This is one of the best purple shampoos I have used. Shampoo have very pleasant scent. Its makes my hair soft. Very great of removing yellow tones out of hair.

This shampoo workedvery well! I have tried quite a few purple shampoos and this is the best. My daughter had brassy tones and she loved it as it toned her hair right down. I will be purchasing more as good value too.

I’m happy with the product but not with how I received it, it was broken in the top but under the lid , and they put a tape in the lid to keep it closed, looks like it was broken before they sent it , now it has two holes and I end up waste so much product, I hope next time I will receive it okay.

Effective but stains!
This is so good for fresh bleached hair and getting rid of any yellow brass tones. It makes my hair lighter as advertised but it stains so quickly and easily! I use this as a quick shampoo and my hair is left with purple streaks and looks patchy and awful sometimes.
Does what it's supposed to and cheap
This was very good value for money , it lathered well, smelled lovely and left hairy squeaky clean . It doesnt strip any colour from hair that’s been darkened. As you can see from picture it kept the blonde highlights very ashy however did not really tone down the darker brassy areas. It stains fingers for a few hours after which shows how strong it is, similar strength to the fudge purple shampoo which costs 3x price

I leave it on longer and my hair is so soft but not fly away. Does a great job and I would highly recommend.
Amazing price
I love this shampoo, I often use it on my clients after bleach foils it give the affect of a toner with just a fraction of the time a toner takes.

I’ve used so many different purple/violet shampoos and they have never really done anything. I used this one on Sunday night and I had streaks of silver running through my hair. It worked really well…unless you didn’t want ashy tones?
Great product for brighter blonde hai
I’ve only used this shampoo once but I can already see a noticeable difference in colour and texture of my hair. The shampoo has lifted my blond highlights and made them look brighter and whiter, less yellow and brassy. My hair feels softer and it smells lovely too.
I would use gloves next time as it temporarily stained my hands, not for long though.
This is a great product and good value considering how big the bottle is.

I dont normally write reviews but Im So happy with the results that I thought I would share. My daughters hair has been a nightmare to sort the colour out after doing a crazy purple colour for lockdown! When it was time to go back to school we needed to dye it back blonde. This did not go to plan! It turned orange so after dye after dye after stripper after dye I had given up and she started back af secondary with orange hair! Then I saw this product, read the reviews and thought I would give it ago. The results are fantastic. We are both so happy with the result. We had to do it 3 times for 5mins a time. After every 5mins I dryed a tiny bit of the roots to see how it was looking. 3 tries later and woop woop, no more orange!!!

My hair is turning grey naturally I do have highlights to give more blonde but it goes a little yellow.. this product has been my Best Buy yet & I’ve tried a few .. it takes away all the yellow and gives my hair a nice sliver/white look .. well impressed with it .. it’s doesn’t dry out you hair eithe

This was recommended by my hairdresser for my newly lightened hair and the price is excellent. It keeps the silver tones vibrant but you need to use this every other wash at the most so as not to over do it.
“Cool Blonde” to Silve
Maintaining silver hair is quite difficult. After using toner to take my hair as silver as possible, only after a week the yellow starts to come through. I’ve tried several masks, shampoos etc but this product took my hair back to silver after 3 minutes of leaving the lather in my hair.
My hair was a little dryer and thicker compared to a normal shampoo, so use conditioner. The scent reminds me of incense sticks? Not a bad thing, just not my cup of tea.
Overall, it might smell meh- it lathers up well, and even from first wash my cool blonde went back to silver.

I love this shampoo! It lasts for ages as you dont need to use a lot. It makes my hair look a lively colour. This is the second delivery I have had in over a year ( I buy 2 bottles at a time).. wear gloves when washing your hair as you will end up with purple hands.

A purple shampoo that actually works!
I was slightly sceptical about this shampoo at first glance, with the amount of wonderful reviews it had I decided to give it a go as I wanted cooler toned hair, after 1 wash this was the result. It works extremely well, didn’t make my hair feel dry and actually made it feel like I had just come out of the salon. The smell is a bit chemically but nothing you would not expect as it is known for being a powerful product.

If you are looking for a good shampoo that takes away any brassiness or yellow and lifts your natural blonde or grey hair this is the one. I’ve tried all the shop bought ones and nothing compares. My tip is buy the conditioner too. It smells Devine and will sort any tangled hair the shampoo might create.

