Absolut genialer Sound und Tragekomfo
Fr den PC reicht mir ein Kabelgebundenes Headset, da ich eh nur, wenn ich ihn gebrauche, vor ihm sitze. Auerdem brauche ich mich dann nicht um eine Akkuladung kmmern. Der Sound ist sehr gut und der Sitz des Headsets ist wirklich sehr angenehm. Das GameDAC ist gut zu bedienen. Sehr gelungen finde ich die Gamesound- Chatsoundbalanceregelung frs zocken mit Teammates. Desweiteren kommt der Surroundsound sehr geil rber, was wichtig bei Shootergames ist. Ach ja und das GameDAC soll ja noch als externe Soundkarte die Qualitt anheben. Ich bin vollstens zufrieden mit dem Teil.

Non comprerò mai più altre cuffie
Ho avuto tantissime cuffie da gaming diverse, ma queste sono le migliori che io abbia mai provato. Comodissime, suono chiaro, audio direzionale fantastico, ottime anche per la musica. Le uso TUTTO il giorno ogni giorno da quando le ho prese.
Consiglio: probabilmente avr bisogno di cambiare l’elastico superiore e i cuscinetti perch non asciugo i capelli dopo averli lavati prima di utilizzarle quindi si stanno rovinando.
Grenzgeniales Headset dieses Arctic Pro
Hatte ja schon viele Headsets in meinem Gamerleben, aber dieses SteelSeries Arctis Pro mit GameDAC? Das ist extrem genial. Sound, Akustik, Hhen, Tiefen, usw. ALLES GENIAL. Zum Zocken gibt es wohl kein besseres. Auch der Tragekomfort ist durch das Kopfband genial. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.
Love this headset. Had the 7 before it but didn’t like the sound or poor mute button. This Arctis Pro however, improves on everything and even gives better Hi-Rez sound when fully linked up to PC with USB and DAC (better than the wireless pro version).
I’ve used it with PS5 via cables and great (recommended). You can also connect via just the pad jack on PS5 and Series X but the PS5 won’t have the features this way and the Series X will sound quieter as it just isn’t designed for it (but still very usable for it though).
I did need a longer USB cable to sofa game though but I found good advice on a site called D4Gameplay. Too much to go through on here so Google them if you can.
All in all great product with amazing comfort, and miles better than the Arctis 7 (considering on some sites there is no huge price gap between the two!).
Superb general purpose headphones
I bought these as over the last year and a half I’ve been spending a ridiculous amount of time in Teams, Zoom etc calls while working from home and wanted a nice headset that would be good for listening to music between calls. I got an excellent open box deal on the Arctis Pro + Gamedac (not from Amazon) and went for it based on reviews and am delighted with them.
I’m not really much of a gamer, but the mic quality for calls is excellent. The headphones are genuinely over ear and very comfortable (though comfort is a subjective experience which is different for each of us) and build quality is good. The elasticated band suspension system is clever, works well and provides for easy replacement should the band ever break (unlike the AKG suspension system which is a complete pain when the elastic band breaks). Styling is very understated for a gaming headset which I like, though it does have RGB lighting. Earpads are fabric and feel like some sort of perforated micro-fibre, they are very good and nicer than pleather.
Sound quality with music is excellent with good detail, great soundstage and surprisingly balanced tuning for a gaming headset (many of which are very bass heavy). The package comes with a DAC/amplifier which is very good and has a lot of useful functionality, particularly excellent EQ. The EQ function allows you to play with the tuning and sound signature if you don’t like it out of the box. The DAC can handle high-res audio files (though you cannot use the mic if in high res mode). There are lots of connection options. Power output is limited but it drives these headphones loud enough and anyone wanting more is probably on a pathway to permanent hearing damage pretty quickly. I think headphone quality with music is equivalent to similarly priced audio only headphones and it does actually live up to the marketing hype of being an “audiophile” gaming headset. The surround sound function is good for games but is best avoided for any other use.
I use these primarily for video calls and music, and for watching movies. I’ve done a little gaming, They do everything very well and really do seem to be an excellent “do it all” general purpose headphone. Highly recommended, 5*.
Top mit kleinen PS5 Makel
Alles top, nur das bei PS 5 das optische Kabel fehlt und somit den Chat /Game Sound nicht eben Mal so ber den GameDac eingestellt werden kann wie bei der PS4. Dadurch hat das Headset an der PS5 auch nur Stereo, statt z.B. 7.1 Sound.
Great sound and quality
I went for the wired version as I’m not a fan of wireless (always forget to charge batteries!). The sound quality and the microphone are both superb. Extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Superb headse
Sound quality is out of this world, get a real feel for what is happening around you whilst gaming. I have used them to listen to some high res music and it’s like hearing a song for the first time. Set up is easy and quick. Build quality comfort is really good too. The controls are simple to use with volume and mic mute on the left ear, finally the pre amp controls are straightforward and can be set either on the unit itself or by using the Steelseries software.

1x Aufnahme) in einem mit um die Game / Chat mix-Funktion zu gewhrleisten. Erstens braucht diese Funktion wirklich niemand und zweitens verursacht diese ab und an einen Fehler mit dem USB Controller. Getestet an 2 unterschiedlichen Gerten. Dann geht kein mikro mehr und es hilft nur noch an- und ausstecken.

Das headset mit gamedac hammer Geil benutze es an meine ps5 alles luft klasse. Also den spif-kabel bentigt man nicht wirklich habe es mit und ohne getestet kein Unterschied nach meiner Meinung. Mit hi-ress an der Konsole hrt sich klasse an aber in der Party haben meine Leute gesagt das man mich von weiten und leise hrt Warum auch immer ist auch egal Input auf ps5 umstellen und es ist alles normal bin um ehrlich zu sein bin sehr begeistert. Perfekter Klang und gute Passform
Kurz gesagt ein perfektes Headset mit externer Sabre Class Soundkarte. Super Sound, gute Vertstrkung (Lautstrke), Einstellmglichkeiten perfekt fr jedes Spiel anpassbar und direkt per Software abrufbar, Hi-Res Sound ist berragend jedoch etwas leiser als im Normalbetrieb. Dolby DTS funktioniert auch super, womit man das Windows DTS nicht mehr extra bentigt. Von meinem Empfinden eignet sich das Headset auch fr Dolby Atmos, wofr es jedoch nicht lizensiert ist. Der Tragekomfort ist ebenfalls fr viele Gamestunden super und sitzt dank des Skibrillenbandes perfekt am Kopf. Die LED Beleuchtung der Hrmuscheln runden die Qualitt noch ab. Super verarbeitung und kann nichts negatives zu dem Headset sagen. Einzige erkannte schwachstelle ist der bergang vom Kopfbgel zu den Ohrmuscheln, die nur ein einer Seite befestigt sind. Es knnte hier bei grober Nutzung zu einem Bruch kommen.
Good quality, if it works
Great quality item, sounds great when you fine tune the equaliser. The DAC is very easy to use with a well sized and readable screen. However I had to return the first one of these I received as the microphone did not work.
I love the sound quality, mic quality and customisation of this headset with the gameDAC and how quick and easy it was to set everything up, the only downside is that the elastic in the headband causes the headset to keep riding up my head, other than that I got exactly what I wanted
Quality product.
I have a PS5 so it’s a nightmare trying to find a set that will work completely with this great console. These do work after you update the firmware but you lose other things like the 3D sound that PS5 have introduced. Shame because they are a great set of headphones .
Arctis pro wired pc.Great with minor gripe
I was debating between these and the Razer blackshark v2 but these definitely have a better microphone. There is nothing in it otherwise, I’ve tried them both.
I’m a little hard of hearing, so the gamedac is really beneficial to me, it means I can bump up the mids (where my deficit is) in a click and have a separate profile for games where I need to hear chat clearly (like Phasmophobia)
They fit really well, although I guess my head must be quite large because the the band is nearly touching the top of the headset.
The only bad point I have is that if you have a phobia of polystyrene being rubbed together then you might not like this because that’s exactly what it sounds like as the earcups move around on your head or if you adjust your glasses etc.
It’s probably one of if not the best all in one solution but it’s at a price point where you could maybe start looking at separates, especially if you’re into streaming.
Transformational
I received these as a Christmas present and be aware that with effectively two sound outputs (game and chat) to choose from on your system plus the mic you might need another USB card if you run a lot of USB devices which I found.
That aside and when plumbed into your computer the sound is transformational and I mean not only the headset but running line out to your speakers from the GameDAC device. A complete step up from on board sound and my motherboard is an Asus high end gaming MB.
The only feature I would like is to be able to disable line out / headphones from the GameDAC device in software however that is minor compared to the transformational sound quality difference.
A great headset with a vast choice of customisation such as eq control, chatmix and the choice between hifi audio, pc and PS4. The headset is also paired with a skigoggle strap at the top for extra support and relatively soft mesh earcups that sits nicely on the side of the head but does cause some discomfort over a prolonged period of time. The microphone on the headset is pretty average but includes pretty good customisation for the mic volume, inclusion of the sidetone allows you to hear what you’re microphone sounds which is a nice touch. Overall it’s a great headset!

