How to find your right size: 1. Measure waist circumference Run the tape measure around the waist – at the narrowest point, just above the belly button. Make sure that the tape measure does not cut in. 2. Measure hip circumference Run the tape measure around the hips – at the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Make sure that the tape measure on its back does not hang down or stand out. 3. Measure inside leg length Measure your inseam length by placing one end of the tape at the top of your inside leg and the other on the middle of your ankle. If you do not have a tape measure at hand, you can use a thread and measure its marked length with the ruler. Take well-fitting trousers and place them on a flat surface to measure the inseam length along the inseam.