Does what it says. Lightened up my hair in just 1 wash. It does stain your hands slightly so gloves may be advised when using it. I wouldn’t reccomend leaving it on to lol based it works fast. Recommended.
My girlfriend uses this. Comes out the shower and her hands look dead, think you’re meant to wear gloves. That aside, her hair has a purple tinge that reminds me of my nan, which is nice.

This shampoo is amazing! I’ve tried loads of different shampoos from cheap to expensive and this is the best. My hair is a super light ash blonde but little bits of pale yellow creep in. I use this in the shower firstly applying a mask and then the shampoo whilst the mask is still on. The yellow is completely removed. The fragrance of the shampoo to me smells like pollen. I bought the largest bottle and it looks like it will last for years.

So had my hair done at the hairdressers, didn’t like how yellow it was so looked online and found great reviews about this…. the pictures speak for them selves, very happy.. gets lighter every time I use it. The only let down is it doesn’t smell good and leaves your hair very dry.

For all those blondies out there, this is a fab shampoo. Its a huuuge bottle will last me 76 years at least. The colour is dark purple, a little runny but hey ho we cant have everything!
I poured the purple potion of magic onto my hand and rubbed in like normal shampoo. I had my head over the bath so i didnt get the front bits properly as u can see by by my first attempt.
It says leave in for 1 to 5 mins… I decided about 3 should be ok i sat up to let it work its magic but i got purple dripping everywhere… I looked like i was morphing into a exotic purple fruit… Nevertheless i stood my ground and waited patiently.
After the 3 mins i rinsed off, used a conditioner and a hair mask as my hair was like a birds nest prior to the purple experiment.
I rinsed as normal and styled as normal but omg i saw the back i was like… This is a miracle…. Iwas expecting a little lighter as my blonde hair resembled the colour carrot crush blended with sweetcorn… It turned out like snowflakes on my head… Amazing.
I noticed the front is still resembling a hay like colour and the bottle did say you can repeat if needed but i left it so i can get excited over the next transformation.
Be warned.. Use gloves if possible.. My fingers and hands resemble some type of zombie apocalyptic look, but the transformation outweighs the zombie hands…. Go for it!

I hardly ever write reviews but this shampoo, well it’s worth the time. Love it love it love.
My colour has stayed infact better than when I left the salon a month ago.
I put it on my dry hair and leave 10 mins then add water and lather well, then rinse. My colour is amazing.
I also use the conditioner From the same brand which is soo gorgeous. Highly recommend and the bottle is so big should last a long time.

Best shampoo I’ve found for grey hair. Tones the yellow out and gives my hair a lovely dark grey tone. Smells good too. Have recommended to many people

I love this shampoo it works amazing . I sometimes come out of the hairdressers with hair a bit yellower than before because I need my roots done and a shadow root so I use this on my dry hair for 10 minutes and it works wonders. I usually only use it once every two or three washes because when washing my hair or feels really dry and hard to put my fingers through my scalp. It doesn’t actually dry my hair out, once I use conditioner it’s nice agai

I like this product my hair colourist recommended it to me , I find it works even better when you apply on dry hair like you would hair dye and leave for 5 mins before washing off for extra brassy hair.
Keeps the yellow tones away
Having previously only used another well known purple shampoo, a friend told me to try this brand.
It has a stronger smell, not offensive. I feel this is a stronger strength shampoo so leave it on my hair for less time. Keeps the yellow brassy tones away. I always wash my hair with my normal shampoo first, then fanola as feel can’t get a lather if using it to clean hair. Use twice a week. Always finish with conditioner.
Excellent but stinks
Does what it says on the tin BUT the smell isn’t great the new vegan formula smells much better if you can’t handle strong smells. This is my go to purple shampoo no wonder it had a huge following fanola just needs to sort the fragrance.

I like this shampoo alot. I usually use kerastase and thought that I would try it since it had great reviews. It really lifts your blonde without drying out your hair which is great. The only downside is that it’s a very strong formula and dyes your hands and nails purple but it does come off with some scrubbing. Really large bottle and would definitely buy again.

