I am really happy with this keyboard.
First off the weight of it is great, Full aircraft-grade aluminum body really does make the difference and will definitely stop the key board from moving by accident.
It has great support for adjustment with rubber grips.
RGB lights are extremely hypnotic, bright and full of life.
The feel of the key stokes are just perfect, I would say Aqua are just in the middle of brown and Red switches they have a tactical feel to them yet a little more sensitive than brown switches, the Aqua switches add a tactile bump without an audible “click”, and have a slightly firmer feel than the Red switches as well.
I am happy I chose this particular one as I spent hours and hours of reading on which would be the right one for me and I feel I made the right choice it’s great for gaming and typing.
Over all it is:

Would’ve had 5 stars had the HyperX software not been pure garbage
The product itself is good but the software has nothing more than a handful of pre selected RGB profiles and key remapping.
Doesn’t allow for function locking so can’t force dedicated media keys when the F keys aren’t in use/required..
Hardware itself is great keys feel good, travel well and switches feel super consistent along the entire keyboard.

Excelente teclado, estoy muy feliz de haberlo adquirido, aparte de que no tiene letra , si tienes configurado el teclado en espaol desde Windows, la letra siguiente ala L en el teclado acta como

Es muy buen teclado, pero....
Llevo ya unos meses con este teclado, lo compre con los switches aqua porque me recuerdan a los brown que eran los que solia usar y se siente muy responsivo y comodo en todos los aspectos, a demas se siente extremadamente duradero, pero, un punto muy a mejorar son las keycaps, a los 2 meses de tenerlos ya presenta las famosas keycaps brillosas del uso constante (casi 3 o 4 horas diarias), aun asi, creo que es justo para lo que cuesta, pero si es un detalle a mejora
Primer teclado mecánico propio
No tengo muchsima experiencia con teclados mecnicos pero lo que s s es que trae unos switches aqua propietarios de hyperx los cuales me resultan cmodos y el RGB que tiene me parece de excelente calidad retroiluminado por tecla y completamente personalizable con una aplicacin de WINDOWS STORE, as que cuidado si usas otro sistema, revisa compatibilidad.
Escribir en esto es una maravilla, el cuerpo es de aluminio de muy buena calidad, las teclas no mucho pero no me quejo porque se pueden cambiar por unas de mejor calidad.

Lo uso para mi computadora personal, algunos juegos como Fortnite. Me sorprendi mucho como puedes configurar los colores y la iluminacin tecla por tecla con el software de HyperX. El teclado relaciona con efectos al teclear en el. Me sorprendi que es bastante pesado para que no se mueva durante sesiones de juego, y que puedes apagar la iluminacin desde el teclado. Es una delicia escribir en el para trabajar o enviar correos. En mi caso me funciona perfecto que sea una distribucin de teclas en ingls.

Y la personalizacin en el software de la marca es increble, puedes configurar cada tecla para que encienda de un color distinto, hay millones de maneras de configurar las luces. Lo nico que me disgusta un poco es que solo tiene tres espacios para guardar configuraciones y a veces aburre configurar a cada rato. En si es un teclado muy cmodo tanto para escribir como para jugar videojuegos, al ser configuracin en ingls las teclas vienen acomodadas diferentes y falta la “” pero eso se puede solucionar comprando un paquete de keycaps en espaol y listo. El aluminio aeronutico en realidad se siente muy bien, de una calidad muy buena y ni se diga lo bonito que es este teclado tkl. El envo es rapidsimo si cuentas con Amazon prime y aunque no cuentes con el, considero que es rpido y llega sin ningn dao (hablo por mi experiencia personal) probablemente el teclado podra ser un poco ms barato ya que en si el empaquetado no es la gran cosa pero eso lo digo desde mi punto de vista que me fijo mucho en el empaquetado pero bueno as es esta marca. Le doy un 10/10 al teclado y los switches Aqua los recomiendo de igual manera al cien. Los rojos me imagino que deben ser fenomenales tambin tanto para Gaming como para escribir. Los blue no digo nada al respecto debido a que al menos para Gaming el sonido es demasiado pero eso depende de cada quien. Recomiendo ampliamente invertirle tantito en un teclado como este a comprar uno ms barato que dejara mucho que desear.
Great gaming keyboard with adjustable lighting. Fast, nice feel, compact though not too small. Looks super hard wearing. Not really a multi purpose item though. No UK labels, play hunt the # key (it’s above enter). It is loudly clicky, as loud as any clicky keyboard I’ve ever heard, as opposed to “tactile”. He’ll, let’s just say “it’s very noisy”. Definately worth 4* or 4.5* though for gaming.

