Great for the money
Fantastic iron, moms still using after 3 years, one of the best presents ever apparently. Very good on all types of material and the bottom is still looking as fresh as day one. Deffo worth picking up you won’t be disappointed
I am very happy with this iron. I bought it to replace my previous tefal steam generator iron which I bought in July 2013, sadly now broken after eight years of excellent service. I wanted something at least as good as my old one and this is what I have got with a few improvements. First of all I cannot believe how quiet it is, it is also lighter and easier to manoeuvre and I don’t know whether this is my imagination but I seem to be getting through my ironing quicker. A reviewer mentioned the fact that when you switch the iron off it goes back to the lowest setting, I must admit this seems right to me as I always start my ironing with the items that need the lowest heat and work my way up. I use sheets and blankets on my bed as I prefer the weight rather than the lightness of a duvet and my sheets are hotel grade Egyption cotton. This iron sails through them with ease and I know from experience this is a true test for any iron. I am very happy with my puchase and and have no qualms in recommending it to anyone.
I hate ironing! absolutely hate it! but I love this steam iron it makes one of the worst chores in the world sooooo easy I’ve never been happier to have bought one in my life so I’d highly recommend it to anyone 5*

IRONING TIME HALVED
Highly recommend this iron. I can get the ironing done in half the time. It has 4 different heat setting and the steam jet is really powerful. It is has a good size water tank so I dont have to keep on filling it up all the time. The handle is very comfortable shape to hold and I love the pointed tip of the iron to get into those difficult areas on clothes. It is definitely worth the money.

My new steam generator arrived today and I am back in love with ironing! I have been using a different make for the last 12 months and was so happy it broke…I did some research and the tefal looked like it would tick all my boxes – it has exceeded my expectations. Although it is a considered purchase I am pleased I bought it. The unit itself it hefty but the iron is light and glides beautifully. I am having to get used to the different heat levels but used all today and performance was great. All my ironing is done when I only intended to test it out. It has a removal tank, a decalc system and a retractable cord..honestly I can’t fault it.

The best iron I’ve EVER purchased. I run a b&b and wash and iron all my sheets. I spend hours ironing each week and have never found an iron as amazing as this beauty. So easy to use, lightweight, little water used when steaming and every single crease is smoothed away, with almost no effort on my part. Just love it and the reduced price! My husband says it’s the best present he’s ever had, this is the second all in one steam iron i have brought for him, it’s lightweight too, he says it takes him less time now to do the iron, which allows him more time to clean the house or do the washing or clean my car, I only like buying quality stuff and this is one.
It is brilliant! It almost reduces by half the amount of time in which you do your usual ironing.
When you first start to use it, it gives great amount of steam, after a while the limescale starts to build up inside and you need to descale it more often. But the amount of steam you got in the first 2 months or so, will never be the same.
Obviously it depends how bad is the water in your house area.

Used for ironing. Very easy to use, quicker. Iron is light but the tank is a bit heavy. Also a bit annoyed when I found it difficult to use an ordinary ironing board with it. Also bulky to store.
Perfect replacement for my old steam generato
I had a Tefal steam generator for a number of years before it packed in. This one is very similar and hopefully lasts as long. Being new it has more power than the old one which makes it easy to use. I chose this model because it has an automatic winder on the power cord which the old one also had. Overall I am happy with my purchase

This is my third steam generator and by far the best ever …absolutely love it and it zips through the ironing and even flattens every crease in linen.
Not the cheapest but worth every penny. I love the way the plug winds back into the body of the iron.

I had bought a much cheaper Tefal iron a few years ago, what a waste of time that was, it you want to half your time at the ironing board, don’t bother with a cheap iron, this one is brilliant, I had a steam generator years ago and it lasted me years( I look after me irons) then bought this tefal this year, well worth the money. Bought in Black Friday sale. Was offered monthly payments which was a first for me. A fantastic iron. Although the whole system is heavy it is easy to use and cuts down the time spent ironing. The iron works well on all fabrics. Strong steam pressure means it more or less irons both sides of the clothes at once. Love that the leads are retractable and can be stored neatly away, no trailing leads hanging about. Wanted an iron that didn’t require additional cartridges. This iron allows you to remove scale easily. Also you can add water when in use without having to wait for it to cool down/reduce pressure.
That’s it’s easy to use and reliable.
Really pleased with this iron I’ve had one before. My last one lasted about eight years and that’s with daily use.

Arrived in good time, This iron is the best iron I have used. I did get it when it was on offer , however being a family of 5 adults after using it I would happily pay the full price. It irons Linen beautifully . easy to use. However it is a very heavy iron though to pick up.

First one I bought replaced because anti cal cleaning button accidentally inserted the wrong way and got Jammed so I wasn’t able to clean it out properly

Saw it in offer and decided to splash out – so glad I did although I’m not sure I would have been as tempted at full price simply as it is a lot of money for an ‘iron’ however had bought a cheaper steam generator a few years back and you obviously get what you pay for. I’ve spent tonight flying through a whole basket of ironing and it is all now crease free – including the exceedingly difficult to iron pillowcases didn’t have to refill once, steam was as constant as I wanted it and moreover the floor was not soaking under the ironing board. The iron part is nice and light and steam cord sufficiently long that the generator sat on worktop as I ironed. While this is first full out use on a whole mixed basket I have no complaints and so far can highly recommend! Can you tell I like my new iro
Good quality stream iro
Although this was really expensive but it now makes ironing an easy task. Well worth the investment as well built and the buttons are easy to understand and execute. It’s a little heavy but once it’s mounted the tank can do many many shirts and clothes without a refill.

No trailing cord
I like the fact that the cord winds into the body of the iron. It’s one less thing trailing on the floor. It would have been better to have a clear water tank so that you can see how full the tank is. Other than that I’m pleased with the iro

I’m not one for writing reviews but I had to on this iron! It really is amazing! After my Morphy Richards steam generator elite died on me I was recommended the Tefal Pro. It irons like a dream, not as noisy as my last iron and feels very well made. Yes it’s pricey but it’s definitely worth it.
I originally ordered this iron in red (when there wasn’t such a price difference), thinking that only the colour and price were different. However, the red iron doesn’t feature the push-button, reel-in button to store the electrical cord. Having used it before, that safety feature was important to me and I swapped it for the Blue/Black.
This one is great and, although its expensive, it’s a good iron. I see the price has gone down, which makes it even better. However, I have to deduct a star, because, even though I’ve reported the confusing description to Amazon, the online blurb still makes no mention of the differences in the two irons. I think it’s actually misleading.

Tefal, always a good iron usually have problems with them leaking etc but so far this has been great.

Best Steam Iro
I previously had a philips one but the later was staining my clothes so decided to go for this one. I must say I am impressed so far as the steam pressure is really good and does not leave wrinkles. It is also easy to use and not that heavy.
