Easy to use with the steam setting for different type floor done a great job
the only thing is the water tank cap is set under the handle a bit fiddly but other than that highly recommend
I found attaching the towelling cloth a bit fiddly but after finally stretching it over the head and clipping on the glide head for carpets, it was easy to use. It heats up in less than a minute and produces a good amount of steam but not so much as to leave the carpets too damp to walk on. It also cleaned the laminate wooden floor with ease and the tank and heating element are detachable so it can be used to steam clean toilet bowls, ovens or anything thing else that could be cleaned using steam. It can even be used to steam clean the car (not recommended for use on leather seats)
Ok i was one of those idiots who bought a white wood grain vinyl floor it was to brighten my north facing kitchen i love the floor but to clean it is a pain having used a scrubbing brush & a flash mop for 6 months i decided to look for a steam mop as my vax stopped working this steam mop arrived yesterday just left on doorstep as delivery driver didnt read my delivery notice luckily i live in a nice area thankgod !
Any way my steam mop was easy to assemble and heated very quickly & glided over my floor easily picking up muck on its way didnt use any chemicals just steam glided very easy over my floor cleaning on its way i then used it on my wooden floors all with ease i did have to refill with water once but cleaned floors with ease i am impressed so far my only quibble is they only give u one mop head thats why i gave 4 stars take note u need 2 one for steam and then one for buffing and to dry luckily i have other mop heads that are that shape just pull cord not elaticated so i used them to buff wooden floors so there not left damp but easy to use and impressed we will see how long it will last my next test will be the windows as my window cleaner always comes when its raining so i told him not to bother again ! I will update when iv done windows
Ok window bit not so good it cleans windows but make sure you’ve got a buffer cloth for after as it leaves windows wet and water ends up on floor i think the rubber needs to be wider in depth so it actually gets water of window i will use it on windows but buff after and put a towel on floor my windows do look clean tho its just u have to hold machine all at the same time it could do with a backpack handle on it so you can concentrate on the nozle bit with a cloth in your other hand for drips
I got this to reduce my carbon footprint and to be more environmentally friendly and reduce the usage of chemicals in the house. First impressions are that the parts are high quality, with sturdy plastic/metal parts. Instructions are fairly straightforward, fill up with water and adjust heat setting depending on floor type (high heat for carpet, low heat for hardwood). Note that hard water places should use distilled water to prevent buildup in the steamer. This is ideal for my place as I have hardwood floors, but it comes with a carpet nozzle as well which I’ve yet to use. It also comes with attachments to do windows which is great and versatile. I plan to use this for my windows and bathroom so that’s a bonus!
Although it’s not light, it’s fairly easy to use. I would say it is similar in weight to a Henry vacuum to gauge. I recorded a video to see it being used in action. It’s not too noisy and the best part is that it left the floor fairly dry – this is important as some steamers leave floors quite soggy. I had mopped the house before with detergent and went over again with the steamer and the mop head still came out dirty so it definitely gives a deeper clean than ordinary mopping would. A nice to have would be if this device was cordless but it is not a deal-breaker considering the price and quality of the mop.
I bought this product in July 2020. I don’t use it that much but when I do, the results are excellent. Came to use it with the attachments the other day and it wasn’t steaming, in fact it was leaking water out the overspill. Sent an email to customer services and they were very prompt, courteous and helpful. They sent out a whole new machine with attachments as a replacement which I was amazed about and it also arrived the next day. Very impressed. They did suggest that if I live in hard water area, which I do, I add white vinegar to the water tank to avoid limescale build up. The new machine works very well and I was able to complete my tasks with excellent results today. Needless to say I have now purchased distilled water which I will only be using with the mop.
I am very happy with this product. It is lightweight and easy to move around the house. Especially like the finish on my kitchen & bathroom floors, before this I had to get down and dirty on my hands and knees and that’s not a pretty sight! So easy to interchange the tools. I was especially pleased at how well it was packaged. It was a fair price and would recommend it to anyone.
Grey steamer for the price, has make the cooker shine and brilliant for furniture and getting some stains out of the floor. The only downside is that I wish it could produce more steam over an extended period. It’s quick to produce steam but requires about a 5 second wait once that steam has gone to produce more. Worth the money though… wear gloves too!
I hated mopping my floors. With children, 2 cats and a husband in the building trade they get pretty mucky. But lugging around the mop and bucket and the wet floors after made it such a chore. My fab steam mop breezes through the job and has made my life so much easier. My floors are really clean now and without environment harming chemicals which is a real plus. My mum was so impressed she has even bought one and loves it too. Wish I has got it sooner.
I can’t praise mop enough to be honest. The quality of this product is very good. It produces enough steam to clean our whole kitchen floor with one fill of the large container. It works well on our carpet, windows and bathroom. Aftersales customer service was able to answer a question I had, promptly. This is very easy to assemble, easy to use and is not too heavy. Great value.
Very handy, light, easy steam mop. I can clean all floors with one water tank filled. Easy manageable with one hand ( baby on other hand). Used just on floor and steamed my sofa cushions. Felt fresh and clean afterwards. Long cord and goes in all corners and under the beds. Flexibility. Easy to set up and understand. Recommended. Thank you.
After getting annoyed with cleaning my wooden and tiled floors with wipes, having to get down on hands and knees etc I decided to get a steam mop. We bought a steam cleaner scrubber recently and was impressed with how well it cleaned and this is equally as good.
It also helps with my eco drive as well getting rid of the floor wipes!
This comes with different attachments and is very easy to put together and use. Just be careful of hot steam!
Also light weight in its use.