Diese Kopfhrer kann ich jeden empfehlen. Tonqualitt ist prima nur bei dem Mikrofon ist noch Luft nach oben aber trotzdem sehr gut. Ich kann jetzt die Gegner hren bevor sie mich hren.
First of all, I got this headset for just 157 which is almost 100 cheaper than the original price, of course making this a bargain and 100% worth the money. I’ve had them for about a month now and I’ve played various games like The Isle. The Isle in case you didn’t know is a prehistoric survival game where you play as a dinosaur, as you might imagine, hearing things is very important especially when the sounds are most likely going to eat you. So I can say this headset, is ideal for any game, I could hear perfectly, the best of the features that this headset has are; surround sound, sound quality and comfort.
The elastic band makes the headset comfortable and almost weightless at some times. The surround sound allowed me to fairly accurately pinpoint where things were in games, for example, if a large carnivore was behind me and roared, the headset would really make it sound like it was behind me, which is an advantage because I know if something is behind without having to look for it. The sound quality is also great, though probably not the best, it’s really good and the only thing about the sound I don’t really like is the slight lack of bass, however, this does offer a really clear sound, it’s not muddy at all. There’s also the RGB on the sides, which can be turned off or used with different colours and patterns. As far as the mic goes, It’s not bad, its far from a good microphone, though, so I would recommend if you want a good mic buy a standalone microphone. But if your not concerned about what you sound like, the mic built in will do it’s job, as well as retract which is a nice feature.

I love these
I use them for gaming, music, and movies. The sound is amazing. These headphones made me realize that Spotifys sound quality isn’t the best 😀 But a little tweaking with the equalizer and the Hi-Res input helps a lot.
I can wear them for the whole day without a single problem; they aren’t too heavy and the ear pads are so comfortable. The gameDAC has also made my life easier. Doesn’t take much time to get used to it either.
Steelseries software Steelseries Engine 3 is my favourite app for overall hardware tweaking and for setting up different equalizer settings for different needs. It nicely explains all the features of all my Steelseries products.
Since I can change the settings also from the GameDAC the Steelseries engine reports changes even when I haven’t changed anything (as far as I know).
There are two buttons on the headset: mute or unmute the mic and volume changer. Both are handy and easy to access and easy to tell apart without looking. Although the mic button is a bit hard to press without holding the headset. The button is also a bit loud; when the mic is on it catches the button sound.
The mic has amazing quality and its very sensitive.
I only use Hi-Res and PC input. For the computer they are two different inputs and take a couple of seconds to switch.
I use the Hi-Res mode for music and movies and the regular PC input for gaming and chat. I have started to catch little details in songs that I haven’t noticed before; the sound does seem to be more fuller and more crisp.
For gaming these really help with determining where the sounds comes from exactly. I don’t do e-sports and play more story-driven games but this headset is perfect for every game I have played so far. The chat-game sound feature is also quite handy.
I don’t really know how to explain this properly but with these headphones the sounds don’t seem to be blasted straight to my ears, but give a slightly 3D sound effect; ever so slightly a bit further than I was used to with my Logitechs. I don’t know what this is but I really like this little effect; it seems to strain my ears less.
The extra aux input in the headphones is also nice for sharing and the quality in the other headphones is also pretty decent.
I have also testes the sound with my phone and it sounds pretty nice from there as well.
I am really happy with these. Can’t really say for certain if they are worth the cost because I haven’t used them for too long but for now my answer would absolutely be yes.
Bestes Headset das ich je gekauft habe.
Ich hatte vorher mehrere Sennheiser, A40, A50, und zuletzt das Teufel Cage 2020. Keines dieser Headsets kann dem Arctis Pro + Gamedac das Wasser reichen. Es trgt sich sehr angenehm. Der Klang ist einfach in jedem Bereich hervorragend. Die Lautstrke ist fast doppelt so hoch wie bei vergleichbaren Headsets (beim installieren nicht EU whlen) aber bei Standard auch laut genug. Sennheiser waren mir immer zu leise. Die High-Res Option legt dann nochmal eine ordentliche Schippe in punkto Qualitt drauf egal ob Gaming oder Musik. Das Micro ist erstaunlich gut. Discord Freunde besttigen eine viel natrlichere Sprachausgabe als bei den Headsets vorher. Durch die Software ist alles gut anpassbar. Besonders der Bass ist eindrucksvoll und wirkt nie aufdringlich wenn man es nicht bertreibt. Gamedac ist genial und wrde sicher auch andere Headsets aufwerten.
Langzeittest nicht bestande
Edit: Ich habe mich an Steelseries gewandt um eventuell ein Ersatzteil zu bekommen. Diese haben mir aber tatschlich kulanterweise ein neues Headset zukommen lassen. Ein Montagsprodukt kann immer einmal passieren, aber die Art wie das Ganze dann gehandhabt wurde war sehr sehr sehr fair. Da knnen sich ein paar Firma echt was abschauen!!
Ich habe mir im November 2018 dieses Headset gekauft. Gerade eben ist es an der Ohrmuscheln gebrochen. Schn auerhalb der Gewhrleistung. War das erste und letzte Mal das ich ein so teures Headset von Steelseries gekauft habe.
Das ist mir bis jetzt noch bei keinem Headset passiert. -.-
Great quality amazing sounds

This was the first time I’ve paid close to 200 for a headset and it hasn’t left me disappointed. The sound quality is brilliant. And the DAC for in game control really adds another level especially for those who stream.
The microphone is very well positioned and picks up voice chatter unbelievably well maybe a little too well especially if you have any loud background noises.
All in all I’m very much delighted with the purchase the construction is very high quality and the RGB a subtle touch. Software doesn’t take a phd to get the basics off ( unlike icue ) but I’m still starting out with this so time will tell.

Das Headset bietet einen qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Klang ohne Rauschen und Strgerusche. Das gilt ebenso fr die wirklich gute Mikrofonqualitt. Es ist robust verarbeitet und mir gefllt die Regulierung der Gre ber den Skiriemen am Kopf. Der GameDAC tut ebenfalls genau was er soll und hat meiner Meinung nach einen sprbaren Effekt auf das Sounderlebnis. Nur zu empfehlen.
Migliori cuffie sul mercato per gaming
Qualit suono spettacolare, grazie al gaming DAC la qualit dell’audio incredibile, la possibilit di cambiare tutti i pezzi sia i padiglioni interni, che il rivestimento esterno, l’elastico sopra e anche il filo lo rende estremamente duraturo, ormai da un anno che lo utilizzo e mi trovo benissimo, ho comprato dei padiglioni sul sito ufficiale della steelseries, morbidi in tessuto che non fanno sudare, come quelli che hanno di default.
Consigliati assolutamente a prezzo scontato!
Delle cuffie professionali in un mare di cuffie che si fingono tali.
Avevo inizialmente comprato le arctis 7, fidandomi delle numerose recensioni, ma si sono sono presto rivelate ottime per il gaming ma molto scarse quando si parla riproduzione di musica (sar che sono abituato alle sony wh900n), da cuffie che ho trovato a 165 euro ci si aspetta molto di piu, i bassi gracchiavano e si poteva sentire quasi una vibrazione metallica ad alti volumi, cosa che stranamente si attenuava con l’utilizzo del cavo. Dopodich ho trovato in promozione le pro col gameDac a 180 ed ho subito approfittato per ridare indietro le 7.
Le pro sono su un altro livello quando si parla di qualit audio, sia per il gaming dove offrono una immersione profonda, che per l’ascolto di musica. Il gameDac si rivelato molto pi utile e comodo del software che steelseries mette a disposizione e in neanche 5 minuti si capiscono tutte le meccaniche; la vera chicca per veri audiofili il fatto che le cuffie supportano l’hi-res, disponibile solamente col gameDac, portando l’esperienza con la musica su un livello superiore (funziona solo su pc, magari pure su ps5, che nel momento in cui scrivo la recensione deve ancora arrivare, pertanto non ho modo di testare).
Se sentite un piccolo fruscio di sottofondo perche avete attivato l’opzione dell’immettere la vostra voce all’interno delle cuffie per non farvi urlare la notte, baster disattivarne l’impostazione o disattivare il microfono col tasto apposito; inoltre per usufruire del hi-res dovrete andare sulle impostazione audio del vostro pc cambiando la frequenza del segnale in uscita, di default il mio stava a 48khz, adesso sta a 96khz.
Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla qualit di queste cuffie, anche se da gaming, ne consiglio vivamente l’acquisto a chiunque cerchi cuffie di questa fascia di prezzo, magari con un po’ di attesa e lo troverete anche ad un ottimo prezzo.

Con facilidad jugando a warzone… Lo malo.. que son incmodos.. me aprietan mucho..y cuando llevas horas jugando molestas enormemente.. los corsair pro inalmbricos que tena antes eran mil veces ms cmodos… Esos si.. los steel te cancelan levemente el ruido de fuera… Lo que para m es malo.. cuando mi mujer me chilla que vaya y no me entero y me da con la escoba en la cabeza…

Das erste Exemplar ist nach 30 Minuten Nutzung defekt gewesen. Ein Knacken und Brummen, dann war die linke Ohrmuschel tot. Am Freitag reklamiert, am Samstag war das neue Teil von Amazon da. Top Kundenservice.
Der Klang ist fr Gaming in Ordnung, Musik wrde ich jetzt damit nicht hren. Da ist ein ordentlicher Kopfhrer besser. Der Tragekomfort wird manchmal bemngelt, bei passt das Headset aber optimal. Auch nach 4 Stunden keine Probleme. Die Ohrmuscheln sind toll gepolstert, das Kopfband ist bei mir am Ende der Verstellbarkeit, Hutgre 57. Ein paar Zentimeter mehr wren nicht schlecht gewesen. Aber bei mir reicht es top aus. An den DAC muss man sich etwas gewhnen. Mit der Einstellung muss man etwas herumprobieren, aber das funktioniert dann ganz gut. Das Mikro geht, ist aber auch nichts besonderes. Ich verwende das Headset an der PS 4 und am Rechner fr das Homeoffice. Warum oft der Klang so hoch bewertet wird, erschliet sich mir nicht so ganz. Ich bin jetzt mit dem neuen Gert zufrieden. Aber fr das Material und die Leistung nicht ganz preiswert. Gaming Klang sehr gut, Musik lieber anders. Dank an Amazon fr den schnellen Austausch.
Für PS4 und PC zu empfehle
An erster Stelle: Mir war es wichtig, dass ich sowohl an meiner PS4 Slim und am PC mit Surround Sound zocken kann.
Auf meiner Suche nach so einem Headset stie ich schlielich auf das Arctis Pro + GameDAC.
Durch den GameDAC (externe Soundkarte) ist es mglich sogar an der ps4 Surround Sound zu bekommen.
Anschluss:
Da die Ps4 Slim leider keinen optischen Ausgang besitzt, braucht man einen TV mit optischen Ausgang. Zum Glck hat eig jeder TV so einen.
Also beiliegendes optisches Kabel an TV (Samsung) angeschlossen, dieser erkennt den GameDAC automatisch, und ebenfalls beiliegendes usb-kabel an ps4 frs Chatten und Stromversorgung. Wie die Einstellungen an den verschiedenen Ps4 Modellen genau vorzunehmen sind, lsst sich sehr gut aus der beiliegenden Beschreibung entnehmen.
Am PC wird kein optischen Kabel bentigt, sondern nur das USB Kabel.

