The air purifier is a nice size that it not too big or too small and for its size it seems to be very powerful. It looks great and doesn’t look too out of place or ugly in the room like some of these kinds of devices can. It has three speed settings with the highest being very noisy and the lowest being very quiet. I was surprised at how quiet the lowest setting is and with the TV turned on or some other noise it seems to be unnoticeable in the background.
The air purifier seems to work well and the air does seem fresher and cleaner when using it, particularly when it’s been on higher settings. I have noticed that I sleep better at night when I’ve had it turned on throughout the day. I usually turn it off at night as it is still a little noisy and the days I’ve forgot to turn it back on I have noticed the difference.
The night light is a nice feature with this air purifier. It’s not one I use often but I’m sure it would be handy for children’s rooms and it gives the product a uniqueness to it.

Very pleased with these purifiers
I bought 2 of these in December and have used them daily since. I noticed very quickly the difference in air quality in our bedrooms and as someone who has asthma and suffers with dust and pollen allergies, I’d wake up every morning with a blocked nose and wheezy throat.
I now run this unit while I sleep and its truly been amazing. I only use it on level one for both myself and the children, they use the nightlight. And honestly I am absolutely convinced this little guy has helped improve my health. I am yet to change the filter (beware – the replacements are around 30) but it will be interesting to see what’s in there!

It’s wonderful to be pain free after so many years, and not have to set my alarm clock earlier than I need to, to allow time to sit and let painkillers work before I can start my day. The occasional wheezing has stopped too.
I’ve had the purifier for three years now (changed the filter once in that time) , and I genuinely don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say it’s been life changing for me. 100% recommended.
I’ve also just bought a second one, for our small person who suffers with mild asthma. Hopefully it’ll help them too.

OMG, life changing
Plugged this air purifier in and felt my nose clear, half an hour later sinuses all clear. Took it to bed with me and ran it on first fan setting, not night setting. Was quiet and I had the best night sleep in ages. Was so impressed I ordered more for other rooms in the home. Totally recommend, very light and easy to move about, looks trendy (I have black) and has easy to use touch buttons. Highly recommend.
Cleans the air wonderfully
I bought this a few months ago when I moved house. I needed something for my bedroom because I suffer from a dust allergy and my cat has feline asthma. This is the best device ever. When it arrived I thought it was so big. It’s not super quiet either so I didn’t know if I would get on with it. Honestly it’s been amazing. I’m able to sleep better without my nose blocking up and my cat seems less restless at night when he’s sleeping on the bed. I’ve got used to the him hum and now find it soothing to sleep with, like white noise.
I highly recommend this product if your room is an average sized double bedroom.
How to change your quality of sleep overnight!
I took a risk ordering this product as it is always difficult to tell how large or noisy a product will be when purchasing online. My husband has severe asthma and snores really loudly and this product has almost completely stopped the snoring and he says he has never slept better. We have only had to use it on the lowest setting overnight therefore it is extremely quiet, much quieter than a desk fan you might need on over summer. I have just read there is a timer too and I will try that now. I recommend giving this a go.

I don’t normally write a review, however this is so good I had to. I am allergic to cats and moved into a house that the previous owner had cats. I was feeling terrible, after getting this it is amazing. Cleans the air and I feel alot better.

Bought to try to help my wife with eye irritations after being recommended by medical advice, it was an idea to try. This is very nicely made and works just as intended. It may make a difference but it certainly does not make anything worse. Her eye problems have eased so maybe it has helpedit is certainly worth it to us and I think does filter the air. If you think it could help, it is worth tryingit is no magic but it helps.

Great machine compact and quie
Thanks to Amazon who same-day replaced the first one delivered that was faulty out of the box – the touch panel that operates the item had a mind of it’s own! Interestingly this replacement was in an entirely different printed design on the box and worked properly immediately it was unpacked. I am happy to give a good review therefore and running it in the bedroom during the day does seem to help us get a deeper sleep, and the outer ‘foam’ circular filter does collect dust and fluff prior to the Hepa filter. Other comparison and review sites also gave this great scores and it is relatively compact and quiet as well as economical to run.
Excellent product, no blocked nose at night, so far no need to replace filte
Got this because I had an allergic polyp removed from my nose. So far breathing much better at night. I also removed plants, an old wardrobe and other clutter to minimise sources of dust and mould. It’s nice and quiet, only run it for a couple of hours or so before bed time. So far didn’t have to change the filter. They use the same one all day in my Chiropractor’s surgery and they have had good results by simply hoovering out the filter every so often. They just recently got the first replacement after maybe a year or so of constant use.
Amazingly quiet & functional
This product from the first day reduced the irritation from pollen my husband has suffered with all summer. We use it for a couple of hours in the morning and the afternoon on the medium fan in a large room. Just over a week of utilizing, visually examine the amount of dust (in photos) this air purifier has accumulated. That dust would have been floating in the air and I would have been inhaling it.
I additionally included a photo of it in with a tape measure to have a visual conception of the size of the product.