Love this product really removes the yellow. I left on for 4 mins but probably should have only done 3 as it’s a little dry and I have a slightly lilac tinge but that’s not all bad and will soon wash out. Gives me the icy ash colour I want.
I also used it with the no orange shampoo as I have slightly darker blonde roots. Works well

I brought this after much research into purple shampoos and results. I have previously used a cheaper brand and wasn’t very impressed. After having had new highlights over box died brown hair the blonde understandable went slightly brassy. I brought this without much hope so thought I would give it a try. As I was advised in videos u used gloves as the purple pigment is very strong. I left it on my hair for 5 minutes and dried and styled it..I was very surprised at the fantastic results I recieved from this. My highlights were very blonde and bright. Highly recommend this product and will be my go to forever.
The bottle wasn’t very well sealed when it arrives, it should really have been completely wrapped in cling film and the top broke off during the first use. It’s an ENORMOUS bottle, so great value for money. Once I realised the power of this shampoo, I decanted some into a small shampoo bottle for ease of use. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED GLOVES. I managed to dye my hands and I only used it for two minutes. Had I left this one in the bath for ten minutes, my hair would have been purple I’m sure. Having said that, it works instantly, unlike many others I’ve used over the years. My blonde highlighted hair was instantly ash coloured. It’s a bargain and it works but it needs careful handling.

I bought the tigi purple shampoo first which was just ok, I then bought this on the recommendation of my hairdresser and while I’ll use up the tigi, this is the one I’ll be repurchasing. The smell is a bit weird but for the size, it’s a bargain so I’ll get over the smell.

Ok so this is a really thick and pigmented shampoo it’s reallly good but there’s a few pointers don’t leave it on to long as your hair will turn violet grey as stated very pigmented I found it dried my hair out as well so not for more this once a week use the scent is horrible like flowers but if you can bare with all that then I have to say it’s all in a really good buy better then all the other no yellow shampoos you buy from the cheap shops lol

Whilst this product does colour one’s hair you have to be a bit careful otherwise ‘blue rinse’ lady comes to mind. I love the way it covers my natural grey hair (the bit that could end up blue) it doesn’t help much with the ends that were dyed grey!! They have gone a bit yellow over time. The art is to not use it every time you wash your hair.

Ok, soooooo it’s a good size bottle and price is great compared to let’s say Ebay. It DOES dry your hair, as most of them do, but it’s not as bad considering you only need to use it every now and then.
It does get rid of yellow colour from your hair, but be careful because if you leave it in for longer it will turn your hair platinum blond

Amazing shampoo! It really turns the bleached hear to silver! It gets rid of yellow colours. Also my hair doesn’t feel damaged at all! I recommend wearing gloves as it may stain the hands purple but it will wash off during the day.

Don’t underestimate this shampoo
Don’t underestimate this shampoo. It really gets rid of the yellow tones with its purple hue. Make sure you wear gloves however. I couldn’t figure out why my beautiful nails were blue! It leaves my hair needing a good condition but that’s not a bad thing. I love the tone it leaves on your hair.
Qualified hairdresser/Barbour and hair extension specialist.. I would highly recommend wearing gloves whilst washing hair. If your like me and have a white bathroom or shower curtain. Do your best to keep shampoo away lol Especially if you have gel/acrylic nails, it will stain a day or two. BUT… This product is absolutely AWESOME!!! I highly recommend! I had Balayage Nov 19 and this shampoo keeps my colour like I’ve just had it done. Can I state that my natural hair colour was used for the root effect and ends were lightened I’m naturally a 5. I use the first shampoo on dry hair leave for 5 mins (like a toner) then use my normal shampoo and conditioner once a week.
My daughter (who’s 12) also uses this every other week. She was born with white blonde hair but over years has darkened to a shade 7/8. The front of her hair and ends always goes very light in the sun so for her this shampoo keeps her hair light and natural. Unlike most purple/silver shampoo. It does NOT dry your hair out! I personally am not keen on the smell of the shampoo- not a fan of honey and does remind me of when I first started my training of blue rinses. However, like I stated above I use my normal shampoo and conditioner and it help neutralise the smell. I have also used this on my bonded extensions again added in Nov 19 just recently removed. Shampoo did not dry extensions out.

Used many blonde shampoos and thought I’d give this one a try it defo takes out the yellow in your hair however if your looking for a more silver tone while using this blonde shampoo it’s not for you found the Osmo really good for that! Left it on 5 then 10 afterwards to see if I could get a silver tone and none there even with my pre lightened hair but otherwise good
Best toner I’ve used
This is the best Toner I’ve used, it does stain the skin and nails but it is normally out by the end of my shower. It makes a massive difference in one wash. Me and my daughter tend to use once every two weeks but other family use once a week. Just depends on your hair type I guess but I would recommend to anyone

