I was given one of these for my first granddaughter, she enjoys it so much I just had to get one for the second. The two year old still loves to play with it and to hear her giggle as she pops the men into the air is magic.
This is a great choice for parents looking for a fun and educational toy for their children. It’s made from high-quality wood, making it durable and safe for kids to play with. The pop up feature provides an interactive and engaging experience that children will love. This is a great investment for parents. I can see my daughter playing with it for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend the Galt wooden pop up toy to anyone looking for a well-made and enjoyable toy for their child.
Of all the gifts “Santa” brought, this was easily a favourite of my 13 month old. He hasn’t quite got the concept of making them pop up yet but he enjoys putting them in the holes. Great gift. Would highly recommend if looking for something that isn’t battery powered or talking in any way
bought as a gift, kept the 1 & 3 yr old entertained at Christmas
My only complaint is that it is much smaller than I expected. Disappointed in size.
Bought this for my grandson who is 2 and autistic. He loves it. Very good toy.
10 month old absolutely loves this always putting the pop ups in his mouth but it makes him happy!
Bought this for a gift for a one year boy, who loved banging it.
Certainly durable and sturdy.
My 18 month old Grandson adores this pop up toy, I have never seen a child giggle so much!
Successful present.
Hours of enjoyment. Very quick delivery. Used in Therapy sessions as well.
Great purchase, good price my daughter loves it good for learning colours and hand eye coordination. Wooden toy very good quality
Really great product! The wooden block has a good weight to it and the colours are bright.
My little one loves this and it’s so good with gross moto
The toy is an old one but a good one. I bought this toy 40 yrs ago for my children and have just bought it for my great niece (just one yrs).
It encourages finger control to press down, colour sorting, hand eye co-ordination to replace after they jump out when pressed, it’s simply fun, and of course it is the perfect dimensions to chew(which is all important when you are one).
Nothing to break, easy to clean, children just love it (and so did all the uncles who gathered round to play with it too)
My LO loves this toy – spends ages playing with it. Great value
Our 7 month old loves this, mostly to chew on currently but I’m sure once shes learned to make them bounce around it’ll be even more fun for her. Well made and feels like it’ll last.
I’m sure my granddaughter will love it, good height on the pop ups and simple to use
This is a great little toy & is played with all the time. It’s not expensive for a wooden toy and is definitely well worth the money.
I have had this product for all of my children and from a young age it can capture their attention and develops as the child gets older. Initially it’s fun seeing them pop out and allowing your little one to grab the sticks but it leads to great fine motor skills of pushing them down as well as colour recognition. A big hit in our house and a brilliant gif
My little grandchildren love this toy. It’s colourful and easy to use and the fun of getting the little people to pop up seems to be endless.
Great for learning colours and my baby 18 m loves putting the pegs back in the holes
Worth every penny! But be careful and don’t leave your little ones unattended as they are easy to swallow.
Good quality but smaller than I thought and seems expensive for what it is.
Still one of my sons favourite toy at 18 months. We keep loosing the red guy but he shows up eventually. This toy is very helpful for motor skills and to learn colour.
Excellent toy in general. Only thing to add is the corners could and should be rounded off to make it safer for toddlers and babies. My baby absolutely loves this toy and has now mastered it with the exception of the colour sorting which hopefully is yet to come. This is a toy that can grow with your child.
Nice and simple design, bright colours and the spring is very impressive, the little characters jump up high.
My little girl might have to wait her turn!
My granddaughter loves this, she was 6months when I bought it. The little men are very tactile she likes to hold on to one in each hand. Good play value will only increase with age.
Fun funky activity. Good for learning colours and matching colours and numbers. Son loves it lots of fun and the giggles are non stop.
Bought this toy as a present for a 1 year old. He loves! It soon became his favourite toy. He plays with it every day and I can tell it has helped with his motor skills.
A wooden toy, sturdy, and durable. Also safe as it has the CE Mark.
Loved by all kids. Simple yet lots of fun. Second one purchased for spare pegs as value is so good. Really quaint cheery toys.
It’s the favorite toy of my 8 months daughter since the 6 months. The only problem is that she love to put in her mouth and the paint falls off
We have had it for a few months now ( from 1 year old) and my daughter is playing with it every day. I couldn’t imagine that! The greatest product!
