Honestly one of the best baby products I’ve ever bought. If you’re bottle feeding or thinking of bottle feeding I cannot stress how much you need this. The machine is super fast and always perfect temperature. Easy to clean and fill. No more waiting for your boiling water to cool down.

There are so many reviews of this product and no one mentions that the smallest bottle that can be made is 4oz and it is a lot for babies at early stage and mine is prem who doesn’t take more than 2oz. For now it is going as waste for which I have taken a star away….
Otherwise it is god send and does what it is supposed to do.
Perfect prep
Bought it previously for first child and knew i needed it again when I was expecting next one. Its a lifesaver especially during night feeds. Literally takes a minute to make a bottle, and never had any ‘malfunctions’. Easy to clean and use, definitely recommend
Life saver!
I LOVE this machine. It’s been amazing for having a bottle ready for my baby within a minute. I can’t remember how I managed beforehand. I am especially grateful to have this machine during the night, it makes night time feeding 100x easier.
It’s essentially just a kettle but without having to wait for the formula to cool to the right temperature.
The only thing I would change is that it is quite loud when it beeps to signal the water is done. I keep mine next to my bed for easy access through the night and luckily my husband is a heavy sleeper otherwise this loud beeping (it beeps twice) would definitely disturb and there is no way to turn the noise down.
Still worth 5 stars though as it has made my life a hundred times easier!

As new parents we have many tommy tippee products yet this surpassed our expectations. The system is soo easy to use and literally takes seconds to create a bottle at exactly the right temperature. The price difference vs the ready made milk cartons is considerable so we also find this real value for money. As our baby is combination feeding due to being premature we were concerned we would purchase and she may not like the powder yet she can’t get enough of it!

Absolutely a must have if you have a baby only takes 2mins to make a 120ml bottle at the correct temperature as well so baby can get straight on with feeding without having to spend another 5mins cooling bottle down. Only one unfortunate thing is 120ml is the lowest amount this will make. Its very quick and easy to clean with the lights on side that also tell you when it’s time to change filter inside. Great buy and a must have.
Must have item
This has been brilliant….so glad I took the plunge and bought it…..it has saved so much time with bottle prep. I would recommend this to everyone who is having a baby and will be bottle feeding at any point. Well worth the money and very easy to upkeep and clean.
LOUD
This version one model is loud, had to return as the beeps from the machine (which you can turn off in newer model) were just to unbearable – literally two needlessly high pitched fire alarm beeps, not good for the middle of the night and an annoyance.
If you want this kind of item, the newer version is better and doesn’t have this but is more expensive.
With all that, if you can tolerate the beep, it’s very good and time saving when combined with a cold water sterliser.
Good machine
Can’t fault the machine.
Makes bottle of formula relatively quickly and painlessly; isn’t very noisy either (my capsule coffee machine is much noisier).
My only gripe would be having to keep buying filters specific to the machine, but at the end of the day if it’s putting cleaner water into our little monster so that’s a good thing.
Wife personally didn’t like it and is sticking batch preparing bottles with a kettle and heating them up with a bottle warmer.

A must have!
We would it be without this! It’s easy to use, which is just washer you want when you have a baby in one arm!
It makes the bottle at the perfect temperature so takes the guess work out so much so we’ve brought a second one for nursery for night feeds.
The only niggle I have is the bleep to earn you it’s stopped dispensing water. It’s far to loud and unnecessary to the point where there are videos on the internet showing you how to disconnect it.
It does require filters but can be purchased from Amazon on a self ordering basis to make like easier.