Las teclas Aqua son tal cul como las brown, no suenan demasiado, se escribe cmodo y para los juegos tiene una respuesta excelente, justo lo que se busca en un teclado mecnico para gaming, el teclado se puede personalizar como quieran con el software de HyperX, al principio no es muy fcil de usar pero despus de un rato empiezas a entender cmo funciona, la verdad estoy muy satisfecho con este teclado, brilla demasiado bien y el control multimedia y la funcin de gaming del teclado son de lo mejor, totalmente recomendado el teclado.
Good, with caveats
Overall a good keyboard (attention: US QWERTY format, make sure you want that) with some relatively minor caveats:
-) The keyboard is a bit tall and makes it unpleasant to write/game without some form of hand support.
-) While the keyboard is on the silent side, the space bar is unnaturally loud and feels overall a bit sloppy. Could have been fixed better.
-) Lighting could have been more intense on the highest level, appears a bit pale.
Other than that the keyboard is great and has a good feel to it. If the above points don’t deter you, feel free to order it and try it out.
The aqua keys are a bit stiffer than i am used to (cherry reds) but it feels good overall. The software isnt great however, especially when trying to save profiles to the onboard memory, so i dont have to run the RGB controller software 24/7. E.g. it saves the colour profile, but not the speed of the colour transitions. A bit annoying but overall it feels well made and i am happy with the purchase.
Nice surprise
UPDATE: Still loving the keyboard. After a few day use I noticed that my muscle memory often wants to hit “enter” key in bottom right of the keyboard. On this one it hits right arrow. Easy fix was to reprogram the right arrow key on third profile to “enter”. For daily use I’ll use this profile and problem solved. No need to retrain muscle memory and hunt for the enter key… Especially when I’m entering a URL and reaching for the mouse I hit that lower bottom “enter” on the numpad. Now I just hit the right arrow with same effect… Beauty!!
This keyboard (aqua switches, tenkeyless) replaced the the original Razer BlackWidow Ultimate i got in 2009/2010 that had Cherry switches and not the custom in-house switches they put into keyboards now. BlackWidow was replaced due to wiring issues and not wanting to waste more time repairing it.
I looked at a LOT of keyboards on the market now and settled on this one, even though HyperX Ngenuity software was criticized in reviews. I’m primarily a Linux user and will use it occasionally for gaming.
I’ve gotten a tenkeyless version, since I don’t use numpad for day-to-day. It is very nice and distance to reach the mouse is welcomed.
Upon first plugging it in, RGB was blaring brightly in a wave pattern. It’s not very nice at all. Since on Linux, I looked at OpenRGB first to see if I can program it, but current version 0.6 even though it had support failed to do anything. I installed Ngenuity software in Windows (beta, offline version they have on website – not from Windows store). I was immediately prompted for firmware update. When I started it I learned about the three profiles. Configured first to be “black” and no effects; second to be fully on with single solid colour but opacity set to 10 so it’s very dim (for night mode) and third one had “explosion” effect with high fade so that it lights up small area if you click on the keys. I doubt I’ll be using the third one but it’s there for show.
I read that settings aren’t saved on the keyboard, so to test I plugged it back into Linux machine and settings were saved on the keyboard. This is a nice surprise I was worried about and glad that keyboard preserves profile settings on board and doesn’t require software running in the background.
Keys can be re-bound, reprogrammed with macros, etc. This may come useful in the future. As I’m typing this review I can say that compared to original Razor, keys have a bit sharper edges so moving fingers between keys can cause a bit of a fatigue, but I think this is something I may get used to rather quickly. Sound is nice and quiet and provides just enough tactile feedback.