PS4 Slim: Die Tonqualitt im Vergleich zu anderen Headsets ( Logitech G 430, Razer Kraken) ist deutlich besser. Der Surround Sound ist verblffend. Endlich hrt man, wo Gegner sind. Bei anderen Headsets musste ich mich oft mehrmals drehen, um genau hren zu knnen aus welcher Richtung Gegner kommen und meistens war es trotzdem nicht genau. Beim Arctis Pro + GameDac wei man sofort, wo Spieler sind. Mit der Einstellungs DTS Headphones X ist jeder Sound genau ortbar. Auch die Sprachqualitt ist laut meinen Teamkollegen besser. Man wird deutlich verstanden ohne Hintergrundgerusche.
PC: Auch am PC macht das Arctis Headset einen besseren Eindruck als seine Vorgnger. Die Sprache im Discord war deutlich besser und genau wie bei der Ps4 der Surround Sound um Welten besser als mit der eingebauten Soundkarte ( 7.1 (Realtek ALC1220/ASUS SupremeFX), DTS Sound Unbound).
Einstellungen:
PS4: wie in beiliegender Anleitung beschrieben, Equalizer sowohl in-game als auch auf dem GameDAC und TV angepasst fr optimales Surround Sound-erlebnis
PC: am besten mit DTS Headphones und der zugehrigen Software von Steelseries
Software:
An der Software kann man einige Einstellungen vornehmen, sowohl zum Sound als auch zur Beleuchtung. Die LED am Mikrofon finde ich einfach nur genial. Die Beleuchtung der Ohrmuscheln ist mir persnlich egal.
Auerdem ist es mglich Plugins zu installieren, sodass man den OLED Bildschirm des GameDac auch fr andere Zwecke benutzen kann. Zum Beispiel als Anzeige fr aktive Discord-Sprecher. Die Einstellungen kann man jedoch nur am PC ndern, jedoch bleiben sie auf der Soundkarte gespeichert sodass man sie auch an der Ps4 sofern verfgbar nutzen kann.
GameDAC: Die Mischfunktion zwischen Sprachchat und Spielsound ist sehr gut gelungen. Wenn man Mal keine Lust hat seine Mitspieler zu hren dreht man sie einfach aus. Auch knnen am GameDac sehr viele (nicht alle) Einstellungen gettigt werden. Ich habe mir ein lngeres Toslink (optisches) und USB Kabel gekauft (~15), da mein TV sehr gro ist ( 70 Zoll) und ich deswegen weiter vom Bildschirm wegsitze. Mit dem beiliegenden Kabelsatz waren leider nur ca 2 Meter mglich.
Tragekomfort:
Ich habe einen normal groen Kopf (57cm Umfang) und das Headset passt optimal, wenn man die richtige Einstellung an dem verstellbaren Gummiband gefunden hat. Auch nach mehreren Stunden sitzt es noch gut, angenehm und drckt nicht. Das Drehrad fr die Lautstrke und den Knopf zum Muten des Mikrofons kann man an der linken Ohrmuschel sehr gut und einfach erreichen. So muss man nicht an seinem Headset Kabel entlang fahren und an einem billigen Plastikteil rumfummeln bis man das Mikro gemutet hat. Nur nebenbei ist die Verarbeitung auch erste Klasse. Alles sitzt gut und nichts wackelt. Die Materialien fhlen sich hochwertig an.
Fazit:
Das Headset und die Soundkarte sind optimal fr Spieler an der Ps4 und am PC. (Fr reine PC Gamer, die bereits eine externe Soundkarte besitzen, gibt es wschl. bessere Alternativen) .
Ich verstehe die schlechten Rezensionen nicht, da muss wohl irgendwas mit den Soundeinstellungen nicht stimmen, denn ich bin voll und ganz berzeugt und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
The sound quality of this headset is immaculate. I can hear all my enemies in FPS games before I can see them. I’ve played Apex, Valorant, Fortnite, Warzone, Arma3, Paladins, Smite, world of warcraft, War thunder, Holdfast, cuisine royal, BF V and many more games with this headset and they have never let me down. They are really easy to setup with the Steel Series Engine Software. The DAC is a great addition, I have all my system stats showing on mine, so I can see all my temperatures / usage of my GPU, CPU, RAM. You can use it to see discord messages and all sorts of stuff, really awesome!. Everybody is pleased with my microphone quality, there is no background noise that comes through, like key presses etc and they all say I am really really crystal clear to hear. The quality of the build is sturdy and really nice. They feel like a premium made headset. They don’t fall off my head even when I swing my head back and forwards (I tried it) lol. You can honestly wear these headphones for hours and hours and forget they are even on your head and they never hurt my ears, even after 14+ hours of wearing them. They are really really comfortable. I’ve had quite a lot of good headsets, but these beat them all hands down.

This is the best headset I’ve ever had really good quality sound on games and normal music has plenty of punch and settings to mess with to fine tune to your needs even has a built in EQ on the DAC.
Only tip is if you have a big head they may not suit due to not being able to adjust the head straps.
Other than that buy them you won’t regret it and we’ll worth the money.
The headset itself is fantastic. Clear audio, comfortable(although took longer to get used to vs other headsets) Microphone is clear as well! The GameDAC is handy and functions as describes also.
Unfortunately, it arrived with an open/damaged box, and the gameDAC had some minor scratches, as well as dust on the headset, which leads me to believe it was a returned item and not properly cleaned/inspected before being sold on to me.

Kopfhörer Arctis Pro
Hallo , soweit alles in Ordnung ; einziger Schwachpunkt ist die Position des Ein-Ausschalters des Mikros am Kopfhrer! Beim Aufsetzen des Hrers greift man willkrlich beide Ohrmuscheln mittig an und kommt somit direkt bei der linken Ohrmuschel an den Druck Ein-Ausschalter des Mikros. Es ist natrlich eine Gewohnheitssache aber am Anfang nervt es schon; ebenso wenn man den Kopfhrer zum Mithren einer 2.Person weiter reicht kommt diese ebenso an diesen Druckschalter. Diesen Schalter 2cm-3cm nach oben zu versetzen wre vielleicht eine Lsung.

Ich hatte zuvor die SteelSeries Arctis 7 und war schon recht zufrieden mit diesen. Da ich jetzt den direkten vergleich zwischen dem gnstigeren Arctis 7 und dem teuereren Arctis Pro mit GameDAC habe mchte ich diese Erfahrung hier kurz teilen.
Das Arctis Pro ist ein ticken schwerer und der Sitz ist Fester aber nicht unangenehm. Die Arctic 7 haben sich zwar etwas angengenehmer getragen aufgrund des geringen Gewichts, allerdings wirken die Arctic Pro auch deutlich robuster und Qualitativ hochwertiger. Ausserdem fhrt der feste Sitz zu einer deutlich besseren Isolation. Wenn das Microfon asugestellt ist, hrt man seine Umgebung sogut wie garnicht. Ebenso kann man die Musik voll aufgedreht lassen und die anderen Personen im Raum hren fast nichts. Die Isolation ist wirklch super.
Durch das GameDAC wird der eh schon richtig gute Sound der Kopfhrer nochmal deutlich verbessert! Ich habe mir tatschlich extra noch einen Deezer High Fidelity Account gemacht um das Hi-Res Audio voll auskosten zu knnen. Vorallem bei Klassischer Musik hrt man einen extremen unterschied zwischen niedrig auflsenden Streamingdiensten wie Spotify und Hochauflsenden wie Deezer. Man kommt sich vor als wrde man Live im Konzertsaal sitzen. Aber auch bei anderen Musik genres ist ein Unterschied hrbar.
Das 7.1 ist sowohl beim Gaming als auch beim Film schauen ein absoluter schmau fr die Ohren. Wer sich zum austesten auf YouTube ein 7.1 DTS Video von THX reinzieht den haut es fast vom Hocker. Wie im Kino sag ich nur!
Ich kann diese Kopfhrer uneingeschrenkt empehlen auch im vergleich zum gnstigeren Model kann ich sagen das es sich sehr lohnt etwas tiefer in die Tasche zu greifen. Einziges Manco wesshalb ich nur 4 Sterne bei Lautstrkeregelung gegeben habe, ist dass das Drehrad an den Kopfhrern so platziert und so leichtgngig ist, dass es sich jedesmal von selbst lauter oder leiser regelt wenn man sich mit dem Kopf irgendwo anlehnt. Das htte man besser machen knnen.
PS: Die Kopfhrer sind nicht Wireless, allerdings hat man so die mglichkeit mit dem mitgelieferten Aux-Kabel Musik z.B. am Handy zu hren und sie als ganz normale Kopfhrer zu verwenden, was sich aufgrund der hohen Klangqualitt durchaus lohnt. Vor allem da die Mikrofonlsung von SteeelSeries, das Mikrofon ein und ausfahrbar zu machen, die Kopfhrer wie ganz normale On-Ear wirken lsst.
Dont get me wrong the headphones look and sound amazing, however it is not the most convenient to move between PC as you need to physically switch the lead from your PC over to PS4 as there is only one USB port. I should have spent the extra on the wireless version as the DAC for these can have multiple inputs at one time. Other than that perfect!
No use for xbox users

love these after being disappointed with the sennheiser GSP670. Range is really good and the sound quality is brilliant. The features and ability to customise all of the settings makes for a great headset. No issues whatsoever.

