steam for stubborn marks my floors have never looked so clean i am absolutely thrilled and fantastic price and an everlasting long lead which it competitors does not seem to have so very handy indeed as once you are plugged in you just go

This is definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made and I am thrilled with it. It cleaned my kitchen floor extremely well and it was very easy to use. I fully recommend other people to buy it!
Easy to use, with great features
Fantastic product. The removable hand held module is perfect for getting to hard to clean areas. My hard floors have come out much cleaner since using this after using a different brand for a few years.

This model has an upgraded and more durable head mechanism compared to a model I brought 8 years ago.
Steam clea
Love this didn’t feel like my floors were getting clean with 2 dogs and a baby but love that you see how gross your floor been and feel like the mop cleaned it all up leaving your floor shiney clean.
Excelle
This is the third steam cleaner I’ve owned. It is an excellent piece of kit and the ‘blast of steam’ facility and hand tools it is powerful and versatile. Like all Shark products it is robust and versatile. It seems strongly built and though I’ve only had it a few weeks it seems robust enough to last.
Clean really well, I love it!
Love the Shark cleaner steam mop, it clean the floor really well, cord is long enough for me, it has a powerful steam. The only downside is it is a bit heavy compare to the first Shark stem mop I got before ( the green one). But all in allI am happy with it.
The best helper in the house!
The best helper for all my house. I use it for everything! I’m leaving the review after 3 months of use. I bought another one for my mum as it really helps to keep everything clean, keeping away from chemicals and my mum loves it too.

I would highly recommend this product because it’s easy to use and the floor dries immediately.
Drys so quick
Loved how easy to use the only thing would have liked a longer cord as my home is open plan and had to switch sockets. The pads are so easy to attach and easy washable in the washing machine I bought extra pack of pads so I don’t have to worry about the drying time. The floor sets so quick too no water residue like previous mops I’ve had
Gets the flooring really clea
We have been using a Karcher floor cleaner on our hard floors. Recently it broke down and had to be sent for repair, (we had previously had one replaced as faulty after a few months) We bought this Shark Steam Mop as a cheap replacement to use whilst waiting for the Karcher to return. Since we started to use it we have found out how much cleaner we can get the floors. The Shark will now be our main cleaner. Well worth the money.