This is my first mechanical keyboard and I really didn’t know what to expect. WOW, it’s blown me away. Build quality is great, nice and solid with a reassuring weight to it. Keys feel amazing, such a huge step up from my laptops keyboard. The RGB lighting works really well and has some great effects and patterns that can be set up in software.
I bought this based on overwhelmingly positive reviews compared to all other keyboards in this price rance and I can definitely say I am not disappointed. Highly recommended this to anyone looking for a nice mechanical gaming keyboard

Amazing mechanical set of keys
The keyboard is great, small footprint, fast enough for gaming, aluminum-base feels very solid. easy to clean because of the freestanding switches. oversized keys are well stabilized and not wiggly. the keyboard is heavy enough to not move around on the desk, and comes with large rubber pads to keep it in place. included software for light profiles works well (3 profiles store and can be selected on the keyboard directly).
I have installed 2mm O-Ring switch dampeners on mine, softens and quietens the keys (I prefer HyperX Aqua – similar to MX “Brown” just less scratchy). Stock key caps are ok.
Among the many much more expensive mechanical keyboards I have used in my career this one performs just as well.
I’ve owned this keyboard for about a month now and here are some things that I found
Pros:
-The hyperx switches feel really good. No scratchiness and the actuation is smooth. I haven’t lubed them but they seem fine without the lube. I also love the 1.8mm actuation as I’m a decently light typer so I dont have to bottom out the keys all the time. Keep in mind though that even though the actuation force is actually 45g the actuation happens after the bump which is 67 grams to press down. Still decently smooth though
-Brightness: This thing is insanely bright. my window faces the sun as it comes up in the morning and I can see the backlighting perfectly even in direct sunlight.
-Customization: theres a million colors to choose from, you can light up indiviual keys and do really cool effects with the hyperx software
– The legends are super clear and doesnt have that gross “gamer font”
– Solid build quality: I have seen keyboards more expensive than this with worse build quality. The plate and back is made out of aluminum making the board feel solid. Absolutely 0 deck flex and i feel like I could hammer in nails with this
Cons:
-There is a bit pingingness to the keys but after typing for about 5 minutes its not noticeable.
-Its hard to open the case if you dont know what you’re doing, for those who would like to do some modding on this keyboard theres a secret screw underneath one of the rubber pads. With the back of the keyboard in the face up position it is located under the top right rubber foot.
-It comes with ABS key caps which feel solid enough but it would’ve been better with doubleshot PBT
-The stabilizers are loud AF, you definitely need to lube this which is doable without taking apart the keyboard as it is platemounted. I also stuck a very small piece of sheet metal from one of those metal earth kits between the stabilizers and the plate. Bandaid mod is not possible unless you want to desolder like 500+ connections (4 for the LED and 2 for the pins)
For this I recommend the tape mod, foam in the case (not a lot of space between the PCB and the case so only foam the top part) and lubing the stablizers. I also recommend either getting PBT keycaps or alternatively I put some caulk on the spacebar to eliminate some of the spacebar hollowness.
overall I recommend this keyboard to anyone who is not particularly a heavy modder and wants a solid keyboard out of the box.
One thing to note the HyperX Ngenuity software can be a little buggy. While the app is installed you cant shift the profiles using the fn+f1/2/3 buttons. You have to uninstall the app for it to work. What I did was save the profiles you want to each of the function keys and then uninstall the app
Almost Perfec
This is my first mechanical keyboard and I now understand why they are preferred over membrane variants. I went with the aqua keys and they are wonderful for both typing and gaming. I’ve had the keyboard for about two weeks now and it’s really great.
I’ve heard a lot of complaints about the software, but I’ve had no problems whatsoever with using it. It’s intuitive and functional enough that I set up my keyboard in just a few minutes and haven’t had to use the program again. The backlighting works well and is quite vibrant.
The keys feel wonderful and responsive. I was initially worried about tactile keys being annoying for gaming, but after using them I couldn’t recommend them more. Some people mentioned the cheap keycaps, but I haven’t had any issues personally with them. My only complaint is that if you’re a heavy handed typist like myself, there is a faint metallic ring when hitting the keys. It isn’t loud and doesn’t bother me much, but I’d be happier if it wasn’t there at all. It’s a minor gripe overall and isn’t worth deducting a star for. Most of the time I’m typing with headphones on and can’t hear it at all, so it hasn’t bothered me much. If you like to type in a quiet environment though, it might annoy you.