Absolutely love this product (I have recommended to several people who have also bought), if you assemble it right you won’t have any problems and it is so easy to use (extension lead is handy) I’ve had several steam mops and this one is by far the best one I have ever owned it is sturdy the steam comes out at the right speed no water spills (which is so handy as I have the sticky laminate and easy for it to bow) the hand held steamer is great, and also the customer service is absolutely fantastic if you have any problems let them know and they will send you any part! I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough (I bought this product 6 months ago and it’s still as good as new!) it is definitely worth every penny!!
I found that looking on the internet (YouTube) was an aid to assembly and use and this aided how I put it together. It works fine although some of the parts needed firm pushing to click together. I’m happy with it, however, now I’ve used it.
I really like this steam mop as it has many wonderful functions, the one I used most is use it as a steam iron, for my kids school uniforms, especially the coats, we can’t wash them every day but I feel more safe to use this steam iron to iron them after school, as I believe the hot steam can kill the virus.
The steam mop is very easy to assemble and light weighted. The quality of the materials are perfect, I use it to clean my carpet once a week, it gets hot steam vrry quick,and it cleaned many old stains, my friends thought I changed new carpet. I never used it to my curtains and I think that’s next thing I’m gonna try as the curtains are soon heavy to wash with washing machine, I believe it will do a good job too.

It’s fine as a floor mop, maybe a window cleaner but the bits for intricate areas are mediocre and the water for steam will not last you 5 minutes. Still pretty good value for money.
Nice sleek design, great little steam mop & quick delivery. As you only use water You don’t get the nice freshness clean smell from it Like you would with a detergent mop so I spray a solution of fabric softener and water on the floor first then steam over it. So the remaining star is for myself for adding a hack to make the mop slightly better!
That’s a great steam mop which is so easy to assemble and such good quality. I have used it several times. It is very convenient, and clean which good for family have children. I really like this product.
I was delighted when I received my steamer so I thought. I started using it straight away and followed all the instructions. Within a few uses it started clicking loudly and stopped steaming. There was no information in the product manual for no steam coming out (obviously there was the correct amount of water for it to be steaming).
Don’t waste your time in this, if it doesn’t stop working after 2 weeks it will stop after 4 weeks unfortunately which is what happened to me and now I can’t get a refund Bcos it past the date…and During Covid lockdown time so really I should be refunded.

Decent steam mop for price. A bit clunky. Plenty accessories for various cleaning jobs around the home. Only one triangular floor cloth provided. As a standard I would expect two floor clothes.
Very easy to use and fantastic cleaning mop, needs to be moped twice it collects so much of the mud off our floors need to split the room 50/50, I’m a builder btw so our floors get pretty black from my boots but this mop deffinetly doesn’t struggle to get it clean from trodden in mud. 10/10
My living room is wooden floor and bedroom is carpet. So i really need a steam mop can use for both. This one is very good. The instrution is very simple. Easy to assemble and use, it’s much lightweight than i think. Make the floor very clean.