Completely stopped my sneezing and sinus irritation when I go to bed (probably due to my dogs).
It’s not completely silent, I put it on medium when I sleep. I find it’s a comforting white noise.
Changing the filters and vacuuming the bottom filter regularly to remove pet dander if you have animals helps.

I suffer from Hay fever; a friend suggested this product to me. I must say since I have been using this at night time, i can feel fresh air in my bedroom. The night light is also soothing and the sound is minimal. The quality of the product is solid and worth the money. I will recommend this for anyone who suffers from Hay Fever or Asthma. Really works well
We bought this as we have two cats who love sleeping on our bed. Unfortunately we have allergies (but still didn’t want to kick them off the bed), so we bought this.
It’s worked so well so far. We haven’t been waking up coughing or with any allergy symptoms. Going to purchase another one when we move for my daughter’s room.
The noise level is low on level 1+2 but level 3 (naturally ) is slightly higher.

Our bedroom is in the middle of the house with no natural air ventilation via windows (it overlooks the conservatory)and as an asthma sufferer I was finding the air quality to be really bad which was causing a continuous cough throughout the night and preventing me sleeping. Since receiving this air purifier I put on for around 20 minutes before going to bed then switch off and I now sleep better than ever before. I find that although the sound is low on the first setting I prefer not to use throughout the night but don’t feel like I need to.

I purchased this because I am asthmatic and also have pets. It’s quite quiet with different settings! Easy operation! I’m unsure about the sleep quality as I have it in my living room, but the sleep setting is really quiet so imagine it would be great. Really happy with the purchase!

Does whats its supposed 2 - good for allergies
Its hard to give a proper review as I have only had this for less than a month. However you can really feel the difference in the air. I use this in my kids room as they both suffer from allergies. The noise is low enough for them to sleep with it on and the night light is a bonus, has 2 light settings one is perfect for night time. My son used to sniff all night and that has definitely reduced. I will be interested to see how long the filter lasts and how dirty it becomes in a few months time.

We have two springer spaniels that shed despite being brushed. Others have noted that when you come to our house there is a slight dog smell which is to be expected. This air purifier has helped to curb the dog smell while at the same time bring other benefits. It barely makes any noise and often fades in the background. They suggest having it on for a number of hours to get the benefits but it’s that quiet, most of the time we forget it’s even on and it runs for most of the day. Particularly if you use the low fan speed setting (1). Overall we are very happy with the purchase and think it’s well worth it.
One thing to note is that the manual suggests having 30cm of space around all sides of the machine. This is so it can take in as much air as possible and really provide the benefits it talks about. For us personally, this isn’t a problem and it doesn’t look out of place in our house. However, this may be something to take into consideration if you plan to buy it and stick it in a corner.

I bought this as I was not sleeping well due to the sniffles at night. Have put the filter on at the lowest power level i can now sleep well and the sniffles have gone. I obviously have Hay fever and this helps considerably. I have not had to change a filter yet, so I am not sure how long they last or what they are like to change, but fitting them initially was very simple.

I live next to the train tracks and the westway in London… so pollution particles are my best friends. I also suffer from annoying and persistent hay fever, so i got this purifier as soon as i saw it on offer. It is small and quite nice looking, and does the job. You can adjust the intensity (3 settings) and the lowest is barely hearable (I can sleep well with it on). Main downside is that it doesn’t have a timer function.