Tena tiempo que estaba observando este teclado como opcin para mi primer teclado mecnico, tuve la fortuna de poder agarrarlo en descuento, incluso ms barato que en tiendas de Estados Unidos.
Este teclado me parece bastante bueno, los switches (en mi caso Aqua) se sienten bastante bien, con buena respuesta al usarse, los estabilizadores puede que les falte ajuste o ms bien lubricacin ya que de vez en cuando se escuchan su sonido contra el teclado pero no es algo que afecte mucho, la calidad de materiales es buena y si eres de los interesados en el RGB, gracias a los switches propietarios de HyperX, este se aprecia bastante, eso si, el software no es de lo mejor pero no es malo, en general, es una excelente opcin de teclado.
El rápido envío de los productos.
En realidad el teclado no lo uso yo; sin embargo, quien lo usa me ha comentado que es un teclado cmodo, suave en la presin de sus teclas aunque (ocasionalmente) algo molesto en sus luces de fondo. Eso se puede corregir porque cuenta con un control RGB para esas luces. Tambin me menciona que al contar con tres posiciones diferentes, de alguna manera resulta descansado su uso continuo. Lo recomienda especialmente para quien se dedica a los juegos.

Overall Review: With a hefty aluminium chassis, good switches, good sound, and feel, this keyboard should be worth 200. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a tenkeyless RGB keyboard for gaming and typing.
Switches (Aqua) and Stabilisers: More tactile and smooth than MX Browns, still some scratch but it is minimal. Almost no sound from the switches themselves (Which is what I like). The stabilisers are actually pretty good for a pre-built keyboard of this price, the spacebar is not rattly like other similarly priced keyboards and are pretty smooth (Although I still recommend that you lube them). Overall very satisfying to type and game on.
RGB: The LEDs can get very bright and shine well through the switches and keycaps. The software (
INGENUITY) is a bit lacking with only about 8 effects to choose from, however, you can stack effects and customise their colours to get a bit more depth from it.
Keycaps and Layout: The keycaps are a bit on the cheaper side (As to be expected for this price range). They collect oil and dust pretty fast but are easy to clean. They are double shot and have good shine-through for the RGB. The tenkeyless layout is the perfect middle ground between 60% being too small (Loss of easy to access function keys) and a full keyboard being too big for your mouse.
Chassis: I love the aluminium body of this keyboard, it gives it a premium look and feel – it also reflects the RGB shine well. Of course, this means the keyboard is sturdy as well adding to the premium feel.
Sound: The stock sound signature for this keyboard is shockingly good for this price, although the switches and stabilisers are not lubed they are not scratchy or rattly either, this is a major win over similarly priced keyboards that often have obnoxious rattly spacebars.
Ottima, software da migliorare
Parto subito dicendo che a livello hardware questa tastiera ottima. Corpo totalmente in alluminio, pesante e solida, i tasti non sono purtroppo in PBT ma si possono sostituire in un secondo momento. (consiglio il set Pudding sempre di HyperX a tale proposito.) A livello ergonomico avrei trovato pi comoda la presenza di un poggiapolsi, ma la possibilit di poterla inclinare in tre diverse angolazioni la rende comunque agevole. L’unica nota dolente il software, ancora in beta, che pur essendo facilmente fruibile offre poche possibilit di personalizzazione, sia a livello di lightning che di macrokeys.

Despus de casi 3 meses uso, sigue funcionando a la perfeccin lo he usado para escribir ensayos, jugar videojuegos, etc. Sus switches siguen en buen estado y no se han despintado. El RGB es bellsimo, tiene buen brillo y lo puedes configurar a tu gusto, si buscas un reemplazo para el Apex Tkl este es una gran sustitucin.