The machine does exactly what it was advertised, very light weight and practical to use. My only complaint is that it should come with more triangular micro fibre cloths, I had to order another four as I like to change the cloth after every use. But I would highly recommend the product.
I have used this product a few times now and I am very happy with it’s cleaning power for floors, windows, and curtains. It is not heavy and easy to use. I have given it 4 stars for one reason you need a screwdriver to change it from a floor steamer to a window steamer where my previous one it was just an attachment with no need to remove screws. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
We have just bought a bungalow with the worst bathroom I literally don’t think it’s been cleaned it years. Until we can take it apart we have to use it and elbow grease wasn’t enough. This steam cleaners been a godsend,,,watch my video and you can see how gross it is and how good the steam cleans and cuts through years of black muck. I’m so glad I bought this. Great kit, lots of extras for cleaning windows, floors etc – multiple heads for fine cleaning hooks n crannies and if you watch my video I’m only using a soft brush head ! Very very powerful and gets boiling hot steam in seconds. Very easy to set up and use. Heats up very fast. We have washed every floor in the house. Made a great job. Just bought more mops for it. Good thing is when the mops are dirty just throw them in the washing machine. Glad l bought this product.
What an amazing product this is!! A few surprises: the middle ‘bit’ comes off to make an easy to carry, iron sized portable unit for the handheld mode, even has none slip bits on the bottom so if you place it down it wont slide! Fantastic product, no lie, 5 seconds to heat up?!? Even it that doubled over time that’s incredibly quick! This is going to save me plenty on bathroom cleaning chemicals can tell! Little tip! Get some cheap clothes from a supermarket and use them to wipe the surface after cleaning, especially in bathrooms or on ovens!
This is the 2nd mop of this kind that I’ve bought, and always the same result. After a few uses, it has just stopped working. I purchased this December last year, but as always, I revert back to mop and bucket. So I would calculate that I have used this steam mop maybe 15 times. Don’t waste your money, they always break down. Trusty mop and bucket lasts a lifetime. Just need to change the heads regularly.
Update: I contacted the seller and she immediately sent a replacement. Let’s hope this one lasts!!
The floor steamer is brilliant on hard floors but not so good on carpets. It’s good that you get 2 steamers in 1. You easily detatch the hand steamer from the frame and can clean all sorts of things.
I didn’t want to write a review too early as I want to make sure it was fair and just. This is a strudy steamer and puts up with vigorous use. It is really useful that it comes apart into hand held version for windows, shower and cooker hob. It shifts stubborn dirt well, my job has never looked better. The only dorm side is that the filler point is too near the handle but they have thought about that and provide a jug and funnel to fit. I haven’t quite worked out how to use all the attachments as there are many but my floor and windows have never been steamed so much, it made short work of bike oil after I cleaned my bike. This is so much better than my last two steamers!
I bought this steam mop about 9 months ago and am very happy with it. It’s very effective, leaves no streaks and is versatile with all the attachments. So, on top of it being a fab product, the customer service is second to none and they could teach a thing or two to any business: about 3 weeks ago, it stopped producing steam, I emailed them and received a very prompt reply asking me to explain what was/wasn’t happening and a video. I did this and received another speedy reply asking me to do specific fixes and to send them video if still not working. After a few days of them having my second video, they confirmed they would be sending me a replacement. It arrived yesterday and works perfectly. I then got a followup email this am asking if all is ok! I do not know what definitively what the problem was with the mop but I suspect the water in our area is not as soft as I thought it was as I have never had problems before however, the instructions do say distilled water is recommended. If I had to find something to ‘counter’ this positive review I would be struggling. The only thing I can think of, and this is personal preference, is that I would like to have a button/handle on the main handle to quickly turn on and off the steam and maybe a ‘boost’ button for the stubborn areas.
Its light weight and easy to use. A full tank will get you very far and its fantastic with zoflora mountain air and water. You carpets and floors will look great. Only issues I have though, to make any notable signs you need to have it on max heat sadly.
This steam cleaner works well on carpets, cleaning the bathroom and windows. The only thing I have a tiny issue with is the weight of the main body of the steam cleaner is a bit heavy when you hold it for a few minutes. So can lead to awkwardness whilst cleaning sometimes. I think it is good for the price and easy to assemble and use.
Steam cleaner arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I’ve so far only used it on tiled and laminate floors and it was fine. So far not used as handheld steamer.
Love the steamer..I cleaned my windows and floors with it the windows came out perfectly..I had to lightly go over the windows with a soft cloth to prevent streaking but that was no problem.. moping the follr was perfect cexept the cord could have been a bit longer, and there is only one floor pad included..so trying to wash it and get it dry again for the next days moping is stressful a second one would have been appreciated.. overall l am very pleased with it, very easy to use and asemble, would definitely recommend it.
Never had a steamer before so went for this model after doing a bit of research- this seemed a very good price! We have a reclaimed floor which is made from very old random tiles which are set in quite wide grout which is a buff colour. This had become grey in colour with ingrained dirt!! The floor used to be mopped regularly using bleach and other cleaners.
I was excited to receive the steamer and first used the pad- this was ok but not getting the ingrained dirt up. Change of tactic- on my hands and knees -using the hand held attachment with the little wire brush- AMAZING!!!!! Two thirds of the floor done but I’ve worn out the brush!!!! I put the little black nylon haired brush attachment on and this performed just as well as the wire attachment.
The floor looks absolutely amazing-
I should have used this set up from the start! It’s easy to use and a great price compared to other models.