This machine has honestly saved me from tiredness and stress. Unfortunately i ordered 2 weeks after our baby was born so i had to suffer a little waking up middle of the night going up and down the stairs etc but once this item arrived things changed for the better, literally made bottles at my bed side with minimal effort. A must buy but please buy as soon as your baby is born.
Newborn Essential
I brought this machine when I had my first baby at it was a life saver and sped feeding times up so much. I would say it’s an essential for a newborn. Cleaning is easy and descaling is easy to do, however I have had to get this replaced a couple times due to it burning out after descaling it. Even following the video provided on the tommee tippee website it still continues to do it. Other than that I would say it’s an amazing product.
Life Saver!
Upon the arrival of our first child, my partner was keen to try breastfeeding, unfortunately our boy couldn’t get enough so we went to using formula. After reading all the steps on how to prepare formula, we were quite overwhelmed and wondering where you find the time to make it up! We were then recommended to use a prep machine, like this one. We bought it immediately after seeing it was on sale. It turned up well packaged and simple to set up. Making a bottle is now down to minutes instead of waiting 30 mins for kettle to cool etc. It’s great at night when the baby is screaming his head off dying for some food!
There are a couple of downsides, that being the limitation on serving size with the lowest at 4oz, which is suitable for babies 3-4weeks and up, but any younger you’re chucking away a lot of formula. Also, the beep noises are very loud, especially at 2am, with no apparent way of making it quieter without voiding your warranty. Overall, very happy with the product and the price paid – although I don’t think it’s quite worth the full RRP.
Fantastic inventio
Such a great invention, saves so much time which means less time listening to the milk cries! Only down side is that it makes 2 really loud beeps – there is no need for them to be that loud.

Brilliant machine, was dubious at 1st as loads of friends told me to get one, so we bit the bullet in the end! only regret is that I didn’t purchase from the beginning!

Get extra mixing/storage lids so you can sterilise once a day. 3-4 filters was enough for all the formula feeds my son needed.

These machines have always been a god send when it’s 2am and you need an instant bottle making to keep the whole house quiet.
It’s exactly as described, brand new, came with cartridge which I was unsure about as it did not state, but was in pictures and assuming ‘brand new’ meant it did. So thank you!
A steal in price, I was looking elsewhere having to potentially fork out when this one was modest and reasonable.

Just buy it.
I tried making bottles using kettle water etc and then trying to get it the right temperature …but at 11pm, 2am, 4am and then again at 6am it all became a little much. With this…I simply press the button…add powder…press the button again and then go back to bed. Its not the cheapest but you,ll get it back in sleeping time.

Contrary to negative comments, I do not see myself without him. Personally, I don’t think I know how to use it.
1. No water from the refrigerator is required. I have a constant room temperature of 24-25 degrees and it does not overheat. Yes, I suffered a few times in the summer when I was 29-30 in the room, but I solved it very quickly with a few ice cubes.
2. The minimum quantity is 4 ounces, 120ml. Correct, but you can do a smaller count if you turn off the device. Press for the first shot of water, put the desired formula and mix and press again. To stop, you just have to press the button a3a time. The downside is that you have to be careful with the quantity and it’s a bit hot.
3. For the complete dissolution of the forum, if those who complain read the manual, put the formula after the first shot of water in water of 70 degrees. This also helps kill the bacteria that may exist in the formula.
4. Prepare the milk in less than 2 minutes at the optimum temperature. At night, just press a button, put the formula already measured in the evening in the dispensers, mix and press again. Ordinary simple.
5. There is no milk dispenser. Just filter and heat the water to the optimum temperature.

Saves time but the most important there is a filter which was why we purchased in the first place and no more worries for the quality of tap water anymore.