Works well, a little noisy on setting 2, quite noisy on setting 3, silent on setting 1, easy to use but haven’t noticed the lowering of dust so far, the reason I chose this product is, on a recent review on BBCs “CLICK” program of a phone app for checking the reduction of dust removed with all different models, some far more expensive than this, the comparison wasn’t that much difference, so I decided why pay extra for some that does virtually the same as a cheaper versio
Allergies ? You need this
I suffer with chronic hayfever. 4 months a year every year without fail. Waking up in a slew of bodily juices paired with an unbearable stinging in the eyes has brought me extremely close to tears on many occasions all whilst taking a pharmaceutical solution.
I have this unit in my bedroom and sweet lord the comfort i have now is amazing. I can breath easy and my vision is clear without excess juices in my eyes. Based purely on that i would consider this over cheaper alternative filters. As for longevity im not sure yet howerver there seems to be manufacturer 2 yr warranty. Noise is noticable but very soft and i find it quite soothing.

We don’t use it at night as we wouldn’t cope with the noise (which isn’t too bad but we prefer it to be completely quiet) and the light coming out of it. Also it would stand out too much during the night when everything is dark and one of our kittens likes turning it on and off 😀 We use it during the day instead (20 to 30mins on level 3 as recommended and then on level 1 for the rest of the day). I then have peaceful nights without any sneezing or interruptions (if we exclude my male kitten who may decide that he wants to play at a crazy hour!). If we forget to turn it on for a day, the air would still be clean enough that night. I wouldn’t skip more than a day though.

Definitely worth i
Daughter has asthma and sometimes struggles to sleep. This has helped a lot. Has a gentle night light, is quiet and compact (although bigger than we were expecting). Well worth the purchase and has helped her sleep better. Can’t always have windows wide due to allergies and smoke from neighbours so this has really helped.
AMAZING
I’ve been putting off buying one of these for ages due to the cost and after reading reviews. But I’m so glad I did. I suffer really bad and nothing ever works. However, I’ve noticed waking up in the mornings my eyes arent stuck together/ itchy. My nose isn’t running and not sneezing! I would 100% recommend this so it starts your day off how it should be started!

I have asthma and the air quality around us has gotten considerably worse over the last few months. A friend recommended using an air purifier so I bought this one. Amazing after one night I feel so much better. It’s very quiet did not disturb me at all and I slept all. Igbo fir the first time in ages. Awesome machine highly recommend and well worth the money.

I bought this smaller model for my bedroom as well as its ‘big brother’ for the living room so similar review. Very pleased with this product. Takes up the footprint of an average dinner plate. Noise level is not at all intrusive. I used to see tiny dust particles in my living room swirling against sunlight. They are gone now. Like my fridge/freezer, I haven’t switched it off since I bought it. Both models are very economical to run. Win-win!
Works as described
Works really well I brought as my dog has an allergy to dust mites and some pollens. And as you can see in the picture it does its job I vacuum that room with Henry once a day and have a robot hoover go round several times a day and it still got all that out of the air.
Also I am a light sleeper and on the lowest level this doesn’t disturb my sleep.

bought this item expecting to pop it on a shelf and have it quietly work away, however upon receiving it was bigger than my office bin! No problem i just had to relocate it, on the brighter side of the product it works absolutely amazingly, at the time of writing this review with the first picture it had allready collected a substantial ammount of dust and made a clear difference in air quality, settings 2-3 on the fan can be fairly loud and noticable however setting 1 is quiet enough to sleep with if you can ignore a very very minor hum (not a high pitched hum) cant wait to see how much dust this purifier collectes over a month or two, i will update this review in the future.
Cured my Morning Head & Sinus Issues
I’ve suffered terribly particularly in the Spring with sinus issues wake up feeling terrible every morning. This has made such a difference no problems at all I now think I probably have a dust as well as pollen allergy.
This air purifier works brilliantly, the reason I bought this air purifier was to help control my asthma. I mainly have it on sleep mode as it’s the quietest setting as it a bit louder on the other settings. It does blow cold air out, so I do need the heating on. It’s just something you need to consider when buying an air purifier .

Sleep for allergy sufferers.
As a heyfever sufferer this is a God send, my wife tells me it even stops my snoring! Even on full speed the fan noise is not too intrusive, unless your the type of person who cannot block out even the lightest sound.
One bug bare is the filter replacement opening detaches a bit to easily if you move the air purifier too hastily.
The timer function works, what more can I say.

No such rattling on the original as its properly filled .
the fitting is much more accurate and the whole thing feels like a filter .
The replacement is not worth half the original price.
If you actually want your Levoit to clean ! your air get the proper filter.
Otherwise it ends up being a fan ..nothing more

I have been using this for a few days now, once you put this on, you can feel the differences in the air. I used to have bogey inside my noise when I wake up, but since I Have been using this. I don’t get bogey any more.

