How to set the Triple Display&Dual Display
1.Triple Display(Windows)
Please click Intel Graphics Settings for multi-display setting or hotkey: Windows P
Note：You can set Display, Resolution and Refresh Rate on the General Setting.
Resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080/60HZ when connecting three monitors at the same time. It’s not suggested to do so. But if you need to do so, please turn off the laptop screen ( Click“Second screen only”) after connecting.
2.Mirror Mode & Non-mirror Mode(Mac OS)
Setting: About This Mac>Display>Arrangement>Mirror Displays (Yes or No)
Note: When MAC OS needs to extend the display, you need to click on “Display” in Preferences, select the Arrangement, and then click Cancel “Mirror displays”.

I bought this to use with my Chromebook Pixel and a Samsung widescreen monitor (3440 x 1440 @ 50 Hz) via HDMI. Other connections are keyboard, mouse, Gigabit ethernet, power for PD and an SD card. The device looked ideal, and worked fine for a while, but as it settled in I started experiencing blackout/disconnection of the monitor with return after a few seconds, and then crashes of the adaptor (mouse & keyboard stopped working too & network disconnected). I assumed this was a bandwidth issue but disconnecting the network didn’t improve matters. I could guarantee a crash dragging a dark-theme window from the laptop desktop onto the monitor, suggesting there is an issue with dark level transitions in this geometry.
I have reallocated the adaptor to a different user where it is working fine (with a 27″ monitor), but would not recommend for a widescreen configuration. When it works, it is a super device with all the connectivity an average desktop user could hope for.
i ordered this as i have 2 monitor setup as well as my new company sent me different laptop without dock. i wanted to buy one to help when i travel and was looking for a while and came across this few times while searching. it was lightning deal and well done to me to catch it on right time. well built, all ports seems to be working. i said this bcoz i am unable to access my sd card from both slots(can this be card issue? not sure, hope it is). it had been connected to my thinkpad ever since it was delivered. doesnt seem to get hot but just feels warm. only two displays can be connected any instance. i havent had chance to test PD. so far so good and will update in future with more details.
it seems safe to say that i can recommend this product. its compact works well.
All in one hub
This is an amazing piece of kit. Allowed me to connect 3 monitors to my pad. And this is the only thing I found on the market that would do what I needed it to do.
Really helped tidy up my working from home setup
The USB Hub was exactly what I needed for making my working from home setup for the pandemic much neater and tidier.
I have had it running for a couple of weeks now, using most of the connections and all seem to be working well. Everything I have attached to it has just plugged and played very happily (laptop, bluetouth keyboard, webcam, microphone, USB storage, 2 screens).
It has been particularly useful for hooking up screens with different inputs, in my case displayport and VGA (via a HDMI converter although I think there is a version with a VGA direct connection, I just thought it best to buy the version with the more up to date connections for the future).

Full packed USB C hub, got the version with a DisplayPort and 2 HDMI’s, exactly what I was needing, works with my Dell Latitude and my Galaxy Note9, able to use Samsung Dex through it as well as use SD cards, ethernet and the usb ports. Laptop doesn’t accept charge through it though, but not worried about that. Just useful for having the USB C connector which works across many devices now a days. Good build quality, plug & play.

Absolutely great product for getting all those devices you need connected, especially in these circumstances where we are transitioning to working at home and may have loads of new equipment. I was able to connect 3 monitors, a webcam, a headset and various external drives all simultaneously with no problems while also powering my macbook. Highly recommend.

Everything I need in one
I purchased this docking station to allow me to both run dual monitors while working from home on my windows laptop but also run an ethernet cable directly to my Mac. Both tasks this dock does perfectly and frees up USB-C ports for other devices.
Decent bit of ki
This is a really good product. As you can see from my photos I’ve been running three screens through it (max that my laptop allows) and its been reliable and does what it said it would. The only downside (very minor) is that the output usb-c lead is short and a bit stiff so doesn’t give a lot of options to hide it away but all in all its a good bit of kit especially with its mix of display port and HDMI which I needed

This was well worth the extra cost. Now I pull out one lead and I’m instantly mobile! There’s also plenty of USB sockets for wireless keyboards and so on.
I’ve been using it continuously for nearly two weeks without any problems – it recognises the monitors very quickly after plugging in, and (under Windows) you can extend different screens to both HDMI as well as having a third screen on the laptop. I don’t have 4K monitors to test it with, but it displays at 2 x 1080p 60Hz totally fine alongside my laptop.
This is the first time I’ve used USB-C but I couldn’t believe that it could run ethernet, 2 HDMI, USB keyboard, mouse and headphones, and deliver power to the laptop without stuttering or anything. Incredible. Lenovo charge hundreds of pounds for a proper laptop docking station and this works just as well, plus you can take it with you – for instance if you need to give a presentation on an old VGA monitor (which I tested – works fine) or projector, or to plug in ethernet if there’s no wireless signal.
Some people have commented it’s warm to the touch – that’s because the metal case is used to dissipate the heat from the circuits inside. It’s a really slick metal case and packaging, and the brand is a good one – I bought it because of the high review score.
I was also able to get the screen from my Samsung phone to the TV using this device, which is an added extra – and you would then have the option of all the USB ports for keyboards etc.
The only extra thing I would have liked is a 3.5mm audio/mic socket – but it’s hard to find hubs with all of these features, and I needed an extra USB C socket more. For the price and quality you can’t beat this one!