This product is a life saver wish they had this 10 years ago when I had my other child. It’s the perfect temperature in miniutes. Saves cooling down bottles with screaming babies. My only concern is for cleaning which I worry about as I have heard bad reviews about mould etc. We use mam bottles which is great that you can use any bottles. The only thing to make it better would be to make a portable one!! X
How did we ever manage without it?!
Unfortunately we had to discontinue breastfeeding after 4 months, and this machine was a game changer. There are several ways to make up formula for a feed, and they are all either impossible to achieve when sleep deprived, or result in uncontrollable rage. This machine takes all the hassle out of it. Push a button, wait, add formula, push button again, wait, feed. It takes seconds rather than excruciating tens of minutes trying to get the milk to the right temperature. Just buy one, you and your sanity won’t regret it… until maybe you have to replace the filter cartridge for 11.50 every three months… ouch.
Amazing item, best choice ever made
The best item ever for babies and soo quick and easy too use, baby feeds ready in 2 mins or less, which is good for crying babies, my son was inpatient for his feeds but this is a lifesaver.
Must Have for Formula Feeding!
This product was a lifesaver! I put off ordering it for a while, wondering if it was really worth spending so much on what seemed to be a fancy kettle. However, after much sleep deprivation, I placed my Hope’s in the positive reviews and ordered one. And oh my gosh, my partner and I both couldn’t stop singing it praises. It just makes life so much easier. To be able to make a bottle at any time of night, within a couple of minutes (rather than boil water, then wait for it to cool etc), and I’d also fill up my bottles with the water if I was going out, because it would be at ideal temperature for the get go. Honestly, if you’re formula feeding, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Good product my son has one for his baby daughter. I was going to have this myself but we decided to just use theirs, didn’t return it in the end as someone I know was wanting one so they had it, so good all round

After reading so many varied reviews about this product I really didn’t know whether to buy it or not. But I am so glad I did!!!! It’s very easy to use, comes out at the perfect temperature, and literally takes 2mins. Yes ok, it’s a glorified kettle. However, making a bottle and cooling it down takes an absolute age with a screaming baby in your arms at 4am!! I don’t know what other people expect from this product, it’s NOT going to feed your baby for you. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to any new parents wanting to make life that little bit easier.

Worth every penny
I didn’t bother with this for my first child as I thought it was unnecessary, but with sprog number 2 we decided to make life easy on ourselves. And omg, it’s worth every penny. No more faffing about with the kettle and then ice buckets to cool the milk down. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner. What muppets! If you’re considering it, just buy it. “You regret your economies, not your extravagances” How true this is!

Superb invention. How people used to have to wait for water to boil then cool with a screaming baby is beyond me… hats off to you. Two minutes and the perfect temperature bottle is made. Need I say more. Only thing I would say Tommee Tippee is give us the option to turn the beep off!!
Literally is the perfect machine....
I was in two minds whether to try these machines or not, lots of people saying to go for it and others not. So I bit the bullet and bought it as I felt alternative ways of making bottles was time consuming and ruling my days. Since the prep machine arrived it’s been amazing, easy to set up, simple and quick to use. I would 100% recommend to any parent bottle feeding. It is worth every penny and the only regret I have is not buying one sooner, my advice give it ago!

Super quick!
This machine is great! I love the fact that I can start preparing the feed as my baby is stirring and it is finished before he wakes up crying for food and wakes everyone else up.
It is easy to use once set up, the beep is quite loud but doesn’t disturb anyone else.
We had a problem with the water being too hot for the machine to work but some ice in the tank soon resolved that issue.
Highly recommend for the night feeds especially as I can feed my baby quickly, happy baby = happy mum

This is an awesome machine! Just press the power button, add the formula and press the power button again and voila, the milk is ready in 2mins at perfect temperature with the right amount of water added.

A life saver! I originally decided I wouldn’t spend the money on a prep machine… but gave in after the positive reviews from friends. After the first bottle, I haven’t regretted it!
Quick and easy which is just what you need when your baby is screaming/middle of the night!
I make sure I clean mine every 2 weeks as instructed in the manual and haven’t had any problems. Filters lasted about 4 months which I thought was good too!
This product has truly been a life saver!!! When its 2am and you’ve a screaming newborn and you can make a bottle in 2 minutes it makes all the difference. Very easy to put together eg the filter, Instructions are very well and have pictures but after doing it once a filter change is very easy. A filter for us normally lasts around 2months, the filter doesn’t work on a time limit it goes by usage so if you use the machine alot the filter will need replacing quicker but these are around 10 to buy and you can pick them up from a u supermarket, also a light comes on the front of your machine telling you the filter needs changing, it also has a separate light for when it needs cleaning and 1 for when it’s a hot day to warn you if the water inside has got to hot. As the machine makes your bottles ready to feed baby straight away if the water Inside is to hot then you wont be able to feed right away. Very easy to use, you place your bottle under the machine, press the button and it dispenses a shot of hot water, you then put your formula in and give it a good shake you have 2minutes to do this before the machine stops its cycle and shuts off, you then put your bottle back under and it dispenses the cold water, it gives a beep when done and your bottle is ready. My baby is currently on 8 ounces and it still only take around 3minutes to make a bottle, this is truly 1 of the best products weve brought for our baby
Is a time saver!
I use this for few months now is a time saver for me and my wife. The baby eats at perfect temperatures, it helps especially in the night when you are sleepy. Just put some tape on back of his to lower the sound.