Time of delivery was perfect as I was moving some furniture, so mop was being used on carpets within 10 minutes! Very easy to assemble and use. My previous steam mop didn’t have a swivel head which is a definite advantage. Will be attempting to steam clean the windows at the weekend!
I can’t believe I’ve had this for over 10 days now and I’ve only just started using it, I mopped the floors in my flat today using this, it’s amazing much easier than the normal mop. Wish I had have bought it years ago

Makes an excellent job of my hall and kitchen floors. I was very dubious about buying this, as it is cheaper than other steam cleaners but I can’t fault it. I was worried that the heat would melt the vynal flooring in a rented property (having to replace it and face the landlord) but reviews mention ‘all surfaces’ so I should try using it on a tiny inconspicuous area. The result and ease of use proved its worth. A much better result than a mop! I haven’t used any attachments yet (and scared of hot steam on glass windows) but I will properly clean skirting boards and then gain the confidence to use it in many more difficult places covered it central London grime. Thank you.

Used to clean BBQ that was really dirty hadn’t been cleaned since last year. It cleaned brilliantly so easy to put together and easy to use, recommend if your elderly.
Easy to use and I love really love this product, I use it mainly for the carpet and OMG it leaves it so clean and fresh. It’s also perfect on other surfaces as well. Best cleaner ever. Cable is long enough for me

A bit plasticky but trying to find my way around the hand held version.
Be careful when unpacking as I thought an item was missing when I first unpacked the mop. However, I went over all the items again and found the small screw I needed. But I had emailed the company before I found the item (oops) but I received a prompt, courteous email reply and would have had a replacement had I needed one. The mop is easy to use, easy to assemble but the hand held part took a bit of thought but once I worked it out, is really easy to use. No holding down the steam button while trying to clean, press the button and hey presto – the steams stays on til you knock it off. Ordered more mop attachments for the base and could do with a better attachment for that part but otherwise, really pleased with the product and would recommend.
This was bought as a replacement as my H20 gave up the ghost after 5 years. Looks exactly like the picture but a bit better in reality. After searching on the internet the reviews looked promising. Well packaged, light weight and really easy to use. Results were fantastic. I cleaned all the carpets upstairs, don’t leave the steamer to rest on the carpet because it will leave an indentation of a triangle, I have that mark on my landing! All saying that, my carpets have come up brand new. This is 200 watts more than the H20 and Better results and steams a lot fast. i steamed the walls and floor in the bathroom and windows without changing the head, it worked a treat. I did have to wipe it down with a t towel for the drips but definitely well worth the money. Glad I didn’t buy a named brand. 1 down side, supplier please provide 2 white cloths to attach to steamer head so you can wash one and slip the other on.
Ok So I’ve used it a few times now so really got the hang of it. Important advise for those with really light coloured carpets don’t turn the heat on max as it could leave marks/indentations on your carpets if u leave the steamer on one position for a while. I have 2 marks now in two different rooms, (not major but visible). Therefore it’s advisable to turn down the heat. Saying that the pics r proof it does a good job and I’m more than happy.
Update: The triangle indents I mentioned in my previous review above have disappeared btw so nothing to worry about.
I was browsing steam mops for some time & decided on this one. It came well packaged, you wouldn’t think it was all in the one box. Assembly was simple and quick, I’ve used it on my kitchen floor and my bathroom floor both Lino, the mop only takes maybe 20 seconds to be able to use. It is slightly heavy to push, I think that was due to the floor needing a good clean, once it started to clean the floor it glided over it, making it easy to use. I’ve not tried any of the attachments yet but I’m sure they will work just as good as the mop. I would recommend this mop I think it’s great ps. I’ve not tried it on my carpets yet!!
A great steam mop with added attachments and ability for other uses and purposes..
We’ve used this mop to clean our floors, disinfect the kitchen and steam our sheets. It has worked perfect for everything we’ve needed it for.
While steaming sheets and clothing (to get out creases and wrinkles) it does leak a bit more water then an actual upright clothing steamer. It
doesnt bother us, but its good to mention to potential buyers.
The product itself is quite good, easy to use and powerful enough for house cleaning. What i didnt like is that it leaves strings of water marks on my laminate flooring so i ended up having to use the mop to get rid of them and also it seemed to take away the shine on my floors. I think on tiles or carpet it would be a fantastic product. Unfortunately it didnt work for me. Easy return and refund so happy overall
I didn’t put 5 stars because after 5 months my mop broke down and I got really disappointed; but it must have been faulty since the beginning, as the it was wetting a lot the floor and the steam was not continuous. Something that I learn afterwards as the company was able to provide a good customer service and they also delivered a replacement very quickly.
The mop is a good value for money and it can be used to clean anything you can think of…
Really like this product. Easy to set and use. Used it on the door grooves that were really hard to clean. Amazing results. Only part that could be improved is where you put the water in and give two floor clothes with it. So use one and wash one. I have a dog so need to clean my floor daily. Lots of tools and definitely would recommend to friends. Cheaper than other makes.
Absoloutly fabulous cleaner for the price, used for kitchen tile floors, carpets, and,removing mildew from tile grout and window frames,this is the best cleaning tool I have used in years.
I don’t know how I could live without my steam mop before. I love how easy it is to use and how many different attachments it has. Definitely worth every penny. I clean my bathroom and kitchen with it in no time haven’t used it for the windows yet but definitely planning to do it.
I found the Moolan steam cleaner quite easy to assemble, except when clicking the handle in to the base, which needed more force than I would have expected. Apart from that I am delighted with the efficiency of this steam cleaner. I have used it to clean carpets, the shower cubicle and wall tiles in the Bathroom, and am very pleased with the results. I feel that this is a great addition to any home and would definitely recommend it.
This is a very handy little tool which is so easy to assemble (The instructions are easy to follow) is very light unlike many steam cleaners and comes with many useful attachments which turns it into a hand-held steamer for cleaning worktops, bath taps, in between tiles etc. (With the supplied brushes) and even windows. It comes with it’s own little measuring jug and funnel to fill the reservoir, plus some spare rubber O rings. The steamer itself heats up very quickly and you get about 10-15 minutes work between each refill.
For cleaning floors the mop heads attach and remove easily. Highly recommended.
I used it to mop the floor usually, the steam is powerful, so you need to keep adding water from time to time. It also helps with sanitising. I also use it in cleaning mattresses and beddings.

