Beautiful set and outstanding customer service.
Very nice set, they came very well packed, the delivery was quick.
However the bowls were not properly glazed. I contacted the seller, the response was very quick and within 3 days I received a new set. The customer service was excellent.
This is a good quality dinner set.

When i ordered dinner set it unfortunatley came with a chipped mug,after getting intouch 3 days later the full complete set was replaced. I’m very happy with the set,the service i recieved was wonderful,Thankyou.

Arrived on time very well packed but one bowl had a small hairline crack, contacted the seller and was offered replacement straight away
Great customer service
I was very pleased to find this product and love the vibrant colours. However, a year on and several plates and bowls have chipped, and a cup handle has broken, so I’m not completely happy with the overall quality.
The set is really lovely, the plates are large with a slight curve, perfect for dishes with gravy!
Arrived 5 days early!
One plate was chipped and I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and have offered to replace the plate and then also said they would send a set of 4 to make up for it!

Good Quality Excellent service
This is a lovely set I am really pleased with it the colours look very effective on a white table cloth. One of the dishes had a section of glaze missing on the top side of one of the bowls so I contacted the seller I couldn’t have been more pleased with their quick respond I sent them a picture of the defect on the bowl and they responded straight back saying they would replace the bowl which they did. Excellent service from this seller and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

I had one plate, the red one, slightly wobbly Vancesso’s customer service was fantastic, plate replacement, no quibbles.
I believe they guarantee them, so I’m very pleased. There one off the nicest dinner service I’ve seem.