Best baby product we have bought. Due to weight issues we had to go on a feeding plan and were spending a fortune on ready made formula. This machine makes a bottle up no time at all. Yes the beeps are loud but this does not bother me.
We do waste milk as the lowest amount you can make is 4oz but this is a small price we pay for the convenience.

Brought for my daughter who loves it ,easy to use. This her 2nd one , first one packed up after 8. Onths,contacted the supplier and they sent a replacement. Very easy to deal with.

A mothering MUST HAVE
If you’re formula feeding your baby, buy this immediately. I don’t know if I could’ve survived without it – no exaggeration. I keep it in my babies room because I have a sink in there (despite it telling you not to I guess for H&S because there’s hot water), but it’s nowhere near his bed. It makes the mother of all beeps once it’s finished, but because my baby has had it since very early days, he doesn’t even notice. The filters are an additional 10 or so, and you’ll need to replace it about every 12 weeks. It’s good value and makes a bottle in less than 2 mins. Totally amazing. The hardest thing is remembering how many scoops of powder you’ve added in the middle of the night!!
Worth the money
I didn’t buy this initially as it seems like a complete waste of money paying for something that doesn’t actually do anything you can’t easily do yourself. But having a baby that is incredibly impatient, being able to whip up a formula feed in a couple of minutes, easily and at a consistent temperature is so useful. This is probably the best baby gadget i have purchased so far. Went for the cheaper version as i really dont see the point of the additional features on the day and night. Also useful for tea for baby, not really for yourself because it is too cold for adult tea, just above room temp really.
Best thing ever.
This milk maker is great and definitely worth the money, helped me out a lot when you need a bottle ready it’s done within a couple of minutes, saves time and is easy to use fill it up with water put it on to how many ounces your giving your baby and press the bottom hot water comes then when it’s done press the bottom again and cold water comes wait until that is done and then it’s ready just add ur milk shake well and it’s ready at the right temperature to give to ur baby simple, easy and fast.

Honestly does what it says on the tin. We’ve had no problems at all. Been a life saver as we had a lot of feeding problems, he’d get extremely upset when milk wasn’t prepared fast enough. Boiling kettle and cooling down under a tap isn’t really for our little man.
My mother in lae has had 25 Foster babies through the house and never had any health problems with any. My wife’s a nurse and was quite annoyed by how little support she was given by midwives, but a lot of effort went into telling us not to get a prep machine.