Tried so many different high end headphones and these come out on top! Side tone nice and loud so you can talk quietly when gaming at night. Really comfy on your head for long gaming sessions. Surround sound is spot on, especially playing Warzone.

Ich habe sehr viele Kopfhrer getestet von 100 bis 300 war alles mit dabei. Allesamt umgetauscht. Ich habe diese im Internet recherchiert, bestellt, bekommen und bin vollkommen zufrieden. Die Einzelheiten sind der Wahnsinn. Man hrt jedes einzelne Steinchen fallen. Regen der sich auf verschiedenen Oberflchen sehr detailgetreu anhrt. Explosionen in der Ferne bei denen man den Schall frmlich sprt. Ungelogen, das sind die besten Kopfhrer die fr diese Preisklasse zu finden sind. Auf dem Computer haben Sie demnach noch mehr drauf. La verdad, no estaba muy convencido de comprarlos pero tuve la suerte de que mi hermano dispone de este mismo modelo y fue ponermelos y descubr lo cmodos que son. La construccin y el diseo es genial pero poder jugar horas y que no me duela la oreja de tener el auricular puesto… No tiene precio. Y hablando un poco del sonido que ofrece, bueno pues yo vengo de tener unos auriculares hyperX normales durante unos 3 o 4 aos con una buena tarjeta de sonido y la limpieza que ofrece el gameDAC la verdad no me la esperaba, te pones los auriculares y escuchas silencio, s, silencio no oyes ningn tipo de zumbido elctrico… Empezando por ah ya me convencieron, luego cuando empec a jugar y escuchar msica directamente supe que era lo mejor que podra haber comprado. Estoy muy muy contento con ellos y adems los puedes personalizar comprando accesorios para cambiar el diseo y la correa de los mismos en su propia pgina web aunque eso s, un poco caros..
Well firstly, lets get the negative out of the way. There was no optical cable to connect the DAC to my PS4 in the box. Fortunately, I’d already done my homework and knew the cable would have been too short for where I wanted to use it anyway, so I’d already bought a 3m optical and 3m USB to micro USB cable in preparation. Good job I did, huh?
Secondly, the elasticated ski goggle band is only just about long enough for my head. I have the velcro at its extreme limit but I don’t believe my head size is anything out of the ordinary. It could have done with being just a couple of centimetres longer but having said that it does the job…..just, but even so, its VERY comfortable even with my glasses on.
As for setup…very easy to connect to my PS4 (use a youtube guide for the PS4 settings: one thing to note…DONT turn your headset on until you’ve changed the settings on the PS4 otherwise you cant change your output to chat only, as the option will be greyed out).
The headset quality is fabulous, and the versatility with the DAC means you can fine tune them to suit your personal taste whether you’re a bass freak or prefer the high ranges. Also don’t forget there is a master volume wheel on the headset itself, throw that on maximum and then use the DAC to control the volume for best results (IMO). Game/chat audio mix works superbly and its very easy to adjust between the two on the fly.
The DAC is intuitive and idiot proof (it has to be, if I can use it) and carries much versatility for adjustments on the headset without the need for a PC. This was one of the main reasons I bought a headset with a DAC as I don’t have access to a PC/Mac.
tl;dr:
They’re awesome, buy a set.
Kabelgebunde
Die Kopfhrer sind an sich ok, auch bequem, nachdem ich fr meine Brille eine Ausparung in das Polster geschnitten habe.
Aber ich hatte vorher Kabellose Kopfhrer von Logitech, und ich muss sagen, man vermisst die Felxiblit der Kabeluntebundenen.
Deshalb einen Punkt weniger, und ich werde mir wohl die kabellose Variante kaufen, sobald ich wieder mehr in meinen Budget habe.
Best audio quality
Sound quality is the best of any headset I’ve every had,
The led colours are a nice touch.
Ability to change the audio settings on the dac and not have to use a pc is great
Only downside is the headset is tight, and the ear cups are shallow.
But they are small problems that can be fixed, the headband can be stretched and the earpads replaced with a thicker pair(i recommend angled as they are the thickest)
Got these for a upgrade and there pretty good. Bit expensive but very good. Note. Out of the box they are poor in sound quality. Playing fps games like pubg and cod I like to hear footsteps but is very hard. Once I have played around with the settings and done some research wow. Brill headset hearing footsteps from a long way off that give me that tactical advantage. A strong 4 star review. Lost a star dew to me messing around for 3 hours trying to get the right settings. Surprisingly comfortable too.
Over all a brilliant quality headset. Good materials used very comfortable to wear and sounds amazing. The software steel series engine is great and easy to use and i have had no trouble with it so far.
Some minor things come to mind when i think of other people wearing this, is the size.
If you have a very large head i could see you having some trouble as the headset does not have adjustable sides like most, instead there is this tension strap that can be adjusted slightly for different user’s although not as much as a sliding sides are able to.
Perfect for my needs and i would recommend to anyone.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC
Ich war etwas skeptisch ob sich das viele Geld tatschlich lohnt aber das hat es!
Viel schlimmer war aber tatschlich, dass ich teilweise nicht raushren konnte von wo die Schsse kamen. Dementsprechend tollpatschig hab ich mich verhalten..
Das hat jetzt alles zum Glck ein Ende. Ich hre wieder viel besser und kann alle Schritte und Schsse korrekt lokalisieren.Mit dem exzellenten Dolby habe ich verschiedene Soundtests durchgefhrt und es ist sehr gut gelungen.
GameDAC
Auch das GameDAC ist absolut hochwertig verarbeitet. Das OLED Display ist in der Helligkeit von 1-10 Einstellbar und sieht sehr edel aus.
Das Men ist einfach aufgebaut und es knnen diverse Audio-, sowie Input, Output, DTS Einstellungen reguliert werden. Sogar die RGB Beleuchtung der Kopfhrer kann eingestellt werden.
Ich konnte auch die berhmten Beyerdynamics300 testen und selbst diese werden in den Schatten gestellt.
Wichtig ist bei nutzung am PC die Hi-Res/ DTS kopfhrer x Einstellung in Windows vorzunehmen um das volle Potenzial ausnutzen zu knnen. dazu habe ich noch den Dolby Atmos Kopfhrer zugelegt,super sound
Wer ausgezeichnete Verarbeitung in Verbindung mit berragendem Sound haben mchte, der sollte unbedingt zum Steelseries Arctis pro GameDAC greifen.
Es ist zwar sehr teuer aber man bekommt eines der komplettesten Headsets auf dem Gaming Markt.
Alles in allem 5 Sterne Sound, 5 Sterne Optik/ 4 Sterne Komfort.
Das beste Headset das ich jeh hatte mit einem großen Problem
Erst ein mal vorweg, Finger weg vom Arctis Pro ohne GameDAC!
Die Tonqualitt da ist was den Bass angeht enttuschend da nicht vorhanden. Wenn man in Windows und den Headset Einstellungen alles auf Maximum dreht schafft man es ihn ein wenig hrbar zu machen, aber selbst dann ist er nur ein Schatten seiner selbst.
Seine wahre Strke zeigt das Headset dann in Verbindung mit dem GameDAC.
Hier ist alles wunderbar abgemischt, wer es etwas basslastiger mag dreht entsprechend den Bass in der Software hoch, kein Herumfummeln in den Windows Einstellungen ntig. Der hochqualitative Soundchip leistet hier ganze Arbeit und rechtfertigt den Aufpreis. Kauft man das Headset im Bundle ist es auch eine ganze Ecke gnstiger als wenn man den GameDAC separat nachkauft.
So klingen Spiele knackig, Gegner lassen sich super orten, Musik klingt unglaublich harmonisch. Es ist eine wahre Freunde sich mit diesem Headset den Klngen und Geruschen hin zu geben.
Das Mikrofon ist top und lsst sich anders bei den meisten Headsets nicht hoch klappen sondern in das Headset hinein schieben. Mutet man es ber einen Schalter an der linken Hrmuschel leuchtet eine rote LED an der Spitze des Headsets auf (Die Farbe ist frei konfigurierbar in der Software).
Klangqualitt ist sehr klar und das Feedback von Freunden war positiv.
Tragekomfort ist auch 1A. Ich selber bin Brillentrger und habe hier keine Probleme. Allerdings habe ich das Headset auf die weiteste Stufe gestellt (Funktioniert ber Klettverschluss am Band) und jetzt drckt es nur nach mehreren Stunden (Denke das gibt sich noch wenn die Spannkraft etwas nach lsst). Allerdings habe ich nicht den breitesten Kopf, kann mir also vorstellen, dass es fr jemanden mit einem greren Kopf unangenehm werden knnte.
Ein leicht strendes Manko ist die Position der Lautstrkenregelung am Headset. Diese befindet sich ebenfalls an der linken Hrmuschel allerdings ist sie sehr leichtgngig und so positioniert, dass man beim auf und absetzen des Headsets gerne mal die Lautstrke verstellt. Allerdings gibt es am GameDAC selber noch mal die Mglichkeit die Lautstrke anzupassen, so dass man den Regler am Headset auch einfach auf Maximum drehen kann und die Lautstrke ber den DAC steuert. So passiert es zumindest nicht, dass man das Headset aufsetzt und pltzlich einen Gehrsturz erleidet weil man versehentlich den Regler auf Maximum dreht.
So, aber warum nun 1 Stern trotz der ganzen Lobeshymnen?
Nun das liegt an einer Funktion, mit der das Headset vermarktet wird, die aber nicht sauber funktioniert.
Und das ist der Chat to Game Regler. Man kann ber den DAC die Sprachlautstrke des Chats im Vergleich zum Spiel regeln und durch einfaches verschieben von der einen zur anderen Seite entweder den Chat oder das Game etwas von der Lautstrke herunter regeln. Dazu werden zwei Soundprofile in Windows angelegt (Chat & Game).
In Discord kann man dann den Chat Kanal als Ausgabe einstellen, whrend man regulr das Game Profil nutzt.
Nun passiert es aber leider, dass bei einem Neustart des PC oder beim wechsel in den Standby Modus das Game Profil verschwindet. Dadurch funktioniert die Abmischung nicht mehr. Erst das Ein- und Ausstecken des Headset behebt das Problem. Das sollte aber nicht Sinn und Zweck des ganzen sein. Rckfrage beim Support ergab, dass das Problem bekannt sei und man daran arbeite. Zwei Monate und etliche Patches spter immer noch kein Fix.
Aus diesem Grund vergebe ich nur einen Stern fr das Headset bis das Problem behoben ist, da man hier aktiv mit einer Funktion wirbt, die nicht funktioniert. Bedenkt man wie lange das Headset schon auf dem Markt ist, ist das ein echtes Armutszeugnis.
Fazit: Ein tolles Headset mit herausragendem Klang und gutem Komfort. Wenn ihr auf die Chat to Game Volume Funktion verzichten knnt oder es euch nicht strt jedes mal das Headset neu einzustecken knnt ihr bedenkenlos zugreifen. Wenn doch dann schaut euch lieber woanders um. Ich gebe ein Update sobald dies reibungslos funktioniert.
EDIT: Scheinbar hat SteelSeries das Problem behoben und die Game to Chat Volume funktioniert jetzt wie beworben. Somit gibt es die vollen 5 Sterne