Bought this product to keep the bedroom free of pollen during the night and it has been brilliant .
Very quiet on setting 1 and 2 , can hear it on setting 3 but still quiet compared to others I have had .

Right I don’t do reviews but I feel I want to leave one as I’ve been suffering from chest problems for the last 6 months doctors think a may have long covid or copd? I’ve also got cats ! Which was the main reason I choose this device (cat mander) before using this in my bedroom I was coughing my guts up not being able to sleep but horay things have improved and my sleeping environment is much better the noise is so low it doesn’t interfere with sleep highly recommend before I brought this I read loads of the reviews to make my decision, thankfully I’m hopeful of keeping my cats now

Had this purifier for a few months now, and I have only had to replace the filter once. I also have this running 24/7 and only ever turn it off for a few minutes at a time whilst I clean the air vents at the bottom as they can get quite dusty (that is where is sucks in the air). The dust level in my room has dramatically decreased and the noise is perfect, but I am quite a heavy sleeper so it would take something very loud to keep me awake. The light is fairly bright but there are dimmable options and the option to switch it off altogether. Would absolutely recommend.
Good value air purifie
A good air purifier for the money, not used all the time and quiet in use especially on the low (1) setting. Certainly filters out a lot of unwanted hair and dust. One piece of the Filter can be washed out and that had trapped larger particles, not had to replace main hepa filter yet.
Thus item makes my breathing at night so much easier as I am an asthma sufferer. Very low noise level and the light is soft and we use it as a night light. I sleep so much better since purchasing this an we will be purchasing a larger one for my living room. Do nice to breathe better.

Noticeably improves air quality and simple to use.
It’s not totally silent even on the lowest setting, slightly louder than I expected but still tolerable. The sound is almost relaxing, easy to sleep through.
There is no timer function on this model. Additionally when you plug it in you still have to tap the button on top to turn it on so you couldn’t use this with a separate plug timer.
Overall glad I bought this.

Brought this for my 20yr old sins room whose a smoker and practically lives in his room. Makes a huge difference with air quality and no stubborn snell. And I’ve noticed my sons morning smokers cough as disappeared top in a a short time

I bought this purifier and for the first week left it running on full apart from at night and I now just leave it on the lowest setting 24/7 and wow what a difference it’s made, I no longer feel itchy, my regular coughs have all but disappeared and my sleep quality is much better.
I will say though I was a bit concerned after a couple of weeks as the fan became a bit noisy and started making a “whirring” noise. I got in touch with levoit support who were very helpful and even offered to pay for some packing to send it back it I wasn’t happy. They advised me to clean the foam filter inside and pop it back in as it may be slightly clogged due to running at full and it’s first cycle may have picked up a lot of pollutants, since cleaning the filter it’s nice and quiet again so I will say if yours does the same, just hoover the foam filter and it should be fine.
All in all, very happy with this and would definitely recommend one.

Helped me breathe and sleep bette
This is slightly bigger than I thought but it’s totally fine size wise, fits on a tiny side table. I have asthma and allergies and so far it has really helped me breathe so much easier. I was doubtful it would work but it does. I slept so well for the 1st time in weeks after using it. It does have a bit of noise on it’s highest level but hardly anything really. Very happy with my purchase, wish I’d bought it years ago.
Great Little Purifie
Great little purifier, it’s fairly quiet on its lowest speed but you will still hear it. Doesn’t bother me at night. The buttons light up annoyingly bright but you can turn them off by holding the nightlight button.
I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in the bedroom and waking up feeling less stuffy.
The only downside for me is no timer, so if you’re putting it on at night it’s staying on all night. No popping it in a room to work it’s magic for a couple of hours unless you put it in a timer plug.
I live with my nana pat and she kept complaining about the level of dust in her room, no matter how many times she cleans surfaces and floors.

We’ve been having trouble with downstairs neighbours smoking and the fumes and smell coming into our flat, but now we just switch this on and within about 20 minutes the room smells fresh. Occasionally I get a bit of a stuffy nose at night but if I put it on near my bed, within just a few minutes my breathing is back to normal. The fan is really quiet on the lowest setting, but even the higher settings don’t disturb our sleep if we have it on at night. I like that you can choose to have a night light at 2 different brightnesses, or have it completely dark, with even the control lights switched off. The night light is a comforting blue colour.