Amazing product! We had one 5 years ago. It as a god send.
The water dispensing seems quieter than our older one. The beep is still on the loud side but it won’t disturb things.
My friend has the newer version (day & night) she bought it at a bargain. I wasn’t sure which version to get, so she sent me a video of her using it. It was just as noisy dispensing water, the beeps were turned on and was just as loud as this one. Although you can turn them down or off apparently.
But with that one you had to press a button at every stage. Which seemed like 6 or 7 times!
This older version you press once for the shot and once to start again after you mixed it.
I feel it’s easier to use (I’ve not personally Jed day and night).
For the price difference we opted for the original version and I know we’ll be super happy with it!
Delivers what it claims - perfect prep for baby milk
Simply a great addition to baby milk prep. Within 2mins 30secs you have a ready made feed with little mess or fuss. It disperses with the advanced prep process that can cause germs to fester. Expensive but worth the money.
Almost perfec
This is a very fancy way of getting warm water, but even with this it’s very convenient and I’m very happy to have it. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is for a couple of small things:
– The beeps that mark that the bottle is ready and VERY loud, and can’t be reduced or muted.
– The minimum bottle is 4oz/120ml, I would have liked to have a 3oz option for the first weeks.
Apart from these small things we love the machine and it’s super convenient.
Miracle!
Look is it the best in its category? Probably not but my god does it make things easy. It’s a good product that has been working for 5 months constantly without a single fault. The only reason it doesn’t go all the way to 5 stars for me is the fact that you need to change the water filter quite often and it can become pricey at some point. Must have if you have a newborn.
Quick but extremely loud
This machine makes preparing powdered formula feeds extremely easy and quick, as I don’t have to wait for the feed to cool down like when using freshly boiled water. Machine is also easy to use.
However, while preparing a feed, it lets out horrendously loud beeps to indicate the first hot shot is done and then to indicate that the top-up of cool water is done. It is annoying during the day and disruptive during the night.
A must have if bottle feeding
Always thought this was one of them things that is unnecessary and waste of money to get (as a lot of things are for a baby) but after a lot of my friends said they could not do without it and I’ve spend too many nights mixing bottles in my sleep I decided to get one, can honestly say it is one of the best things I’ve purchased. Do easy to use and it speeds up the whole process a lot and I can spend more time with my little boy. Could honestly not do without it!

Got this at a reduced price at 80. After making bottles for nearly 5 months using a kettle and heating later we have finally seen the light. If you are thinking about buying one just get it already. Don’t wait. It has changed the game
Simple to use and quick to make feed
It’s really easy to setup and use. I was sceptical at first but if you are mixed feeding or exclusively bottle feeding then this works brilliantly. Just speeds up the whole procsss and no hanging around for what seems like ages whilst milk warms up (and baby screaming for a feed). If well looked after then second hand unit would be good value.
Worth buying
This is a clever product. It is easy to use easy to clean a must for every new parent especially at 3 in the morning when you really need someone else to help you. This nice compact little machine does what would normally have taken half an hour to produce instead takes 3 minutes to produce a nice cool bottle of milk,worth its weight in gold.

A life saver! With the new regulations of milk preparation having to wait 30 mins etc etc this does it all in about 2 minutes to soothe a hungry crying baby. With all baby gadgets there are pros and cons:
Pros: makes bottle preparation fast and easy with less crying

Easy to clean
Cons:
Filters to make sure water is filtered correctly (which is great) replace every 3 months so this can add up. However the convenience of the product makes it 100% worth buying them! As the baby is only on forumulea for 12 months you only need 4 filters. So with this said not a massive con.
Can take a while to clean but this is to make it safe for the baby so maybe about 20-30 mins and it does most of the work just be organised.
Cost but again when you pay for something to make your feeding schedule faster and make your baby happy …priceless
I would say keep it clean often fresh waster every day and follow the instructions for new filters properly to make sure your baby is nice and healthy as this tends to be what the health visitors have said is the main pitfall if they are not cleaned regularly but this to me is a given .

A 'must' for new parents!
Great bit of kit. I have a six month old son and this is by far the best thing we have brought for him. Measures and heats to the correct temperature with very little input from you. An absolute must for new parents. Only slight down side is there is no volume control for the high pitched beep it omits when the bottle is ready. A well place tea towel certainly tones it down a lot.
Life changer!
Life saver if you are bottle feeding especially during the nights. Makes bottles up within two minutes and they are the right temperature to feed your little one. Only downside is that it doesn’t go lower than 4ounces so at the start you can waste a bit of formula but our little one moved quickly onto 4 ounces so it wasn’t for long!

I honestly could not live without my prep machine, when my baby girl needs feeding she needs feeding now even the prep machine takes too long sometimes even though it’s so quick and so easy to use, I empty the water out every morning and even that is super easy to do. Even the cleaning and descaling is so easy to do. It really is worth it’s weight in gold.