I felt compelled to write a review as this steamer is such good quality. I’ve bought Karcher and Vax in the past and both brands have been nowhere near as good as this one. The continuous steam means you don’t get a stiff hand from holding a trigger and being able to adjust the rate of steam is useful. The window cleaning tool is also very effective but I haven’t tried the carpet cleaner yet. I always use water from a filter jug as we live in a hard water area so I’m hoping this will prolong the life of the mop. I reiterate that the quality is in a different league and would highly recommend this mop.
This machine has cleaned moudy grout, a rank and greasy gas hob, muddy dog shakes up a wall and numerous other things.
It is light and easy to switch from mop to handheld, with a good selection of attachments to tackle any job.

Very satisfied with the mop. It’s very handy and useful. The cloth could be washed separately easily after use and drys out fast. Haven’t used it on carpet yet but worked on floors well so far. My LOs loved to run with bare feet and roll about at home. And this steam mop put us at ease when the floor is totally cleaned with high temperature steam. Should have bought it earlier when our kids were even younger.
The steam mop has arrived on time and very well packed! It is easy to set up and to use in a variety of environments. Lots of useful attachments and uses. I have tried a small head to clean the oven which was really helpful! Good value for money.
I very rarely find time to leave reviews but this thing is fab! I’ve not only replaced the old steam cleaner (Rubbish one) but its actually replaced the main mop! No more bleach or floor cleaners! Just mop the floors every other day and As all of us are walking in our socks…..they stay clean!! I’m happy
I have been planing to replace my mop with a steam cleaner for a little while. I have 3 children and my kitchen and hall floors never look clean, even though they are moped everyday. Wondered if it was just another gimmick tool, I’d try and never use again. Well no, it’s so much easier than a mop and bucket. Less water used, great as I have a water meter, the floors dry a lot quicker and they actually look clean, plus you can wash the cleaning clothes in the washing machine, win, win. Wished I’d bought one ages ago.