They does make a difference to a room atmosphere. I’m glad I bought it. But, unfortunately for me it has caused a problem. I’m now struggling with dry eye, however I will find a way of overcoming the problem.

My fav this year.
I have mild sinus problem and usually every morning I become sniffly. But my boyfriend suggested this to me as his mum has been using this for years. And I’m glad I took his recommendation cos it has stopped my sinus and sniffles every morning.
Ofcourse you can hear air sound running but to me it helps me sleep and blocks off the noise outside my room.
Excellent solution for a smokers home
Definitely does the job… i bought this for my dads home as he smokes alot and the moment you walk in you get overwhelmed by poor quality air. My clothes after leaving would also have a really strong smell of smoke too… since buying this device there has been a drastic improvement within both of these things… to some people this is common sense but i recommend you work with this device and vacuum your house as it will bring old dust and allergens into the ai

I’ve had this air purifier for nearly three years and I’m still impressed with it.
This is one of those rare quality items that you can just tell are well made. I feel completely safe in leaving this running all day and I don’t keep checking the plug to make sure it’s not getting too hot.
I turn this on as soon as I get up in the morning and turn it off as I go to bed at night. I can’t say there are many things that I feel safe leaving on when I’m not in the room but this is one of them. Sadly, really good quality items are a rare thing these days with this sort of product and so many cheap rubbish ones on the market.

Its ok
I bought this to replace my old Levoit air purifier that is a couple of tears old. I thought it would be exactly the same as it has the same model number. When it arrived and I switched it on I noticed that this new model is quieter than the old, but it doesn’t seem to suck as much air through the filter. I could be wrong but the newer model doesn’t seem to have the same airflow which is why it’s much quieter. For me, I use it to clean the air but I also like the white noise effect as it helps me sleep by drowning out any unwanted noise. So being quieter is a bit of a downside, I have to turn the new one on full power to have the same effect. In all, it does the job and keeps the bedroom smelling fresh, and yes I would recommend it.
Brilliant, does the job so well
You can actually feel how this purifies the air. I have pets and pet allergies and sometimes itchy runny nose. In those moments I put this purifier on and within half an hour or so I feel SO MUCH BETTER. If you leave it on overnight you feel much more rested as well. I have bought a second one of the same for my mom. In these weird covid times it also brings that extra comfort to know that it cleans viruses and bacteria from air as well as allergens. Have bought twice and would buy again! Also the filters are great value and easy to change.
This purifier is larger than I expected when I got the first one. When using, make sure there is enough space all around the device so it works to its max capacity. Sometimes at night I just put it in the middle of the floor to work its magic.