This thing is a life saver. If you have a young kid this is a must have. especially for night feeds. Starts at 4oz. Quite a noisy beep and water pump and quite a lengthy cleaning process. Worth buying lots of filters and changing them more often than recommended too.

Ordered this for my grand child. When our children were born bottle preparation and making feeds seemed to take forever. I must admit at first I was a as little underwhelmed by this machine however it is actually quite brilliant. The first measure of water it produces is a bit messy as it initially creates a bout of steam once you remove the bottle and add the milk the second water injection is very precise and spot on in terms of temperature.

Revising this review, in practice the prep machine will not dispense less that 40ml which leads to a lot of waste formula for a new born. It will be of benefit for future models to have the option to dispense less?
Filters need to be replaced regularly and the machine descaled. For us the descaling lead to a call to customer services as the machine suffered a breakdown. However CS were very good as were Amazon with a replacement unit.
Not cheap but invaluable
Not cheap, but worth the pennies, easy to use, a little fiddly to empty and clean as you have to take the whole machine to the sink, but once set up, you get your formula at the correct temperature in seconds and if you have a hungry baby that is priceless!
Noisy but does the job
Great machine! If only there was a button to adjust the beeping sound. I did keep it in the kitchen but it would still wake the baby up in the room next door! In the end I’ve decided to play with the wires at the back and disconnect the sound completely.
Lifesaver for the sleep deprived pare
This has been a lifesaver in my household. As all bottles need to be made fresh, the prep machine is easy to use and a bottle is made to the perfect temperature in under 2 minutes. Rather than waiting for the kettle water to cool and constantly checking to get the desired temp…it allows my 5 week old to get his milk in no time.

This is an absolute lifesaver!
Bottle done in 2 minutes on the early morning feeds which means no screaming baby! Always makes it a perfect temperature.
Only downside is it can take a while to clean/change filter but you only need to do that every couple of months.

Brought this for our 2nd child. Its worth every penny. You would not regret buyin one of these. Makes making a bottles hassle free and in no time. Perfect temperature all the time. I brought another pretty much straight away so I could have 1 upstairs and 1downstairs. The best bottle making product ive seen.

Absolutely worth every penny in my opinion! This machine has been a god send for quick and accurate bottle making for feeds (especially appreciated at 3am!) Love everything about it. I would urge anyone who is bottle feeding to get a perfect prep!!
The only option and a must have
Brilliant, couldn’t live without it. There’s no better option on the market which means I give 5 stars despite some imperfections; the spout dribbles water out in a bit of a spray, which is an issue if you’re using bottles with a narrow entry.

This prep machine is a life saver. I wasnt keen on getting it. But my husband bought it. And omd i dont regret one bit. With my other kids I had to wait for kettle and then wait more for the milk to cool down. Whereas now I make the milk within few secs. Just love this!

I couldn’t live without this, there is no way I could heat and prep water to the extent that I would need. Amazing machine only downside is the beeping noise when the milk is ready you cannot turn it off or adjust the volume
Best thing I ever bought.
Best thing I have ever bought. My son is not patient, he decides he wants a bottle and goes from laughter to full on screaming in about 5 seconds. Being able to make a bottle at the correct temperature in less than 2 Minutes is a life saver. It would take so long to make with the kettle and cool while my baby is breaking his heart.

Amazing. Easily the best baby gadget purchased this year. Makes nightly feeds so much quicker and less stressful. Be warned: when you don’t have it with you, you definitely wish you had a mini portable one! Tommy Tippee crack on with it for the next generation of parents/ babies. Great item, was one of our best buys as a busy family. We ended up buying this product more then once as had multiple children with a few years gap. We even travelled with this and found it easy to travel with. Easy to operate and a godsend at night.

You couldn’t bottle feed without this!!! It’s quick and easy to use. It’s the best 80 I’ve spent since having a baby and the black design is sleek and looks good in the kitchen! I just wish it was portable when out and about as it’s such a life saver at home!