Grandaughter loves this. Great quality and keeps little ones amused
Love this toy. So simple but my daughter loves it.
cute toy, toddler doesn’t play with many toys but played this for a few seconds so must be fu
A must have toy! We bought this when my wee boy was 6m and he’s still playing with it at just over 2years old. Brilliant for hand eye coordination and colour matching.
Brought this a month ago for my 9 month old and he has played with it non stop. I’ve noticed how in that month the way he plays with it has developed. This is a brilliant open ended toy.
Well worth the money and very well made.
Baby loves the little cylinder sticks. They are fun, good to showcase colours, easy to grab and bite friendly. For a couple of months it has been all about pulling them out, studying them and throwing them around, so if you get this toy be prepared to keep searching these not very big sticks around the house to put them back in place,.. haha that’s parenting I guess. Now at 11 months, she is starting to attempt putting the sticks back into their slots. BUT the bloody base keeps faling over and baby looses interest,it is not steady enough to withstand little staggering test. I wish they made the base wider in order to ensure that the base stays up for successfull and failed attempts to put the sticks in their niches. Come to think about it, I will probably ask my partner to stick tit o a wooden base. She hasn’t figured out the spring effect yet ( I am letting her discover it by herself)
Well made wooden product. Teaches babies and toddlers that if they press on the pegs in a certain way they will ping up high into the air. My grandson is very pleased with this toy and cant resist pinging the pegs. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because its not sturdy and has to be held by someone while the child pushes on it or it always falls over. Maybe a bigger base would be an improvement.
This is the best toy I’ve bought my son! I got it when he was 10 months old and he still plays with it now at 1 year, every single day. You won’t regret buying this when you’re sitting having a cup of tea while your little one is engrossed in it!
Love these things…. I’ve used them for years whrn working with pre schoolers. They are fantastic
Bought this toy couple of months ago… my 18 months old daughter plays with it every single day. You need to get this toy
This classic toy is always a winner. Beautifully made and the little people are a perfect size for biting!
Toddler picks this to play with, rather than more complicated toys
This is a lovely product which I have bought for my niece for christmas. It is packaged in a nice box and came quickly. The toy is wooden and is made up of only 5 parts so should not break easily. Lots of play potential with fine motor and colour matching skills being targeted. Great product A+++
It’s very good my 11 month baby likes it and she learned to press down straight away
My toddler seems to enjoy them and giggles every time the pegs spring in the ai
My daughter likes this toy, but my only negative is that it tips over at the slightest touch. If the base was wider, would be better but still a great toy. She loves the spring action pop up
Arrived so quickly, was very impressed. Lovely sturdy toy, good value for money.
I bought this to replace the exact one my Mum bought for my daughter 31 years ago. It was kept in her toy cupboard until she recently passed away . Generations of grandchildren have loved it and so I felt it only right to replace it and gave as a gift for my great nephews fist birthday – he loved it!
I LOVE this toy! It is simple, fun, it helps with coordination and it is made of wood. However, the colour chipped within a day of use (ok ok my daughter was banging it on the floor but that was part of how kids play surely?). I do recommend it, but I wish it was a bit more durable.
This toy has been a hit from the moment it arrived! it’s very well made. The colours are bright .
Sturdy, well made and entertaining… What more can we ask for?
This is definitely one my sons favourite toys! He enjoys making them pop up high and has now started matching the colours.
Definitely reccomend!
My little loves it ,loves to put sticks in & out. Quality is brilliant very smooth finish ,coloured sticks is of good thickness. Its woode
Baby loves it. Thinks it is funny and likes to chew and lift the peg men. Cat also likes to chew, he makes a beeline for it everytime he sees it!
Lovely, simple toy that keeps my son entertained. He loves practising popping out the pegs & putting them back in. His coordination has improved a lot. Simple & effective!
Oh my god, I love this so much! My baby 7 months, loves it and uses the little wooden people as teethers! She can’t press them yet for them to bounce (my favourite bit) but enjoys tapping them together. Definitely recommend!
My 1 year old loves this toy. He spends ages popping up the figures and putting them back. It’s a really lovely simple toy.
Gorgeous wooden toy, such a classic and adored by my little one
My 16 month son loves this, easy to use and great fun! My 28 year old partner loves it almost as much as our son does.
Started early christmas shopping trying to be organised. Purchased this for my youngest at christmas and as with everything I opened to ensure everything was in order and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, great quality and bright colours she will love it!
Something so simple but keeps my 10 month old entertained for ages. It seems to be his toy of choice so happy customer here !