I bought air purifiers for my sons a couple of years ago and for one son it went noisy.
This time I went for the levoit air purifier and it is great!! Firstly, make sure you undo the bottom and take any plastic off.
It has a blue nightlight that my son loves and can be a brighter or dimmer light.
The purifier will notify you when the filters need replacing and it has 3 speeds.
Because my sons have always had air purifiers in their bedrooms, they love the sound of them.
This one on number 1 is actually too quiet for him and number 3 is what he likes as that is like the noise level of his old one. So if you do struggle to sleep with any noise, number one on this should still be fine as it is very quiet.
It looks so smart and so far so good!! Definitely recommend!
Being able sleep as you can brearhe properly
I haven’t slept well for years as I am asthmatic and have weak muscles in my sinus area due to several surgeries for a childhood broken nose, a friend repeatedly said to try this air purifier as it had helped her breathing. I am the eternal pessimist and kept putting it off but eventually gave in and got one and am i glad I did, I am sleeping far better than I have for years, to wake up and actually feel refreshed is so lovely where i was constantly tired before. I’ve read about the negatives in the reviews but the value of being able to sleep properly far outweigh the ‘what iff’s’.
Huge reduction of dust in our kitchen!!
We have what might be the world’s dustiest kitchen – probably due to the Aga burning oil 24×7. Every morning there would be visible dust on the countertops and glass-topped hob. So I bought 2 of these as it is a big kitchen (over 5000 cubic feet). The dusty countertops are now a thing of the past. Since these are black they aren’t intrusive on our black countertops. My only problem with them is the fan noise since are in the country and our ambient noise level is very low. The fan has 3 speeds. Speed 3 is very noticeable. Speed 2 is tolerable. Speed 1 is fairly quiet. I put the units at opposite ends of the kitchen with one at speed 1 and the other, closer to the Aga, at speed 2. Now that I can see how well they work I have them both set at speed 1.
Effective so fa
I’ve been using the air purifier for about 10 days now. I realised while doing a deep clean of my house that I seem to have a dust mite allergy, as I was left sneezing and with a sniffly nose after sweeping up dust bunnies. The air purifier seems to help, as I’m no longer waking up with a completely blocked nose, which is great. I moved it to dust a few days ago, and there was a ring of dust around the base, proving how effective it was at sucking the contaminants in the air into the machine. I’ve set a reminder on my phone to order replacement filters. All in all, I’m seeing a bit of a difference. It’s not the “wow, mind blowing!” difference I was sort of hoping for, but I’m sure these things take time. I would recommend it if you have pets.
Whisper quie
Have only used once so far but did a pretty good job in starting to remove the “dog” smell from my house (in addition to baking soda on the carpets and white vinegar mopping).
Left it on the lowest fan speed for about 4-5 hours and a “boost” on level 2 for 2 hours and that seemed to do the job quite well. Room size is approx 3.5m x 7.5m.
Unit itself is not too big but does need to be positioned away from walls to work most effectively (you cannot really hide it in a corner and leave it). However, it is compact enough that you can move it our when needed and put it back.
Overall would recommend and am considering getting another unit for another part of the house.
Good piece of kit, for a small room
Quality product, slightly larger than imagined, quiet, wish it had an auto air quality sensor, like you get on the larger models, but hey, it’s a damn sight cheaper, I bought the larger model for downstairs living space and this one for my bedroom. Its quite and has 3 fan settings, air in the room feels cleaner since using. It does need space clearance around it, so keep location area in mind when you buy it (especially small rooms), can’t recall what that is but easy to look up. I would recommend this item. So far so good.
Clean fresh air inproved my Asthma and sleep quality
I’ve asthma and this air purifier has made sleeping so much easier. Cleans dust particles and I dont wake up wheezy. Air feels cool and fresh in the bedroom. The night light though good, is Blue and doesnt help sleep as I’ve read blue light to be avoided at night but I dont use it anyway. Love the hum, like white noise, nothing like a large fan.
I’m so pleased I got it. The light touch buttons so receptive and easy to use, you barely touch them great looking too , I’ve a black one and I’m happy with it. Would recommend the difference is noticeably in air quality.

Nit Picking: I wish the filter at the bottom would sit in its place better than it does and, I notice the air coming out the top has a strange (very faint) scent to it: HOWEVER, it is Very faint at the fan opening and does not seem to affect the smell of the room itself. Perhaps it is just an “after smell” from the filtration process; eitherway my room still smells Remarkably fresh given that I smoke roughly 4 joints in my room per day; Plus, me and my family have the sense of smell of Hunting Dogs!! Even faint smells dont go by us!

The device itself is small, compact and unobtrusive.
SOUND: 1st level is very quiet, as an insomniac i can sleep with it. Level 2 is fine also. Level 3 is noticeable but i assume you would only use this setting maybe whilst hoovering the room, doing house chores or as a quick use setting when you have just got home and putting the kettle on.
I have suggested this product to a handful of my friends who smoke, have asthma or allergies and at least a couple of them have purchased it and been very happy with the results also. An air purifier under 100 that is This Good* is Quality stuff in my opinion and Well Worth it for cleaner air, Healthy lungs and some peace of mind. I live on the 5th floor of a council block in SE London off of a main road: the air here is Not great at all and this product has made a massive improvement to air quality in my bedroom.
Miracle produc
This is the second Levoit Air Purifier I have bought within 2 months. This one to stay in the Bedroom, first one is in the Living Room. Since I was in my twenties (I am now 76) I have had a sneezing bout (approx 10 or 12) every morning and every evening – since having this gadget I have not sneezed once – something of a miracle I’m thinking, and I really am thrilled with it. I have recommended it to my sister, a good friend and my nephew, as they also suffer from excessive sneezing.
Air feels fresher.
Bought one previously for downstairs for the lounge, kitchen and dog, works brilliantly, cuts down on odors and pollen. Now i have a second in my office and the air feels so much fresher. Can seem noisy on highest setting but no different to air con at work, my mic doesn’t even pick it up on the lowest. Blue light works well as a night light if you need it for such but I think it has more to do with conditions where blue light can be beneficial.
Small and quiet air filte
Bought this for a small study where I spend a lot of the day and occasional use in bedroom. I use it on mid setting for the study which is quiet but powerful enough. For the bedroom I have right next to the bed on lowest setting which is extremely quiet. HEPA filter seems to do the job. A good filter unit for very small rooms and if you want something exceptionally quiet on its lowest setting. Obviously not suitable for large areas though.
Very pleased
Used this for two nights so far, noise level is not an issue, three speed levels, first one you can barely hear the machine, level two I consider perfectly acceptable and even level three is still quieter than most fans. I have the machine to do an admirable job, my husband suffers terribly with Hayfever and this certainly makes a positive difference.
The machine is bigger than I thought and is not really suitable for s bedside table as it needs space around it to draw in air to filter.
I moved it to the end of the bed which gives it the required space needed and it still does an excellent job.
Also note that it can be sighted anywhere and moved throughout the day, say lounge during the day and bedroom at night.
All told, very pleased and definitely recommend but please remember that you are buying an air purifier, don’t expect it to do things it wasn’t designed to do.
Good but a bit noisier than when it first arrived

