Shoe sizes are not standardized. Every shoe manufacturer uses different measurements in terms of instep height, toe shape and foot width. However, the basis for your own shoe size is always the length of your feet. Thus, you should always determine your foot length before buying in order to choose the right shoe.

These (vapor gloves-all styles) are the only shoes i wear. So the black leather ones like these are what i wear on my feet when i want to look more “formal”. BTW, it took my feet/lower legs about 5 years to remodel such that i was totally aligned with wearing minimals. I am over 70 years old, so probably anyone can do it. Wearing these will probably greatly improve your posture/balance/proprioception/fitness if you give them a chance. It was only after many years of wearing them and feeling like they were so perfect for me that i discovered that i was genetically a small part native american. Make me wonder..
