Easy to use and hours of fu
This is a great game. I have children ranging from 3 to 7 and all of them absolutely love playing these games. They can spend hours on it, and even use the tangrams without the tablet. Good quality pieces, easy to set up and packaged beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered this for my 5 year old granddaughter and she has enjoyed it immensely. After about 2 weeks the stand failed to collapse for storage but a quick phone call to customer service and a new stand arrived shortly and she's been playing with it and storing it frequently. :)

This is a great starter kit for Osmo. My kids love all the options for games, although we also have the pizza game and the coding set and they spend more time with those sets. Definitely a great learning tool for kids and I feel more comfortable giving them screen time.

Meine Tochter hat das Osmo Fire Grundpaket zum 6.Geburtstag bekommen und hat sich sehr gefreut.
Wir spielen Alle gerne damit von jung bis alt. Es gibt eine Menge von zustzlich erhltlichen Erweiterungen wie Spiele u. Zeichenboard. Die Spiele sind leider nicht alle auf deutsch jedoch machen trotzdem einen riesen Spa. z.B beim Zeichnen spricht die Figur in englsich aber sinnbildlich knnen die Kinder auch mal ohne grosse Untersttzung das Spiel spielen bzw. zeichnen. Als Zeichenboard kann man auch einfach nur ein Blatt benutzten – oder eine weie Zeichentafel mit abwischbaren Stiften von anderen Herstellern. Den Preis find ich angemessen, doch Preisvergleiche und Alternative wie z.B. die Zeichentafel schonen unseren Geldbeutel 🙂

I wasn't sure about buying Osmo due to the cost but it is worth every cent! We were looking at this for Christmas this year and decided to get it early since the kids have been quarantined for the rest of the school year. They love it! We bought several of the add on games. If one spends them the other one has no way to get them back. Overall, great purchase and separate Kindles would probably solve the points issue.

We love Osmo, but it’s been frustrating that the Osmo apps don’t all seem to be categorized as “educational” by Amazon, so they are restricted if you enable parental controls with goals for educational content. We had to cancel the Free Time subscription because of this. Otherwise, if you turn off parental controls to un-filter their access to get Osmo back, then you’re competing with the more junky (but fun) free-time apps. If Amazon allows parent more control over what can be categorized as educational, or allows Osmo to be categorized this way, then we will add Amazon Free Time back.

Beware
If you have an older Amazon Fire then be very careful. Our little boy was so disappointed that he could not use it with his Fire tablet as he has an older fire tablet. That said we have now been roped into getting a newer Fire tablet so that he can use it. Perhaps that is by design?

My grandsons find the Osmo challenging and entertaining. My older grandson who is 6 years old loves using the shapes and the younger one (only 3.5 years old) has fun with the numbers.
My 5 year old has her own fire hd 8 but Osmo does not work with any protective case so ever time she wants to play the kid proof case must be removed, which is a bit painful.

Getting the app on the fire tablet in kids mode was a little challenging since it seems it’s a different app for each game but once playing the kids love.

Worth every penny. The start off was hard to download apps but once I got it going, it was super easy. I just downloaded the individual apps for it to work. Download the actual Osmo app and then individually download the apps and games you purchased. That way it's all connected and works perfectly fine. Great way to challenge the kids to think and analyze. Love it!

My daughter (first grade) loves her Osmo system but in my opinion it's a bit expensive, when there are some free educational apps out there. I'm interested to see how intuitive it is as her vocabulary expands. Also with the tangram game its FOREVER asking her to move the entire puzzle up or down into the viewing space no matter if she has the base up or down. Not sure what we are doing wrong.

I love this! My son likes playing with it and doesn’t know he is learning. It is a great way to incorporate more tangible things with a tablet game. My son likes to physically touch the shapes and then see it confirmed that he made it (an owl, for example) correctly on the screen and “fly away.” There are buttons along the way that ask if the task was too hard/easy to tailor to the child’s ability, so child may grow with the game.
The parent app is wonderful in that I can track his progress with the updates.

I love that my son enjoys playing with this and he is learning as he plays. I thought it might be too advanced for my 4 year old however, they didn’t have little genius set for kindle yet, but he’s doing great. We were able to use our own dry erase board for the masterpiece app as well and he loves mo the monster. I thought(explanation follows)it may be a little overpriced as the cards are like a laminated cardboard and could be easily worn but it’s new and a great concept. I love that they include the plastic storage containers which will help keep the cards organized and from getting messed up. I didn’t like that in order to download the apps I had to but a new kindle as the app wasn’t available on older models, however I picked one up on a deal so it wasn’t as bad as I feared. Over all I am very happy I made the purchase because my son loves playing with it and is learning at the same time. I also appreciate that the apps are free and not added purchases after paying for the setup, it makes the overall price more understandable. If need be I would purchase again since it is inspiring my son to enjoy drawing as well as learning to add,subtract,make words,etc. I also love that as he get older I can get other “games” to keep the learning going as he grows. Well worth it in my opinion. Great job osmo thank you!
Bought this for my 6yr old daughter as a Christmas present. She absolutely loved it, I love that while she is playing she's learning as well. It was easy to set up, once you download the apps it's ready to go. I also love the weekly progress reports. Will definitely purchase more Osmo products

We love Osmo! My son was first introduced to Osmo at school in the STEAM lab. He received the genius starter kit, the creative kit, detective/puzzle kit, and coding kits for Christmas (planned family gifting). I cannot say enough how awesome Osmo is! He has so much fun and is learning so much. When he is challenged, he is able to troubleshoot and figure out what his next step should be. Definitely worth the investment.

Nice gift for our 5 soon to be 6 year old. He's engaged with it for decent chunks of time. The app isn't intuitive for him so I have to get him started on it. One other drawback is that I have to use my profile and not his because it didn't show up in his Amazon free time but that could be because of the settings I have for him.