The gameDAC is quite fun, think it’s better with pc as the wires get in the way with console gaming.

Awesome headset. Audio quality is better than I imagined, and it’s super comfortable.
Quality is really obvious from the packaging to the headset itself.
My only drawback is the cable from the DAC to the headset gets twisted really quickly and often – gets annoying.
Ganz gutes Headse
Der Sound und vor allem die Bsse sind der Hammer! Man hat das Gefhl, bei manchen Explosionen vibriert das Headset vor Bass.
Alleine die Funktion, Chat und Game seperat zu steuern, funktioniert bei mir nicht. Der Chatkanal bleibt stumm. So etwas nervig beim zocken, wenn man Mal seine Kollegen nicht versteht und diese lauter machen will.
Am Anfang hatte ich dann noch das Problem, das der Game-Kanal nicht mehr erkannt wurde. Dann musste man Sachen lschen und wieder aktivieren, was etwas nervig war.

Ho preso le pro dac da warehouse praticamente nuove ad un prezzo veramente buone. Le ho prese con l’intenzione di usarle principalmente per il gaming e devo dire che non ho riscontrato nessun problema di volume o altro e devo dire che sono rimasto sorpreso dalla qualita’ audio. Mentre giocavo a pubg e’ partito un tuono e saro’ sincero, me la sono quasi fatta sotto ahahah. Le cuffie erano in modalita’ 7.1 e la corposita’, qualita’ del suono mi hanno quasi fatto ribaltare dalla sedia. Le ho provato con tidal e sono rimasto sorpreso dalla qualita audio. Ho sempre usato le razer ma devo dire che queste sono molto ma molto superiori. Per il pc le consiglio ma per quanto riguarda le console non posso esprimere un giudizio.

I changed to these from logitec, these headphones are worth every penny, great sound and comfort. However if you have a massive head you might struggle as they are a little snug
Fantastic but...
Really good. The quality of the sound is fantastic AFTER doing some adjustments e.g. messing with the equaliser and downloading Equaliser APO to adjust it further. They are comfy but after a while they hurt my ears which is why I will use different ear cushions. RGB is fine on them and the microphone is a little quiet so you do need to adjust it in Windows after turning it up on the GameDAC.
But…
The software for them is fine HOWEVER downloading the critical update broke them. The sound remained the same but the it kept making awful noises through the microphone. To fix this, you need to go to the GameDAC and go to the information section of it and perform a factory reset.
Overall, amazing.
better than I expected
Ive had headphones in the past but the directional sound on these is next level. also one of the most notable differneces is in the quality of the mic / voice.. firends emmediately commented on how much clearer it was.
The sound quality is AMAZING!! Out of all the gaming headsets I’ve had, this has stood out the most. Tried Hyper X Clouds, older 7.1 headsets (Steelseries) but this, produces the most crisp sounds I’ve heard to date!
Will be perfect for music and gaming but be WARNED! The head size is fixed and it’s small. I’m Asian and even I find this small.
Sound great but not the most comfortable headsets
I use this for the ps4 pro and watching movies and connecting to Bluetooth on my tv or phone. Does a perfect job any scenario and sounds great through Bluetooth or optical audio, although Bluetooth signal isn’t capable of surround sound which is expected. The preset equaliser profiles are ok, but you will get more out of it if you create your own.
The only issue I have is with the comfort. The clamping force is much too tight. I also had to upgrade the ear cushions for more comfort… to make them more comfortable I have been stretching the metal band which is helping. The band is a aluminium alloy which is flexible and bendable so it won’t break easily . I am sure they will become more comfortable over time.
Arctis Pro Wired + GameDac Review
The Arctis Pro Wired With GameDac is an amazing headset. Its comfortable, the build quality is phenomenal almost all metal and the sound is superb with the microphone sounding like a studio microphone! The only problem i had with this headset was the surround sound. It sounds extremely tinny and poor when 7.1 surround is enabled. After some tinkering i created a good fix for this issue if you experience this as well follow my guide below…
1. Download steelseries engine 3
2. Once your into the arctis pro configuration change the following settings…
3. Set the equaliser preset to smiley and turn dialogue enhancement to high and bass enhancement to none.
The sound should be much better and sound better than without surround sound. You can turn up bass enhancement if you so wish for more bass but i find it reduces sound quality. Hope this helped : )

Ich liebe dieses Headset allerdings ist heute ein Stck Plastik abgebrochen womit der rechte Kopfhrer runter hngt. Ich kann es allerdings noch benutzen also kein groes Problem. Plastik ist halt Plastik und bricht manchal.
Super Gaming-Headse
Die Verarbeitung und auch die Tonqualitt sind uerst qualitativ. Bin absolut zufrieden damit.
Laut Herstellerangaben soll das Produkt auch kompatibel mit der neuen Generation der Spiele Konsolen sein zB Ps5. Der Anschluss erfolgt dann jedoch nicht ber einen optischen Eingang (Ps4 Pro) sondern soll wohl via USB erfolgen.
Fr den GameDac wre dann auch in Update erforderlich, damit es mit der Next Gen. Kompatibel ist. Auf der Herstellerseite ist alles nochmals nachzulesen.
Fazit nach 1 Jahr Nutzung. Ich bin immer noch uerst zufrieden. Abnutzungen habe ich kaum bis keine. Ich musste das Artikel umtauschen, da ein Defekt bei den Lautsprechern vorlag. Alles erfolgte unkompliziert. Bis auf diesen Vorfall bin ich jedoch voll zufrieden. Im Vergleich zu der Konkurrenz zB A50 von Astro, soll der Arctis damit punkten, dass er die hheren Tne besser wiedergibt. In diesem Bereich spielt sich auch der Ton von Fussschritten etc ab. Ich konnte zwar keinen direkten Vergleich erstellen, aber da die Anderen Nutzer dies so wiederhaben, mchte ich es ergnzend bei der Bewertung wiedergeben. Einziges Manko wre der kleine Bgel, was bei sehr groen Kpfen Probleme bereiten knnte.

Voll und ganz zufrieden.
Ich bin kein Profi der die feinsten Klnge aus den hchsten oder niedrigsten Frequenzbereich heraus hrt, sondern nur ein Hobby Gamer. Ich bin vllig zufrieden mit dem Headset, der Sound ist erste Sahne, das tragen ist sehr angenehm und der Stoff ist selbst im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm zu tragen. Am Anfang war das Kabel sehr gewhnungsbedrftig allerdings gewhnt man sich schnell dran.
Ich kann dieses Headset nur weiterempfehlen.

The sound quality in the “Hi-res” mode is amazing, you can hear a pin drop.
Absolutely better audio quality than my old Astro headset.
I thought I had a problem with hearing my own mic, but it turns out it’s a feature called “Sidetone”, just turn it off.
Only small gripe is build quality- it is good but could be better, the supplied cables are quite short and I’m not a fan of the cloth head strap, I don’t think these will last the 5 years that my Astro’s did… I would buy this headset again though because the sound quality is so good.