Ok i was one of those idiots who bought a white wood grain vinyl floor it was to brighten my north facing kitchen i love the floor but to clean it is a pain having used a scrubbing brush & a flash mop for 6 months i decided to look for a steam mop as my vax stopped working this steam mop arrived yesterday just left on doorstep as delivery driver didnt read my delivery notice luckily i live in a nice area thankgod !
Any way my steam mop was easy to assemble and heated very quickly & glided over my floor easily picking up muck on its way didnt use any chemicals just steam glided very easy over my floor cleaning on its way i then used it on my wooden floors all with ease i did have to refill with water once but cleaned floors with ease i am impressed so far my only quibble is they only give u one mop head thats why i gave 4 stars take note u need 2 one for steam and then one for buffing and to dry luckily i have other mop heads that are that shape just pull cord not elaticated so i used them to buff wooden floors so there not left damp but easy to use and impressed we will see how long it will last my next test will be the windows as my window cleaner always comes when its raining so i told him not to bother again ! I will update when iv done windows
Ok window bit not so good it cleans windows but make sure you’ve got a buffer cloth for after as it leaves windows wet and water ends up on floor i think the rubber needs to be wider in depth so it actually gets water of window i will use it on windows but buff after and put a towel on floor my windows do look clean tho its just u have to hold machine all at the same time it could do with a backpack handle on it so you can concentrate on the nozle bit with a cloth in your other hand for drips
Brilliant. Could not believe how dirty my floor was first time using it. Use it on both laminate and tiles. Can walk around in white socks now:)
Quick and easy to use. Bought nearly a year ago, it does a good job and is quick to dry. So much better than my previous steamer.
Although it’s not light, it’s fairly easy to use. I would say it is similar in weight to a Henry vacuum to gauge. I recorded a video to see it being used in action. It’s not too noisy and the best part is that it left the floor fairly dry – this is important as some steamers leave floors quite soggy. I had mopped the house before with detergent and went over again with the steamer and the mop head still came out dirty so it definitely gives a deeper clean than ordinary mopping would. A nice to have would be if this device was cordless but it is not a deal-breaker considering the price and quality of the mop.
This steamer does what it says. After reading negative reviews I was reluctant to buy this. I’ve used it three times with excellent results
I bought this product in July 2020. I don’t use it that much but when I do, the results are excellent. Came to use it with the attachments the other day and it wasn’t steaming, in fact it was leaking water out the overspill. Sent an email to customer services and they were very prompt, courteous and helpful. They sent out a whole new machine with attachments as a replacement which I was amazed about and it also arrived the next day. Very impressed. They did suggest that if I live in hard water area, which I do, I add white vinegar to the water tank to avoid limescale build up. The new machine works very well and I was able to complete my tasks with excellent results today. Needless to say I have now purchased distilled water which I will only be using with the mop.
I am very happy with this product. It is lightweight and easy to move around the house. Especially like the finish on my kitchen & bathroom floors, before this I had to get down and dirty on my hands and knees and that’s not a pretty sight! So easy to interchange the tools. I was especially pleased at how well it was packaged. It was a fair price and would recommend it to anyone.
Grey steamer for the price, has make the cooker shine and brilliant for furniture and getting some stains out of the floor. The only downside is that I wish it could produce more steam over an extended period. It’s quick to produce steam but requires about a 5 second wait once that steam has gone to produce more. Worth the money though… wear gloves too!
I hated mopping my floors. With children, 2 cats and a husband in the building trade they get pretty mucky. But lugging around the mop and bucket and the wet floors after made it such a chore. My fab steam mop breezes through the job and has made my life so much easier. My floors are really clean now and without environment harming chemicals which is a real plus. My mum was so impressed she has even bought one and loves it too. Wish I has got it sooner.

Very handy, light, easy steam mop. I can clean all floors with one water tank filled. Easy manageable with one hand ( baby on other hand). Used just on floor and steamed my sofa cushions. Felt fresh and clean afterwards. Long cord and goes in all corners and under the beds. Flexibility. Easy to set up and understand. Recommended. Thank you.
After getting annoyed with cleaning my wooden and tiled floors with wipes, having to get down on hands and knees etc I decided to get a steam mop. We bought a steam cleaner scrubber recently and was impressed with how well it cleaned and this is equally as good.
It also helps with my eco drive as well getting rid of the floor wipes!
This comes with different attachments and is very easy to put together and use. Just be careful of hot steam!
Also light weight in its use.
Really great, buy when it’s on a deal though. I had an issue with some of the accessories as I didn’t get a couple of them and they sent me replacement ones right away!

Absolutely love this product (I have recommended to several people who have also bought), if you assemble it right you won’t have any problems and it is so easy to use (extension lead is handy) I’ve had several steam mops and this one is by far the best one I have ever owned it is sturdy the steam comes out at the right speed no water spills (which is so handy as I have the sticky laminate and easy for it to bow) the hand held steamer is great, and also the customer service is absolutely fantastic if you have any problems let them know and they will send you any part! I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough (I bought this product 6 months ago and it’s still as good as new!) it is definitely worth every penny!!
I found that looking on the internet (YouTube) was an aid to assembly and use and this aided how I put it together. It works fine although some of the parts needed firm pushing to click together. I’m happy with it, however, now I’ve used it.
I really like this steam mop as it has many wonderful functions, the one I used most is use it as a steam iron, for my kids school uniforms, especially the coats, we can’t wash them every day but I feel more safe to use this steam iron to iron them after school, as I believe the hot steam can kill the virus.
The steam mop is very easy to assemble and light weighted. The quality of the materials are perfect, I use it to clean my carpet once a week, it gets hot steam vrry quick,and it cleaned many old stains, my friends thought I changed new carpet. I never used it to my curtains and I think that’s next thing I’m gonna try as the curtains are soon heavy to wash with washing machine, I believe it will do a good job too.