Es muy bueno el teclado, apenas llevo usndolo un par de das y todo perfecto, los switches son los aqua y estn de lujo, la iluminacin es muy brillante, en general todo est bien, el software es el que si deja mucho que desear pero para configurar el rgb est bien, solo una cosa, cuando ests configurando y guardando los perfiles de rgb y tienes la app abierta, no te deja cambiarlos desde el teclado ya que segn la app no reconoce fn pero cerrndola por completo para que no se est ejecutando en segundo plano funciona al 100 los perfiles.

me gusto el teclado, se ve y siente bien hecho, totalmente de aluminio. El mio llego con switches aqua que se sienten muy bien, no son ni muy ruidosos ni silenciosos. El rgb es brillante y se ve bien. No he tenido la oportunidad de usar el software ya que mi pc no esta lista. En general buena compra para un teclado de buena calidad.
There is a reason this is so highly rated among YouTubers and other reviewers and you will soon realise that when you use it. The keyboard is much heavier than you think. Superb build quality and for the price is a steal.
I bought the Aqua switches and love the feel of them. It is not the quietest keyboard and that isn’t a bad thing. What I mean is that if you have been using your office keyboard which will have come with your PC, they are quiet but they are also rubbish which is why they cost 10 and this costs more. I hate using my office keyboard now after buying this and I am giving a lot of thought to getting a mechanical keyboard for the office now.
The software you download from HyperX’s website makes configuring the keyboard colour pattern easy. It comes with a nice thick braided detachable USB C to USB A cable. My only gripe, well 2 of them actually, is that it comes with ABS keycaps which are fingerprint magnets. I purchased the HyperX Pudding caps which are made of PBT and they don’t display the fingerprints now. My 2nd gripe is that it is in an ANSI layout meaning the keys are slightly different to the UK ISO layout. Not an issue if you know your keys but just thought I would point that out. You can replace the keycaps with an ISO layout but I haven’t done that yet.
Overall cannot rate this keyboard highly enough and I don’t think you would be disappointed in your purchase.

Ottima tastiera, ottimi materiali, sicuramente pu sembrare costosa, ma mi sono trovato molto bene anche dopo la scelta dei keycaps aqua.
Pensavo che l’essare di metallo mi avrebbe fatto prendere scosse, invece anche isolata.

Teclas de ABS con tacto demasiado suave. A este precio esperara PBT. Se puede comprar un pack de teclas de PBT complementario por 25 pero solo existen dos versiones “pudding” poco discretas.
La falta de opcin de layout espaol es decepcionante. Ni siquiera hay opcin en el pack de hyperx.
Software beta para configuracin rgb.

He probado teclados de gama baja, media y alta, este es el mejor lo compre hace 3 meses y no me ha dado fallas, los switches no son muy ruidosos y son muy satisfactorios al tacto. Me responden muy rpido. Lo recomiendo al 100%
I probably researched 20 keyboards before settling on this gem. Sturdiness is poor word to describe this beast, it’s super-rigid and the aqua switches are so sweet to use I am so happy I chose this gaming keyboard. If RGB is your thing, then HyperX have it covered with programmable RGB per-key with both brightness and colour settings available with the HyperX utility. The keyboard also has 3-hot swap keys to set your favourite RGB looks. As to the typing experience, the Aqua key switches offer good feedback and a reassuring ‘click’ – impressed
Every significant Pro and Con.
Pros: TKL Design, Sturdy built (gives a premium feel), Good brightness, swappable usb type c to usb a wire.
Aqua Switches feel a bit average for the feel as they’re in between Brown and Red swictches, so suit yourself, there’s not gonna be any significant bump before a stroke is recorded), but definitely fast!
Cons: Software for customisation ( it allows just 3 lighting profiles to be switched from within the keyboard. To use the rest, you’ll have to swap out one of the three profiles). If this is not a problem, I recommend it fully.
Not for gaming, the interrupts get whacky after long sessions of gaming and the motion gets slower in games. I switched to an old Corsair and all the problems went away. I Like the keyboard, compact and rugged and RGB is good. Ngenunity Software needs work. Don't use the one on windows Store.