Amazing Produc
Amazing Product. This one is got 12 ports including USB 3.0, 2.0 and a SD Card Reader slot. Luckily got a very similar space grey colour that matches perfectly with the colour of the MacBook Pro. Have been using this through out past 2-3 days and can’t see any issues. Does the job perfectly well. Also the transfer speeds are fast. Highly recommended. It’s light and easy to carry.
Perfect for running dual monitors
This product allows you to run dual monitors in extended mode with no issues. I use this with a Lenovo T490 and allows me to connect all my peripherals and monitors with one cable. A comparable thunderbolt docking station from Lenovo would be much more expensive.
The unit does get warm to the touch during operation and the USB C cable from the dock is very short (however this is standard for these units). I plan to overcome this by purchasing a female to male USB c cable so I can hide this dock out of sight.

This is the first and only dock I have owned and so far it’s been excellent. I’ve been able to connect my lap top to two external displays as well keyboard and mouse. The dock itself is lightweight and compact in design, meaning it doesn’t take up any space on the desk and it’s just one connection in to the USB-c port and we’re up and running. I’m looking to add an further display shortly to enhance the experience even further.
As well as the size, the dock has a sleek grey appearance meaning it’s a stylish addition to the office set up. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for work laptop Dell Precision 3530
This is prefect for my work laptop, so I’ll be using it for working from home and business travel, I’d intended on using it for a home use laptop, but it seems I can’t get the HDMI or VGA ports to work, it is not a flaw with the USB Hub, I just don’t think that the laptop is capable of omitting (Lenovo ideapad flex 5)

I purchased my QGeem USB-C 12 port converter for my home office. It was very easy to set up has a docking station for both my works laptop and my personal laptop

Very compact, works without a hitch. Very convenient, especially when switching my laptop between my WFH and office set up. Saves me so much time connecting wires all the time and makes the desk look much tidier!
Excellent compact hub
The hub is compact and easy to transport, my previous hub was a large desktop hub that was too large to take from office to home or even away on a business trip. The hub now allows me to travel with the ease of having only to take one plug and use the adaptor for charging all my devices and streaming onto the hotel TV. Excellent device.

This is an absolute gem and at an amazing price in comparison with other products delivering the same capabilities. Even amongst it’s competitors the connectivity of this USB-C hub is exceptional and I have struggle to find any other product that can deliver the same.
Looking at the build quality, this USB-C hub is pretty solid, good materials, nothing shaking or loose., doesn’t feel or look cheap. Ports are good quality as not too firm and not loose either. When the designed and built this thing they must have had enterprise level businesses/offices in mind.
Installation was nothing at all, connected the USB-C hub and instantly recognized, no messing around with drivers or settings. Connect monitors and USB devices was also a simple task with literally nothing to do.
Overall this is the best value USB-C hub on the market from what I could find, this is no cheap piece of technology. Literally plug and play with no issues.
I have already recommended this to one of my colleagues. I would definitely recommend this to home users, to be fair office users would also benefit.
Very happy with this product and I stand by saying that this is my best purchase in a very long time.

Almost perfect, but not quite...
Does the job with displaying on to 2 monitors (1080p, 144Hz), connects to my headset, ethernet, keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately sometimes my monitors will turn off for a few seconds then back on again, or will have strange visual issues such as green dots and lines.
I would give it 3 stars except for the fact that its still very reasonable for the price.

Reliable, evenwith all ports ued, unlike some other brands.
Can get slightly warm when using all ports, but that’s expected with tight conversion electronics.

Delighted with the QGeeM 12port USB-c adaptor. The aluminium casing is beautifully made, has a quality feel and perfectly matches my grey Macbook. The 4 USB ports are sufficiently spaced to accommodate older more bulky USB pens or plugs. Two HDMI ports and a VGA port cover you for any eventuality. There are also 2 USB- c ports to compensate for the one used on the laptop, one of which is for power- through. Beautifully designed product!

Absolutely great product. Got it today and was very easy to set up and get working straight away. Going to recommend to a friend who is also in tne market for something similar.
I had a Dell unit that I borrowed that you can see in picture for comparison, this ismuch neater and it powers my 2 HDMI monitors from the dock as opposed to one plug in dock one in laptop.
My dock did not come with a power cable though I believe pass through charging is an option. I don’t need it anyway.
I am using this with 2 monitors USB mouse and keyboard, works great, takes up so little space and was plug and play with my Dell Inspiron. Great value for money.

