This Karcher is a smaller model to the last Karcher I bought so I was sceptical as to whether it was up to the job. I’m pleased to say that it’s quite efficient although you have to empty it more frequently because it’s less capacity. Use it in the wet room to dry off the panelling and sliding doors. Would recommend

Unexpectedly versatile!
I got this on a whim for window washing but now I also use it for condensation everywhere too – the shower room walls, the house windows in the morning in colder rooms, the car windscreen etc etc. The suction is not the greatest, the blade frequently leaves some vertical streaks, and the battery is limited, but it’s good enough to be a regularly used item round the house now.

Hard work cleaning the wet room as it is but this makes things a hole lot easier. This squeegee is amazing leaves crystal clean glass without any left overs I highly recommend! Money well spent.

Wish Id bought one sooner! Great for lifting condensation from the windows in the morning, cleaning the windows and I have even used it on the car! Suction is very good. There is no need to hold it hard against the window and if you do it squeeks!
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
After a lifetime of imperfectly cleaned window glass, a friend demonstrated their Karcher Window Vac on one of our windows. I bought mine immediately. And it works like magic! 1. Read the instructions carefully. 2. Put warm water in a bowl and squirt in some washing-up liquid. 3. Wet a micro-fibre cloth in the water and, in circular movements, quickly loosen up all the marks on your glass. 4. Starting at the top of your window, immediately, begin slowly taking the blade down the glass, one strip at a time, until you have cleaned the whole surface. 5. If necessary, before the glass has dried out, clean any small areas of soapy water along the bottom with one single horizontal stroke. Then stand back and admire your handiwork. (It works outdoors as well, if necessary.)
Does a great job clearing windows
Would have given 5 stars but the on/off switch is terrible and difficult to operate. Spoiled an otherwise great product. Still use it but my wife can’t switch it on or off its that bad.
Easy to use and gives a perfect resul
I used this for the first time yesterday to clean all the interior windows in my small semi-det house. I find it easy to use and I am delighted with the perfect finish. I sprayed each window with a mix of vinegar and water and used the vac to suction up any liquid, leaving the window sparkling clean and completely smear free. I read in other reviews that people use a duster to rub the window before vacuuming but I found that this wasn’t necessary. Spray and vac was enough probably because it was only the interiors I was cleaning. I am going to try cleaning the outside downstair windows on a day when the weather is more encouraging. The window-cleaner who cleans all the outsides says he doesn’t want to take on the insides. He doesn’t come very often so it’s good that I can clean the outside of the downstairs windows between his visits. I am thankful to Karcher for producing this vac which is so helpful to me and to Amazon for the price reduction and reliable delivery.

when it comes to cleaning windows , one of the best invention on the market. this my second one the first was an original. but the latest iis far better because the motor is above the retaining tanks therefore allowing more liquid in without flooding into the motor. well worth the money.

Dead simple and effective
I think this is the most basic version of the Karcher window vac and that’s fine by me – I don’t need a load of bells and whistles! Does the job fine sucking up condensation on windows. For my shower screens I use the Karcher cleaning fluid diluted on a cloth and then use the device – all very successful and streak free. Overall very happy with my purchase.

It really is the business
Window condensation dealt with , easy to use, bit of a miracle piece of kit actually. Might seem expensive but this baby doesn’t mess about, my wife loves it as well. Comes with re-charger so I guess it should last years. Sucks up every drop of moisture from windows, and with freezing nights now here it is seriously needed. There are one or two negative reviews which I just don’t get. It really is the business.

I’m just disappointed I didn’t buy one soone
As my wife said after we got this “possibly the best purchase on Amazon this year”! We have a lot of condensation on the windows on cold mornings, and I mean a LOT! Previously we’ve struggled trying to figure out what to do about it, then I saw an advert for this and it was a game changer. The windows go from dripping with condensation, to clear and dry in seconds! It’s so quick and easy to use!
The only real downside is the collecting bottle needs emptying frequently and the battery needs recharging sooner than I’d have expected. The positives are that these are both quick and easy things to do as well. It’s fully recharged in under an hour, and emptying the water from it takes just seconds.
A worthy investment and would definitely recommend it.

Having moved to a larger house with a lot of windows, my patience was tested and my time taken up trying to get streak free cleans. The larger windows are on the rear of the house and get more sun so all you could see were the streaks. Bought a karcher and OMG why didn’t I have one years ago? It has made light of hard work. I love it. Can’t use it enough. Windows, showers partitions, tiles, wardrobe mirror doors, it’s brilliant.

Not half bad, I would like a stiffer rubber squeegee as ends bend over leaving streaks. And I found I kept knocking the water tank making it loose. But on the whole pretty good.

his item does what it is meant to do, it would be better if it were possible to obtain a new battery when the old one ceases to function, this is my third purchase, and while I can not find fault with the equipment, it is a nuisance, having to scrap the machine because the battery life is over.

A smaller version than the original, but easier to use on smaller windows, lighter to carry, with good suction power and a much simpler bottle removal system. All in all, an ideal gadget for the home, takes all the water off my windows with no streaks or mess, charges quickly and easily, very useful!

Great little machine. Quickly clears my bathroom glass cubicle. As this is my second I already had good experience of this machine. Not as keen with the emptying side but it’s only a minor issue.