Fabulous little toy. My 1 year old granddaughter loves trying to get the pega and is so excited when she does. Shape sorters are just a little bit to hard atm
Fantastic toy, sturdy, lovely colours. It’s great for my baby but my toddler does enjoy making the pegs jump too!
One year old loves this toy – I will be buying again for other friend’s children too.
Toy looks very good value for money. It caught my granddaughter’s attention immediately and she enjoys playing with it.
I have one year old twins and they love this toy , they play with them every day , keeps them busy and loves it when the little people pop out .
Brilliant bought as a gift for a 1 year old whom loves this..my 3 year old also loves playing and hours of fu
Was a pressie and recipient loves it! have heard that the paint has chipped and faces faded. but baby still enjoys playing with it. would recommend.
My daughter absolutely loves this toy. So simple but satisfying. Great quality.
Was a bit sceptical buying this as wasn’t sure if baby would enjoy as thought it was a bit gimmicky. I have rotated it back and forth onto shelves and different locations for well over six months, and must say it’s actually a really good open ended wooden toy, just took time to warm to it’s full potential.
Now 22 month old toddler gives it attention daily. I keep the coloured sticks in a separate small basket and he spends time correctly colour matching the sticks to their corresponding hole, springing, throwing and playing with them. He figured this all out on his own without any prompting, so was pleasantly excited and proud when I first observed him matching the colours correctly.
Overall good toy for engaging the different schemas, colour matching, fine motor skills and language building.
Such great quality, with stands being chewed on well. Babies, toddler to older kids love it.
Great for fine motor
I use it to stimulate my daughter to use her fingers on her hemiparesis side .
Great little toy for Christmas, a work of warning, you’ll always be missing one of the figures, probably the red one!
I was skeptical about this, but after read some reviews I decided give it a try and it was one of my best purchases so far.
Simple idea but very effective and the baby is entertained by it. Good quality. Looks exactly like the picture. Baby chews on the coloured pegs and they haven’t chipped or splintered.
My daughter loves this! So simple but keeps her amused for hours
Fab little one loves it even his big sister. So simple yet fu
Lovely simple toy for little ones. Both my 1 year old and nearly 3 tear old enjoy playing with this. Nice break from the big noisy plastic toys. Great wee gift idea
Great little product that when he’s old enough should entertain him not just with their ability to jump but colour matching; right now all he’s interested in is grabbing them once they’ve popped so he can have a good chew on them. With this in mind they’re holding up well as he doesn’t chew gently, my poor fingers can attest to that!
My niece chews them. Hopefully one day she’ll pop them too
Brilliant little toy got it as an Xmas present for 18 month old and he loves it.
My niece (9 months) laughs her head off playing with this. Galt’s usual excellent quality and design.
Great little wooden toy. Just press down and they pop up!
Bought this 36 years ago wish I’d kept it. Now bought 1 for grandson quality still top and kids love i
Arrived in plenty time to post to NZ
My 18 month old grandson loves them. Didn’t take him long to master them nice quality sustainable product!
My only grand son just adores this gorgeous wooden toy – he still has hours of fun with it and he’s now 2 & a half….I gave him this for his first birthday – such a lovely design too…..!
A great present for any 1 year old. Pegs are excellent teethers and kids love popping them up and down.
A classic. My son loves it as much as I did decades ago.
My granddaughter loves this toy.
I did buy it when she was only 6 months old she enjoyed chewing the men…….she is now 1 and I could have saved money by not buying any other toys as this is her favourite. I would definitely recommend this toy
Instantly attracted 1 year old’s attention. Stands up to vigorous efforts!
This is fantastic !!!!! My 14 months old loving it!!!! I think is so well made, wooden- what I like. Good for motor skills.
It’s a brilliant simple concept. Easy to use, easy to clean and the kids LOVE it. Kids often dont need fancy battery operated toys, just bright colours and repetition.
Bought as a first birthday present for my little girl shes nearly two now and still plays with this.
A gift for a friend’s one year old who was over the moon with them!
Great for teaching motor skills putting the ‘people’ in the holes. Great for teaching matching and colours too. Even better that you can have a little fun making them ping out across the room.
Well made and fun. It became an instant hit with our young grandson. The springs are heavy duty enough to make the pop up characters fly out completely.
My baby loved this toys. Most toys get played with once and abandoned but this stood the test of time.