It’s fine as a floor mop, maybe a window cleaner but the bits for intricate areas are mediocre and the water for steam will not last you 5 minutes. Still pretty good value for money.
My only negative is that I am unable to find out where I can obtain replacement/spare microfiber cloths.
This produces a powerful steam for all round the home. Lightweight and easy to push around the floor. Cleans brilliantly. I would recommend this item.
I was delighted when I received my steamer so I thought. I started using it straight away and followed all the instructions. Within a few uses it started clicking loudly and stopped steaming. There was no information in the product manual for no steam coming out (obviously there was the correct amount of water for it to be steaming).
Don’t waste your time in this, if it doesn’t stop working after 2 weeks it will stop after 4 weeks unfortunately which is what happened to me and now I can’t get a refund Bcos it past the date…and During Covid lockdown time so really I should be refunded.
I would highly recommend this steam mop as it works brilliant. I’m so happy for this item at my home 🙂 it is light and quiet also, not difficult to understand how it works. At home feels so clean after using this mop
Decent steam mop for price. A bit clunky. Plenty accessories for various cleaning jobs around the home. Only one triangular floor cloth provided. As a standard I would expect two floor clothes.
Very easy to use and fantastic cleaning mop, needs to be moped twice it collects so much of the mud off our floors need to split the room 50/50, I’m a builder btw so our floors get pretty black from my boots but this mop deffinetly doesn’t struggle to get it clean from trodden in mud. 10/10

My living room is wooden floor and bedroom is carpet. So i really need a steam mop can use for both. This one is very good. The instrution is very simple. Easy to assemble and use, it’s much lightweight than i think. Make the floor very clean.

I have used this product a few times now and I am very happy with it’s cleaning power for floors, windows, and curtains. It is not heavy and easy to use. I have given it 4 stars for one reason you need a screwdriver to change it from a floor steamer to a window steamer where my previous one it was just an attachment with no need to remove screws. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Very easy to set up and use. Heats up very fast. We have washed every floor in the house. Made a great job. Just bought more mops for it. Good thing is when the mops are dirty just throw them in the washing machine. Glad l bought this product.
What an amazing product this is!! A few surprises: the middle ‘bit’ comes off to make an easy to carry, iron sized portable unit for the handheld mode, even has none slip bits on the bottom so if you place it down it wont slide! Fantastic product, no lie, 5 seconds to heat up?!? Even it that doubled over time that’s incredibly quick! This is going to save me plenty on bathroom cleaning chemicals can tell! Little tip! Get some cheap clothes from a supermarket and use them to wipe the surface after cleaning, especially in bathrooms or on ovens!
Update: I contacted the seller and she immediately sent a replacement. Let’s hope this one lasts!!
The floor steamer is brilliant on hard floors but not so good on carpets. It’s good that you get 2 steamers in 1. You easily detatch the hand steamer from the frame and can clean all sorts of things.
I didn’t want to write a review too early as I want to make sure it was fair and just. This is a strudy steamer and puts up with vigorous use. It is really useful that it comes apart into hand held version for windows, shower and cooker hob. It shifts stubborn dirt well, my job has never looked better. The only dorm side is that the filler point is too near the handle but they have thought about that and provide a jug and funnel to fit. I haven’t quite worked out how to use all the attachments as there are many but my floor and windows have never been steamed so much, it made short work of bike oil after I cleaned my bike. This is so much better than my last two steamers!

Its light weight and easy to use. A full tank will get you very far and its fantastic with zoflora mountain air and water. You carpets and floors will look great. Only issues I have though, to make any notable signs you need to have it on max heat sadly.
This steam cleaner works well on carpets, cleaning the bathroom and windows. The only thing I have a tiny issue with is the weight of the main body of the steam cleaner is a bit heavy when you hold it for a few minutes. So can lead to awkwardness whilst cleaning sometimes. I think it is good for the price and easy to assemble and use.
Steam cleaner arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I’ve so far only used it on tiled and laminate floors and it was fine. So far not used as handheld steamer.
Love the steamer..I cleaned my windows and floors with it the windows came out perfectly..I had to lightly go over the windows with a soft cloth to prevent streaking but that was no problem.. moping the follr was perfect cexept the cord could have been a bit longer, and there is only one floor pad included..so trying to wash it and get it dry again for the next days moping is stressful a second one would have been appreciated.. overall l am very pleased with it, very easy to use and asemble, would definitely recommend it.
I was excited to receive the steamer and first used the pad- this was ok but not getting the ingrained dirt up. Change of tactic- on my hands and knees -using the hand held attachment with the little wire brush- AMAZING!!!!! Two thirds of the floor done but I’ve worn out the brush!!!! I put the little black nylon haired brush attachment on and this performed just as well as the wire attachment.