Couldn’t be without my Karcher. Perfect for keeping showers spotless. Every bathroom should have one! Brilliant for cleaning windows too and particularly in the winter for condensation. We do a lot of pet sits and the Karcher comes with us so we can leave the Owner’s shower gleaming. If you still think one of those things with a blade is as good, then you don’t know what you’re missing!

This is brilliant, I definitely would recommend it if you hate cleaning windows and mirrors, makes the job quicker easier no messy buckets and rags and no smudges on the glass! The only reason I have given it four stars is because is because the on/off button can be a a fiddle.
I am verging evangelical about my Karcher window cleane
I bought this as I’ve recently moved into a new home with full length windows in the living room. I find it difficult to bend down or kneel down for long enough to clean the windows now. I bought this in the hope of making my life easier.
I have 12 windows and cleaned them all (inside only)in well under 2 hours. No aching arms or back and no smears. Wish I had bought one years ago.

Handy cleaner for the bathroom
This was to replace a previous Karcher which lasted several years – we use it daily to clean the glass and tiles after a shower. Keeps the bathroom looking clean, the sealant white and stops the limescale building up. Couldn’t do without it. This one is more compact which is great.

Works really well on windows and can be used for spillages on flat surfaces. I would recommend this product, the only negative would be the better life doesn’t seem particularly long but this is a minor criticism.

Where has this been all my life. I wouldn’t go as far as saying that cleaning windows is a pleasure (it’s not!) bit it is no longer a chore with this product.
I absolutely love this! definitely the best thing I’ve brought for the house. I normally hate cleaning the windows because of smudges and it takes ages. Real time-save
These are great for windows and also mirrored wardrobe doors. Much faster then doing things the “old” way. Found it useful to finish off with kitchen paper as the vac misses the very edge by the frame by about 1/16″ but it’s not really a problem.

Its difficult to remove the water container but persevere and remember to twist the black stopper and once empty place the stopper back properly with a slight twist. Blade is a lot more work as its difficult to remove if you are thinking of returning it. Persevere and its great and work a little hassle.

Why Have a window cleaner?
Karcher window vac is just ideal, always leaves a great finish to my windows with no streaks or smears, I use a water solution to spray over the glass first then wipe over then use the Vac in a downward motion and finally buff with a dry cloth, works for me for a perfect finish.
It does the job
This little tool was a revelation, I honestly thought…..a vaccumn for cleaning glass!!! What next!! Then I saw someone use it and it’s brilliant, I had to have one after seeing the demo and I absolutely love it, it does the job well, it’s fantastic for the shower, all you need to do is use soapy water on the glass then vaccumn it away. Well worth the money.

Really good, I use on the shower screen, sides of bath, tiles and floor. Also going to take in my camper to dry off the windscreen in the morning. Only downside is it’s quite large so harder to store in a small bathroom

Easy to use
I suffer from COPD so cleaning windows is an epic task for me. It doesn’t matter how much effort I put in, my windows are streaked and look awful. However, with Karcher, I am able to leave my window spotless. It is light which doesn’t tire me out. It is very easy to use and doesn’t require strength or stamina. The trick is to make sure the window is wet (rather than just damp) and not to press hard when passing the Karcher along the window. It took me a little while to adjust the angle and pressure but I got it within a few minutes. I used a cloth and a little bit of washing up liquid rather than any special product. I am delighted with it.

Had a Karcher washer years ago and when I replaced it with a cheaper brand which was hopeless, I bought the new Karcher and the design now is smaller, much better performance and easier to hold. Really good product.

Bought to replace an earlier Karcher window vac. The previous one’s switch developed a fault, continued to work but required frequent charging, and eventually failed. Hope this one lasts longer, so far so good.

I am in love. I have a tiled wall, shower glass partition and a tiled floor in my bathroom. It is a two minute job to suck up the water after a shower and the water spilled on the floor after a bath. Makes cleaning windows so easy. I just use washing up liquid and a cloth then use the vacuum they turn out streak free when cleaning internal and external windows.

I bought it mainly to clean the shower and to do the windows. Coped really well with the shower tiles and glass and also the new style windows. When used on the few older windows with the black rubber surround it was more difficult to get really close to corners and edges without leaving streaks. Other than that it is perfect.
Very good but pushbutton is hard to press.
This is the second Karcher window vac after the first one eventually expired after much use. It is smaller and lighter than the previous model but has the same size reservoir.
My main criticism is that the on/off pushbutton is much harder to press than the previous model.
I thought it was faulty and rejected the first one received. The replacement was also hard to press so I assume that it must be a feature of this model.
This is the reason why I rated only 3 stars for ease of use.

Very pleased with this purchase. Makes the job so much quicker and easier, especially for someone with arthritic hands and shoulder joints. Only criticism is that the on/off button is really hard to operate requiring a great deal of pressure.

This is the best item I have ever purchased!! My mum has been going on about it for ages so I bought one and gave it a try it is excellent and have since cleaned every window in the house streak free plus bathroom tiles and glass shower doors I’m obsessed my windows have never been so clean. Bought this because the battery in my old one failed after several years. Unfortunately found that although the product appeared the same as old one, I found that the two blades that I had from my old machine (one being fairly narrow) do not fit the new machine. Pity as our windows are all small square panes of glass.