La tastiera ottima, tutta in alluminio con cavo usb-c removibile.
Gli switch tattili hyperx aqua sono fantastici, restituiscono un bel feedback senza essere particolarmente rumorosi. Io uso la tastiera senza desk mat e il rumore prodotto non per nulla fastidioso.
L’unica vera pecca il fatto che la personalizzazione RGB pu avvenire solo tramite software. Da tastiera possibile solamente selezionare uno dei tre profili disponibili e aumentare o diminuire la luminosit.
Per questo non arrivo a 5 stelle.
De los mejores teclados calidad-precio
Me gust mucho este teclado ya que, por su precio, te ofrece una calidad muy buena, sus switches son muy buenos, su iluminacin rgb, y si ests pensando comprar algo ms caro como el Apex Pro TKL, esta es muy buena opcin para no gastar tanto. Llevo algunos meses con el y no me ha fallado para nada.

I bought this keyboard with Aqua switches, which is ideal for programming.
Keys are super smooth, and after using laptop keyboard for years, I can’t tell you how good this hyperx piece feels like.
Lights are amazing, and build quality is premium. I don’t have any complaints regarding key caps. Yes, but spacebar stabilizer can be better.

Me gusta mucho mi teclado ya llevo 3 meses con el y no me ha dado ningn problema, el ruido de las teclas no es tan ruidoso lo normal no llega a molesta
Buen primer teclado mecánico
El teclado es muy bueno, las luces rgb lucen bastante bien, los patrones son hipnotizantes. El tacto es de calidad, buen peso y materiales, adems de buen tamao. Se siente de inmediato la diferencia con un teclado de membrana, ya no querrs regresar a tu antiguo teclado.
OJO si utilizas demasiado el teclado numrico lo vas a echar de menos en este teclado, as que mejor compra uno con la parte numrica.
I had the Razor Cynosa V2, which was a great keyboard. However, I wanted something smaller to have more room for my mice and the hyperx alloy fitted great! Not only did it fit great, it looks and feels great as well. Build quality is very though out. My only concern is the lighting software sucks. And before you can use the lighting software you have yo update your keyboard, which was a hassle because it would not update. It took me about 10 minutes to find the solution which was a direct download to update the keyboard.

Yeah it's pretty good, especially for the price. The aqua keys feel really nice and satisfying to type on. Only complaint would be the keycaps tend to catch oils from your fingers easily, but other than that, no complaints!

I love this keyboard, it is awesome for the price. The only real downside is the software that is very buggy, but hyperx has a good service and the bugs I had were all resolved. The macros are meh but I don't really care for them anyway.

This was my first mechanical keyboard and I love it. The only problems I see are the rattly stabilizers but I think I can fix that with some mods. So I would recommend

Becaus of the lockdown shipping date was almost a month. I have requested for early shipping. It was delivered by bludart faster than the commitments. Kudos to the support team.

Keyboard is awesome, I wasn’t expecting it to be too good.
I did extensive research before finalizing this. I am glad I finalized this.
This is my first mechanical Keyboard. I did face a problem in upgrading the firmware. But Reddit post has the link to software then I am able to upgrade firmware and configure keyboard using NGENUITY software.
Keyboard is premium
Aqua switches acutuation force is good enough and smooth.
This is short term review. I will keep posting my findings whenever I can.

Aunque tuve unos ligeros problemas con el software de HyperX Ngenuity, (nada que no se pudiera solucionar) el teclado es excelente tanto el tacto como en responsividad, sus teclas son muy comodas tanto para gaming como para la escritura, el RGB ni se diga, es maravilloso tiene mucha variedad de colores pero escasos efectos de movimiento es lo unico malo que le veo, pero en si es un excelente teclado calidad precio 100% recomendado
My first mechanical keyboard in many years and I am definitely impressed. Great value, great typing feel and the rgb is very bright. I know there have been issues with the rgb software but many of those issues have been fixed with updates. Best tactile typing experience for the price.