Excellent product, lightweight and easy to install. Exactly what I needed to allow me to work from hone using my laptop.
I have used this to replace a very cumbersome Dell D6000 dock and it is great. Two HDMI and one DP is more than enough, plus all the USB ports. It’s really small and sleek too, so fits really well into the cable tidy under my home office desk.
It would be great if the cable was slightly longer; I have bought a USB-C extension and that’s fine. The length would be fine if you want to site it near the laptop, but for me I wanted it hidden away. Also, it does not have an audio jack, so I had to buy a small USB SoundCard to cover that off. Still incredibly happy with it though.

Very Useful to have a charging port as part of the dongle. With previous dongles i have owned i could not charge my Macbook whilst using a usb or hdmi cable. This has saved me in that sense!
Great product! This is my second attempt at getting a good usb c hub. I wanted one that had enough ports, HDMI that worked and a spare USB c port that was not just for powering my Mac but also a second one for connecting hardware. This is the only one that has these ports! Works like a dream
My wife and I are both having to work from home and we take it in turns to use our study. Before I bought this hub we were in a bit of a mess with cables everywhere, which was a little frustrating. This device means that we can easily and quickly switch our laptops around with a single connector, and when I add the USB-C PD (power delivery) cable to the hub we’ll have even fewer cables too.
I’d say that if you’re in a situation like ours then this device is crucial, the extra USB ports that it has, along with a USB-C port so you don’t lose that port on your laptop are really useful.

This was just what I’d been looking for, after purchasing 3 other USB C docks. The other 3 I had either wouldn’t work with my Surface or failed to extend all three monitors (duplicating 2), this USBC extender was successful where others failed. I am very happy with this purchase. The added benefit of an ethernet port is also great.

Bought this to add monitor, keyboard, mouse & back-up drive to my MacBook for working from home. Great piece of kit, perfect for my needs and very important has through charging. Can’t fault it.
Great product- nice packaging on arrival and the body of the docking station is very good quality.
I tried a few different “docking stations” and had quite a bit of grief finding the right one. Thankfully this is the perfect one. I use it for multiple monitors with a ethernet cable, multiple USB stick and a power source. All in one- its perfect and my monitors are not disturbed by interference.

Does exactly what I wanted. One connection to the laptop and I now have etgernet, keyboard, mouse and 2nd monitor (extended display). Next step is to try extending to a 3rd display. It seems to run a bit warm and the input cable is short but all fine.

Perfect for dual monitors
This qas recommended by the guys in our IT department. solid well made product. works well with my Lenovo think pad, mainly using it for dual monitors. Only criticism is the usb cable is a bit short. Other than that does everything it has to.
This dock is perfect. I’m using a Surface Pro 7 and needed to connect 2 external monitors. Bought a different dock, which worked, but would only mirror on the other screens. This dock did the trick. Its tiny, so not taking up desk space, and I had everything connected and working perfectly. Thought I was going to have to buy a surface dock at 260, so this dock is a bargain. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Needed to use two monitors at home during lockdown and this solved the issue. Both monitors connected via HDMI cables through this to the laptop and problem solved! Very simple and lightweight – charges the laptop too with USB-C charger.

Been set up for home office use (to have multiple monitors). Does everything I require from it. Only thing I can fault is the usb slots are not fast charging but that is an extreme minor issue.

Having used other display splitters, it is clear that this has been built and packaged with care. Not cheap, but the quality seems to be as good as, or better, than expected from the price. Display port and HDMI Works instantly with my Surface pro 7, and my RTX2080. They offer a lifetime refund guarantee in the box, which is seemingly a good sign? Its about the same size as a slimline laptop power block, and will fit in the laptop bag.
Have not heard of QGeem before, but I am impressed so far!
COVID-19 has meant that I’m working home every day now and will continue to do so. Therefore, I wanted to minimise the number of peripherals I hook up to my laptop as this can quickly become a chore.
I knew that I needed a docking station to plug my monitors, keyboard and occasionally other USB peripherals into and didn’t want something bulky and unsightly to dominate my IKEA desk.
I bought this docking station and I have been thoroughly impressed.
It’s a good looking, lightweight product that doesn’t heat up despite having several things plugged into it at the same time.
There’s plenty of different input options such as: USB A and C including a separate USB C for power, 2x HDMI and projector inputs and even memory card and Ethernet inputs.
My only gripes were that occasionally my laptop wouldn’t recognise the dock once I had plugged it in but this was easily remedied by unplugging-and-plugging in again. The connection cable that goes into the USB C port of your device could also be longer but for most people this won’t be an issue.
Other than that, there’s no major issues and it has been working exactly as described. It’s been used every single day since it’s been bought (1 month) and will happily provide an update in the future should you wish to have one.
It may cost more than other similar docking stations but if you need all of the different types of connections like I do then it’s definitely worth the money!