Time of delivery was perfect as I was moving some furniture, so mop was being used on carpets within 10 minutes! Very easy to assemble and use. My previous steam mop didn’t have a swivel head which is a definite advantage. Will be attempting to steam clean the windows at the weekend!

Makes an excellent job of my hall and kitchen floors. I was very dubious about buying this, as it is cheaper than other steam cleaners but I can’t fault it. I was worried that the heat would melt the vynal flooring in a rented property (having to replace it and face the landlord) but reviews mention ‘all surfaces’ so I should try using it on a tiny inconspicuous area. The result and ease of use proved its worth. A much better result than a mop! I haven’t used any attachments yet (and scared of hot steam on glass windows) but I will properly clean skirting boards and then gain the confidence to use it in many more difficult places covered it central London grime. Thank you.

Used to clean BBQ that was really dirty hadn’t been cleaned since last year. It cleaned brilliantly so easy to put together and easy to use, recommend if your elderly.
heats up fast, cleans well and you get enough minutes to clean your floors.

A bit plasticky but trying to find my way around the hand held version.
Ok So I’ve used it a few times now so really got the hang of it. Important advise for those with really light coloured carpets don’t turn the heat on max as it could leave marks/indentations on your carpets if u leave the steamer on one position for a while. I have 2 marks now in two different rooms, (not major but visible). Therefore it’s advisable to turn down the heat. Saying that the pics r proof it does a good job and I’m more than happy.
Update: The triangle indents I mentioned in my previous review above have disappeared btw so nothing to worry about.
We’ve used this mop to clean our floors, disinfect the kitchen and steam our sheets. It has worked perfect for everything we’ve needed it for.
While steaming sheets and clothing (to get out creases and wrinkles) it does leak a bit more water then an actual upright clothing steamer. It
doesnt bother us, but its good to mention to potential buyers.
The product itself is quite good, easy to use and powerful enough for house cleaning. What i didnt like is that it leaves strings of water marks on my laminate flooring so i ended up having to use the mop to get rid of them and also it seemed to take away the shine on my floors. I think on tiles or carpet it would be a fantastic product. Unfortunately it didnt work for me. Easy return and refund so happy overall
The mop is a good value for money and it can be used to clean anything you can think of…
I put vanish carpet spray on stubborn stains on carpet then left it for a throw minutes then used the brush frame with long brush and it worked for me
Absoloutly fabulous cleaner for the price, used for kitchen tile floors, carpets, and,removing mildew from tile grout and window frames,this is the best cleaning tool I have used in years.

I don’t know how I could live without my steam mop before. I love how easy it is to use and how many different attachments it has. Definitely worth every penny. I clean my bathroom and kitchen with it in no time haven’t used it for the windows yet but definitely planning to do it.

For cleaning floors the mop heads attach and remove easily. Highly recommended.
I used it to mop the floor usually, the steam is powerful, so you need to keep adding water from time to time. It also helps with sanitising. I also use it in cleaning mattresses and beddings.

This machine has cleaned moudy grout, a rank and greasy gas hob, muddy dog shakes up a wall and numerous other things.
It is light and easy to switch from mop to handheld, with a good selection of attachments to tackle any job.
This is a well designed piece of kit!
Very satisfied with the mop. It’s very handy and useful. The cloth could be washed separately easily after use and drys out fast. Haven’t used it on carpet yet but worked on floors well so far. My LOs loved to run with bare feet and roll about at home. And this steam mop put us at ease when the floor is totally cleaned with high temperature steam. Should have bought it earlier when our kids were even younger.
The steam mop has arrived on time and very well packed! It is easy to set up and to use in a variety of environments. Lots of useful attachments and uses. I have tried a small head to clean the oven which was really helpful! Good value for money.
I very rarely find time to leave reviews but this thing is fab! I’ve not only replaced the old steam cleaner (Rubbish one) but its actually replaced the main mop! No more bleach or floor cleaners! Just mop the floors every other day and As all of us are walking in our socks…..they stay clean!! I’m happy