Nach langem berlegen habe ich die Entscheidung getroffen und mir dieses Headset gegnnt. Spiele auf der PS4 leidenschaftlich gerne und viel und geniee jetzt die atemberaubende Qualitt des Arctis Pro + GameDac.
Das Anschlieen ist super einfach mit den von SteelSeries zur Verfgung gestellten Tutorials und der Sound ist einfach der Hammer. Hatte schon einige Headsets zuvor, aber die Klarheit und Feinheit die dieses Headset liefert sucht ihresgleichen. Man hrt Dinge die man vorher garnicht wahrgenommen hat.
Ein ganz neues Spielerlebnis.
Tragekomfort durch das Skibrillen hnliche Band auch super. Die Qualitt und Haptik der verwendeten Materialien ist super.
Das Mikrofon spielt in der Headset Klasse in einer anderen Liga.
Das GameDac ist auch berragend in der Bedienung, es lsst sich alles kinderleicht einstellen und das optimale Setup finden.
Alles in allem also in allen Punkten besser als die Konkurrenz. Die beste Investition seit langem.

his headset is really nice, ive had plenty of headphones but currently use 3 sets so will do a quick direct comparison to those, i use these on pc only.
first of all the design, its really clean, minimal, nice subtle use of RGB and fits the head nicely, not much adjustment so larger heads may feel a little tight but with that said i have a rather large noggin and it fits me fine. only let down is the ear pads are soft but not the softest and they keep your ears a little too warm compared to others ive used but its not terrible, just a minor annoyance. the logitech g933 stock earpads are far worse, not for heat but for feel, so rough in comparison, my hyper x cloud 2’s are just lush, really nice feel and comfort so they edge it for me here.
sound wise, im using the arctis pro with DAC and it sounds really clean and clear, theres a lot of detail there and this is even more true when gaming, i quite honestly noticed immediately i could pick out enemy directions better than both the other two and i think its down to the width in the sound, quite airey for closed headphones. the headphones are a lot lighter on bass than i expected but the bass does extend real low, as a result its actually quite refreshing to listen to music that isnt bass heavy with very little bass and music that is bass heavy it starts to come alive, more often than not bassy headphones ruin music by adding that bass to all your music and you start thinking thats normal but its not designed that way your headphones are adding that in and thats where the term boomy bass or bloated bass comes from, these are not that, bass heads should steer clear.
now theres one large issue with the sound and thats the volume out of the box, its just too low, even putting the gain to high its and removing the europeon limiter its just too low…. that was until i figured it out, the EQ plays a massive role in the volume and you really should slide every setting to the max and then reverse EQ the sound to your liking, the wonderful thing is it seems this is how they were designed to be used because theres no distortion at all. using them this way nets you that volume you wanted and you can then tune each setting down a touch to find your desired sound.
the headset really does work great when you have it all figured out, lots of options on the dac for adjusting mic and game and chat volume mixing, even surround sound settings, the ”high res” audio is a nice feature but doesnt do much for the sound unless your listening to a source tuned with high res in mind, some games do such as rainbow 6 siege, alot dont.
in comparison to the other two, its a better quality sound but both of the others will give you a warmer sound, they just dont express the same detail as these.
How to make them louder EU
Update the firmware. It’s easy, find the documentation online. Once you’ve done that it will ask you if you are in the eu. If you say no it doesn’t apply the eu volume limit, this is if you bought product in eu.

Ich wei nicht ob nur ich das Problem habe, aber ich muss das Headset immer aus und einstecken nach dem restart von meinem Pc. Sonst wird es bei den Soundeinstellungen nicht als Lautsprcher und Mikrofon erkannt.

Nach langem berlegen und unzhligen Videos ber Headsets habe ich mich fr das Steelseries entschieden. Hatte vorher ein tritton ax 720 pro+ oder so und wollte unbedingt wieder ein Dolby Headset heben, da mich stereo Headsets nie berzeugt haben. Zu erst mchte ich mit den contra Punkten anfangen. Der “Kabelsalat” bei der gamedac Variante ist meiner Meinung nach einfach nur nervig, das htte man irgendwie anders lsen knnen bzw. mssen. Gerade bei der ps4 auf der ich spiele, nervt das schon etwas. Des Weiteren kann man wohl Chat und Spiel Lautstrke unabhngig voneinander regeln. Bei der ps4 scheint dies nicht zu funktionieren oder ich mach was falsch, schade. Das mikro ist je nach Position zu weit weg und die Chat Partner hren einen eher schlecht, wenn das mikro nicht direkt am Mund ist (sagen sie zumindest).
Zu den positiven Eigenschaften muss man ganz klar als erstes den ultimativ satten und jedes Detail herborhebenden Sound heraus heben. Ich war/bin wirklich begeistert, welch klarer und satter Klang nun auf meinen Ohren herrscht und welche feinen Gerusche ich mit diesem Headset wahr nehme. Und ich habe noch nicht mal gro was an den Einstellungen gendert. Der Sitz des Headsets ist durch das Gummiband gut straff, schrnkt aber leider die Sitzmglichkeit des Headsets ein. Leute mit breitem/groem Kopf knnten ihre Probleme bekommen. Jedoch drckt es nicht und die Hrmuscheln sind durch ihre stoffeinlagen wirklich angenehm auch noch nach Stunden des Spielens. Mein tritton hat mir immer die Brille auf die Nase gequetscht. Die leuchtapplikation an den Hrmuscheln ist sehr schn anzusehen und wertet den ohnehin qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck des Headsets noch einmal auf.
Ich persnlich wrde mir dieses Headset jederzeit wieder kaufen, aber wohl eher als kabelloses Headset, wobei ich da nicht wei wie der Sound ist. Ich bereue den kauf trotz kleiner Feinheiten nicht und kann dieses Headset nur empfehle
Lo primero de todo es que he tocado varios instrumentos musicales y tengo una percepcin del sonido bastante precisa.
Dicho esto, para los que tienen buen odo, lo auriculares por defecto, sin tocar el ecualizador, resultan “dolorosos” en los tonos altos (2k-8k) pero al tocar el eq, bajarle los altos y subir los bajos, los auriculares puedes ponerlos al mximo (lo que es demasiado para cualquier odo y nada recomendable) y siempre con una buena pista de sonido en FLAC para aprovechar el Hi-Res audio, tus odos disfrutarn de un sonido inmersivo, sin distorsionar, profundo y ntido.
Todo esto siempre tocando el EQ teniendo un mnimo de conocimiento y percepcin sobre las frecuencias.
Por este precio, valorando que estn orientados al gaming, tienen una calidad de sonido sorprendente (y sin rodaje), no hagis caso de lo que puedan decir sobre sus bajos o personalidad, son unos auriculares, no un coche tuneado.
Lo nico que est mal diseado son los cables, que son muy finos, sin trenzado exterior y los cascos no son para cabezas voluminosas y los tonos altos no llegan a ser del todo agradables para odos exigentes.
El resto es simplemente genial, calidad de los materiales, comodidad, peso, nitidez de recepcin del micro.
Si tienes el dinero y buscas escuchar msica, jugar y ver pelculas, cmpralos sin dudarlo, estudia la configuracin del EQ que ms se adapte a tu gusto y disfruta de un producto realmente bien elaborado.

Mikro brummt - Lösung
Verdammt gutes Headset an der PS4, tatschlich aber nichts fr groe Kpfe. Hatte Anfangs ein brummendes Mikro, lag aber an meiner miesen Erdung. Wer ein hnliches Problem hat sollte mal versuchen einen Finger auf einen der Klinken-Ausgnge des Sound-DACs zu legen. Bei mir war sofort das Brummen weg. Nach lngerem Suchen konnte ich das Problem lsen indem ich meine Fsse auf den Laminat stelle. Hatte sie vorher in einem weichen Heizschuh gegen kalte Fe, sobald meine Fe den Boden berhrten war das Brummen weg. Ich schtze das eine saubere Erdung meines Brostuhls hnliches bewirkt htte.
Habe mich dann aber doch dazu entschlossen die 80 mehr in die Wireless Version zu investieren da das Kabel stndig in der Armlehne vom Stuhl hngen blieb und ich Wireless verwhnt vom Sony Playstation 2.0 Stereo Headset bin.
Soundtechnisch gefllt mir speziell die verbesserte Ortung der Gegner. Dies gelingt auch durch die nicht so basslastige Abstimmung der Kopfhrer. Gerade bei BF5 ist zuviel Bass kontraproduktiv da kaum noch andere Gerusche bemerkt werden, hier merkt man einfach dass die Kopfhrer frs Gaming gedacht sind. Wer trotzdem noch mehr Bass will hat vorkonfigurierte EQ-Einstellungen die das Basslevel anheben oder ihr stellt euch den EQ nach Euren Wnschen ein.
5.1 / 7.1 ist wie bei allen anderen Kopfhrern nur ein Werbe-Gag und kann in die Tonne getreten werden. Mag beim Filme schauen fr den ein oder anderen noch ok sein, sptestens beim Gaming aber unbrauchbar. Klingt dann bei jedem Kopfhrer wie in einer leeren Lagerhalle, Gegner Ortung nicht mehr mglich. Leider fallen immer noch zu viele Leute auf diesen Marketing Trick rein, so dass jeder Hersteller es zwangsweise anbieten muss.
Quite simply, the best headset I’ve used. On my PC setup the sound quality is excellent. Directional/positional sound is very accurate. I found the game/chat balance very easy to manage. Other headsets I’ve used the balance hasn’t been great, either game or chat is deafening while the other is barely audible. Being able to change it with the dial on the DAC makes it easy to find the best setting for you.
I also used it on my ps4 and was equally impressed. I did have to turn the DTS off when using on ps4 as it distorted the sound. But even without it I was very happy. Clear sound quality and again, positional sound was excellent. Certainly helped while playing pubg!
The build quality is good and I found the buttons on the ear cup easy to locate. I have a large head and the headset felt snug but not uncomfortable. Used for 4+ hours and there was no pain or discomfort.