Great bit of ki
This has made life much easier. I have a Surface Pro 7 and this has allowed me to leave all my device connected and only have to plug in one cable to my Surface when arriving or leaving the office including charging. Well made and nice size I will be buying another one for home
Absolutely perfect. Have justed ordered smaller brother of it since wife doesnt need it all on day to day usage, but just really needs the hdmi and usb 3 (to display laoptop on tv for zoom keep fit) , whereas this one is plugged to main pc.
Only criticism, and i kbow these are really designed for laptops, a longer cable for desktoo tower users, where we plug it into back ports, but not a major issue when you buy usc-c extension cables

Perfect Docking Station For My Surface
I had this docking station supplied along with a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and it is absolutely perfect, a very competitive price compared to the Microsoft branded dock and most importantly I am able to utilise 2 screens at once as well as the surface screen. Again great portable and very lightweight. Highly recommended.
Quality Docking Station for a Home Office
I bought this (on a business account) last week as I found myself in need of a small, portable dock for working from home.
This dock was the perfect solution for me. I only have a limited space right now for working in and this gave me everything I needed without taking up a lot of space.
The abundance of connectors and ports made it ideal for a home work situation, but its lightweight portability means I can easily take it with me when I have to travel again.
I would really recommend this product to anybody looking to by a dock/hub for any use. The price is also really competitive, while the quality of the overall product was very high.

Dual Display
Ordered two cheaper adaptors for my home office set up because they advertised dual display functionality but neither actually allowed you to ‘extend’ your display and merely mirrored. This one works as advertised and is a compact, cheaper alternative to docks from brands like Microsoft and Lenovo.
Excellent USB C HUB
An excellent product and well priced too. Delivered on time and is easy just plug in and start working on multiple screens. If I ever need a mother unit this will be top of my list.
I wanted to remove the need for plugging loads of things in to my laptop so I can easily unplug or move it, this does the job great! Running 2xHDMI screens, USB-C pass through power, headset and audio out via a USB-A to 3.5mm jack.(a neat way to get around that it doesn’t have inbuilt audio out.8 as opposed to at least double that on other docks.)
Surprisingly good product – does everything it says on the box, it is portable, and works flawlessly. Honestly, any competitor would take you back twice as much. I use it for a triple monitor setup (attached under my desk, photos don’t show all or them at once) and got peripherals on it too.

This has so many ports, particularly 2xHDMI which was just what I was looking for. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the icing on the cake would have been having a 3.5mm AUX Jack. This would mean I could just have one simple wire into my laptop when working from home.
Got this today, and didnt want to make the same mistake as with another product and so tested it on everything I might need.
I am very pleased with this. It is solid, well built and has the option of pass though USB-C AND powering through USB-C, this isnt on a LOT of external adapters. Plus I can confirm it runs a 4K display, has a 4K webcam running and also my headset.
This is without even powering it, my last one struggled with the headset, so thankyou QGeeM for a great product. recommending.
With a single usb C input, I can connect my Ipad Pro 2018, MacBook Pro, Surface Book 2 and work issue Lenovo Thinkpad to a monitor, and various USB devices including a mouse/keyboard dongle, WD My Book Hard Drive and various others. Initially I had an issue using the HDMI output to DVI on my monitor, but this was an issue with my aging monitor. I purchased an 8K Display Port – Display Port lead and its running silky smooth.
The think i like is that i can hot swap the USB C lead between my devices and instantly get access to all the USB peripherals, mouse/keyboard and monitor. As I have connected a 100w USB C charger to the hub as well, all my devices charge whilst connected to the one USB C.
It even works for my Samsung S20 and recognises it as Samsung DEX.

Product arrived on time, and beautifully packaged. The hub is very easy to use, like a plug and play device. Firstly, I plugged it, connected my MacBook Air and using a displayport cable, my external monitor worked instantly! Secondly, connected PD charger and my MacBook Air is charging. Lastly, my wireless keyboard worked perfectly connecting one of the usb ports. I highly recommend this product! Exceeded expectations for the price I paid.

Great item! Easily works with a Samsung galaxy book 10” and allows me to have two external monitors with it along with external devices. Bought another expensive docking station which could not even charge the tablet and only allowed 1 external display. Here not only it charges but it allows more external displays.

USB type C is appearing more and more and some times it is only one port on the device and it is USB type C. I have the Surface Go device this is my travel work station. I needed a reliable well build USB type C to HDMI adapter. I have some experience of using other adapters and after intensive usage, some of them had different kinds of issues with the build quality.