After a couple of days it got noisier (like kettle boiling constantly) but has remained at this level since. 6 months down the road and just changed the filter. Pretty awful to see what it’s captured! Missus getting better night’s sleep now though. Can live with the noise.

Other than having to wake up 4-5 times to pee during the night, I now also started to wake up additional 3 times by my throat itching me, nose blocked, eyes falling apart…well you get it. first night ok..second night..ok…but after 2 weeks I would literally wake up cryiiiiinggggg. I was exhausted, found no good position to sleep and I was constantly up at night peeing or trying to scratch my throat from the inside/ Scratch my eyes out.
And then…my husband suddenly had a lightbulb moment – there is this machine!!!
We went on amazon straight away and after some research decided on this one!
It came in the day after with Prime.
It has 3 strengths and it has a light in case you need it during the night.
We put the machine on 2 hours before I go to sleep( to start clearing the room)..and my oh my….I did not wake up from allergy at all. When I wake up go to livingroom I can already feel my nose starting to block up again, id put the machine there on number 3 for 20 minutes and then I feel I can move around better.
Just be aware that it shoots out the air so it could posssssiiibly make the room cooler, I’m using it to clear my allergy now during spring and It’s fine but I’m just thinking how it would have coped if I had a baby in the room and if its …let’s say February and I’m using it for other reasons. Would I feel the breeze?

I can breathe!
I love my Levoit air purifier, as far as it is possible to love an inanimate object. It’s no exaggeration to say that it has improved the quality of my life. I have lung disease and struggle with breathlessness (particularly during hayfever season!). The Levoit air purifier fills my medium-sized bedroom with fresh, clean air. My chest and sinuses are clearer and I can breathe much better. Our neighbours regularly have long BBQs in their garden which fill my whole house with smoke but my bedroom always stays fresh. I also use it overnight as it’s quiet on the lowest mode and it alleviates my nighttime congestion. I turn on the blue nightlight too as I find it soothing.

I am asthmatic, I suffer from hayfever and for some odd reason my room collects dust like crazy ! All these affect my breathing really bad but Omds this machine worked so well for me !! My room is a medium sized room and my breathing got so much better with this one. You can really tell a difference. The only negative is that it works too well lol, it dries up the air and due to that it gave me a soar throat but I will still be using it for an hour or two. I would advise using it for a couple of hours and then maybe using a humidifier afterwards. I am very pleased with the product. It’s also way bigger than I thought.
A powerful and genuinely competent air filter!
I brought this to get rid of cigarette smoke that seeps into my bedroom from my neighbour’s apartment. I tried other filters that were smaller but they did not work.
From day one, this filter eliminated the cigarette smell in 20 mins! The highest setting on the filter is quite powerful, so if you need a room to be refreshed quickly, you can get that done with this.
This is more then suitable for a small room and is probably made for a medium size room.
If you need to keep it on all night, the lowest setting is quiet enough to not disturb you. If you have used a fan in the summer, then the sound you get from the fan is louder then this filter.
It’s worth every penny and you will be getting the performance where it counts with this little beast!