Habe es seit 4 Monaten dieses headset im Gebrauch, es hat mich rundum berzeugt, es ist alles perfekt, mir ist in der ganzen Zeit nur eine Sache aufgefallen, die aber nicht zwingend dem Headset zu verschulden ist, das Mikrofon nimmt am pc eine sehr schne klare Stimme auf, allerdings an der Konsole, in meinem Falle eine ps4 scheint das Mikro zu dummen, dieser Fehler ist nur an der Konsole!
Ansonsten eine wahre kaufempfehlung

Nach Astro A40 mit Mixamp und Creative H5 mit SB G5, bin ich jetzt beim Gamedac und dem Arctis Pro gelandet.
Das Steelseries Set ist mit Abstand das Beste!
Das Mikrofon klingt besser als bei Astro und Creative, der Kopfhrer sitzt sehr gut (da knnte man bei den anderen aber auch nichts sagen) und der Gamedac hat mehr Power als der Mixamp und klingt genauso klar und gut wie der Soundblaster G5, der bisher mein persnlicher Favorit und den USB DACs war.
Zwar hat der Gamedac keine Profile wie der Astro oder der Creative, sondern nur EQ Settings von dem sich nur eines anpassen lsst, dafr passt der Sound aber einfach, und die DTS Surround Spielerei schlgt Astro alle mal iim Lngen, wobei halt Surround bei nem Kopfhrer ehr nur Marketing Geblubber ist, da spielt der DSP einfach mit den Frequenzen und Hall/Reverb verrckt, aber Rumlichkeit kommt dabei nicht auf, wer das behauptet hat mchtig was an den Ohren.
Zumindest finde ich den DTS Ton nicht strend, bei Astro war der Surround einfach nur nervig.
Fazit: Fr mich das beste Gaming Headset, das auch zum Musik hren definitiv Spa macht!

Super Headset aber leider etwas flimsig bei dem Setup
Ich habe dieses Headset zum Geburtstag von meiner Frau bekommen und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich zwar nicht enttuscht aber auch nicht komplett begeistert bin. Es hat einfach den Nachteil, dass es etwas flimsig beim Setup ist und dadurch etwas Nerven und Mhe kostet.
Desweiteren – und das ist der wahre Grund fr den Stern Abzug – ist die Software einfach eine einzige Katastrophe! Unbersichtlich und unpraktisch. Da knnte Steelseries – von denen ich wirklich fast alles habe – echt nachlegen.
Ansonsten ist der SOund jedoch absolute Klasse! Nachdem man sich damit einen guten Tag beschftigt hat, bringt das Headset absolute Freude. Nur das Headset-Mikro ist einfach nicht mit einem normalen Mikro zu vergleichen. Der Ton ist zwar klar aber dennoch deutlich komprimiert.

Das Beste bisher besessene Headse
Wau, lange gesucht, lange ausprobiert, aber dieses Gamingheadset ist extrem gut.
Der Sound, die Einstellungen, der Tragekomfort passt super.
Ob ich spiele oder am PC Musik hre, YT schaue, es berzeugt auf der ganzen Linie.
Ja, es ist nicht das billigste Gert, aber jeden Cent wert.
Habe ich noch nie gemacht, aber hier gibt es von mir eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.
Update: gekauft am 4.2018 im einsatz bis heute 31.12.2020. Behebung des fehlers vom plotzlichem Knacken, einfach Bitstream dolby auswhlen und dolby im optical modus an der ps4/pro auswahlen ohne Haken auf 5.1, das auswhlen von 5.1 endet mit strgeruschen. Wenn man das optische kabel am TV hat dann Hdmi whlen dann auf dolby und auf 5.1 Haken setzen und in den eintsellungen auf Bitstream dolby.
Meine Einstellungen an dem Headset: Input PS4, DTS On und Equalizer auf Flat, so wird der Headset Sound nicht verflscht. Wer eigene Bedrfnisse hat verstellt den Equalizer.
Das Gamedac ist direkt an der Pro verbunden ber das mitgelieferte optische Kabel. Das mitgelieferte Chat Kabel was auch als Stromzufuhr dient ist ebenfalls an der PS4 ber USB verbunden. Anfangs hat mich das zu kurze Kabel gestrt was ich aber durch Bestellung eines 2 meter Kabels von Steelseeries lsen konnte (teuer und rgerlich), bei so einem Preis sollte ein lngeres Kabel dabei sein das zumindest mit der Konkurrenz von der Lnge mithalten kann. Hab genug andere Headsets getestet die ein Drittel kosten und eher ein zu langes Kabel hatten aber nie ein zu kurzes. Was mich noch gestrt hat war, bei lngerem benutzen des Headsets wurden die Ohren schnell warm und das Headset drckte trotz Kopfband an den Ohren und auf dem Kopf. Durch ein leichtes verstellen des Kopfbands also etwas lockerer Einstellung wurde der Tragekomfort erheblich verbessert so das langes benutzen keine Probleme verursacht. Jetzt fhlt sich das Headset angenehm an. Woran man erkennt das DTS funktioniert stellt man an der PS4 erst fest wenn man ein Spiel startet das Surround untersttzt also die meisten Spiele, wenn man vom Spiel ins PS4 Men zurckkehrt merkt man wie die PS4 vom ingame Surround wieder auf Stereo wechselt auf Akustische art, auserdem kann man ingame ganz gut testen ob Surround an oder aus ist. Bei mir war durch DTS On ingame ein przises Orten der Position der Gegner mglich ohne sie zu sehen, sogar Gegner die hinter mir sind konnte ich genau bestimmen und ob sich ein Gegner ber oder unter mir befindet. Wenn man DTS ausschaltet hrt man den Gegner zwar aber man wei nicht aus welcher Entfernung und ob der gegner ber oder unter einem ist zudem kann man dann nicht so leicht verstehen wenn sich ein Gegner hinter einem befindet man muss sich praktisch im Spiel drehen um zu verstehen wo sich der Gegner befindet das ist mit DTS On nicht ntig finde ich, aber da knnt ihr euch eure eigene Meinung bilden. Am PC ging auch alles problemlos. High Res ist leider fr mich nur ein nettes Gimmick das ich am Anfang benutzt habe aber da man dann auf das Mikrofon verzichten muss habe ich es nicht mehr benutzt, durch den Input Hi Res hat sich selbt auf der PS4 Pro der Sound etwas lebendiger angehrt z.B bei GTA 5 auch wenn auf der PS4 pro kein richtiges Hi Res vorhanden ist habe ich die Regentropfen fast schon gesprt mchte ich Sagen im Gegensatz zum PS4 modus. Natrlich kann man den Hi Res input erst dann testen wenn man eine entsprechende Quelle hat aber allein das bei so einem alten Spiel so ein Sounderlebnis durch den Gamedac mglich ist muss ich sagen das die Werbung mit dem eintauchen ins Spielgeschehen schon zutreffend ist auch wenn es rgerlich ist das Hi Res keine Mikrofon und keine DTS Funktion hat. Was mich noch fr den Preis strt ist das anstatt 50mm Lautsprecher Treiber nur 40mm Lautsprecher Treiber verbaut wurden, dadurch wurde etwas Rumlichkeit vom Hrerlebnis verschenkt trotzdem finde ich muss sich das Headset vom Sound nicht vor einem Headset mit 50mm treibern verstecken da schon beachtlich viel Sound aus den 40mm treibern rauskommt nur wre es wahrscheinlich noch einen tick rumlicher vom Klang aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Le arctis pro est miens depuis 1 mois et je pense que c’est le meilleur casque que je n’ai jamais eu.
Il est aussi confortable que pratique et le son est limpide.
Pour tout ceux qui utilise ce casque pour les jeux je ne vous conseille pas le 7.1 car cette technologie est trop voluer et pour l’instant trs peux de jeux la prennes en charge.
Par contre, POINT IMPORTANT je vous conseille fortement d’utiliser un galisateur pour rgler vous mmes le taux de basse, etc.. Car la version d’usine a serte dj une qualit de son consquente mais pour moi il n’est pas du tout a son plein potentiel ! Avec une bonne gestion des basses et des aigus, le casque rvle un son que mme sur des casque uniquement d’coute musicale je n’ai jamais entendu !
Alors vous voulez un casque pour jouer et/ou couter de la musique avec une qualit de micro impeccable je vous le conseille !
D’ailleurs a propos du micro, moi qui fais souvent des lives j’enregistrais ma voie avec un Blue Yeti et ce casque est presque aussi performant que ce micro haut de gamme alors que demander de plus ?

Best headphones i ever had
Great sounding headphones, at first i though they were a little quiet until i realised there is volume control on the DAC aswell as on the headphones themselves so make sure you crank them both up
For months I was looking at which gaming headset I should buy & I am very happy about my choice that I have made to get this SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC Headset – sound is very good & loud – does not hurt my head after an hour of game play. So far so good & hopefully this headset will last a long time.
The sound quality is out of this world, both for music and with the microphone. People said I sounded like a radio broadcaster with this mic. However, I found the cloth strap (underneath the hard plastic connector between ears), to be annoying. The ear cups felt really tight and I wear eyeglasses, so that was uncomfortable. In the end I had to return these because the microphone mute/unmute button stopped working. It worked great at first, then started only working intermittently. For a set of headphones at this price, the quality should be extremely high and these should least for years. The switch that controlled the mute button obviously gave out well before its intended wear-out date.
Hallo Headset interessenten also ich kann einiges ber Das Arctis Pro mit Gamedac erzhlen weil ich war schon drauf getrimmt dieses Headset bis auf die nieren und in allen bereichen zutesten und zubewerten.
Bevor ich mich fr die Steelseries Entschieden hatte. Waren die beiden anderen gegner die GSP 600 von Sennheiser und die MMX300 von Beyerdynamic.
Nach gut geschtzt 300 mal Test Videos und Reviews und anderen Rezensionen von den Drei headsets Entschied ich mir fr das Arctis Pro mit dem gedanken Arctis Pro Hi Res ok und Noch GameDac OKEEEE und die Kompatibilitt WOW……
Meine Prioritten waren
VIELSEITIGKEIT: ich dachte mir ja die Gsp600 schn aber externe Soundkarte muss sein und bei der MMX300 SOWIESO und tadaa Arctis pro hat schon ein und dazu auch noch billiger als die beiden anderen, dass ist wirklich eine ordentliche Ausstattung.
Bis dahin alles Super.
Als ich das Headset mal vom Gamedac rausnahm und ich es an meinem Handy Testen wollte musste ich noch den extra adapter einstecken ist kein problem mach ich gerne aber wenn ich den stecker an den Gamedac dranmachen will, da dachte ich mir ok Kabel ist ja schon kurz und das Gamedac anschluss vom Headset die Vertiefung ja ok hat sein Sinn aber man htte, fr das jahr 2018 was besseres einfallen knnen. Weil ich mir fast sicher bin muss ja nicht mal ich derjenige sein jeder beliebige Mensch der den druck Falsch ausbt und die Spitze dadurch verbiegt oder was auch immer ihr wisst was ich meine Hoffentlich. Da bin ich echt Sensibell weil ich mit all meine Sachen so umgehe als wrs mein letzter und ich die 220 mit meinem Schwei bezahle. Ich mchte auch nicht irgendwann so ein Special Kabel frs headset bestellen oder gar ein Gamedac.