Love this, it did exactly what wanted it to do, took all the orange out and to me, it looks like the colour I would get coming out of a salon, you only supposed to leave it on fir 5 minutes, I left mine on for half an hour like I had seen other people do, I worried initially because it was starting to look a little greyish but when washed it out, it came out blonde without the orange colour I always get, I am absolutely delighted, always do a skin test though.
Fantastic but don’t use on yellow hai
I was actually really impressed with this after using other cheaper purple shampoos which did nothing. However I would say only use this if your hair is light blonde/ very light yellow. I think my hair was too yellow for this and it ended up going a bit green but the parts of my hair that were lighter it turned a nice white blonde

Fantastic No yellow is fantastic! It prevents my dyed blonde hair from turning yellow and gives it a lovely ash colour. I wouldn’t recommend using it too much as it can make your hair dry, i use once a week sometimes 2 weeks my hair is in perfect condition. Highly recommend

Be careful with this product – literally a small amount lathered in your hands and into the hair first, too much product and using straight after colouring will leave purple pigment in the hair.
Would use little and often hair feels really dry. Found provoke purple shampoo to be of better quality and price.

Careful to not over use
At first I used it every three nights. But now I use it once a week. If it starts to leave purple streaks then use head and shoulders shampoo. My hair is now a lovely blonde/silver colour.

I bought this on the recommendation of my hairdresser and now it’s the only shampoo I use. I absolutely love the tone my hair has after using this. The smell isn’t anything to write home about but it’s by no means offensive. I love it!

I had super hot roots which were a lot lighter than the rest of my hair This has greatly tuned down the bright yellow roots which I thought would forever stand out from the rest of my hair. My hair looks a lot more consistent now and my roots have blended in very well with the rest of my hair (it’s been about 5 washes). I bought this as I died my fringe blonde (having naturally black hair) and the toner and other purple shampoo wasn’t working to get rid of the brassy ginger tone. I applied this onto dry hair and let it sit for 30minuted with tin foil. As when I washed it out it was a beautiful neural tone blonde, what I was after. But if you wanted more of a platinum blonde done then this will defiantly work for that too. Huge bottle so is going to last me forever!

I have started to use this shampoo since I got blonde hair and Fanola is the best to prevent yellowish color in my hair. It changes the color to a cold tone, literally to yellow hair. The 1 litre quantity will last me months which is a good value for money, but the only bad thing is that it didn’t came with a pump and I couldn’t find to buy a spare affordable pump. All in all, this is the best shampoo to get rid of yellow color in my hair.

Great Shampoo for highlighted hai
This shampoo keeps the yellow away and leaves your hair shiny. If you prefer more of an ash colour to your blond highlights this shampoo is brilliant. Prompt delivery and good price. Recommend.
The best purple shampoo I’ve ever used and I’ve used loads!!!
I shampoo my hair as normal then squeeze most of the water out of my hair, then add this shampoo all over my hair leave it on for just over 5 minutes (be aware it can turn your hands purple, so wash them straight away) Then use my normal conditioner. The shampoo removes the warm tones in my hair leaving them a lovely ash icy blonde. I use this once a week and also use a deep conditioning treatment once a week, as when I read other reviews it warned it could dry your hair out.
I have balayage style hair colour and this even lifts my roots to a ashy brown colour.
(I have hair extensions in, so I try to cover my real hair first before then putting it over my extensions, as they take a lot quicker than my real hair, the ingredients don’t list sulphate on but that doesn’t mean it’s sulphate free. )

I have tried an awful lot of ‘no yellow’ shampoos and this one is by far the best and now is the only one I will ever buy. Other brands like Provoke, John Frieda, L’Oral ones only seem to work if your hair is badly damaged, over bleached or only slightly yellow. But this Fanola no yellow actually worked wonders on my bright yellowy orange bleached hair. On bits that are slightly darker it works best when you paint it onto dry hair with a tint brush, leave it on for 5mins then add water to lather it and spread across the remainder of your hair and rinse out, then condition your hair as you normally would. I’ve ended up with fabulous results!

After googling and reading reviews on so many toner shampoos I finally chose this one and I’m glad I did. I left it in for the maximum 5 minutes and it’s left but if a silver tone so next time I’ll leave it on for less time but it has got rid of my yellow tones. It smells gorgeous and it’s so soft. It did dye my hands a little bit but soap and water sorted that. 10/10

My favourite purple shampoo! I’ve used a few others before but always get great results with this one. As soon as you use it the results are visible and really helps to keep the brass off my hair! Huge bottle that will last ages too which is great!

Great product, wasn’t expecting such a large bottle. Will last ages. Really does work!! Very grateful to have found this. Slightly drying so definitely use a good hair mask after use.

Good product but it does drys your hair out. You need to apply alot of oil.