We bought this hoping that it would work, but not really expecting great results, our dog has an allergy to pollen which has worsened over the last three years, to the extent where she was struggling to breathe properly. It arrived promptly, was simple to get started and we waited, for the first day there was no difference, however, after 24 hours her breathing has really improved, even though she has been out into the garden ( we have it set on Fan speed number one, and is in a room 12 feet by 20 and is placed approx 5 feet from the dog, running during the day only) I have also noticed an improvement in the air quality, within about 8 feet of it.
I bought this for a very small office so that it would clear the vapour from the room. I vape mostly heavy VG and even with the door slightly open and good ventilation, needed something that would clear the air.
This unit isn’t the quietest, even on setting one but if I blow the vapour in the units direction it clears it all very well.
Main thing is the filter life, it isn’t long, I got about 8 weeks and the VG clogged it up but you can buy replacement filters from china off ebay for about 9, I have already had 2 delivered and they work great (item number (303502394813).

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT FOR HAY FEVER SUFFERERS!!!
My son suffers with hay fever to a point where it takes over our lives from May to July every year. everything we do revolves around how it will affect his hay fever. I had thought of purchasing the Dyson Cool me purifier as it was recommended but we don’t need the cooling fan so this model came highly recommend on several allergy websites. I can’t vouch for it being able to take away smoke and cooking smells but it certainly takes away the pollen. My sons room is 4X4m and he shuts himself away in there and can breathe really well. When ever he comes out of his room it takes about 5 minutes for him to get blocked again. He left it on the lowest setting overnight and woke up breathing normally for the first time in 8 years of suffering. I may purchase a couple of larger ones that can cope with bigger rooms so he can leave his bedroom with ease. He doesn’t find the noise too bad and the lowest setting is really quiet.
I found that my hayfever symptoms did significantly reduce after using this, so it seems to be effective at removing pollen. My air quaility sensor indicated that it also reduces PM 2.5 fairly rapidly, but it only has a small effect on volatile organic compunds (VOCs), if this is your main problem you would need a different air purifier.
edited: added back the star that I deducted because of the bright lights showing the fan speed etc. a kind commenter informed me that if you hold the light symbol down for 4 seconds all the lights turn off! this was not in the instructions – i’m about 98% sure anyway! this is now the holy grail of air purifiers! *insert that holy grail/praying emoji*
This has made life bearable again! I’d wake in the night sniffing and itching, and every morning. It was a nightmare. I’d lived in the city and definitely had hay fever but never this bad – until we decided to up sticks so the little ones could grow up with the expanse of the countryside! – to my own detriment apparently! It took a year of suffering before I stumbled upon the idea of a purifier. Settled on this, thinking if it helped even a bit then I’d upgrade to a vax/Dyson but I don’t think I’ll bother. This works so well.
The ONLY reason there’s one less star is because I use it in my bedroom at night, and there is no way to turn off the “power on” button light, or the light indicating the “speed”. And in the pitch black it’s pretty bright. I’ve resorted to covering them with a sock which sort of does the trick. But honestly – even knowing that I’d still buy it again. If you’re struggling like I was – it’s so worth it. And to boot, my asthma has definitely improved. I’m not even sure where my reliever is right now!!

Wasn’t sure about spending the money on one of these….however, after doing a bit of research I am so pleased that I decided to purchase this air purifier.
It clears the air very quickly and I have found that I have been sleeping so much better and it has got rid of my cough and ‘thick’ chest in the mornings. As our house backs onto fields the air can be quite dusty but since using this I have noticed a marked improvement in less than a week.
The low setting does not keep me awake and I switch off the night light, although some may prefer it on. Really pleased with this purchase!

Since January I have been coughing continuously, throughout the day and night. I been to the doctors, with lungs xrays done, with everything in the clear.. Ive had antibiotics which never helped & all different types of cough medicines nothing helping. The doctors in the end said I’m probably suffering from severe asthma prescribing me inhalers which didn’t help me. I just found out 3 weeks ago, doing research that Im probably allergic to my 2 cats, which I’ve had for 1 year now.
I don’t usually write reviews in the first week of buying a product, just to see how it goes.
But It must be said since I’ve bought this air purifier, it’s truly unbelievable I have stopped coughing completely this is the fourth night now. The air in my room is clean and fresh you can tell the difference.
My cats and I can finally sleep well.