Da stimmt alles aber ein punktabzug bei Quali ich war mir unsicher ob ich HI RES gehrt habe da gibt es einfach keine besttigung ein unterschied dazwischen auch nichts entdeckt mssen die Daten zum Abspielen auch auf HiRes aufgenommen sein naja ist ja egal war mir eee eigentlich total egal…
TRAGEKOMFORT:
Ich hab ja meine Ohren nie mit anderen verglichen aber ich meine das die zum Durchschnitt villeicht ein bisschen klein ausfallen und mein Schdel ebenfalls deswegen empfand ich das Schwierig dieses Headset im Perfekten Position zu halten damit der Klang nicht verflscht wird wie beim 360 Surround Sound.
Nach 3 Tagen und jeweils 6 Stunden wurde mir das alles zuviel Band fester gemacht sitzt super ich ganz kurz runter geguckt verutscht klang verflscht…. Fliege oben auf decke geguckt rutscht klang verflscht. Erstens war ich berrascht mit dem Kopfband schnes gefhl aber nach der Zeit dacht ich mir Das Passt dir pershnlich nicht.
Das Headset sitzt aufm kopf auch wenn ich Headbanging nie ausbe hab ich es getan und fiel auch nicht runter Super.
FAZIT: Gute Ausstattung fr denn Preis.

Not sure sound wise if it Warrents tee price tag but the only reason this is not getting 5 stars is the padding on the ear cups is a little shallow so you find your ear very slightly pressing up against the speaker, not a issue if just using for an hour but on long gaming sessions it gets uncomfortable, on a plus side tee removable battery is a nice touch and the fact one can be charging while using the other.

Sehr gutes Headset aber mit Verbesserungspotential
Super Headset, sitzt bequem allerdings bei langen Sessions wird es etwas unbequem die Polster knnten noch etwas bequemer sein.
Was nervt ist das vom micro verursachte rauschen beim Mikrofonmonitoring wenn ich die Lautstrke des mikros hher drehe um mich besser zu hren wird das rauschen zu laut, wenn spielsound oder chat dabei ist fllt es nicht auf aber bei leisen Passagen nervt es etwas und man muss die Lautstrke runter drehen. Ansonsten ist die Sound Qualitt hervorragend Lautstrke ist auch ok.

Verarbeitung:
Bei der Verarbeitung habe ich echt wenig zu meckern. Die Qualitt sieht sehr gut aus und ich habe auch nicht das Gefhlt, dass hier ein Teil bald schlapp macht. Es knarzt und knackt nichts, und das obwohl die Ohrmuscheln doch in guten Mae beweglich sind.
Komfort:
Ich bin erfreut dass das Arctis Pro sich gegenber der 3/5/7 Serie verbessert hat. Ich habe es schwer Headsets zu finden, die auch bei lngerem Tragen bequem sind. Headsets mit dem Kopfband ist bei mir Pflicht, jedoch war beim Arctis 7 die Polsterung zu wenig.
Hier habe ich keine Probleme, selbst nach langem Tragen. Die Beweglichkeit der Ohrteile ist hier sehr hilfreich. Beim Arctis 7 haben meine Ohren innen gerieben und waren teilweise (vor durch Bewegungen beim Reden) ganz aufgescheuert. Das ist hier zum Glck geschichte.
Sound:
Die Audioqualitt halte ich fr sehr gut und vor allem sehr natrlich. Viele Headsets sind sehr Basslastig. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Ohne am Equalizer rumzuspielen ist der Sound sehr ausgewogen. Durch entsprechende Einstellungen kann man hier noch “seinen” Sound finden.
Jedoch habe ich eher negatives Feedback von Freunden bekommen, die mich ber das Mikro reden hrten. Gegenber meinem lang genutzten Steelseries Siberia v2 (bzw. 200) klinge ich laut meinen Freunden etwas blecherner. Das ist bei solch einem Headset (und bei vorher bereits besserer Qualitt) vor allem bei dem Preis etwas schade.
DAC:
Das DAC ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Ich bin zwar kein Fan davon, da mal einmal seine Einstellungen vornimmt und es ab da “ungenutzt” auf dem Schreibtisch steht. Dennoch ist auch dies von guter Qualitt.
Einrichtung:
Das Anschlieen und Einrichten war (Windows 10) sehr einfach. Ich habe noch zustzlich die Steelseries Software runter geladen, um weitere Einstellungen vornehmen zu knnen. Alles lief von Anfang an einwandfrei.

Sound is very impressive.and will make you search the room for the location of sounds lol.
Headband fits me and I have huge head ( take biggest glasses, bike helmet etc and Baseball caps never fit) They feel like quality tbh . Wireless box is simple to use and can be used from pc via usb (discord ?) While getting sound from Xbox or PS4 . Should be noted that if you want to use them.for chat on consoles , only PS4 is directly supported. However, via supplied cable ,you can plug into controller or use Bluetooth and Xbox app for party chat (cable option needed for in-game chat tho)
Habe mir das Steelseries Pro + Game DAC zugelegt.
Bis dato bin ich sehr glcklich, habe das Headset jetzt knapp ne Woche.
Die Lieferung erfolgte pnktlich.
Schon beim Auspacken hat man gemerkt da man es hier mit einem hoch qualitativen Headset zu tun hat.
Das anschlieen war Simpel und unkompliziert.
Kurz noch die dazugehrige Software runter geladen und es knnte los gehen.
Klang sehr klar und der Bass hat es auch hinter sich.
Da ich viele shooter spiele habe ich grossen Wert auf 7.1 gelegt, auch da gibt es nichts zu bemngeln.
Einen Stern Abzug fr den wirklich hohen Preis, man bekommt zwar was geboten, jedoch finde ich 230 ziemlich happig.
Meines Erachtens nach ein super Produkt, fr die mit dem gewissen Kleingeld

Da ich eher dazu neige keine Rezensionen zu schreiben, mchte ich euch bitten nachsichtig mit mir zu sein 😉
Ich spiele Hauptschlich auf der PS4 und dort nur FPS, meistens R6, und habe deshalb ein Headset gesucht, welches zum einen individuellen Game/Chat- Sound bietet, zum anderen eine bessere Soundqualitt hat als das Sony Wireless Stereo 2.0 .
Daher habe ich mehrere Hersteller ausprobiert und muss sagen, dass das Arctis Pro MIT Game DAC auf jeden Fall bei mir auf Platz Eins liegt, da es klar Preis/Leistungssieger in seiner Preisklasse ist.
Gerade im Vergleich zum Astro A40 MIT Mix Amp, kann ich euch sagen, dass der ganze Klang, fr mich als Laien, beim Arctis Pro Meilen besser abgestimmt ist als beim Astro!
Gerade fr die Leidensgenossen, die in einem Spiel wie R6 klanglich nicht den berblick verlieren wollen und auch noch in Feuergefechten die Schritte der Gegner hren wollen, kann ich dieses HS wrmstens empfehlen!
Ich hoffe ich konnte euch bei eurer Kaufendscheidung mit dieser Rezension weiterhelfen!
Nachdem ich mir etliche Tests zu aktuellen Headsets durchgelesen habe, sollte es dann das ArctisPro werden.
Wegen des Preises tendierte ich erst zur einfachen Version. Also bestellt und am nchsten Tag hielt ich es auch schon in den Hnden. Leider war ich anfangs nicht wirklich zufrieden. Alles klang etwas blechern und auch wenn ich in den Tests gelesen hatte, dass der Bass gut aber dezent sein sollte … musste ich feststellen das er quasi gar nicht vorhanden war. Das blecherne Klangbild lies sich durch deaktivieren von DTS etwas eindmmen. Nach mehrmaligen rumprobieren dann mit dem Equalizer konnte ich auch keine wirklichen Fortschritte machen. Das Mikro klang 1A kein rauschen, nichts.
Also noch mal ein wenig im Internet recherchiert und mich dann kurzerhand entschieden dem ArctisPro noch eine Chance zu geben. Dieses mal aber mit dem GameDAC. Also dieses bestellt und die einfache Variante zurck geschickt.
Tja und der Unterschied war direkt hrbar. Mit dieser Version habe ich nun ein absolut sauberen Klang. Schritte z.B. in PUBG sind klar ortbar. Granaten die direkt neben einem explodieren, lassen durch den Bass das Headset sogar gaaanz leicht vibrieren, ohne dabei bertrieben zu wirken.
Ich habe folgende zwei Soundeinstellungen vorgenommen:
– DTS deaktiviert
– Equalizer auf BassBoost (verfgbare Profile im Equalizer unterscheiden sich zwischen Standard- und GameDAC-Variante)
Musik kann man ebenfalls sehr gut genieen mit dem Teil. Wer sich eher den Kopf wegdrhnen lassen will vom Bass, fr diesen wird das Headset wahrscheinlich nichts sein.
Auch bei dem zweiten Headset ist das Mikro einwandfrei, kein rauschen, brumme o..
Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung! Aber nur (!) mit GameDAC!
PS: Fr groe Kpfe knnte das ArctisPro wirklich etwas eng sein! Bei mir passt es wie angegossen – musste nicht einmal was verstellen.