This is quite invaluable at night for us. Nhs dont recommend them but we’ve had no problems whatsoever. When out and about I make bottles in the same way the machine does so its perfect temp each time. Highly recommended.
Can't live without it now
This product is very useful and quicker to prepare milk, especially as my little one is a instant screamer for milk and middle of the night he has no patience! Only downfall I would say is it’s very noisy and also water spits a bit at the end of flow.
Life saver.
This machine is an actual life saver. I would not be able to cope without it, so quick and easy to prepare bottles. Doesn’t require much maintenance really. The 60 one is all you need, don’t bother forking out for the bigger more expensive version it’s absolutely pointless when this model is perfectly capable for the required purpose.

A complete game changer!!! Best purchase I have made!
With twin boys this machine is a complete game changer. My boys were 6 weeks premature and were tube fed initially and then bottle fed with both my expressed milk and formula whilst in special care. Once home, we started to use this machine with both normal formula (cow and gate 1) for the bigger twin and NutriPrem 2 which has been prescribed for the smaller of our twins due to low birth weight. Using this machine makes perfect bottles every time and just makes the whole process so much easier, quicker and less stressful, especially with newborns and when you have two of them deciding they are hungry an hour earlier than normal!!!! Most definitely the best purchase I have made and I just could not be without it.

This machine has been an absolute life saver! I would definitely recommend parents who are bottle feeding their children to use this machine. The water comes out at the perfect temperature and it only takes a couple of minutes for the milk to be ready. This is especially useful in the middle of the night. We use ours so much that we even packed it when we went abroad on holiday!!
Loved this but broke when cleaning
The Perfect Prep worked a treat for exactly a year and was a lifesaver, it is so quick to make a bottle up there and then when your baby is hungry. Cleaning was a bit of a chore but not difficult to follow the instructions. However, it broke when cleaning and after googling it suggests that a fuse has gone in the back of the machine and that this seems to be a common problem. I would buy again because it did exactly what we needed it to, but take care when cleaning and switching between hot and cold water as this causes the issues.
Excellent with one small faul
There’s an LED light which doesn’t work, and the customer service line just tells you that it doesn’t affect performance of the machine (which indeed it doesn’t). It’s a pity the LED doesn’t work though, as it’s only after looking on forums and making calls that you find out what the issue is.
So, this machine is perfect if you breastfeed and it isn’t enough for the baby so you have to give formula unplanned. It takes around 1min and 30 sec if you are properly organised and can even do it with one hand while holding the baby with the other and nursing it. The Problem with formula feeding -that is not by choise- is that the baby can’t tell the difference and it screams if you put it down to start preparing the formula because obviously it is hungry a lot! So you both get stressed. You stop the feeding in the middle, things become uspet and you both have to calm down first and continue the feeding! With the prep machine this is not an issue! While finishing off the feeding from the breast you can tell if the baby needs more and start doing it with one hand! So no fuss there! And you don’t waste formula by preparing it before starting nursing, because in that case the baby might ask for more or not! If you are giving formula exclusively maybe this machine won’t be a neasesity as you can plan meals, however it is very easy and fast to use.

Amazing product, super happy with this and save some so much time and preparation. Easy to use and quick! Makes life a lot easier preparing to drinkable temperature. Strongly recommend for new Mums & Dads. I was so impressed I brought 2, one for upstairs and one for downstairs 🙂

What a fabulous invention. I never knew this was a thing until my son asked me to order it for him. Once I saw what it did I so wished it was around when my kids were small.
This machine makes a fresh bottle of baby milk at the correct temperature in minutes.
Make sure you read the instructions properly before use for cleaning advice and on changing the filter regularly.
My son and his girlfriend are young parents and this eases my worry as I know my grand daughter is getting a properly made bottle.

Hands down one of the best things we bought for baby (and you do get conned into buying a lot of stuff that isn’t needed). SUPER helpful, fast, easy to clean, honestly a life saver especially when you have a screaming baby wanting a feed out of their ‘routine’ …so worth all the money!
